ABSTRACT Today, Gas turbines are one of the most widely used for air craft propulsion, land based power generation and industrial applications. The temperature at which the turbine operates (firing temperature) also impacts efficiency, with higher temperature leading to higher efficiency. However, inlet temperature of a turbine is limited by the thermal conditions that can be accepted by the turbine blade metal alloy. Gas temperatures at the turbine can be 1200C to 1400C but some manufactures have boosted inlet temperature as high 1600C by engineering blade coatings and cooling systems to protect metallurgical components from thermal damage. In the present work to examine the heat transfer analysis of gas turbine with different models consisting of blade with varying number of holes (5,9&13) were analyzed to find out the optimum number of cooling holes. The analysis is carried out using commercial CFD software FLUENT (a turbulence realizable k-? model with enhanced wall treatment) has been used. Steady state structural analysis is carried out using ANSYS software with different blade materials of chromium steel and Titanium Alloy.

The design and development of composite pressure vessels are driven by the need for minimum weight. Design, analysis, and optimization complexities are compromised due to constraints of computational resources and shorter cycle time. Advanced lightweight laminated composites are increasingly being used in modern Aerospace structures, for enhancing their structural efficiency and performance. One of the most common failure modes for composite structures is delamination. The remote loading applied to the composite components are typically resolved into interlaminar tension and shear stresses at discontinuities that create a mixed mode I, mode II and mode III delaminations. In this study, we focused on the former option by keeping the ply sequence constant and varying the associated ply angle. For the case of un-cracked shell, the cylindrical shell with the composite ply angle of 30 leads to maximum load capacity against buckling load. In addition, the effect of crack length and orientation on the buckling behavior of composite cylindrical shells comprising a through crack is studied, using a special meshing scheme and providing the inter205 element. Based on the fracture analysis and calculated the crack growth (7.5 TON) and failure load (10.5 TON) based on power law Cylinder were tested up to 7.5 TON and LVDTs removed. The cylinder failure load is 11.2 TON against a failure strain in carbon fabric/ epoxy composite is 3200-3500 micro-strains. They show good agreement at all the regions. However, the result finite element analysis shows close agreement with the experimental results. Also, the design stresses were within safe limits. Radial displacement as per FEA is 0.8mm and experimental value is 0.6mm at 7.5 Ton load. For the case of un-cracked cylindrical shell with the composite ply angle of 30 leads to maximum buckling capability. Investigation was carried out on the composite cylinder with delamination, when cylinder was subjected to compressive load. The strain energy release rate is increase in mode-2 leads to reducing the buckling factor was observed.

In most Indian cities or towns, the urban poor survive by working in the informal sector. Poverty and lack of gainful employment in the rural areas drive large numbers of people to cities/towns for work and livelihood. As permanent protected jobs in the organized sector are shrinking so working in the informal sector are the only means for their survival. This has led to rapid growth of the informal sector in most of the cities of India. For these poor, street vending is one of the means of earning a livelihood. In recent years Assam has been experiencing substantial increase in the number of street vendors. The paper has made an attempt to examine the socio-economic and work related conditions of the street food vendors of Sonitpur District of Assam. It has also highlighted some of the policies and the organizations that have been developed for the protection of these vendors.

Radio is a cheap, portable, accessible and universal medium that gives Infotainment (information & entertainment) to the masses, almost free of cost. Developments in the field and evolutions in the technology from AM, FM to Satellite and Internet Radio have made a huge impact on the Radio Industry in India. Radio offers different services catering to the different regions and people of India. All India Radio or Akashvani is the national broadcaster, a constituent of Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) within the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. Since its beginning, radio has been growing at a steady speed and it is now the second fastest growing sector after the Internet in India. The radio industry has managed its growth by increasing the advertising list, not by increasing prices of the sets. Private FM radio in India is growing at a challenging 14.5%, primarily due to FM expansion in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Although the ad-pie continues to be only 4%, it is hoped that it will grow to 7% in India by 2020.

Searching the question in the previous asked questions (historical question) to get the meaningful answers. The searched question has more than one answers means we can get pool of multiple answers. Because of this it will take lot of time to browse all the pool of answers and go through it and choose the best one. To solve this problem in this paper we are providing the ranked answers in the form of pairwise comparisons. In particular, it consists of one offline learning component and one online search component. In offline we can find the sentiment in positive, negative and neutral categories to find the proper rank of the answers and suggest best one in that. In this paper provide these three types of training samples. In the online search component, we first collect a pool of answer for the given question via finding similar questions. Then sort the answer candidates by leveraging the offline trained model to judge the preference orders. We have supported the real-time datasets and work on the online and offline methodology.

For ages, films and society have been inseparable. It is a debatable issue as to whether films influence society or society influences films. Irrespective of nations, any art-theatre, painting, drama has catered to the masses and hence the creator has tried to excerpt tinges of community humdrum life, their sensitivity, the social stigmas etc. On one hand, movies perform as a reformist to amend certain social evils. On the other hand, they are an excellent source of entertainment .At the end of the day what really matters is the amount of benefit we obtain. Throughout the essay, I have attempted to remind all, of individual responsibility regarding crime eradication ,moralistic values etc. The society and films are both sides of a coin .In my opinion, films being a powerful medium can be judiciously utilized for the welfare of the society.
