One of the major elements that influences the ecosystem of the lives on the earth is water. Nowadays it is polluted heavily due to rapid growth in industrialization, human waste and usage of pesticide and fertilizers in agriculture. It leads to heavy water contamination. Due to this we need to observe the water quality in large water bodies like lakes, rivers etc. Currently the internet of things (IOT) are various sensing techniques are used to sense and to analysis the collected data. These techniques are used to check the various water parameters. IOT is connected through WIFI to transmit the messages in Android. As we all know that our earth has various climatic conditions based upon that various climatic and atmospheric conditions the water which we drink also varies from region to region also the soil of that geographical area also impacts the quality of the drinking water. The old and actual method of the quality of the water is to collect the water and soil samples and to send those sample to the laboratories to test the TURBIDITY & PH of the samples. But it is difficult and also a time-consuming process to send the samples each and every time and to get tested. To make this process easy we develop our project to test the TURBIDITY & PH values. As we are mainly focusing on the rural people where the technology is not reached at. Our project is highly beneficial to them as we are developing it in very low cost. With the help of this project, we can easily measure the TURBIDITY & PH of the water easily so that we can prevent the harm. Also, we can use this project to test the values of TURBIDITY & PH in gram level panchayat Municiple water supplying tanks.

In the present trend of research, because of the properties like decrease in density, stiffness, less weight and good mechanical properties the field of composite materials has become the emerging trend. This has found its complete applications in the field of aerospace engineering, automotive, marine and sporting industries. Synthesis of composite materials has been a continuous lookout without settling on both physical and mechanical properties. We are having two types of fibres natural fibre and synthetic fibre. Many researchers have gained attraction over these because they hybrid have the potential reinforcement material for composites, and are in emerging trend. The main practical benefits of these hybrid composites are they offer reduction in density, available at less cost, inexhaustible, biodegradability and naturally innocuous and eco inviting and better mechanical properties when contrasted and synthetic fiber composites. Present research work deals with mechanical properties of jute and Hybrid e-glass laminated reinforced composite at different fibre orientations. Six test specimens were prepared for each by varying fibre orientations and filler materials via, Plain woven bi-directional Hemp jute, Plain woven Hybrid E-glass (one side e-glass and other side chopped standard reinforcement), Hemp jute and Hybrid e-glass, Hemp-jute and Hybrid e-glass with 5% Cu filler, Hemp-jute and Hybrid e-glass with 5% Al filler, Hemp-jute and Hybrid e-glass with 5% graphite filler the following GFRP composites were fabricated according to the standards using hand layup method. The developed composites tested to evaluate their tensile, bending, impact and hardness properties. The best GFRP concluded by comparing the results obtained in the above cases.

The very phenomenal growth of retail in India is reflected in the rapidly increasing in number of supermarkets, departmental stores and hypermarkets in our country. This remarkable growth trend has been challenged by the shadow of the present economic slowdown, which has of course raised a fear of dip in consumption patterns and slowdown of growth for the Indian organized retailers. At a time when the consumer spending is on a decline, success will lie only with those retailers that can able drive customer loyalty by responding to the emerging demands of the discerning consumer. My study is an attempt to address the issues related to store attributes and also their relevance in the process of store selection. Various variables (store attributes) have been identified in my study which is based on theory and judgment. The factors identified and recommendations made in my study would be of use to retailers in designing their merchandise outlets with store attributes that would surely meet the expectations of shoppers and people in general and eventually motivate them towards the store patronage decisions.

Introduction: Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that has plagued mankind since Neolithic times (8000 BC). Almost all cases of tuberculosis are caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The key to the diagnosis of TB remains a high index of suspicion. A definitive diagnosis of abdominal tuberculosis is not always possible with non-invasive imaging tests including contrast radiology, CT scan, MRI and abdominal ultrasonography. Laparoscopy with tissue biopsy is seen to be having an added advantage in diagnosis. Methods: Our study was a prospective study conducted in the department of General Surgery, Govt. Medical College Jammu from 1st November 2017 to 31st October 2019. All patients suspected of abdominal tuberculosis who presented to OPD or Emergency of GMC Jammu were included in study and aim was to study the various diagnostic methods in abdominal tuberculosis. Results: In our study, 104 patients of abdominal tuberculosis who presented to emergency or OPD Department of General Surgery, GMC Jammu were studied. The most common chest x-ray finding was opacity/consolidation. The most common abdominal x-ray finding was multiple air fluid levels, followed by free gas under diagphragm. The most common USG finding in our study was free fluid which was closely followed by dilated bowel loops. Some of the patients required diagnostic laparoscopy and even laparotomy for final diagnosis. Conclusion: In non-emergency setting, patient may need a battery of investigations including CECT, special biochemical markers for making diagnosis of abdominal Kochs. Inspite of specialized investigations, some patients may require diagnostic laparoscopy for confirmation of diagnosis which aids in inspection of macroscopic lesions and obtaining tissue for histopathology.

ABSTRACT The extension of COVID-19 is now expending globally almost 213 countries as per the data of World Health Organization (WHO) on 25 April 2020. There is brand new public health crises which is threatening the whole world as emergent condition and the spread of 2019 novel corona virus (2019-covid) or as severe acute respiratory syndrome corona virus 2 (SARS COV-2) . This covid-2019 is currently in focus since the starting of 2020 year. According to the data available this virus was originated in bird and bats species that are believed to behave as its natural hosts. This disease was transmitted through inhalation or when u comes in touch with an infected person's droplets. Its incubation duration is in between 2 days to 14 days with the usual symptoms for this disease are typically fever, cough, fatigue, breathlessness, sore throat. The disease remain mild in most the population; but in some (normally the elderly patients), it can cause serious consequences like pneumonia, multi organ disorder and acute respiratory misery syndrome (ARDS). Here lot many people remain asymptomatic disease for this. Now-a-days treatments which are being used are majorly supportive. Strict preventive measures are also being also followed includes domestic isolation of the suspected ones and people with mild symptoms and also strict disease spread control measures in hospitals like droplet precautions and avoiding touch with the diseased ones. This virus is spreading quicker than its last two ancestors that are, Middle East respiratory syndrome corona virus (MERS-CoV) and SARS-CoV, however its mortality rate is lower than both of them. The global effect of this virus is unpredictable till now.

Uncertainty of safe egress time is an inherent problem during performance-based fire safety design. The two central concepts of performance-based design, ASET (available safe egress time) and RSET (required safe egress time), are separate degrees of freedom, each of which can be optimized to achieve performance objectives. Hence, development of a proper method of egress time estimation and improving accuracy of calculations by incorporating the risk tolerance is essential. The purpose of this research is to introduce a conceptual model of human behavior in fire. This model is based upon a theoretical framework of individual decision-making and response to emergencies, and from this foundation, is populated with behavioral statements or mini-theories predominantly from human behavior in fire. From these studies, the occupant characteristics are listed in terms of parameters to be used as input to the final evacuation models, that shall be simulated using a suitable software. The primary research is then carried out on a case study, where the occupants are surveyed and their characteristics are recorded. The results are inputted into a suitable simulation platform. The evacuation simulations are then performed for different cases, and are compared to record the deviation in the safe egress time graphs, as per current method, and when occupant characteristics are considered. The delays calculated from the simulations, are further validated against a real case scenario, from the secondary study, and conclusions are drawn on how to reduce the risk tolerability in performance-based fire and life safety designs.

The Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia is an age related disorder in men. In which there is enlargement of the gland due to neoplastic changes which occur due to change in level of hormones. In ayurveda BPH is correlated with Astheela, which is a type of mutraghata. Astheela is a stony hard growth between the anal canal and bladder. The anatomical changes in of prostate gland may be of rubbery consistency with enlargement. Thus Atheela is more closely related to BPH than other types of Mutraghat.

The concept of 'Good Governance' plays a very big role in modern governmental system. No developmental schemes can be launched and no peaceful atmosphere can be maintained without good governance. Now-a-days, people are very conscious of and keep vigil at the day to day functioning of governmental activities of the country. To be the good governance, it should be a citizen friendly, citizen caring and responsive administration. It also tries to provide justice, empowerment, employment and efficient delivery of services to its citizens. It must be transparent, accountable and responsible to its people. Barber Conable, the President of World Bank (1986-91) refers to Good Governance as ' a public service that is efficient, a judicial system that is reliable and an administration that is accountable to its people.' The government must read the sentiments and attitudes of the people while framing any law and also understand the pulse of its people. There is a question in my mind whether the present government follows the path of good governance especially for the people of North East India. This paper tries to throw light on the concept of good governance and addresses the issues that challenges the good governance in India with a special reference to North East India and also tries to draw some suggestive measures to overcome this issue.

Superporous hydrogels were originally developed as a novel drug delivery system for those drugs having absorption window in stomach and upper part of gastrointestinal tract. These systems get swollen in the stomach immediately and in the harsh stomach environment they maintain their integrity, while the pharmaceutical active ingredient is being released. Immediate and fast swelling property of hydrogel is based on water absorption through open porous structure by capillary force. The poor mechanical strength of conventional SPHs (CSPHs) was overcome by developing the second- generation SPH composites (SPHCs) and third generation SPH hybrids (SPHHs). This review includes hydrogel, superporous hydrogel, advantages disadvantages, gastric retentive drug delivery system, different generations and drug loading techniques, characterization, application of SPHs.
