The study explores the impact of Goods and Services Tax (GST) on consumer behavior in the Indian hotel service sector. With a mainly male focus (70%) and a significant presence of professionals (82%), the study emphasizes the need for targeted strategies. Notably, 50% of respondents rarely stay in hotels, indicating potential sensitivity to GST-related changes. Service quality (66%) and price (64%) are identified as pivotal factors in hotel selection under GST. While GST awareness is high (86%), a notable lack of awareness (60%) exists regarding benefits or discounts offered by hotels. The study reveals multifaceted implications of GST, prompting adjustments in pricing, operational strategies, and consumer decision-making. Challenges in compliance have led to enhanced operational efficiencies and renewed emphasis on customer-centric approaches. Ongoing adaptation to the evolving GST landscape is crucial for sustained growth, requiring continuous monitoring of consumer behavior and industry trends. This research provides essential insights for industry stakeholders and policymakers to navigate the complexities of the post-GST era in the Indian hotel services sector, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Sorbitol-starch based polymer can be used as surfactant. In current research work we successfully used this polymer for making of powder and liquid detergents. Several compositions constructed by considering ingredients like SLS, SLES, acid slurry and Polymeric surfactant. The performance characteristics like bulk density, foam height, surface tension, viscosity pH and stain removing capacity have been evaluated. We find that our powder and liquid detergent show similar and comparable result when it compare with commercial powder and liquid detergents. We avoid most common ingredient likealpha olefin sulphonate and phosphate to prevent water pollution. In some formulations we minimized the quantity of acid slurry to make detergent more ecofriendly. In some cases we completely replace acid slurry by our sorbitol starch based polymeric surfactant

The main goal of this project is to provide a solarpowered charging station for urban people living in metropolitan areas. Better EV load estimates are created by taking into account the most popular commercial EV available. The suggested solar-powered charging station would be situated in specific urban areas and is based on the defined EV load models. In this study, a power board and the sun are used to charge an electric car's battery. The EV will use electricity off the power board in the event that the sun isn't accessible (during wintertime or during a storm, for example). This essay examines the effectiveness of electric vehicles in various electrical components and discusses the drawbacks and advantages of adopting them as a sensible first step toward a sustainable, eco-friendly, and effective system.

Using the internet, social media, mobile apps, and other digital communication technologies has become part of billions of people's daily lives. For instance, the current rate of internet use among American adults is about 87% and is closer to 100% for demographic groups such as college-educated and higher-income adults [1]. Younger people -- the next generation of mass consumers -- have similarly high levels [2]. People also spend increasing time online. For example, in the UK, over the last decade the number of hours spent online by adults has more than doubled, and now averages 20.5 hours per week [3]. Social media has fueled part of this growth: worldwide there are now more than 2 billion people using social media [4], and Facebook alone now has approximately 1 billion active users per day [5].

Hyderabad has emerged as a leader in solid waste management, employing cutting-edge technologies to achieve "zero waste" status. With a population of over one crore and a floating population of 20 lakhs, the current garbage generation has climbed to 6,454.72 tons of solid waste each day. The current research examines the old garbage collection procedure previous to the establishment of Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan and the impact this mission had on Hyderabad Solid Waste Management (SMW). The Municipality, with the support of private players, adopted the covered SWaCH Auto Tippers in 2016, which completely eliminated the tricycle and garbage Bins concept, which created public nuisance because garbage lay everywhere on the roadways and the smell was unpleasant. Tippers could help with speedier door-to-door collection, which replaced the slow-moving tricycle garbage collection method, and source segregation, which never reached its full potential. In addition, the sophisticated Secondary transfer station was upgraded with advanced garbage compactors that delivered waste directly to the Dumpyard for scientific waste disposal. Hyderabad is the first city in the India to have a cutting-edge waste-to-energy facility, which can now convert waste into energy, resulting in zero waste in the city. Prior to implementation of SWaCH Bharat Abhiyaan (SBA) the Municipalities lacked data on rubbish generation since the existing SWM system does not track trash. The municipalities were unable to appropriately construct SWM-related infrastructure and resources since they had no idea how much waste they would eventually have to handle. Additionally, the traditional SWM system did not use offline surveys on a regular basis to gather valuable data on waste generation, nor did it use real-time waste data. This scarcity led to inadequate planning and services. But in 2016, Hyderabad's solid waste management underwent a significant transformation to fulfil the objectives of SWaCH Bharat Abhiyaan 2.0.
