: Fire accidents are one of the most critical emergencies that require immediate attention to prevent loss of life and property. This project proposes the development of an Automatic Fire Fighting Robot equipped with real-time fire detection, extinguishing capabilities, and advanced alert systems using SMS and call notifications. The robot is designed with fire sensors (e.g., flame sensors or temperature sensors) to detect fire in its surroundings. Upon detection, it autonomously navigates toward the source using obstacle-avoidance algorithms and deploys a fire suppression mechanism, such as a water spray or fire extinguishing gas. The system is powered by a microcontroller (e.g., Arduino or Raspberry Pi) for efficient control and operation.

Introduction: Antimicrobial resistance is increasing and becoming a major public health problem worldwide. The continued emergence of multidrug-resistant (MDR) and extended-spectrum beta-lactamases (ESBL) producing Enterobacteriaceae strains lead to the higher rate of morbidity and mortality among hospitalized patients. Obtaining regional drug resistance data is important for developing guidelines for appropriate antibiotic use and to control the emergence of antibiotic resistance. In this background this study aims to determine the prevalence of MDR and ESBL producing Gram Negative Enterobacteriaceae. Materials and Methods: The Present cross-sectional study was carried out in Department of Microbiology, P.D.U. medical college, Rajkot between February 2024 and June 2024. A total of 900 Gram-negative Enterobacteriaceae isolates from various clinical specimens were subjected to antibiotic susceptibility testing as per the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute guidelines. Results: Out of the total 900 Enterobacteriaceae isolates, ESBLs production was confirmed in 341 isolates with isolation rate of 37.87%. Out of these maximum isolates were Escherichia coli (43.18%) followed by Klebsiella pneumoniae (38.77%). Maximum number of cases 169 (49.56%) were observed in older age group. In our study, 522 (58%) isolates were found to be MDR isolates. Antibiotic sensitivity of ESBL producers was observed highest to Meropenem (100%) and Amikacin (84.75%). Conclusion: Isolation rate of MDR and ESBL producing Enterobacteriaceae strains was higher in hospitalized patients which indicates these isolates are vital in health care associated infections and requires proper infection control measures. These isolates have high rate of resistance against commonly used drugs of antimicrobial categories like cephalosporins and fluoroquinolones which indicates to formulate strict antibiotics prescription policy in health care settings.

Experimental Investigation on Behaviour of Self-Compacting Concrete Made with Agricultural Wastes as a Partial Replacement of Cement with Corncob Ash explores the use of Corn Cob Ash (CCA) as a sustainable alternative to partial cement replacement in Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC). SCC, known for its high workability without the need for mechanical compaction, can benefit from incorporating agricultural waste like CCA, which possesses pozzolanic properties. The study investigates the behaviour of SCC made with agricultural wastes as a partial replacemet of cement with varying proportions of CCA (0%, 3%, 5%, 10%, and 15%) with a w/c ratio of 0.43 on the workability, compressive strength of M30 grade SCC. The findings reveal that replacing up to 10% of cement with CCA is the optimal percentage replacement. workability of SCC was observed to decrease as the CCA content increased. This suggests the need for additional water or admixtures to maintain fluidity at higher CCA levels, Compressive strength tests show that SCC mixes with up to 10% CCA maintain adequate strength. At 28 days, the strength decreases from 42.45 MPa at 0% to 35.9 MPa at 15% replacement. Furthermore, this approach reduces the environmental impact of concrete production by lowering cement usage and repurposing agricultural waste. The optimal mix is found up to10% CCA replacement, balancing performance and sustainability.

The field of strategic management has long been divided between two dominant perspectives: the "planning", emphasizing deliberate, rational decision-making, and the "pattern", focusing on emergent strategies arising from complex interactions and environmental adaptation. This paper argues that a comprehensive understanding of strategic management necessitates integrating these seemingly disparate approaches. Such integration, however, presents significant methodological challenges, particularly in capturing the dynamic interplay between planned and emergent processes. Longitudinal, detailed data at both firm and industry levels are crucial for unraveling path dependencies and clarifying the causal relationships between strategic actions and outcomes. Addressing the inherent causal ambiguity and measurement difficulties associated with key strategy variables is essential for advancing the field. This research proposes a framework for bridging the planning-pattern divide, emphasizing the importance of dynamic capabilities and acknowledging the complex interplay of intentionality and emergence in shaping organizational strategy

Gender sensitivity is a mentality that can develop as a result of family and other associations, educational institutions, and other factors. Alternatively, it could be the product of a later-developed intellectual conviction based on the acquisition of specific forms of information and the subsequent extension of one's other societal values. The law in the country is already mainly functional and uniform for human beings, but now it is up to us to put it into practise. Instead of our ethical assistance, the approach could not be fulfilled from a legal standpoint. A woman is a human being who is not wiser, stronger, more intelligent, more creative, or more responsible than a man, but she is never less capable of performing than a man.

The common sense perception of the society envisages home as a place providing love, protection, care, affection, tenderness, warmth, compassion and solidarity among its members. The researches carried out by most of the early sociologists also concur with this perception. However, this perception now proves to be wrong in view of the increasing violence and untold incidences taking place within the four walls of home, once considered the safest place of the world. The violence can be termed as a male's or female's atrocities towards another male or a female, an elder's to a younger or vice-versa. Such violence gets manifested on physical, sexual or emotional level, and is held as an intrinsic part of Indian society since times immemorial. Violence on women takes many forms; it has far-reaching consequences on physical, sexual, and psychological health of women throughout their lives. It is the most pervasive yet least recognized human rights violation in the world. It is also a profound health problem, sapping women's energy, compromising their physical health, and eroding their self-esteem leading to depression and ultimately suicide. The main objective of the paper is to conceptualize and understand domestic violence on women in India in terms of its nature, magnitude, causes, and consequences and to devise the strategies to combat this problem.

Society is such a strong word which could make and break a life and the norms that they laid upon on the people to follow is incredible, not everyone obeys these norms but not everyone denies it too, still there are some people living for the sake of this society and not for them. That is what literally brought here by Shenoy, she brings out Veda, a 20-yr old girl who was forced to be in an uninterested marriage life to get a good name among the society and she does it without any word against though she had a dream career to be achieved. And in that unhappy marriage she had realized how hard it is for her to cope up in an alien environment, and later when she got an opportunity to find her true identity, she just went through it and found her ways.
