The Indian economy is emerging as the third superpower in the world today. But the problems of black money in the Indian economy have been known since the beginning, due to which the country is in the category of rudimentary India today. Black money is the result of unemployment, poverty and inflation in the country. The country is backward in development work. The reason for low income per person is related to black money. The main reason for the inequalities in income is black money. In order to curb black money, Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi did a successful attempt by making a note on November 8, 2016. Black money mainly houses people as movable and immovable property, mainly in gold and abroad. All those above will have to take stringent steps to ban the above.

Climate change has added to the enormity of India's food-security challenges. While the relationship between climate change and food security is complex, most studies focus on one dimension of food security, i.e., food availability. This paper provides an overview of the impact of climate change on India's food security- Some Issues and Challenges, keeping in mind three dimensions, availability, access, and absorption. It finds that ensuring food security in the face of climate change will be a formidable challenge and recommends, among others, the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices, greater emphasis on urban food security and public health, provision of livelihood security, and long-term relief measures in the event of natural disasters. Climate change and its impact is a matter of great concern among all countries of the world because it has the potential to make vulnerable life on the earth. Therefore an attempt has been made here to examine the impact of climate change on the food security of India with special reference to the agro-climatic regions. The study revealed that climate change can adversely affect the all four dimensions of food security i.e. food availability, accessibility, utilization and stabilization. There is a great deal of uncertainty regarding climate change, but there are some certainties. The prospects of Indian food security under the upcoming climate change will depend a numbers of immediate measure i.e.to reduce the vulnerability of food system to climate change and other global environmental changes, which has started looming large the very existence of human kind.

Steganography is an imperative region of research as of late including various applications. It is the study of inserting data into the cover picture viz., content, video, and picture (payload) without making measurably noteworthy adjustment the cover picture. Steganography can be characterized as the investigation of undetectable correspondence that ordinarily manages the methods for concealing the presence of the conveyed message. On the off chance that it is accomplished effectively, the message does not draw in consideration from spies and aggressors. The principle targets of steganography are un perceptibility, strength (protection from different picture handling strategies and pressure) and limit of the concealed information. These are the principle factors which make it not quite the same as different procedures watermarking and cryptography. This paper incorporates the critical steganography techniques and the fundamental concentrate is on the survey of steganography in computerized pictures.

In Recent time Expert systems have been an area of research for computer scientist as well as agricultural scientists for application in a variety of information development and transfer situations. They can be easily used in the field of agriculture. Expert Systems can be designed to simulate one or more of the ways that an agriculture expert uses his or her knowledge and experience in making any diagnosis and forward the necessary recommendation regarding use of fertilizer, pesticide, etc. For High crop yields micro-nutrients plays an important role around the world. Deficiency of micro-nutrients like Zinc (Zn), Iron (Fe), Copper (Cu), Manganese (Mg), Boron (B), Molybdenum (Mo) and Sulphar (S) has been notice in the soils of India. In this paper researcher like to discuss about Expert system and the basic structure of an Expert System as well as how one can develop an Expert system for detecting nutrients Deficiency diseases using Fuzzy Logic.

Abstract: Justice in one sense means grant of expeditious and inexpensive relief to persons who approach the court with legal problems. Delay in providing justice has been interpreted as denial of justice. The Constitution of India reflects the quest and aspiration of the humankind for justice when its preamble speaks of justice in all its forms - social/ economic and political. The principle of natural justice is that 'justice should not only be done but it should seen to have been done' which means that those who receive justice must feel it has been done with them. Delay defeats not only equity but justice also and if the delay in relation to criminal justice system it defeats justice more pervasively. It is not only important that the machinery of justice works effectively and efficiently but it should also work timely in the sense that the trial should be as speedy as is possible. There is an old adage that 'justice delayed is justice denied; which means that justice should be dispensed with within a reasonable period of time. However, another doctrine associated with the disposal of cases is that 'justice hurried is justice buried', meaning thereby that the hasty trials entail injustice and consequentiy affect the quality of justice. The Supreme Court of India as the guardian of fundamental rights of the people, has obligations as well as powers of wide amplitude to ensure a speedy trial for the accused, and as such while adopting an activist approach in Hussainara Khatoon vs. State of Bihar. It followed the dynamic interpretation placed on Article 21 of the Constitution of India in Maneka Gandhi vs. Union of India, it observed: There can be no doubt that speedy trial, and by speedy trial we mean reasonably expeditions trial, is an integral and essential part of the fundamental right to life and liberty enshrined in Article 21 of the Constitution of India. The entire human rights jurisprudence has been the result of a most startling and reasonable development of the law follows the landmark judgment in Maneka Gandhi's case. This new jurisprudence, which has been evolved by the judiciary, is the result of a case-to-case development. Speedy trial is the most important basic human right in the field of criminal jurisprudence. The judiciary, through a process of creative interpretation, has evolved it. Speedy trial though not a specifically enumerated fundamental right in the Constitution as in the United States of America (U.S.A.) The principle of speedy trial propounded in Maneka Gandhi's case, nurtured in Hoskot's case, and came of the age in Hussainara's case with a judicial bang.

Traffic flow is one of the most common parameters in the research to thoroughly analyze the transport system of any geographical area. Traffic flow is depicted as total number of vehicles passing through a particular location per hour. In this paper, a study for traffic flow has been carried out in certain regions of Gonda district of Uttar Pradesh (UP). For this work, a geographical area has been majorly divided into three data collection points which are termed as State Highways, District Roads and Village Roads. To get the traffic data, a CCTV camera was mounted on such roads of district and its video was meticulously investigated for certain time periods. The data obtained from the video is initially analysed in tabular form. In order to utilise this analysis statistically, bar and pie diagrams have been used to further investigate our research work.

In this paper, A high efficiency modular multilevel converter (MMC) is used in the utility grid for photovoltaic conversion. In photovoltaic conversion system, pv cell is the basic structural unit of the PV module. PV cell generates very small power. Each pv cell generate 5V. When large set of PV cell connected in series or parallel to form PV module and several module are connected to form solar array. The modeling of solar power conversion using modular multilevel converter(MMC) as interface unit into the grid system. In this paper hill climbing method of maximum power point algorithm is used to regulate the Dc voltage of the modular multilevel converter and synchronize the utility grid with current for attaining near the unit power operation due to increase in the environmental pollution, prices of fossil fuel etc. The result presented in this paperveriffy the proposed MMC topology such that AC output free from the high order harmonics and grid current and voltage are in phase. The aim of this paper is to convert the photovoltaic power into usable ac power for grid connectivity by using modular multilevel converter and the experimental result are shown in Matlab/Simulink software.

India is mainly an agricultural country in which the strength of rural unskilled labour is very high and majority of the rural poor depends mainly on the wages they earn through unskilled, casual, and manual labour. The main significance of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) is to improve the livelihood conditions of the rural poor by providing 100 days of employment to any rural household whose adult members are willing to do unskilled manual work. The Act provides an opportunity to work in the lean season, which helps rural poor to maintain the consumption level and strengthen the livelihood resource base during this critical time period. Only the growth of economy cannot create social justice and balanced development unless, it is attached with poverty alleviation and employment generating opportunities for deprived and marginalised section of the society. Many employment generation programmes are being introduced by the Government of India to fulfill the gap of employment generation in rural India. Mahatma Gandhi national rural employment guarantee act is the first ever act in the history of India to provide guaranteed work and wage. This paper studies the effect of MGNREGA on the generation of employment, type of work done under this statute and up to what extent this programme is successful in poverty alleviation in rural India. Many researchers have found that this programme has a huge impact on the employment structure of rural India. The present paper studied and outlines the Contribution of MGNREGS on the empowerment of the rural people through poverty alleviation and rural development in India.
