One of the most effective image processing operations, face recognition is pivotal in the specialized world. The identification of the mortal face is a current problem for verification purposes, particularly in the environment of pupil attendance. The process of relating scholars using a face biostatistics system grounded on high description monitoring and other computer technologies is called a face recognition attendance system. The creation of this system aims to digitally replace the outdated system of taking attendance by calling names and keeping handwritten records. The styles used moment to take attendance are clumsy and time- consuming. Homemade recording makes it simple to alter attendance data. Both the current biometric styles and the conventional system of keeping attendance are susceptible to delegates. ABSTRACT :- Diabetes mellitus (DM), or simply diabetes, is a group of metabolic diseases in which a person hashigh blood sugar, either because the body does not produce enough insulin, or because cells do notrespond to the insulin that is produced. This high blood sugar produces the classical symptoms of polyuria (frequent urination), polydipsia (increased thirst) and polyphagia (increased hunger).Conventionally, diabetes has been divided into three types namely: Type 1 DM or insulin-dependentdiabetes mellitus (IDDM) in which body fails to produce insulin, and presently requires the personto inject insulin or wear an insulin pump. This is also termed as "juvenile diabetes". Type 2 DM or non insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM), results from insulin resistance, a condition in which cells fail to use insulin properly, with or without an absolute insulin deficiency. This type waspreviously referred to as or "adult-onset diabetes". The third main type is gestational diabetes whichoccurs when women without a previous history of diabetes develop a high blood glucose level during her pregnancy.

ABSTRACT BACKGROUND: A mentally retarded child in the family is usually a serious stress factor for the parents. It often requires a reorientation and re-evaluation of family goals, responsibilities and relationships. In India the majority of persons with mental retardation have traditionally been cared for by their families. Throughout the world, parenting today is more complicated than it was in the past. Many adults or parents do not live with extended families and thus there is little opportunity for parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles of older generations to give advice and emotional support. Economic and social conditions encourage or require both parents to have jobs outside the home. This greater burden placed on the people working in mentally disabled home to provide tender care and love towards the children as a caretakers. MATERIAL AND METHOD: The research aimed at assessing the effectiveness of structured teaching program on knowledge regarding home care of mentally challenged children among their caretakers coming to psychiatric OPD of tertiary care hospitals in city, the research design used for study was pre experimental, one group pre-test post-test design with quantitative research approach. Convenient sampling method is used to select samples. RESULT: The present study shows that, in pretest, 13% of the caretakers had poor knowledge (score 0-10), 66% of them had average knowledge (score 11-20) and 21% of them had good knowledge (score 21-30) regarding home care of mentally challenged children. In posttest, 99% of them had good knowledge (score 21-30) and 1% of them had poor knowledge (score 0-10) regarding home care of mentally challenged children. This indicates that the knowledge regarding home care of mentally challenged children among caretakers improved remarkably after structured teaching program. CONCLUSION: The main aim of the study was to assess the knowledge among caretakers regarding home care of mentally challenged children and to administer a structured teaching program based on knowledge of home care of mentally challenged children. The structured teaching program helps the caretakers to enhance their knowledge regarding home care of mentally challenged children. The f conclusions were drawn on the basis of the findings of the study are the knowledge scores among most of caretakers were poor and average. And the structured teaching program for caretakers helps them to learn more about home care of mentally challenged children.

The creation of medication formulations composed of nanoparticles has made it possible to target and cure difficult diseases. Although their sizes differ, nanoparticles typically range in size from 100 to 500 nm. By modifying the substance, nanoparticles may be formed into intelligent devices that contain diagnostic and therapeutic chemicals and have stealth characteristics. These systems also offer controlled administration of treatment and the capacity to administer drugs to particular regions. By delivering the medication in a targeted and sustained manner, the toxic effect associated with the treatment is reduced, and patients comply with fewer doses. In addition to improving diagnostic tests, nanotechnology has demonstrated potential in the treatment of several diseases, including cancer, diagnostic testing, Alzheimer's disease, Neurological disorders, Infectious disease, Diabetes, Cardiovascular diseases, Organ transplantation and Gene therapy.

Ration Distribution system means allocation of essential goods to a large number of people. It's done by the government. Public distribution system is one the extensively controversial issues that involves high situations of corruption like inaccurate dimension of commodities, large waiting time, and material theft in ration stores. Hence, an effective , accurate and automated approach of ration distribution grounded on RFID technology is made. In this scheme , the proposed system replaces the man-made work in the public distribution system. The main ideal of the designed system is the automation of ration stores to give transparency by using RFID technology. This automated ration system replaces the standard ration card system by RFID tag, the government authority provides the customers database stored in microcontrollers. The client needs to scan the tag to the RFID anthology, and also the microcontroller checks the clients detail with a stored database to apportion the material in the ration store. After successful authorization, the consumer needs to access the type of material as well as the amount of the material using keypad. Therefore, our proposed system is veritably simple, accurate and consumes low power. It enables the user to easily collect his/her ration from time-to-time in an royal manner.

In Indian organizations, the performance management system (PMS) is essential for assessing and boosting employee performance, coordinating individual goals with organizational goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. However, several issues with the application and efficiency of performance management practices have surfaced, needing considerable system adjustments. The obstacles encountered and modifications made to the performance management system in Indian organizations are summarized in this abstract. Firstly, Indian organizations' traditional performance management systems frequently depended largely on periodic evaluations, which prevented real-time feedback and delayed the acknowledgment of employees' achievements. Second, India's culture presents difficulties for performance management. Hierarchical systems, power imbalances, and a dislike of constructive criticism are among factors that can obstruct honest communication and performance development. Thirdly, performance management methods have begun to become increasingly digital in Indian businesses. Technology developments have made it possible to automate performance review processes, improving their efficiency and objectivity. In conclusion, the performance management system is fraught with difficulties for Indian organizations. Changes are being made to encourage the practice that values constant feedback, embrace digitization, accommodate cultural quirks, and link individual ambitions with organizational objectives to solve these issues. These adjustments are made to boost organizational success in the fast-paced Indian business climate and staff engagement.

In the history of Indian classical music, Harida?s?s of Karnataka played a very important role in setting up the Karn?tak music pedagogy. They were Vai??ava saints of Karnataka who followed and advocated the Dvaita philosophy of ?ri Madhv?c?rya. They composed musical compositions that could be understood by one and all, by dexterously weaving musical elements and devotional literature together, which ushered in a cultural renaissance during and post the Bhakti movement. Sri V?dir?ja T?rtha, the most eminent yathi in the lineage of Sri Madhv?c?rya, was a great scholar, poet, debater, a harid?sa saint and a facile writer. A polyglot, his works pertaining to Dvaitha philosophy, which he emphasized as 'Tatva v?da' are not confined to the Sanskrit language, but take the gist of V?d?nta and Bh?gavatha as a powerful exposition, in a poetic style, through literature in Kannada, the language of the masses. Apart from this, some of his compositions are also seen in Marathi, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and Tulu. This paper will briefly present the composition Lak?m? ?obh?ne, which Vadir?ja T?rtha brings out as a g?ya Prabandha in Kannada. A ?obh?ne in folklore is a musical composition sung in weddings by womenfolk as a benediction to the bride and the groom. Methodologically, this paper employs a qualitative approach, analyzing a selection of the composition to bring its salient features and a descriptive narrative to briefly summarize these concepts.

Early childhood care and education are becoming a challenge in the current times. Many years ago, children were seen living happily. However, today, due to modern development, under the influence of gadgets like television, mobile, iPad, children cannot get the joy of enjoying their childhood. Like the front page of any book, this early childhood is very important for a child's entire life. Instead of enjoying this best period, children are now being seen growing up with office loads in so-called stress-free learning. Where is that childhood!! Where children used to listen stories from their grandparents, play in the mud, build boats and swim in the rain, climb trees, play steps and laugh with everyone in the family without knowing when they will grow up. The implication of saying that there was math along with learning and the teacher's stick was ringing and wisdom was coming to its place is that the Guru was so important that instead today parents go to complain about their child not being told anything by the teacher in school. All of us have created situations like cutting our own hands. In the present paper, the new dimensions included in the 2022 NCF ECCE syllabus, the challenges in its implementation and the new directions to be opened and the changes in the education sector have been discussed in details.

A pH meter is an electrical equipment used to measure the acidity or alkalinity of aqueous solutions. It has use in both the industrial and biomedical fields. The amount or active number of hydrogen ions present determines the pH of an aqueous solution. The pH scale can be used to determine how basic or acidic a solution is. The pH scale has a range of 0 to 14. This paper examines pH measurement technology as it currently exists and how it is used. It is known as the negative logarithm of hydrogen ion concentration. While older methods only provide an indication of the pH of the solution, digital pH meters allow us to obtain the numerical pH value with more accuracy.
