One of the most important departments of any modern enterprise is the Human Resource (HR) department. Many research studies to date have concluded that the department of HR plays a major role in any organization's performance. Recruitment is of particular importance among the different tasks required to be carried out by an HR department, when it applies to "bringing people into the organisation." The purpose of this research paper is to examine the effect of recent technological advances (in particular the idea of e-recruitment) in the sense of recruitment and how modern-day HR managers have been facilitated. One of India's biggest and fastest growing industries is the private sector. And private companies operating in India are commonly believed to have well-established HR departments that appear to use modern technology to support them with recruitment activities. It is therefore only logical to test the efficacy of this technology through the example of the Indian private sector.

A few centuries ago, English was spoken only by Elite groups and affluent people in India. Today, there are more non-native speakers than native speakers of English all over the world. English is used as an official language in over 60 countries of the world. Since it is an international language, different varieties of English are spoken around the world. The English spoken by the non-native speakers of English tends to be different from the English spoken by the native speakers. It happens because the non-native speakers of English are bi-lingual or multi-lingual. Therefore, dialectical variations become an integral part of the English language articulated by the non-native speakers of English. This paper attempts to focus on the influence of the Indian language, Malayalam on the Global language, English. Mother tongue influence leads to grammatical, syntactical and pronunciation errors in the target language. This study also focuses on how to tackle this universal problem and also hints some remedies which can be effectively utilized for learning the target language.

A social media is a dedicated website or application that allows people to communicate with others using profiles, messages, comments, and images. Social networks usually include a list of friends, allowing information to be provided only to the people a user chooses. Examples of social networks include Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter. Social networks began to gain popularity as internet connections became faster and more widespread in the early 21st century. As they've expanded, social networks have become integral parts of people's lives, taking up more time and allowing connection with a much larger number of people, though generally on a more superficial level. With more than 70% of US adults now using social Social media websites, this is a significant trend with huge implications for human psychology.

One of the major elements that influences the ecosystem of the lives on the earth is water. Nowadays it is polluted heavily due to rapid growth in industrialization, human waste and usage of pesticide and fertilizers in agriculture. It leads to heavy water contamination. Due to this we need to observe the water quality in large water bodies like lakes, rivers etc. Currently the internet of things (IOT) are various sensing techniques are used to sense and to analysis the collected data. These techniques are used to check the various water parameters. IOT is connected through WIFI to transmit the messages in Android. As we all know that our earth has various climatic conditions based upon that various climatic and atmospheric conditions the water which we drink also varies from region to region also the soil of that geographical area also impacts the quality of the drinking water. The old and actual method of the quality of the water is to collect the water and soil samples and to send those sample to the laboratories to test the TURBIDITY & PH of the samples. But it is difficult and also a time-consuming process to send the samples each and every time and to get tested. To make this process easy we develop our project to test the TURBIDITY & PH values. As we are mainly focusing on the rural people where the technology is not reached at. Our project is highly beneficial to them as we are developing it in very low cost. With the help of this project, we can easily measure the TURBIDITY & PH of the water easily so that we can prevent the harm. Also, we can use this project to test the values of TURBIDITY & PH in gram level panchayat Municiple water supplying tanks.

In the present trend of research, because of the properties like decrease in density, stiffness, less weight and good mechanical properties the field of composite materials has become the emerging trend. This has found its complete applications in the field of aerospace engineering, automotive, marine and sporting industries. Synthesis of composite materials has been a continuous lookout without settling on both physical and mechanical properties. We are having two types of fibres natural fibre and synthetic fibre. Many researchers have gained attraction over these because they hybrid have the potential reinforcement material for composites, and are in emerging trend. The main practical benefits of these hybrid composites are they offer reduction in density, available at less cost, inexhaustible, biodegradability and naturally innocuous and eco inviting and better mechanical properties when contrasted and synthetic fiber composites. Present research work deals with mechanical properties of jute and Hybrid e-glass laminated reinforced composite at different fibre orientations. Six test specimens were prepared for each by varying fibre orientations and filler materials via, Plain woven bi-directional Hemp jute, Plain woven Hybrid E-glass (one side e-glass and other side chopped standard reinforcement), Hemp jute and Hybrid e-glass, Hemp-jute and Hybrid e-glass with 5% Cu filler, Hemp-jute and Hybrid e-glass with 5% Al filler, Hemp-jute and Hybrid e-glass with 5% graphite filler the following GFRP composites were fabricated according to the standards using hand layup method. The developed composites tested to evaluate their tensile, bending, impact and hardness properties. The best GFRP concluded by comparing the results obtained in the above cases.

The very phenomenal growth of retail in India is reflected in the rapidly increasing in number of supermarkets, departmental stores and hypermarkets in our country. This remarkable growth trend has been challenged by the shadow of the present economic slowdown, which has of course raised a fear of dip in consumption patterns and slowdown of growth for the Indian organized retailers. At a time when the consumer spending is on a decline, success will lie only with those retailers that can able drive customer loyalty by responding to the emerging demands of the discerning consumer. My study is an attempt to address the issues related to store attributes and also their relevance in the process of store selection. Various variables (store attributes) have been identified in my study which is based on theory and judgment. The factors identified and recommendations made in my study would be of use to retailers in designing their merchandise outlets with store attributes that would surely meet the expectations of shoppers and people in general and eventually motivate them towards the store patronage decisions.

Introduction: Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that has plagued mankind since Neolithic times (8000 BC). Almost all cases of tuberculosis are caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The key to the diagnosis of TB remains a high index of suspicion. A definitive diagnosis of abdominal tuberculosis is not always possible with non-invasive imaging tests including contrast radiology, CT scan, MRI and abdominal ultrasonography. Laparoscopy with tissue biopsy is seen to be having an added advantage in diagnosis. Methods: Our study was a prospective study conducted in the department of General Surgery, Govt. Medical College Jammu from 1st November 2017 to 31st October 2019. All patients suspected of abdominal tuberculosis who presented to OPD or Emergency of GMC Jammu were included in study and aim was to study the various diagnostic methods in abdominal tuberculosis. Results: In our study, 104 patients of abdominal tuberculosis who presented to emergency or OPD Department of General Surgery, GMC Jammu were studied. The most common chest x-ray finding was opacity/consolidation. The most common abdominal x-ray finding was multiple air fluid levels, followed by free gas under diagphragm. The most common USG finding in our study was free fluid which was closely followed by dilated bowel loops. Some of the patients required diagnostic laparoscopy and even laparotomy for final diagnosis. Conclusion: In non-emergency setting, patient may need a battery of investigations including CECT, special biochemical markers for making diagnosis of abdominal Kochs. Inspite of specialized investigations, some patients may require diagnostic laparoscopy for confirmation of diagnosis which aids in inspection of macroscopic lesions and obtaining tissue for histopathology.
