Detection of if tree is present or not present in the grayscale image. Deep Learning algorithms are designed in such a way that they mimic the function of the human cerebral cortex. These algorithms are representations of deep neural networks i.e., neural networks with many hidden layers. Convolutional neural networks are deep learning algorithms that can train large datasets with millions of parameters, in form of 2D images as input and convolve it with filters to produce the desired outputs. The authors have built an AI/ML model which identifies in a picture, if there exists a tree or not. They have used Python Flask, HTML, CSS and JS. The ad hoc dataset taken includes 1000 images for training and 400 unseen images for testing. The CNN Model offered a high accuracy of 94.25. To make it user friendly they have built a website whose interface gives an option of clicking as well as uploading picture from device media. After uploading the image, the model runs and we get an output in the form of Tree or No Tree. The website was connected to the Model using Flask.

Milk has a special place in Cooperative society. A study of milk marketing practises in the Naickenpalayam Panchayat of the Coimbatore District using dairy cooperatives. The research investigation makes use of both primary and secondary sources. The secondary information from the selected societies' corresponding annual reports and accounts. The survival of low- and middle-income farmers depends heavily on the dairy industry for their industrial systems. In rural areas, cooperative societies are utilised for the sale of dairy products. Furthermore, studies like this would shed light on how societies perform and the obstacles dairy producers confront when marketing their goods. The main limitations include poor managerial competency, a paucity of competent Whether cooperatives evolve into member-owned sovereign organisations that are operated effectively, freed from extraneous limitations by special stakeholder individuals, and governed by the officials picked by respective members, they could have a bright future in India in the new era. The field survey approach described in the existing study's methods and materials was used to survey 200 farmers. Simple percentage tools and approaches were also used.

The novels Mereng, Moth-Eaten Howdah of the Tusker and Oyonanta by Anuradha Sarma Pujari Mamoni Raisom Goswami and Arupa Patangia Kalita, respectively, portray women in the twentieth century spanning across pre and post independent India. They present strong female protagonists which were contrary to the ideal expected embodiment of women confined to a domestic environment. At a time, when women's rights were limited and their roles restricted, these women challenged the oppressive norms. Though set in almost the same time period with historical framework in the background, the circumstances that they evolved in are very different. The research will examine feminist themes present in the novels by comparing and contrasting their developments within their social milieu despite the restraints of their time, religion and culture. The research work will use specific examples from the novels, theoretical works of critics and citations from contemporary works to present proposed objectives and demonstrate similar feminist themes of independence, empowerment and honour through each role.

Drugs can be administered locally or systemically through the colon. For example, local distribution could make it possible to treat inflammatory bowel disease topically. If medications could be administered specifically to the colon, the effectiveness of the treatment may be increased. Additionally, systemic side effects could be reduced. Oral delivery of peptide and protein medicines, which are often inactivated in the upper gastrointestinal tract, may also be possible using colon-specific methods. Prodrugs, pH and time dependent systems, and microbially triggered drug delivery systems are some of the primary techniques for CDDS (Colon Specific Drug Delivery), which have had little success and have several limitations. newly established CDDS, which consists of osmotic controlled drug delivery, novel colon focused delivery method, and pressure controlled delivery system.

In this study, we investigated the job satisfaction of 451 teachers in Chinese medical colleges. The characteristics of the profession of medical college teachers in China are very special. A large number of them are part-time teachers. In addition to teaching in medical colleges as teachers, they also work as doctors in hospitals affiliated to medical colleges. The dual integration of "teaching and medical treatment" is the current situation of medical college teachers in China, and it is also one of the characteristics that medical college teachers are different from other college teachers. How to improve the sense of happiness of medical college teachers, improve the job satisfaction of employees, and reduce job burnout has become the primary problem to be solved at this stage. The results of the questionnaire survey on the teachers of Chinese medical colleges and universities show that: 1. Their overall job satisfaction is average, only in the interpersonal dimension. 2. Women's job satisfaction is lower than that of men. 3. Young people with little work experience and low professional title have lower job satisfaction. 4. The job satisfaction of master degree is the highest, while that of doctor degree is the lowest. 5. Marriage does not affect satisfaction. 6. The satisfaction of part-time teachers is lower than that of full-time teachers. The results of this study can help school administrators to better understand the status quo of teachers' satisfaction in medical colleges in China, explore the influencing factors of job satisfaction, and provide a theoretical basis for the rational development of human resources in medical colleges and provide a way to solve practical problems.

Assembly lines are production flow-lines made up of purely assembly operations, which are of great importance in the industrial production of high quality, standardize commodities. Recently assembly lines even gained importance in low volume production of customize product. Due to high capital requirement when installing or redesigning a line its configuration planning is of great relevance for practitioners, hence this attract attention of plenty researchers who tried to support real world configuration planning. By suited optimization model, (assembly line balancing problem) .Inspite of the enormous academic effort in assembly line balancing it has been observed that there remains a considerable gap between the requirement of the real configuration problem and the status of the research. The paper provides a classification scheme of assembly line balancing and the various optimization techniques, which are used for solving the problem of ALB. Assembly line have been conventionally classified into two types i.e. type I focuses on minimizing the number of work stations for a given cycle time and type II minimizing the cycle time for a fixed number of work stations.

Real estate project analysis has numerous challenges. Since each type of real estate has unique characteristics, an assessment must be carefully adapted to each case. The choices that management has are actually one of a project's most valuable assets. The aim of this research is to incorporate flexibility into financial feasibility analysis using ROA by first critically assessing the various financial feasibility analysis approaches and identifying inherent flaws in traditional DCF analysis, one that only produces a static single point estimate. Subsequently, analyses using more dynamic methods that try to fill in the gaps in DCF approach provide rationale for selecting Real options. Through ROA, the flexibility can be given an objective value, which clarifies why such options should be pursued. The binomial tree is used to do the analysis. The results lend credence to the idea that utilising more dynamic analysis techniques that take into account the uncertainty of sales price and construction expenses in the real estate sector results in more precise forecasts of future profitability.

Accent Detection is used to detect a person's pronunciation or accent associated with where they live. Deep learning is used to recognize English accents. This software is designed to check the closest English accent spoken in a location. Deep learning consists of CNNs (Convolutional Neural Networks). Accent detection is one of the newest or growing topics. Thus, in this ideology, languages or accents are categorized, and the categorized accents provide the background of people and the demographic place in which they live. This information is useful for working with many domains. In this study, CNN is used for accent detection of English speakers. Experimental results demonstrate the power of deep learning in accent detection and the potential of the algorithms used in this accent classification process. This process is very useful in security domains.
