This case study is of an apparel manufacturing unit located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The manufacturing cum export unit has been running several initiatives to move from a judgement-driven to a data-driven organization, to transform digitally and to become more competitive. The organization wanted to deploy their limited resources in the best possible manner by focusing on solving their most critical challenges. The management and employees were asked to rank five inhibitors based on their assessment of the impact of those inhibitors. Kruskal-Wallis test revealed that not all inhibitors are equally important. Results can be used by the management of the manufacturing unit to prioritize managing key inhibitors of data analytics to reduce judgement-based decisions.

Background: Obesity is a health problem frequently accompanied by depression and anxiety, as well as psychological eating styles such as emotional eating, addictive eating behaviours, and binge eating. Depression and obesity are established as major health problems worldwide. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that overweight affects about 1.3 billion adults worldwide, obesity more than 600 million, and depression affects 350 million people of all ages. Methodology: A systematic review was conducted following centers for Goggle scholar, PUBMED and science direct database using the keywords Overweight, obesity, depression, symptoms of depression. The time frame of the search was from 2000 to 2020. Result: The literature search resulted in 100 articles. 70 articles were selected after duplicate removal 50 articles were selected as per eligibility criteria. 25 articles were excluded due to reasons and 25 articles were selected for the systematic review. Conclusion: Based on our analysis results, most of the study stated that the importance of focusing on body image dissatisfaction among both adult females and males. In the present study, emotional eating was identified as a mediator variable between depression and BMI in young men and women. Other factors that contribute to weight gain should also be taken into consideration. There was a positive association between obesity and the risk of body dissatisfaction and low self-esteem among adults.

Accent Detection is used to detect a person's pronunciation or accent associated with where they live. Deep learning is used to recognize English accents. This software is designed to check the closest English accent spoken in a location. Deep learning consists of CNNs (Convolutional Neural Networks). Accent detection is one of the newest or growing topics. Thus, in this ideology, languages or accents are categorized, and the categorized accents provide the background of people and the demographic place in which they live. This information is useful for working with many domains. In this study, CNN is used for accent detection of English speakers. Experimental results demonstrate the power of deep learning in accent detection and the potential of the algorithms used in this accent classification process. This process is very useful in security domains.

Breast cancer is one of the world's most devastating diseases. However, better understanding of tumor biology and improved diagnostic devices can lead to improved therapeutic outcomes. Nanotechnology has potential to revolutionize cancer diagnosis and therapy. Various nanocarriers have introduced to improve the therapeutic efficacy of anticancer drugs, including liposomes, polymeric micelles, quantum dots, nanoparticles, and dendrimers. Recently, targeted drug delivery systems for anti-tumor drugs have demonstrated great potential to lower cytotoxicity and increase the therapeutic effects. Various approaches have been explored for targeting breast cancer. This article provides an overview of breast cancer, conventional therapy, potential of nanotechnology in management of the breast cancer, and rational approaches for targeting breast cancer.

Abstract: Geography has a long tradition of being an important subject in the school curriculum. Geography has a long tradition of representing its findings in terms of maps, graphs, charts, images and diagrams. Hence, the visual sense is given utmost priority in Geography and this trend has limited the scope for the visually impaired learners in Geography. The present study seeks to explore the learning attitude of the visually impaired learners towards Geography with respect to their gender, residence and level of education by using an attitude scale encompassing three dimensions of classroom transaction, preferability and difficulty in learning Geography. The sample size for visually impaired learners is 374 (class VI to X) with their age varying from 11-18 years. Samples were collected from nine districts of West Bengal. The findings noted significant differences in the learning attitude of the students according to their level of education.

Research summary: We call the period when Tamil developed through Sangam. Sangam period is almost 2500 years ago. Therefore, based on the objective of what kind of restrictions faced by the women who were the right half of the human society during that period, this article titled "Restrictions faced by Sangha women" has been created. The sources of the article were taken from Sangam period texts like Tolkapiyam and Sangam literatures like Ettugyi and Batuppattu. The proofs for the summary of the restrictions on women during the Sangam period and the summary and conclusion at the end of the article and the sources used from the Sangam texts are given as footnotes.

This study has been undertaken to investigate transverse and longitudinal profile of Sukhna Choe Watershed in Chandigarh and Haryana. Primary and secondary source of data have been used for analysis. Topographical map, Cartosat-1, and field visits data have been collected and interpreted in ARC GIS and ERDAS software for calculating the various parameters as contours, hill shading, terrain profiles, longitudinal profile, aspect and slope analysis. However, it was discovered that the discontinuity of the longitudinal and transverse profiles tends to occur at the similar location, which may reflect the occurrence that influences the development on valley-side slopes.

The production of biowaste increasing day by day, due to the more availability raw material especially from lignocellulosic based material become resistant for their degradation and recovery of valuable material. To overcome this problem several pretreatments, apply on the biomass. The aim of this work was to pretreat the agro-waste with physical, chemical as well as physicochemical pretreatment to produce the bio stimulant for better yield and to investigate the transformation of structure of compounds in organic matter and their relation with stability of organic matter during the pretreatments. Raw material was taken from the field of agriculture. The pretreated biowaste evaluation was monitored by infrared spectroscopic analysis. Through the Flurorier Transformed Infrared Spectroscopic analysis shows the chemical nature of raw as well as pretreated material to determine changes in chemical nature of fruit waste. The qualitative characterization of pretreated fruit waste is beneficial to produce a biofertilizer which is direct food source to the microflora of soil.
