Background- ACL ruptures accounts for more than 50% of knee injuries which significantly impact an individual's functional abilities and quality of life. The major goals of rehabilitation for post-operative ACL injuries are to retain strength, stability and dynamic control as well as to avoid reinjuring the ACL and surrounding tissue. Therefore, it has lately become crucial to include core stability exercises in the rehabilitation due to deficient trunk stability and compensation to other structures. Myofascial release potentially improves flexibility, range of motion and overall movement quality. The purpose of this study was to explore effect of Pilates along with myofascial release on balance, postural control and quality of life. Methods- Study was conducted on 20 subjects both male and female with age group 20-40 years. 8 different Pilates exercises were performed five days a week for four months. Myofascial release was performed three days a week. Progression was made after every third week with change in frequency and mode of exercise. Clinical outcomes were evaluated using BESS (Balanced Error Scoring System), KOOS (Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score) and SEBT (Star Excursion Balance Test). Results- Between-week comparison mostly results showed that scores significantly increased in the 3rd and 12th week. Reaching distance in SEBT was increased in the posterior (P < 0.0001), medial (P < 0.0001), posteromedial (P < 0.0001), and posterolateral (P < 0.05) directions. Decreased number of errors in BESS including (P < 0.0001), only between 3rd and 12th week. Improvement was also shown in KOOS scores for pain (P < 0.0001), symptoms (P < 0.0001), ADL (P < 0.0001), Sports (P < 0.0001), QOL (P < 0.0001) but not between 9th and 12th week. Conclusion- The combination of MFR and Pilates may lead to synergistic benefits, including enhanced muscle strength, flexibility, proprioception and balance. While the initial results are promising, further research is required to validate the long-term efficacy and applicability into protocols.

Cough is a disease that affects both adults and children. Cough is a common disease for which patients seek medical attention from primary care physicians. Therapeutic suppression of cough may be of two types: disease-specific or symptom-related. Coughs are classified into two types based on their symptoms: dry coughs and wet coughs. Chronic cough and acute cough are the two types based on duration. For acute cough symptoms, antitussives are given to the patient, which occurs in the upper respiratory tract. For chronic conditions, determining the cause of a chronic cough is crucial to effective treatment. Some medications are also used for the chronic cough condition. In the drugs that are used in symptomatic treatment, some antitussives are used. Dextromethorphan is the main drug that acts as an antitussive.

Computational approaches in medicine design, discovery and admiration. Generally, medicine discovery takes a long duration of time period about 12 time and billon of capital. It includes the creating of new motes, docking motes to target protein, assaying molecular commerce, estimating binding strength and medicine parcels. Computer backed Drug Designing( CADD) is cost effective and free of some natural trials. Structure grounded medicine design( SBDD) and ligand grounded medicine design( LBDD) are the two general types of computer- backed medicine design( CADD) approaches in actuality. SBDD styles dissect macromolecular target 3- dimensional structural information, generally of proteins or RNA, to identify crucial spots and relations that are important for their separate natural functions. LBDD styles concentrate on known antibiotic ligands for a target to establish a relationship between their physiochemical parcels and antibiotic conditioning appertained to as a structure- exertion relationship( SAR),information that can be used for optimization of known medicines or guide the design of new medicines with advanced exertion.

India is very rich in wetland resource. The importance of wetland along with the groundwater resource in meeting the ever-increasing demand of fresh water is highly appreciated. However, this is a great challenge for regions where water is scarce and excess of human activities have plunged deep into the resource irrespective of the confirmation of replenishing them later. The present paper is focused on the hydrologic and morphometric analysis of lake which deals with the hydrological disturbances and water resource management. Hydrological analysis of Anasagar Lake examine the high inflow and outflow of water from different drainage channels. Through this study, we analyse that the status of lake water is very toxic, and the aquatic life is in danger because of human activities which are degrading the lake water tremendously. The quality of lake water has detoriated because of the drainage system of the city which drains in the Lake. Peak discharge and sedimentation processes have affected the lake hydrology

Physical evidence is often lacking in legal situations. In these situations, polygraph is a helpful tool for figuring out whether the examinee is telling the truth or lying. Polygraph is a device that tracks alterations in the body. The case studies are gathered to demonstrate the veracity of the suspect and victim in false rape cases. For the complainants, these false accusations appear to have three main purposes: to give them an alibi, seeking revenge, and to gain sympathy and attention. False rape accusations aren't the results of a gender-related aberration, as is usually asserted, but rather immature and desperate attempts to deal with societal and personal circumstances. False confessions are common and they have been documented. This paper aims to clarify some of the difficult concerns surrounding confession evidence by presenting a case study in which an examiner examined a defendant and his legal case. In this case the Fake complainants create a rape that neither happened nor was experienced by them, which results in telltale distinctions between fake and legitimate rape complaints.

Non-specific knee effusioncan be corelated with the entity Krostukasirsa to certain extent. Acharya Sushruta, Acharya Vagbhata, Bhavprakash, Madhavkar, Chakrapani Dutta has described that vitiation of Vata and Rakta Dosha is considered to be the main pathogenesis in concern to Krostukasirsa. Acharya Sushruta has described Aaghat (trauma), Amvata, Sandhivata (non specific arthropathies), Updansh (infective arthropathies) as its aetiological factors and Shoth (inflammation), Maharuj, Pida(pain) as the main clinical features of Krostukasirsa. While describing treatment of Krostukasirsa, stress has been given on the pacification of vitiated Vata and Rakta Dosha through Vata Sanshmana (anti-inflammatory measures) and Siravyadha. Acharya Sushruta has indicated Siravyadha to be performed in the leg region four finger above Gulfa(ankle) in the management of Krostukasiras, Khanja,Pangu and Vatavedana.

Psychosomatic disease which are also called as psychological Factors that affect Physical condition by DSM-V. These are the condition by where psychological factors (stress, anxiety) triggered or exacerbated physical illnesses. Stress has a strong influence on mind and emotions thereby affect the functioning of mind and physical body. The article shows how Homoeopathic approach is best for psychosomatic diseases, how the principle of homoeopathy helps in understanding the psychosomatic diseases because when homoeopathy cures a normal individual, the deeper side of his being i.e., emotions, the will and the understanding or the rational mind comes into equilibrium i.e., health.

This review article provides an overview of the role of herbal medicine in the management of chronic diseases. Chronic diseases, such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and arthritis, present significant challenges to healthcare globally. The growing interest in herbal medicine as an alternative and complementary therapy has prompted investigations into its potential benefits, mechanisms of action, and limitations. Herbal medicine offers a wide range of potential benefits in chronic disease management. These include symptom relief, antioxidant activity, immune system modulation, metabolic regulation, and reduced side effects compared to some conventional medications. Phytochemical constituents, modulation of gene expression, enzyme activity, and interactions with the gut microbiota contribute to the mechanisms of action of herbal medicine.Despite the potential benefits, herbal medicine faces certain limitations and considerations. Standardization and quality control are essential to ensure product consistency and reliability. Drug interactions, the lack of regulatory oversight, and the need for more robust scientific evidence are factors that require attention. In conclusion, herbal medicine presents a promising adjunct or alternative approach in the management of chronic diseases. Its potential benefits, mechanisms of action, and limitations need to be carefully considered in clinical practice and research. Further scientific exploration and collaboration between traditional and modern medicine are crucial for evidence-based decision-making and improved patient outcomes.

Amino acids are traditionally categorized based on their biochemical attributes. In this study, the focus shifts to reorganizing amino acids solely according to structural statistics, thereby mitigating existing chemical biases. The proposed machine learning model is to propose classification of the novel amino acid based on their structural insights. Main aim is to study the protein sequences of the candidates, that have been crystallized and their X-ray structures are well known and deposited in Protein Data Bank (PDB). Growth in available amino acids eventually slows down the speed of identifying the protein constituted by the number of amino acids. Hence, there is a requirement for an effective model to predict the secondary protein structure swiftly and accurately. This model has been designed to anticipate the protein's secondary structure through specific predefined tasks. Our Aim is to study the protein sequences of the candidates who have been crystallized and their X-ray structures are known and deposited in Research Collaboratory for Structural Bioinformatics (RCSB) PDB. The sequences of all the known crystal structures are to be downloaded from PDB and then a table is to be prepared based on occurrence of each amino acid on independent positions in the range of secondary structure. Once the data is ready, the noise must be removed accordingly, and the inferences will be made by polishing the data above a reasonable threshold. This focuses on forecasting the required parameters by analyzing the arrangement of amino acids and their neighboring context.

These effects have been made even more important by the COVID-19 pandemic, which has slowed down global businesses and supply lines. The main goal is to find out how ready Indian manufacturing companies are to work with Industry 4.0 plans. The study creates a strong tool called the "I 4.0 Maturity Model," which has seven categories and 34 maturity items. Exploratory case studies in auto-component, food processing, and electronics product manufacturing firms, along with a complete survey of 174 organizations in India's many manufacturing sectors, show that the model works in the real world. Investigating India's manufacturing landscape amidst the global Industry 4.0 discourse, this study addresses challenges hindering the integration of advanced digital technologies. Motivated by the pandemic's impact, the research focuses on assessing the readiness of Indian manufacturing for Industry 4.0. Introducing the 'I 4.0 Maturity Model,' validated through case studies and a survey involving 174 organizations, the study reveals a low maturity level, with sectors operating at 'Digital Novice' and 'Outsider' levels. Larger companies show higher readiness. Sectorial analyses highlight varied technology adoption, emphasizing barriers like capital investments and skills gaps. A three-phase roadmap offers insights, contributing a valuable self-assessment 'I 4.0 Maturity Model.' Recommendations aim to guide policy for successful adoption, not only in India but also for similar economies globally.
