Aim: The study aimed to develop protein-rich beet pulse bites (sev puri) for people with CVD. Objectives include the formulation of products which can be consumed by all strata of people with Cardiovascular disease (CVD). Introduction: Sev puri is popularly consumed as a snack in various ways. Due to its popularity and demand, it was modified using pulses flour (Tur dal, moong dal, chana dal) Rava, beetroot, spices, and maida for binding to increase its nutritional composition. The cooking method was altered; air fried was done instead of deep frying. Pulses are high in fiber plant protein, and various other micronutrients and low in fat and Glycemic index benefit the prevention and management of CVD. The dietary nitrate and polyphenols like betanin, Saponin present in beetroot resist the synthesis of ROS and improve endothelial function, reduce partial stiffness, and decrease systolic and diastolic BP. Methodology: The study was conducted through various phases including standardization, sensory evaluation- 5 hedonic scales, microbial analysis, and evaluating nutritional and shelf life parameters. Results and discussion: A crispy, bright pink, aroma of fenugreek, beet pulse bite (sev puri) was obtained. The product was made using lab technique, the protein pulse bites high in protein. The inclusion of mixed dal powder increased the nutritional benefit of the product. The microbial analysis revealed that it can be stored in an airtight container for a month

Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer found in women and today represents a significant challenge to public health. With the latest breakthroughs in molecular biology and immunotherapy, very specific targeted therapies have been tailored to the specific pathophysiology of different types of breast cancers. These recent developments have contributed to a more efficient and specific treatment protocol in breast cancer patients. Endocrine Therapy for breast cancer currently consist of (1) ovarian function suppression (OFS); (2) selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs); (3) selective estrogen receptor down-regulators (SERDs); and (4) aromatase inhibitors (AIs), or a combination of two or more drugs (2). EGFR Inhibitors consist of Trastuzumab conjugates, HER2-targeted vaccines, VEGF Inhibitors, Platelet derived growth factor Inhibitors etc.

The paper explores the possibility of using the tools of synthetic biology for tackling one of modern medicine's most urgent crisis. Antibiotic resistance threatens to undo a century of advances to medicine and there is a need to look for alternatives to bolster the antibiotic pipeline. Synthetic biology could possibly be one of those alternatives, especially to provide specific and targeted antibacterial solutions.

In recent years, wireless technology is in demand. The Split Ring Resonator(SRR) based antenna has been designed, analysed, developed and fabricated. The researchers are doing research in designing technology-based, multiple application-oriented, efficient, and cost-effective RF structures. Incorporating all requirements of existing industries, various wireless applications-oriented, negative refractive index-based antenna structure is designed and analysed in this paper. The claimed antenna resonates at 1.70 GHz and 2.27 GHz frequencies. The output parameters show very good potential for the L and C band frequency applications.

Abstract: Static bioassay for acute 96h and chronic 30 days were performed using sub-lethal 945 ppm (LC0) and lethal 960 ppm (LC50) concentration of Sodium Fluoride on the fresh water fishes L rohita and C mrigala. The behavior and mortality rate were recorded. After acute exposed various fish tissue like gill, muscle, liver, and kidney were subjected to biochemical (total protein, glycogen, and lipid) analysis. The result showed marked alternation in experimental fish due to toxicity of Sodium Fluoride compared with control group.

Non-stationary signals don't have constant time period, frequency and have errors or noise while obtaining these signals hence, it is important to denoise these signals with suitable filtering techniques in order to examine them accurately. This paper presents a comparison between the filtering techniques of non-stationary signals by using filters such as FIR, Chebyshev, Butterworth, Moving Average and denoising techniques like Wavelet Transform (WT), Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) and Wavelet Packet Transform (WPT) for which the methodologies are also discussed. All the techniques were given the same signal from sample non-stationary signals, one at a time. The sample non-stationary signals which were used for this research are VibroArthoGraphic (VAG) signals which were obtained from vibrations of knee joints. Comparison of different techniques is based on performance parameters - Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) and Mean Squared Error (MSE) of the original signal with the denoised signal. The denoising and analysis of the sample signals were performed in MATLAB software.

The aim of this paper is to review the various studies conducted across the world for survival of entrepreneurial firms, with special interest in the role of human capital. Entrepreneurship policies often include programs to encourage entry into self-employment. However, new-firm survival is difficult, with high exit rates during the early stages of the launch of a new enterprise. The findings on the previous labour market situation indicate that workers entering self-employment from non-participation may have a lower probability of enterprise survival. However, previously employed individuals do not seem to have an advantage over those who previously experienced short-term unemployment. The study reviews such linkage of human capital factors like previous experience, education and skills on the survival of entrepreneurial firms.

The stock market is very volatile in nature. This topic itself has lots of challenges and interests too. So many researchers try to predict the stock market values. This paper has different research approaches to predict the trend in the stock market using various methods and algorithms. In technical and fundamental analysis techniques and sentimental analysis, they use data mining techniques to identify the pattern from a massive amount of market data. Neural networks, artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, and many more approaches were used for the prediction of trends in the stock market.

The women workers occupy a place not only subordinate to men in society but also to their female counterparts from other strata of society. The women worker constitute a labour force within the frame work of the society that gives them the responsibility for the happier living of middle and upper class families. No recognition however is given to them as a labour force. Instead they are looked down upon, as most of them belong to socially inferior castes entrusted with heavy and disgraceful work. The working women come from poor family background with no education. Moreover, devoid of any skills they become an easy pray for exploitation. They have no legal protection of trade unions to demand their rights and duties. In Kanyakumari District the increase in the demand for unorganised workers arose due to the changes brought about by industrialization, especially in the urban areas. Many women from the middle class now have taken up jobs outside their homes. It is for these people that the unorganized worker is an inevitable necessity. Consequently no labour legislation is applicable to the women workers. As a result there is no implementation of rules and regulations protecting their basic rights like provident fund, annual or maternity leave, medical facilities etc. This fact subjects the domestic worker to more exploitation than unorganized workers. Hence this study aims at investigating the working conditions of the women workers in supermarkets of Nagercoil in Kanyakumari district.
