CQA helpful in answering real world questions provide answer to human. In this work, System proposes elective approach to address the word ambiguity and word mismatch issues by exploiting conceivably rich semantic data drawn from different language. The translated words from other languages via non-negative matrix factorization. Contextual is exploited during the translation from one language to another language by using Google Translate. Thus, word ambiguity can be solved when questions are translated. Multiple words that have similar meanings in one language may be translated into a unique word or a few words in a foreign language. It is a word-based translation language model for re trivial with query likelihood model for answer. If system translate the question word by word, it discards the contextual information. Then such translations would not be able to solve word ambiguity problem.

This work explores the new low power approaches for VLSI logic. While designing a VLSI system power dissipation is one of the major concerns. Up to a certain time dynamic power was the single largest concern; however as the technology feature size shrinks static power has become an important issue as dynamic power. A well-known previous technique called the sleep transistor technique cuts off Vdd and/or Gnd connections of transistors to save leakage power consumption. However, when transistors are allowed to float, a system may have to wait a long time to reliably restore lost state and thus may experience seriously degraded performance. Therefore, retaining state is crucial for a system that requires fast response even while in an inactive state. The two common approaches are sleepy stack and sleepy keeper. Both methods are excellent in this regard. The static and dynamic power of sleepy stack is considerably low. But it has a delay penalty and its area requirement is maximum compared with other processes. Again the sleepy keeper process possesses excellent speed criteria but it requires more static and dynamic power than sleepy stack. Our goal is to trade off between these limitations and thus propose new methods which reduce both leakage and dynamic power with minimum possible area and delay trade off.

Abstract - The project consists of a Power meter reader system with GSM (sms sender device) interface. The energy department needs to send its employees every month in order to take energy meter readings. This is an expensive as well as a time consuming system. Our project determines a more efficient way to get energy meter readings. Both Electricity Company as well as user get their energy meter readings via sms every month. User may also control the system using sms. The energy meter is interfaced to a microcontroller of 8051 family. The energy meter readings are also read by the micontroller and displayed on an LCD Screen, this data is also sent via sms through a GSM modem interfaced to the microcontroller. The GSM modem also has sms receiving capability. On receiving particular user request it sends required signal to the microcontroller in order to do counting for required operation. It can switch loads On/Off as desired.

As there is a rapid increase in computer application of mobile and wireless network has changed the features of network security. Nowadays, there is an increase in internet attack and some fraudulent acts on companies and also on some individual networks. The way of protecting the computer networks are firewalls and security encryption are not sufficient and effective. Network security has become very important to personal computer users, organizations, and the military. In this paper RC4 based encryption algorithmic rule is pre-owned to secure Email communications. With the advent of the internet, security became a major concern and the history of security allows a better understanding of the emergence of security technology. Due to rapid requirement of computer's in business and other organizations many networks has been established. Nowadays, attacks on computer networks has increased to a great extend. So, there is a need of some methods for developing new mechanisms to protect wireless networks and mobile applications. This paper will be very important and useful for the network security. As there are many types of attacks which can be penetrated in our networks or edge devices. In this paper we would analyze different available mechanism to protect our network. Inside the day to day life people constantly uses communication tools that are e-mail promotional, instant communicating, social networking, search engines, bookmarking systems, affiliate systems, print media and direct mail. The encryption and decryption techniques are configured to manage with this security interval.

Credit card fraud detection is a relevant problem that draws attention of machine learning. In the fraud detection task, there are some peculiarities present, such as the unavoidable condition of a strong class imbalance, the existence of unlabelled transaction, and the large number of records that must be processed. The present paper aims to propose a methodology for automatic detection of fraudulent transactions that tackle all these problems. The methodology is based on Balanced Random Forest that can be used in supervised and semi-supervised scenarios through a co-training approach, which allows to compensate the class imbalance problem. In FDS, it has described the alert feedback interaction, which is a mechanism of providing recent supervised samples to train or update the classifiers. The main objective of FDS is to identify the fraud as soon as possible in order to take the necessary actions to revert it. Feed-backs play a central role in the proposed learning strategy.

Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer in woman worldwide. Mammography image analysis is one of the most effective imaging technology for breast cancer diagnosis and this technology is based on texture and shape analysis of mammary lesion. The adaptive semi-supervised method of GrowCut algorithm is a segmentation algorithm where we modified automation evolution ruly by adding a Gaussian fuzzy membership function. Now manual selection of seed points of suspicious part of image is changed by semi-automatic stage, where we just select the internal points using differential evolution algorithms. Now we propose Grab Cut method which is used for separating object from background in image with given constraints. User is requested to mark a single rectangle around the object, using this we calculate the trimap. Using this trimap we can easily labelled the pixels i.e which label is background and which are foreground. Results we compare with the semi-supervised state of art of multiple methods and final result show that our method or algorithm achieves a better result for different lesions as compare to previous apporoaches.

The present study has attempted to explore educational aspirations of secondary school students having varying socio- economic backgrounds. A representative sample of 250 10th class students was randomly selected from government and private high schools located in rural and urban areas of Sambhal district. Tools for collecting the data included Educational Aspiration Scale developed by Dr. V P Sharma and Dr. Anuradha Gupta (1980) and Socio-Economic Status Scale (SESS) by A.K Kalia and Sudhir Sahu (2012). The data were analyzed using descriptive, correlational and differential statistics. The finding of the study revealed that educational aspiration is significantly and positively related to socio- economic status of secondary school students. It is also found that there is a significance difference in case of (i) educational aspiration across gender and types of school and (ii) socio-economic status across locality and type of schools of secondary school students. However non-significant difference is observed in case of (i) socio-economic status across gender and (ii) educational aspiration across locality of secondary school students. Interventions aimed at reducing the impact of socioeconomic inequalities should be given due considerations as it is associated with the level of educational aspiration of students. Addressing poverty of aspiration is necessary to build a society of fairness and opportunity. (Tessa Jowell, Secretary of State for Culture 2004, 15).

It is very di?cult to count di?erent denomination notes in a bunch. The system involves scanning of the images either with a camera or a scanner and then uses Pre-Processing technique for RGB to Gray Scale conversion. The ROI region is extracted with a Canny Edge Detection Algorithm which involves a Gaussian Filter for smoothing purpose. The images are then segmented based on color of images .The HSV and YCbCr values are calculated for the purpose of segmentation of images .The total number of each notes in the bunch and Grand Total of the bunch is given as a output.

Every hospital wants to be on top in various terms such as financial ,quality of care and latest technological advancements. Across the world, the main responsibility of hospitals is to ensure the effective treatment of patients and provided them with finest quality care during their stay in hospitals. As health facilities are not in proportion to the numbers needing health care, there is pressure on limited human and infra-structural resources. This is a challenge faced by the health administration and health service managers.Despite these challenges, the efforts are to be made to meet the demand through efficient performance management (PM) of hospitals. In hospitals, performance management helps management in identifying the areas for performance improvements(KPIs), planning systematic performance improvement initiatives, setting targets and continuously tracking metrics. This paper provides a review of performance management in hospital organizations, cycle of PM in healthcare and its integration into organizational system. This paper mainly highlights the current trends in performance management and their benefits to healthcare organization in terms of patient-centric care, accountability, quality care and technological advancements for long-term sustanibility.
