Abstract "One touch of nature makes the whole world kin." -William Shakespeare Anita Desai portrays the difficult matters of life through her life. She gives importance for the nature and the ecosystem in her writing. Her works connect the female characters to have a sense of attachment with the ecosystem and the soul relationship with nature. Her famous works "Fire on the Mountain" and "Cry, the Peacock" describes the importance of nature and women. Desai portrays the nature to prove her relationship with human being to forget about all their problems in life. Through her writing she displays how nature shows its beauty and power and the potential of destructiveness faced by human being. Desai's characters have the mercy of natural forces and generously blessed by her. In terms of environmental concerns and ecosystems, Desai's works openly address the present-day ecological problems like, the duty of nature and its' anger towards the people. A deeper reflection about her portrayal of nature often highlights the human condition and the impact of environmental changes on personal and cultural identities based on women. In the modern society nature and women have to be saved, instead both are facing problems. This paper analyses Desai's portrayal of women who loved nature and the importance of protecting nature. A systemic autoimmune disease that causes progressive joint deterioration, rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is characterised by symmetric synovial joint inflammation. The etiology and pathophysiology of RA remain poorly understood despite the disease's significant research. However, it is evident that cytokines are a major factor in activating synovial cells, which causes inflammation and joint degeneration in arthritic joints.

There is no one approach that appears to anticipate stock price both precisely and long-term at the same time, despite years of research on the subject by academics and financial experts. This is brought on by the unpredictable pattern of stock movement and numerous factors that affect market performance. The real-time stock market prediction uses real-time market data to forecast stock price movements and provide buy/sell signals to investors, lowering risk of loss while boosting profit. To anticipate the stock price, the proposed paper employs an ensemble of approaches, including the Rainbow Deep Q Network, Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU), and Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD).

The essential idea behind financial inclusion is that each citizen should open a minimum of one account with any bank and that many low-income and underprivileged groups should be able to access banking services at rational costs to the vast sections. The great bulk of the nation's financial excluders are tribal people. Tribal communities predominantly benefit from this kind of access since it offers those chances to build savings, make investments, deposit, loan, bank overdraft facilities, and awareness. To investigate the banks' offerings for financial inclusion and their knowledge of the government policy's selection of a sample of tribal village residents. The confidence on non-banking channels for money remittance is declining as an outcome of financial inclusion. The objective of this paper is to examine the Satisfaction Level of the Tribal People about the various services offered by Selected Banks: A Study in Erode District of Tamil Nadu. On the basis of the Findings of the study, various suggestions are being offered to increase the Satisfaction Level of the Banks.

One of the most significant crops is basil (Ocimum basilicum), which also contains polyphenols, phenolics, flavonoids, and phenolic acids in addition to essential oils. This annual plant is native to tropical areas and is a member of the mint family. In addition to its many medicinal uses, basil leaves are frequently added to rice, pork, stews, and soups. It has historically been used to treat renal issues, earaches, irregular menstruation, arthritis, anorexia, colds, malaria, and as a hemotypic during childbirth. It has been demonstrated that basil helps fight off bacterial, fungal, viral, and other infections. Asthma, bronchitis, influenza, fevers, coughing, and diarrhea have all been treated using basil leaves. Basil seed gum is another name for basil seed mucilage. Mucilage from basil seeds is a hydrocolloid that thickens, stabilizes, replaces fat, texurizes, is surface-active, and emulsifies. The most significant pharmacological applications of basil include its anti-cancer, anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, anti-stress, anti-diabetic, anti-pyretic, anti-arthritic, and anti-oxidant properties, as well as its use as a preventative measure and in the treatment of cardiovascular disease. Sweet basil, often known as Genovese basil, is a common culinary spice used in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine. Iron, calcium, vitamin K, vitamin A, and vitamin C are among the minerals and vitamins it contains. Many food and beverage sectors use the aromatic sweet basil leaf directly as a flavoring ingredient. It is also widely used in the cosmetics, fragrance, and pharmaceutical industries.

The increasing prevalence of retinal diseases such as Cataract, Diabetic Retinopathy, and Glaucoma necessitates accurate and efficient diagnostic tools for early detection and treatment. This study employs a deep learning-based approach using EfficientNet-B3 for multi-class classification of retinal images. Leveraging a diverse dataset comprising approximately 1,000 images per class, the model achieves an overall accuracy of 96%. Performance metrics such as precision, recall, and F1-score demonstrate robust classification capabilities, with Diabetic Retinopathy achieving perfect classification metrics. While minor misclassifications are observed in Glaucoma and Cataract classes, the model shows significant promise in assisting medical professionals with automated diagnostics. Future improvements include addressing misclassification challenges, expanding dataset diversity, and integrating the model into clinical workflows for real-time detection and decision support. This approach highlights the potential of deep learning models in enhancing ophthalmic care and preventing vision impairment worldwide

The microarray method is used to investigate the transcriptomic formation of a tumor and the transcriptome does not tell biology because of transcription and translational post-modifications, alternative splicing, and the effects of pathological conditions. Due to this reason fusing more than one source of genome-wide data like, transcriptome, proteome, epigenome, and genome become important. A diagnostic approach includes information about the transcriptional status of all genes across multiple tissue types in cancer diagnosis. It is identified that two p53-regulated long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are required for the effective binding of p53 with some of its target genes. There are 18 high-confidence lncRNAs that are transcriptional targets and they are all identified with the help of p53 ChIP-sequence analysis. It is also demonstrated that expression of p53-lncRNAs is lower in colorectal cancer samples having a tumor suppressor with very high diagnostic power. Multi-omics sequence is becoming the clinical routine and transformation of precision oncology and it is also low-cost. Transparent and interpretable computational methods have been proposed which are called integral genomic signature analysis. With the help of a genomic dataset of chemical disruption, a battery of integral genomic signature analysis (iGenSig) models for the prediction of cancer drug response was developed. iGenSig gives a computational framework for the facilitation to adapt cancer therapy based upon multi-omics data. Understanding cancer requires the discovery of cancer driver mutations that confer a proliferative advantage; however, due to the difficulty of modeling the somatic mutation rates seen across tumor genomes, searches have frequently been restricted to protein-coding sequences and particular noncoding elements (for example, promoters).
