Cochlospermum religiosum is an important medicinal plant which needs to be conserved through in vitro propagation. Indirect shoot regeneration through callus is encouraged to conserve the plant material. Callus induction in Cochlospermum religiosum was achieved from shoot tip explants on Murashige and Skoog's (MS) medium fortified with different concentrations of growth regulators. The callus was sub cultured for multiple shoot induction. The shoot tip derived callus is proved to be best in indirect shoot regeneration. Callus induction was necessary for the organogenesis and propagation of plants, which have been genetically transformed.

The origin of the folk dance is believed to be evolved when people started to communicate their emotions among themselves. The folk dance can be enjoyed by all kinds of people because the movement of the step and lyrics of the songs are so simple and easy to learn. In India, we have festivals and celebrations virtually every day. This has added to the richness of Indian culture. Every festival is accompanied by celebration; folk dance is an integral part of it. The folk dance has a rural origin this is a common fact in this the folk dance is performed by very ordinary people. The villages gather on special occasions to sing and dance accompanied by a variety of folk instruments. Gujarat is known as the Land of festivals. This state has been with a rich tradition of performing arts. Most of the art traditions in Gujarat have their origin in the living times of Lord Krishna Saurashtra a Peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Kutch on the Northern side. There is mentioning of Saurashtra in Ithihas and Puranas. King Thirumalai Naicker who was ruling Madurai brought a large number of Saurashtrians to wave silk clothes. This paper talks about the analytical study of Konangi a dance drama by the Saurashtrian people of Salem. The information furnished in this article and the further research is done based on the interview with the Konangi artist Shri.Paneerselvam during the dance performance done by their troops on the occasion of 'Ramanavami'.

We investigate the application of visual boards in this paper. An essential tool for navigating the design process are visual boards. Mood boards and style boards are the two most popular types of visual boards; these are extensively discussed in the literature [3]. Concept boards, however, are unique to industrial design practice. These boards have gotten comparatively less attention in the literature, despite being widely employed in practice where they operate as key instruments for creating and sharing concept ideas. Despite the fact that the theory acknowledges the existence of concept boards, little is known about their creation, use, and content. Through case studies at two industrial design consultancies, we examine thirty-three distinct design student visual boards and examine the comments they receive from experienced senior designers. According to the analysis, concept boards are the most popular and essential kind of boards, but fewer people are aware of them than style and mood boards [2]. Three essential components and factors are identified by closely examining the industrial design process of developing and getting feedback on concept boards. We offer essential factors to keep in mind when making practical concept boards. We think they could be useful for industrial design students and instructors who need to learn how to create concept boards.

Mid-day-meal scheme has been initiated by the government but its effectiveness depends in many ways on the involvement of community at large. School meals needed to boost to the advancement of elementary education, child nutrition, and social right. However, these achievements depend a great deal on the quality aspects of mid-day meals and therefore these issues need urgent attention if midday meal programme are to realize their full potential. In view of above, it is imperative to assess the constraints faced in implementation of the scheme and suggest remedial measure to overcome such constraints. For this investigation, samples were gathered using the cluster random sampling approach. In the Auraiya district (Uttar Pradeh), schools from Bidhuna Tehsil and Ajeetmal Community Development Block were chosen at random. Lack of clarity of objetives, inappropriate scientific and precise assessment of the impact of the scheme, huge gap between nutritional knowledge and normal health among teachers, students and parents were some of the constraints faced towards implementation of Mid-day meal scheme. With adequate resources and quality safeguards, mid-day meals can play a major role in improving school attendance, eliminating classroom hunger and fostering social equity. Qualitative improvements are urgently required to fill the gaps in a time bound manner if mid-day meals are to achieve their full potential. The benefits are intangible but beyond the preview of any measurement scale.

In accordance with the regulations of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 (2022), the contents of medical records must be kept confidential by all parties involved in health services even if the patient has died. All medical records unit officers are fully responsible for the completeness and provision of files that are needed by the hospital at any time. Officers must be able to ensure that these files are stored and organized properly and protected from the possibility of file theft or leakage of the contents of medical records. The aim of this research is to determine the security and confidentiality aspects of medical record documents in hospitals based on journal review literature. This research method uses a literature review or literature study design. This data search uses databases published on the internet via open access channels such as Google Scholar. The keywords used are "aspects of security and confidentiality of medical records", "hospital". The selected articles are articles that meet the inclusion criteria: maximum journal publication deadline of 5 years (2020-2024), while the exclusion criteria used are different research objectives, journals only display abstracts or not full text, journals cannot be downloaded, titles and the same author but different sources. After searching for scientific articles via the Google Scholar channel, 7 articles were found that met the inclusion criteria from a review of 2,550 research articles. Continue data processing by carrying out data extraction and data synthesis. The results of the research include that medical record security from a physical perspective, generally medical record documents use quality paper that does not tear easily, and good ink. The lighting conditions in the filing room are not fully in accordance with theory, generally there is an APAR but it is placed outside the medical records room. In terms of biological aspects: generally there is insect medicine used to prevent files from insect attacks, there is spraying every month to protect medical records from insect attacks. From the chemical aspect: generally there are still officers who bring food or drink near medical records, carry out activities such as eating and drinking in the filing room, and the prohibition on bringing food in the medical record unit storage room has not been implemented. From the aspect of confidentiality of medical records, efforts have generally been made to maintain the confidentiality of the contents of medical record documents, for example, there is a warning at the front entrance "Entry is prohibited for other than medical records officers, but this has not been implemented properly.

The adolescent has to make many adjustments in life (Elliot, 2000).This adjustment can be physical, emotional, social and educational. Research has shown that adolescents who have been victims of corporal punishment at home are at greater risk of developing problem behaviours such as depressive symptoms, thoughts of suicide, addiction towards drugs and alcohol etc. (Straus and Kantor, 1994). Problem is to find whether conflict between young adults and their parents affect their adjustment in life. Objective is to investigate whether conflict between young adults and their parents affect their adjustment (Straus and Kantor, 1994).The variables of the study include Conflict Score as the independent variable and adjustment as the dependent variable. Adjustment related variable include Emotional Adjustment, Social Adjustment and Educational Adjustment. Hypotheses of the study were formulated. . Population consists of Plus 2 (age group 16-18 years) and 1st year degree college students (age group 18- 19 years) of Kolkata, North 24 Parganas and Hooghly districts of West Bengal from both urban and rural areas. Sample for Quantitative phase consisted of 545 students of Plus 2 and 1st year of college. Sample for Qualitative phase consisted of 30 students selected based on their Conflict Score. Tools of the study consisted of Conflict Scale- Questionnaire titled "Young Adults' Conflict with Parents" constructed by the investigator and Adjustment Inventory for School Students (Sinha and Singh,2005) Results showed that the correlation between Conflict Score and Emotional Adjustment is positive and significant at 1% level . That is, increased conflict has a deleterious effect on emotional adjustment. The correlation between Conflict Score and Social Adjustment is positive and significant at 1% level. As conflict increases social adjustment score increases which implies that increased conflict improves social adjustment. The correlation between Conflict Score and Educational Adjustment is positive and significant at 1% level. That is, conflict has a deleterious effect on Educational Adjustment (Sinha and Singh, 2005).Qualitative analysis was also done. The aggression that is generated from conflict has a potential of emotional maladjustment. It can destroy the young minds. It is a cause of concern for the future of our society. Not only does it call for parental education, but it also calls for more socially oriented teachers in high schools and colleges.

A comparison of the ternary circuit versus the binary circuit reveals that the ternary circuit is superior in terms of interconnect complexity, propagation time, and energy usage. The purpose of this work is to present a unique binary-to-ternary converter that makes use of a Double Pass-Transistor (DPL) that includes four bits as input and three trits as output. It is possible that this work may raise the data rate while simultaneously reducing the amount of power that is consumed, which is why it is so important. In addition to this, the converter that has been developed can also serve as a bridge between binary and ternary circuits. Simulation and testing of the suggested circuit are carried out with the help of a Micro-Cap V10 PSPICE simulator including CMOS process technology. Following that, it is compared to many binary-to-ternary converters in order to arrive at the conclusion that a considerable improvement was obtained.

Sustainability and sustainable development have become household terms in the present times. Gone are the days of luxury for a few and penury for the many. Today, it has come to be accepted that global ecology and economy are highly intertwined. The age-old Indian principle of the entire world being regarded as one family: "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" has been globally acknowledged and accepted. The developed world is now forthcoming in meeting the developmental needs of the developing nations by sharing sustainable technology to solve ecological problems and offering financial support for cooperative research. Thus, sustainability can be achieved as a global goal by the coordinated, conscientious and collaborative efforts of all the stakeholders viz. industry, government, environmentalists, consumers and society at large, across the world. Sustainability has become a virtue of the 21st century that must be imbibed by each and every individual, for each one of us have the capacity and onus as well to conserve our environment and resource endowments for the sake of future generations. The individual contribution of various stakeholders in the form of mindful production and consumption will collectively help in making long strides on the pathway of sustainability.

The intricate relationship between environmental sociology and biodiversity conservation, emphasizing the social dimensions of environmental issues. Environmental sociology, a subfield of sociology, examines the interactions between societies and their environments, highlighting how social structures, cultural practices and human behaviors influence environmental policies and practices. It underscores the reciprocal relationship between humans and nature, acknowledging that societal values significantly shape perceptions of nature and conservation efforts. The paper delves into key theories within environmental sociology, such as the social construction of nature, ecological modernization and political ecology. These theories provide a comprehensive framework for understanding the social dimensions of environmental issues. The social construction of nature theory posits that cultural and social contexts shape perceptions of the natural world, influencing interactions with the environment. Meanwhile, ecological modernization suggests that technological advancements and economic growth can facilitate environmental improvements. Political ecology highlights power dynamics and inequalities in environmental governance, emphasizing the need for community engagement and participatory approaches. Human-nature interactions are explored, reflecting diverse societal engagements with the environment, influenced by cultural beliefs, economic systems and political structures. The paper stresses the importance of understanding these dynamics for developing effective conservation strategies that balance ecological integrity with social equity. The role of environmental sociology in biodiversity conservation is emphasized, particularly in analyzing how social factors contribute to biodiversity loss and conservation efforts. The paper highlights the importance of integrating social and ecological perspectives, recognizing that biodiversity conservation is not solely an ecological issue but is deeply intertwined with social structures, cultural values and political dynamics. Arbitrability means whether a particular dispute can be brought to arbitration or if an arbitral tribunal has jurisdiction over the subject matter. Arbitrability is especially crucial for intellectual property rights (IPR) disputes. The arbitrability of IPR disputes in India is explored in this abstract. The Indian legal system, as defined by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, of 1996, does not specifically list the categories of non-arbitrable disputes, but rather empowers the courts with the power to judge on issues of arbitrability. The courts relied on case law to determine the arbitrability of IPR cases. This paper evaluates the rulings in the significant cases of Vidya Drolia, which developed a four-fold test to determine the arbitrability of disputes, and Booz Allen & Hamilton Inc. v. SBI Home Finance Ltd., that established the test of "right in rem" and "right in personam" to determine the arbitrability of disputes. In summary, case law and interpretation of the 1996 Arbitration and Conciliation Act determine whether IPR disputes in India can be arbitrated. While there is no definitive list of non-arbitrable IPR disputes, courts have developed tests for evaluating arbitrability based on factors such as the nature of the rights at issue and public interest. The recognition of arbitrability in some IPR disputes demonstrates India's commitment to promoting arbitration as an effective way of resolving such disputes.
