Since they supply the expert information with the expected incorporated and accommodated information from changed and dissipated information sources, ETL strategies are the spine part of an information distribution center. In any case, the development of an ETL interaction, particularly the plan stage, is as yet viewed as a tedious undertaking. This is expected fundamentally to the reality thatETL activities are regularly evolved in light of a particular innovation from the beginning. As a consequence, it's challenging to interchange and reuse techniques and best practises across projects usingvarious technologies We have done our best to the best of our abilities. There has been no attempt to coordinate the development of ETL processes by presenting a standard and integrated development plan. To address this issue, this article introduces a paradigm for model-driven ETL process creation. Our framework has two advantages: (i) utilization of merchant autonomous models for a uniform plan of ETL processes in light of the expressive and notable BPMN, and (ii) A substantial stage might be made via naturally changing over these models into the seller explicit code expected to do an ETL methodology.

With the emergence of coronavirus in December 2019, a new frightening chapter began in the world as the virus shook the world. India was no exception to this, no region of India remained untouched by this virus, it affected all the 8 union territories and 28 states of India. As a safety measure, the lockdown was imposed by the government and all this development not only brought a change in the lifestyle of the common people but also had an effect on the socio-economic condition of every citizen. Its impact was evident in various sectors such as political, religious, educational, health, psychological, etc. As a result of the economic instability, market-induced volatility has further widened the inequality gap. sharp rise in unemployment, cost cutting, stress on supply chains, collapse of tourism and hospitality industry, reduced consumer activity along with market, plunge in fuel consumption led to decrease in government income. All these impacts were experienced by Hindi Print Media of Himachal Pradesh. This paper mainly deals with the three leading Hindi newspapers of Himachal Pradesh namely Amar Ujala, Punjab Kesari and Dainik Jagran and analyzed their market share before lockdown and post lockdown i.e., print order during the pandemic. The paper is based on secondary data. It's an attempt towards highlighting the changing outlook of Hindi Print Media under the impact of COVID 19 with special reference to the Himachal Pradesh.

The construction industry is facing pressing challenges of sustainability, durability, and resilience in the context of climate change and urbanization. Advanced materials such as photocatalytic cementitious composites, self-healing concretes, phase change materials (PCMs), shape-memory alloys (SMAs), and green concrete have emerged as promising solutions. This review synthesizes developments reported in the past two decades across these domains. Photocatalytic concretes enable pollution reduction and self-cleaning surfaces through TiO? activation. Self-healing concretes, employing bacteria, encapsulated agents, and chemical triggers, extend structural service life. PCMs provide energy-efficient building envelopes by stabilizing thermal fluctuations. SMAs enhance adaptive and repair functions in infrastructure. Finally, green concrete developments, including waste utilization and low-carbon binders, contribute toward circular economy principles. The review identifies synergies, knowledge gaps, and future opportunities for mainstream adoption of these smart and sustainable construction materials.

The groundwater in the Birbhum district of West Bengal plays a critical role in meeting domestic, agricultural, and industrial needs. However, it is increasingly threatened by contamination from various inorganic pollutants. Naturally occurring elements such as fluoride, arsenic, iron, and manganese, alongwith anthropogenic substances like nitrate, phosphate, and heavy metals, have been identified at concentrations that exceed permissible limits in several parts of the district. These pollutants arise from both geogenic processes, including the weathering of mineral-laden rocks, and human activities such as unregulated mining, huge agricultural activity, and industrial effluents. This review provides a comprehensive overview of the occurrence, hydrogeochemical behaviour, and spatial distribution of different inorganic pollutant found in this region. It also highlights both traditional and innovative methods for detection and removal techniques of inorganic pollutants from groundwater. Finally, the review addresses the main challenges, including seasonal fluctuations, inadequate infrastructure, and community involvement, and suggests future directions for developing low-cost, decentralized, and sustainable groundwater treatment systems.

The Ka?lika?pura?n?a, a religious text written in Sanskrit is of much historical and cultural value for studying the history of ancient Assam. It is considered as the most important document of Kamarupa for writing the history of the region. Therefore many historians and scholars referred Ka?lika?pura?n?a while discussing the various aspects of ancient Assam. The present study is an attempt to study how Vaisnavism, being a contemporary religious sect with Saktisim and Saivism was presented in the Ka?lika?pura?n?a. Further it will also try to discuss and develop a clear understanding about the rites and rituals mentioned in the text which were practiced while worshipping Vishnu.

Very few instances of women characters disclosing their intimate and untold experiences are upholded in history who struggle to break through the stereotypical construct of being tolerant care givers. This was merely because being set in the patriarchal set up there had always been the fear of being rejected, mocked , humiliated or ostracized. Autobiography writing by women, a literature of self-revelation which forms its existence in India since the early 19th century enables the woman author to express how she endures an invasion of self, the intrusion of inner space, or a violation of her sexual and physical autonomy. In contrast to other genres, this form unravels the innermost feelings of a writer and her self-exploration with a tone of truth. In the later part of the twentieth century, there are autobiographers like Amrita Pritam, Kamala Das, Shobha De, Tasleema Nasrin etc who have boldly expressed their innermost emotions and the socio-cultural impositions laid down by the society on women in particular. Their mode of self expression seem to construct a distinct form of agency that not only share their experiences but also impact on the psyche of all women. The present study takes into account the autobiographies of Amrita Pritam, Kamala Das and Dr. Indira Goswami who have boldly expressed their views on the socio-cultural realities during the late twentieth century. The study will also attempt to affirm the female voice as redeemers of their own "self" as well as the community of women at large who navigate through an oppressive structure encountering trauma but emerge out of it and rebuilds life. Despite their diverse geographical and socio-political affiliations their representations share commonalities that highlight a distinct woman voice. The poignant yet challenging expressions of various kinds of discriminations and conflicts that they have been exposed to in their public and private life triggered their bold stances in the prevailing social order, that not only uphold their voice against patriarchy but also provide an alternative yet exigent source of history .

The proliferation of Internet of goods (IoT) technology has opened up innovative avenues for enhancing agricultural practices. In this paper, we propose an IoT- enabled factory monitoring system exercising camera technology to give real time monitoring and analysis of plant health parameters. These cameras capture high resolution images of shops at regular intervals. Image processing algorithms are employed to anatomize these images and extract applicable information analogous as plant growth rate, flake achromatize, pest infestation, and complaint symptoms. likewise, the system integrates with pall- predicated platforms for data storage and analysis, allowing farmers to pierce factory health criteria ever via web interfaces. Machine knowledge ways are abused to continuously meliorate the delicacy of factory health assessments over time, enabling visionary decision- timber and precise resource allocation. The proposed IoT factory health monitoring system offers several advantages over traditional styles, including reduced labor costs, early discovery of plant stressors, and optimized resource operation. also, it facilitates data driven perceptivity that empower farmers to make informed opinions to meliorate crop yield and quality. The system is designed to be stoner-friendly, allowing individualities to cover their shops ever through a web interface. exercising Internet of goods (IoT) principles. The captured visual data is analyzed to descry anomalies, conditions, or stress factors in advancement of smart husbandry and sustainable factory care practices. prolusion husbandry's purpose is the lineage and nurturing of shops, brutes, and other organisms, analogous as fungi, in order to produce biofuel, food, fiber, medicinal shops, in addition to other goods that profit and support living beasties. The environmental concerns around production of Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) have led to a shift towards more sustainable building materials. Industrial and demolition waste material can be good alternative supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs). This study investigates the use of Recycled Brick Powder (RBPs) is crushed and finely ground mud brick and is used as a partial replacement for OPC in concrete. The pozzolanic nature of RBP allows it to react with calcium hydroxide, which could improve the long-condition strength and resistance of concrete. In this research, Concrete mixes were prepared with different percentages (5%,10%,15%, 20%) of replacement percentage of cement with RBPs. The specimens were tested for strength after 7,14,28 days of curing. Microstructural analysis was done to understand the impact on the concrete. The 10% and 15% RBP replacing degree remained the same, while a 20% replacing led to a noticeable diminution. The pozzolanic chemical reaction at lower RBPs resulted in a denser and refined construction Reducing RBPs and minimizing building and destruction waste material and lowering the Cement in concrete products are some of the challenges addressed by the reuse of RBP. Up to 15% of RBP can be used as a sustainable cement replacement in concrete for general and non-critical structural application. This in turn promotes the green building practices and aligns well with global construction sustenance frameworks

Among all of the human senses, vision is one of the most important, and it plays a critical role in comprehending the surroundings around you Visually challenged people find it challenging to go about outside without assistance. As a result, this research is an attempt to develop a low vision object detection system. As a result, the following is required: It requires, among other things, a camera, an application, and an audio device. We developed and deployed an Android app that makes use of the phone's camera A vision-impaired person uses a camera to detect objects in their environment. In addition, the Application will inform the user of the object's direction as well as their distance from it. The programme will use an audio device such as headphones or the phone's speaker to give the visually impaired user the name, direction, and distance of the object. Visually challenged persons will be able to converse with each other using this way. This technology will allow visually impaired persons to travel around independently by educating them about the many items around them.

Education must depend on learning not in time. In schools across the country, time is the constant and the quality of learning is the variable. To get a high school certificate, students must attend school for roughly six hours a day, 180 days of the year and for 12 to 13 years. Some students graduate ready for the Ivy League and others are barely able to read. Competency-based learning is a comparatively modern approach to learning design. It is gaining immense popularity by industry-leading corporates as well as universities since it shows a definite improvement in skills and job results. On one hand, businesses can ensure that their workforce is competent for the task they are assigned to, and on the other side, users are confident that they are equipped with the right knowledge to perform their tasks. Competency-based education is a system in which students are empowered daily to make important decisions about their learning experiences, how they will create and apply knowledge and how they will demonstrate their learning. The objectives of this article are to highlight the formative role of Competence-based learning in comparison to traditional learning systems. The study also tries to indicate needs of competence-based learning in the focus of equity in education and why NEP 2020 advocates competence-based education systems as a fundamental pillar for future.

The concept of sustainability has gained significant attention across various domains, including human resource management (HRM). As organizations recognize the need to adopt environmentally friendly practices, the integration of sustainability into HRM has become crucial. The study's goal is to arrive at a new concept - green human resource management function - through an examination of the meaning of the environmental, economic, and social dimensions of sustainable development for organisations, the benefits of implementing the concept of sustainability in organisations worldwide, and the importance of embedding sustainability in HRM practises. The research relies heavily on previously collected data. This study provides a theoretical foundation for expanding the Green HRM research agenda via a narrative approach informed by a literature evaluation. Relevant information is collected from various sources, including electronic databases, websites, published papers, journals, magazines, and newspapers. Articles on Green HRM were retrieved for this study from several online libraries. Thus, Green Human Resource Management has the responsibility to create green awareness among the new talent and the existing employee working for an organization, encourage their employees to help the organization to reduce the causes of environmental degradation through green movement, green programs and practices, retain the resources for the future generation.

Deterioration of road structural integrity due to flooding may cause huge expenditure for rehabilitation and maintenance of roadways. The design of pavement structure is based on the strength of compacted soil known as the sub grade or road foundation; hence sub grade is the significant part of the road structural system. When roads are inundated for a long time or repeatedly, the materials in each layer of road structure become saturated, and the original condition of sub grade soils will be compromised. After flood, many roads were reported to be in its worst condition. In this scenario, an investigation was undertaken for determining the effect of road submergence on the sub-grade strength of road. Soaked and un soaked CBR tests were conducted on the soil samples and the results were analysed to study the effect of submergence on the performance of road pavements

Violence against women includes physical, sexual, psychological abuse. It is one of the most pervasive forms of human rights violation, denying women the equality, security, dignity, self-worth and their right to enjoy fundamental freedoms. Many countries have strong laws to protect women from violence but fail to implement them because of lack of awareness of women regarding legal provision. The study was done to assess the awareness of women regarding legal provision towards domestic violence. The lower part of Bihpuria Mouza was selected for the study and sixty women were selected as sample respondents. A self-prepared interview schedule was used for collecting the data regarding awareness of women.
