Brain tumor is an abnormal and excessive growth in the brain. It can be categorized as benign and malignant. Benign tumor stays localized and does not spread elsewhere in the body and can be cured by surgical removal. The malignant tumors spread to other organs and tissues. Both the benign and malignant tumors are hazardous to the patients and may lead to death. Image creation of the human body (or parts thereof) for clinical application is referred as medical imaging. A medical imaging technique used primarily in radiology to image the anatomy and functioning of the body is known as MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging). Hence an efficient method for tumor segmentation should clearly use a reliable tool where the MRI scan can be used as an accurate technique for detecting tumor from human brain. Main objective of these dissertation is design efficient architecture for base on segmentation and classification base concept.using segmentation base on color shape and texture identify

During the past decade, two clear trends have been observed in the production of metal components. Firstly, time-to-market needs to be shortened in order to introduce new products competitively. Secondly, ongoing miniaturization forces product dimensions to decrease. Of all forming processes employed in high volume production, blanking is one of the most widely used separation techniques. In blanking processes, tolerances on the machined parts become tighter, the focus shifted on analysis of factors that will affect in blanking process. Metal blanking is a widely used process in high volume production of sheet metal components but after blanking, burr formation at edges of the product is observed and hence it is need to do the deburring process due to this there is increasing the cost of production and time. Fine blanking is process which helps us to minimize the burr size. The main objective of this work is to present the development of a model to predict optimum value of parameter for fine blanking process. The model investigates the effect of potential parameters influencing the blanking process and their interactions. This helped in choosing the process leading parameters for two identical products manufactured from two different materials blanked with a reasonable quality on the same mold. Finite Element Method (FEM) and Design of Experiments (DOE) approach are used in order to achieve the intended objectives. It can be stated that the FEM coupled with a DOE approach provide a good contribution towards the optimization of sheet metal blanking process. In this work we study the effect of four factors on Burr height of the product i.e. Thickness, clearance, Blank holding force and material in which we get the minimum burr height of 6.818181818% of metal sheet thickness for aluminum with maximum stress 290Mpa and maximum burr height of 25% of metal sheet thickness for SS304 with maximum stress 1148.7Mpa. Minimum burr height is observer at 0.5mm thickness ,0.05 clearance and 2000 BHF shows us that the four factor directly influence the burr height of the final product.

WHO says, 3.2 per cent Indians will fall below the poverty line because of high medical bills. About 70 per cent of Indians spend their income on healthcare and purchase drugs. It is often difficult for self-employed fishermen to obtain health insurance. Due to the nature of the job, health insurance id unavoidable for self-employed people working in the fishing industry. Puducherry is an important tourist town where fishery sector as it is has many number of fishermen who are working in this industry. Health insurance is very important for fishermen, as in India, 4.7 per cent of GDP comes from the fishing sector including the state of Puducherry. Total budgetary allocations under health sector are ? 1,40,135.00 Cr., during 2007-12. So, the Puducherry Union Territory is to take necessary steps for fishermen healthcare insurance as easily as possible.

Abstract-ExtJs is a framework available in scripting language that is Java script and is used for constructing useful we applications. It uses the tools and techniques such as Ajax, DHTML and DOM for scripting. ExtJs includes a set of GUI-based form widgets for use within web applications. Ext JS interacts with jQuery and Prototype. Microsoft Silverlight is a technology that is used in developing internet applications which can be thought similarly as adobe Flash. Quality is one of the most critical factors which govern the business growth of any company. Software Testing is a fundamental technique that is used to guarantee the quality of the product by finding the bugs in the application. In this growing and competitive market timely delivery of a quality product plays an important role for an organization to be rated high. Therefore this makes the software testing a discipline and a time consuming task as the applications are getting complex in nature day by day. Test automation gained importance in Industry as it can be used to avoid this situation and helps in improving the quality of the software at the expenditure of optimum cost and time demands for continuous and systematic growth. The intent of this paper is to show how MVC with ExtJS have changed the patterns of web development. In this paper we discuss about MVC user interface, enhancements, performance, syntax and productive features which includes pre-built widgets, database migrations and tools for web APIs, asynchronous support and uniform responsive designs. A Test Automation Framework is a structure where several tools and concepts are made to work together to provide a platform for automating the testing process. The RESTful web services also known as REST API is Hybrid framework that incorporates both Keyword-Driven as well as Data-Driven framework, which works like a plug and play template. This Hybrid framework provides a very fast way in creating test automation and also helps users who have less programming knowledge to perform automation easily.

North-East India, in spite of being one of the lesser developed part of India, scores at per with the national standard of literacy rate. However, the scenario differs drastically in case of higher education. Lack of economic development and lack of qualified human resource is resulting in vicious circle. Lack of economic development is triggering unemployment and that in turns compelling youth of North East India to move out of region for higher studies or to drop their higher education. Again this lack of professionally qualified human resource is creating hurdle for fostering economic growth. This article attempts to portray the actual scenario of prevailing educational system and suggests few way outs which will ensure economic development of this region and minimize disparity of North East states compared to the rest of India.

In India Construction Firms, Construct the Projects in a Traditional ways, this sometimes proves Uneconomical & Tedious too. It is also proves that Traditional way is Time Consuming and Confusing. The presented work will provide them an Opportunity to clearly observe the difference between the Microsoft Project (MSP) and the Traditional Planning Techniques which speeds up Construction and also make the Project Cost Effective with Proper Planning with the help of the case study on the single wing of project executed in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Disparate methodologies adopted for finding out various aspects that proves efficient planning & execution of the project, and International journal papers were referred to find out remedial measures. Finally coming to the conclusion with the help of methodology adopted includes defining of problem statement, insinuating the objectives from the data collected in two part viz. Primary data and secondary, analyzing the data. In our own life, every one of us is a manager of projects. We all work on different tasks with deadlines, from a house wife to an employee to financial analyst, from banker to doctor, from engineer to administrator, from a teacher to a student. We all work on tasks that are eccentric and involve people who do not usually work together, regardless of our occupation, norms, or location in an organization. Every project may have a simple goals that does not require many people or a great deal of money or it may be quite complex, calling for diverse skills and plethora of resources. But every one of us manages projects is the bottom line. Not only execution but effective and efficient execution of project is essential that is the purpose of dealing with the project which is needed to be highlighted.

The name of SCADA itself is self-explanatory, SCADA system mainly supervises, acquires and controls the data that is received from a distant source from the SCADA system control centre. SCADA system is located in the control centre and is operated in scanning mode. The communication between the control centre and the remote station takes place by various communication channels such as optical fibre cables, microwave technology and power line carrier communication. Thus SCADA system mainly offer comfort level to the operator. The operator can control the power flow much effectively. Fault analysis and diagnosis of faults also becomes easy for operator. On the basis of information received, the operator is in a position to take important decision related to smooth generation, transmission and distribution of power. As the wind energy is available without any cost and it does not emit any green house gases. This makes it a great source of energy production for any developing state. The field of wind energy has tremendous scope for innovation, translating to real world applications and has tremendous economic opportunity. It is crucially important for India, as per our economy continues to evolve. The proposed research review provides an insight to SCADA systems for Wind energy generation and also explains various research methodologies that has been accomplished in the said area.

The issue of recognizing classes of data points is challenging when the clusters are of distinctive size, shape and density. Most of these issues turn out to be much more critical when the data is of high dimensionality and when it incorporates outliers and noise. In earlier implementation of DBSCAN algorithms some bottlenecks that need to be resolved, i.e. presence of noise in input dataset affects the algorithm performance and increase in outlier, existing parallel implementation of DBSCAN algorithms are based master slave which imposes I/O overhead henceforth there is need of better implementation of DBSCAN. In this paper we have proposed distributed DBSCAN implementation by means of multicore programming, further we have used k-dimension tree as data structure.

Now days with the use of technology of turbochargers (kinetic chargers) are used in two wheelers with increased power and volumetric efficiency compared to earlier era of automobile development. The progress of vehicles for transportation has been intimately associated with the progress of civilization. The automobile of today is the result of the sum of many years of pioneering development and research. An attempt has been made in this project; the fresh air is used to rotate the compressor with fan arrangement at front of vehicle. Give the extra air to engine. Here the authors measured the Vehicle Exhaust emission [Hydro carbon (HC) ,(Carbon monoxide (CO), Oxides of Nitrogen (NOX),Carbon dioxide (CO2)] of Honda engine (100 cc) using Exhaust Gas analyzer for gasoline powered vehicles. The real time values were compared with standard ones, and the level qualified.

Criminalization is a term which derives from the word 'Crime' which emits an impression of being exceptionally unpleasant and gobbling up politics for sake of administration. While on one hand crime is an illicit demonstration of dealing with anything, politics is the legitimate way which takes or manages anything socially. Subsequently, these two terms are extremely unique to each other yet in the present circumstance they appear, by all accounts, to be equivalent to each other especially in India. The Criminalization of politics, official and legal is relatively entire. The arms of corruption has been spread far and wide, there is corruption all finished from womb to tomb, from birth to graveyard. Criminalization of politics in India isn't a comment dismissed, it is a noteworthy issue which has made mayhem in the entire society. In strict sense lawmakers who need to do unlawful acts do it with the name of governmental issues to finish everything, as they are to finish everything and subsequently there is no specialist to point them on their wrong doing. Individuals who are the entire sole administering authority are the fundamental culprits. The circumstance can't be even envisioned that from the best till the base the entire framework is degenerated. The general population who are the heads are the principle pearls in charge of the criminalization of politics in India. Criminalization of politics in India has achieved a phase, where it needs genuine consideration from the nationals, government and political parties as there was a relentless decrease in values of all areas of our general public. Criminalization of politics has prompted enormous weight on working of political institution. The most exceedingly bad piece of picture is that "criminal record" turns into a fundamental capability for admittance into politics. In India Politics isn't a social administration any longer, rather it developed as a lucrative calling or business.

Abstract: This study has been undertaken to comprehend the lacunae in the current Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971 which has arisen the need for the amendment in the present Act. The Act of 1971 though progressive at the time of its enactment is now an old restrictive law which has rendered lakhs of women in India resorting to alternative option of abortion which are not safe. It is about time now that restrictive abortion laws are liberalized paralleling societal changes. Changes in the Act of 1971 were proposed through the Medical Termination of Pregnancy (Amendment) Bill, 2014. The Amendment bill proposes to extend the abortion period upto 20th week of pregnancy thereby providing wider window for detection of any congenital disease or abnormality in the fetus along with a series of other revisions in the Act of 1971. The Amendment Bill still has not yet been passed by the Cabinet even after dire need of it.

: In the rapidly growing mobile music market the promising solution is Collaborative filtering (CF)-based recommender systems. In the mobile web environment, a traditional CF system that uses explicit ratings to collect user preferences has a limitation: because of poor interfaces and high telecommunication costs, mobile customers find it difficult to rate their tastes directly. For the mobile web, implicit ratings are more desirable but commonly used cardinal scales for representing preferences are also unsatisfactory because they may increase estimation errors. The proposed methodology based on both implicit rating and less ambitious ordinal scales. As an implicit rating approach, a mobile Web usage mining (mWUM) technique is suggested, and a specific consensus model is employed to generate an ordinal scale-based customer profile. In the mobile Web environment, an experiment with the participation of real mobile Web customers shows that the proposed methodology provides better performance than existing CF algorithms.
