Breast cancer is one of the world's most devastating diseases. However, better understanding of tumor biology and improved diagnostic devices can lead to improved therapeutic outcomes. Nanotechnology has potential to revolutionize cancer diagnosis and therapy. Various nanocarriers have introduced to improve the therapeutic efficacy of anticancer drugs, including liposomes, polymeric micelles, quantum dots, nanoparticles, and dendrimers. Recently, targeted drug delivery systems for anti-tumor drugs have demonstrated great potential to lower cytotoxicity and increase the therapeutic effects. Various approaches have been explored for targeting breast cancer. This article provides an overview of breast cancer, conventional therapy, potential of nanotechnology in management of the breast cancer, and rational approaches for targeting breast cancer.

Abstract: Geography has a long tradition of being an important subject in the school curriculum. Geography has a long tradition of representing its findings in terms of maps, graphs, charts, images and diagrams. Hence, the visual sense is given utmost priority in Geography and this trend has limited the scope for the visually impaired learners in Geography. The present study seeks to explore the learning attitude of the visually impaired learners towards Geography with respect to their gender, residence and level of education by using an attitude scale encompassing three dimensions of classroom transaction, preferability and difficulty in learning Geography. The sample size for visually impaired learners is 374 (class VI to X) with their age varying from 11-18 years. Samples were collected from nine districts of West Bengal. The findings noted significant differences in the learning attitude of the students according to their level of education.

Research summary: We call the period when Tamil developed through Sangam. Sangam period is almost 2500 years ago. Therefore, based on the objective of what kind of restrictions faced by the women who were the right half of the human society during that period, this article titled "Restrictions faced by Sangha women" has been created. The sources of the article were taken from Sangam period texts like Tolkapiyam and Sangam literatures like Ettugyi and Batuppattu. The proofs for the summary of the restrictions on women during the Sangam period and the summary and conclusion at the end of the article and the sources used from the Sangam texts are given as footnotes.

This study has been undertaken to investigate transverse and longitudinal profile of Sukhna Choe Watershed in Chandigarh and Haryana. Primary and secondary source of data have been used for analysis. Topographical map, Cartosat-1, and field visits data have been collected and interpreted in ARC GIS and ERDAS software for calculating the various parameters as contours, hill shading, terrain profiles, longitudinal profile, aspect and slope analysis. However, it was discovered that the discontinuity of the longitudinal and transverse profiles tends to occur at the similar location, which may reflect the occurrence that influences the development on valley-side slopes.

The production of biowaste increasing day by day, due to the more availability raw material especially from lignocellulosic based material become resistant for their degradation and recovery of valuable material. To overcome this problem several pretreatments, apply on the biomass. The aim of this work was to pretreat the agro-waste with physical, chemical as well as physicochemical pretreatment to produce the bio stimulant for better yield and to investigate the transformation of structure of compounds in organic matter and their relation with stability of organic matter during the pretreatments. Raw material was taken from the field of agriculture. The pretreated biowaste evaluation was monitored by infrared spectroscopic analysis. Through the Flurorier Transformed Infrared Spectroscopic analysis shows the chemical nature of raw as well as pretreated material to determine changes in chemical nature of fruit waste. The qualitative characterization of pretreated fruit waste is beneficial to produce a biofertilizer which is direct food source to the microflora of soil.

Rainfall, the main source of surface water; includes water reservoirs, rivers, ponds, lakes, and streams. Current work and research, on metal occurrence and distribution of Sudha Dam, have been going on for about two years i.e., from January 2017 to December 2018. Sudha Dam is surrounded by hilly regions, dense vegetation and agricultural land, and different types of land forms. The surface runoff contains various organic elements that enter the Sudha dam itself. The source of pollution is an agricultural activity, soil erosion, and exposed geology of the surrounding region. Their respective standard widely applicable methods performed their experimental analysis. While conducting preliminary observation, it was found that water samples from Sudha Bhokar taluka dam and complete a seasonal survey of quality assessment of Physico-chemical parameters of water, near Sudha dam Bhokar. Selected sampling water parameters to carry out this research work, the results are shown on the respective plates, the result, etc.

National Highway No. 44 is the main highway connecting the northern states with Tamil Nadu. It is a 3745 km long National Highway connecting the states of Karnataka, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Telungana and Andhra Pradesh with Tamil Nadu. The Dharmapuri-Salem road has almost 9.8 Kilometers of stretch comes under completely hillyterrain on NH-44 starting from Toppur to Toppur Toll Plazza. This road is maintained by L&T Thoppur Toll Plaza in Dharmapuri District. An average of 35,000 to 40,000 vehicles pass through this road daily and 75% of these vehicles are heavy vehicle s. The unavoidable passage of this road is a dangerous four-lane road from Kattamedu to thoppur on Dharmapuri Salem Road and is a pothole which causes a large number of accidents in this passage, thus causing more casualties. The main reasons were found to be rash driving, narrow curves, T junction, Steep gradient, poor visibility, Steep slope and sharp curves and heavier traffic. The stopping sight distance is also not enough at critical points on the permissible limit of speed. So, in this this research, we have gathered accident information from thoppur police station and find causes of accident and suggest remedial measure on those accidents.

T.S. Eliot is unanimously acknowledged to have been most authentic and influential critic and poet in the third and fourth decades of the twentieth century. His choice of subject matter generally informs ethical, orthodox, conservative Christian culture under the garb of objectivity. His literary criticism in elucidating the texts is the representative voice of his age. The positivistic and pragmatic trends in the area of sciences and the Existentialism, Absurdity, Humanism and Nihilism in ethics and religion coalesced to dominate the creative expressions. The hegemonic control of such trends happened to inculcate in reading masses a secular attitude devoid of traditional essence. Besides that the liberal humanism and democratic tendencies in life formed the contemporary mindset, which was held responsible, in part, to have led to two World Wars. Eliot adopts a reactionary attitude in following the cultural tradition which stands against those dominant trends. Eliot and others of his persuasion believed that the dominant trends have caused disorder and chaos in contemporary social life, which needed, as visualized by them, immediate correction of taste. The present paper explores how Eliot foregrounds distortions and confusion and thereafter attacks those dominant trends and philosophical postulations through his conservative Faith in Christianity, Western culture and a European literary tradition.
