Parmanganatic oxidation of L- aspartic acid has been investigated at 303K in acidic medium using spectrophotometric technique. Both catalytic and non catalytic processes were found first order with respect to aspartic acid and permanganate ions. The oxidation is a double stage process, both stages are linear. The line corresponding to each of the stage intersect at a point. This point is an initial point for second stage process. k1 and k1l represent the pseudo first order rate constants corresponding to the faster of the two stages i.e. the first stage and the second, slower stage of the process respectively. These are the average rate constant for oxidation reaction.

Reserve Bank of India; the Apex bank of India made necessary changes with the help of expert in their policy for facing COVID19 pandemic. Entire Indian Banking sector faced and continue to face many challenges such as liquidity issue, Reserve Bank Of India reduced REPO rate to name a few. Since people are struggling to receive income, Reserve Bank of India decided to provide concession for paying EMI from customer by increasing the period for re-payment. The objective of the research paper is to study the changes RBI bought in its policy due to COVID-19 and also in general how COVID-19 has impacted the Indian Banking Sector. Current study was designed with the main purpose to study terrestrial orchid species of Karnataka for their mycorrhizal association. The present investigation on the study of mycorrhizae in the selected terrestrial orchid included collection of orchid plant, rhizosphere soil samples and nutritional analysis of rhizosphere soil. The terrestrial orchid was collected from natural habitats from various locations of Kemmangundi and Sagar provinces of Karnataka State and was later investigated for mycorrhizal association. The rhizosphere soil samples along with underground parts the above plants were collected. Both physico-chemical and chemical analysis of the soil like determination of pH, electrical conductivity (EC), organic carbon, macro and micronutrients were carried out. Soil analysis in all the samples have revealed that even though soil was rich with humus and contained adequate amount of soil nutrients, phosphorus was found to be low. Soil phosphorus availability was positively related to mycorrhizal diversity probably because under low soil phosphorus availability plants and fungi are both phosphorus limited.

Liver fibrosis is the formation of abnormally large amount of tissue in the liver. It occurs when the liver attempts to repair and replace damaged cells. Non-invasive assessment of severity of liver fibrosis is crucial for understanding histology and making decisions on antiviral treatment for chronic HBV [Hepatitis B virus] in view of associated risk of biopsy. The evaluation of relation between serum markers based on ultra sound images. It will detect accuracy and shows staging of liver fibrosis. To avoid the drawbacks of liver biopsy non-invasive method using machine-learning techniques was developed recently. In this paper image, information is also included in the dataset. For image information, the new algorithm was used that is ANFIS (Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System). In this concept, an approach has been taken to predict liver grades & what effects its severity.

This study aims to evaluate the characteristics of conditional volatility of the Indian stock market and compare the nature of volatility between the boom-and-bust phase of the Indian Financial cycle. The asymmetric volatility modelling is conducted using Exponential GARCH (EGARCH), Asymmetric power GARCH (APARCH) and GJR-GARCH on S&P Nifty 50 during July 2001 to June 2017 to arrest the nature of Indian financial cycle. We perform Value at Risk back-testing for adequacy of model fitness and compare half-life estimation for understanding the nature of persistence. Our study identifies APARCH (1,1) to be the best model for explaining boom phase volatility and EGARCH (1,1) as the best model for bust phase. The study also reveals the existence of inverse leverage effect in the boom-and-bust phase of the financial cycle. Our study originally contributes by comparing and documenting the empirical performance of GARCH processes during the boom-and-bust phase of Indian Financial Cycle. These empirical results would be beneficial for better risk management, portfolio optimisation and asset pricing.

In the years to come, one thing that our world would have to deal with more and more is undoubtedly natural disaster. Whether caused by the ever increasing vagaries of nature or by the epistemic hubris of the post-humanist world----natural disasters are bound to leave in its wake, memories of trauma caused by unprecedented loss of life and property and mass scale displacement. The present paper would like to interrogate the possible epistemic shifts that the post-humanist world view has undergone to understand, analyse and appropriate the first changing world around us. The paper would also extensively analyze how those paradigm shifts is casting its shadow within the landscape of literary imagination. The final aim of the paper would be to suggest a different conception of what it is to be human in this fast deteriorating world around us.

A cream is a topical preparation usually for application to the skin. Creams for application to mucus membranes such as those of the rectum or vagina are also used. Creams may be considered pharmaceutical products as even cosmetic creams are based on techniques developed by pharmacy and unmedicated creams are highly used in a variety of skin situation (dermatoses). The use of the Finger tip unit concept may be helpful in guiding how much topical cream is necessary to cover different areas. Creams are semi-solid emulsions, that is mixtures of oil and water. They are divided into two types: oil-in-water (O/W) creams which are composed of small droplets of oil dispersed in a continuous phase, and water-in-oil (W/O) creams which are composed of small droplets of water dispersed in a continuous oily phase. Oil-in-water creams are more comfortable and cosmetically suitable as they are less greasy and more easily washed off using water. Water-in-oil creams are more difficult to handle but many drugs which are integrated into creams are hydrophobic and will be released more readily from a waterin-oil cream than an oil-in-water cream. Water-in-oil creams are also more moisturising as they provide an oily barrier which reduces water loss from the stratum corneum, the outermost layer of the skin. Creams can be used for administering drugs via the vaginal route. Creams are used to help sun burns Composition:

The study was conducted with the aim of investigating the burden experienced by the families of osteo-arthritis patients. 102 families of patients suffering from osteo-arthritis knee were included in the study. The study was conducted in the Clinical Department of Physiotherapy, run by a Charitable Trust. The patients residing within the radius of 40 kilometers from study site and the patients without fracture or any other major health problem limiting their movements at the time of study were selected. Socio-demographic factors and the burden experienced by the families of patients were studied. The data were analysed using correlation, t test and F test. It was found that socio-demographic factors did not have any influence over most of the aspects of burden experienced by the families of osteo-arthritis patients.
