 Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is one of the serious long-term health problems. In ancient India, it was called "Madhumeha". Diabetes is a common metabolic disease that causes an increase in blood sugar levels. Ayurvedic drugs are widely used in the treatment of many diseases. Paneer Dodi (WithaniacoagulansDunal) is a small South Asianbush that belongs to the Solanaceae family. The seeds, the emetics, the alteration, and the diuretic properties of the plants were described. They are also beneficial for liver problems, asthma, and biliary illnesses. This plant, commonly known as an Indian cheese maker, is used for the fermentation and production of vegetables and cheese, due to the enzyme activity of Paneer Dodi fruitA large number of botanical compounds have been isolated from Withania coagulans, which are responsible for various pharmacological effects of this plant. The aim of the paper is to project a detailed review of platforms, chemical components, and pharmaceutical properties. It also included therapeutic effects of the whole plant and its extracts and isolated analogues.

 Abstract

Enormous number of video recordings are being created and shared on the Internet throughout the day. In today's daily lifestyle, it has become really difficult to spend time watching such videos which may have a longer duration than expected and sometimes our efforts may become futile if we couldn't find relevant information out of it as most of the videos are been uploading to grab the attention of the viewers by tricking or misleading the viewers by thumbnails, advertisements, etc. As the number of users of YouTube are increasing rapidly from year to year, this may directly impact the number of videos to be created. In greed for the number of views, the chance that the creators of the videos may give wrong information on the original content of the video is probably very high. This may waste the valuable time and resources of the user.

 Abstract

The phrase "cloud computing" has garnered lots of attention because of the rising demand in recent years. Customers' need for computing resources such as servers, networks, services, storage, and applications are being met by cloud service providers as they provide the option to rent these resources rather than purchase them. In order to give their consumers, access to the cloud, many well-known businesses, Amazon, Google, and Microsoft, among others, have begun to enhance their offerings by integrating cloud computing technology. It is true there are many advantages to employing a cloud-based system, however its special features worsen security and privacy problems. The current security and privacy solutions require a critical reevaluation in terms of their suitability for clouds, even though cloud security and privacy services can be customized and managed by expert groups who might be able to deliver effective security management and threat assessment. It is urgently necessary to implement more modern and cutting-edge technologies to realize the full benefits of cloud computing. As a result, additional research is needed to understand these problems and solutions to reduce the dangers. Hence, this article focuses on security and privacy concerns that cloud users, cloud service providers, and data owners confront in cloud computing networks and the solutions for creating a safe cloud computing environment.

 Abstract

Our research aims to detect plagiarism in computer programming assignments. Plagiarism has been a problem for a long time and the problem has evolved with time. With the rise of the internet the theft of intellectual property has risen significantly and recognizing these thefts has become difficult. With this survey we have identified techniques used in detecting plagiarism. With changing times, the tools needed to detect plagiarism have to be evolved. However, to develop a tool with an ability to achieve high accuracy and greater accessibility of data has always been a demand. A comparative study on plagiarism checking tools with the technology used is presented in this paper. This study would help us determine the algorithm and methodology to proceed with the development of code to detect plagiarism.

 Abstract

This paper presents the review and analysis of ,an EV charging station powered by the grid (CS), a diesel generating set with an energy storage system, a solar PV (Photovoltaic) array, and battery are utilized. The charging station is primarily used to charge Battery storage using a BES and solar PV system. Smart utilization of the charging station can make use of a DG (Diesel Generator) unit or the grid to supply electricity in the event that the storage battery runs out or the solar array is unable to produce any. To maximize fuel efficiency, the DG sets are built to run at a constant 80-85 percent level of the model. High ?CO?_2 emission from the transportation sector pollute the environment on a global scale. Adoption of electric vehicles (EV) offers a tremendous opportunity to reduce carbon emissions. Electric vehicles can be powered efficiently and more quickly at battery charging stations by using a battery swapping station (BSS) (BCS). The ideal solution is provided by Switching Technology for finishing a protracted statewide journey. The analysis of electric vehicle efficiency in many electrical elements is covered in this essay, along with the difficulties and benefits of using them as a logical step toward efficient, environmentally friendly, and sustainable transportation.

 Abstract

Today, the biggest issue when providing data to anyone is making sure that no one can read our message because hackers are becoming more skilled and we want to hide the fact that anything private is being transferred. In this work, we have combined encryption with steganography and then performed the image quality estimation using machine learning to know the difference between the cover image and processed image. Therefore, authentication, integrity, and confidentiality principles should be achieved to fully secure our data. In this paper different samples of data has been taken to check the effectiveness of work and comparision.

 Abstract

In order to ensure the protection of individuals' personal data in the digital age, it is essential to have a well-defined set of data protection regulations in place. This article provides a comparison of two of the most important data protection regulations in India, namely the GDPR and the DPDP. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) is a major development for India's Privacy System, as it aims to replace the existing patchwork of data protection laws and regulations. There has been a long-standing need for the Government of India to establish a comprehensive and unified data protection regime that is comparable to global standards. Because of its identical norms and regulations, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act is deemed equivalent to the General Data Protection Regulation. The first section outlines the measures that led to the creation of GDPR and how they have influenced the creation of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act. This article provides an overview while comparing and discussing how DPDP compares to the EU's GDPR. GDPR has a significant impact on the development of the DPDPA, 2023. While both legislations seek to protect personal data, they differ in a number of ways, including scope, territorial applicability, and data subject rights. Furthermore, we want to delve deeper into the key clauses of both India's Personal Data Protection Act and the EU's GDPR. We have also tried to highlight certain key issues and analysis that are present in the newly formed Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

 Abstract

The cities will probably continue expanding and expand, necessitating careful planning, management, and improvement of the current infrastructure. The supply of appropriate amenities is a major concern for planners. The primary goal of the research is to examine the rate of urbanization and its trends in the surrounding city or town, as well as to identify potential locations for future development. Infrastructure data (road, water supply, drainage, building) have been analyzed and digitized at 1:4000 scale using Google Earth. Density analysis was performed to understand the highest concentration of infrastructure within the study site. Highest population density is calculated for ward no. 8,9, 14, 15, 16, 21 and 22. The highest road density is calculated for ward no 5, 8, 9 and 12. Urban planners may now develop an expert decision support system targeted at different decision-making processes by using remote sensing and geographic information systems.

 Abstract

Both Post feminism and Third Wave Feminism emerged from 1970s feminist theory, expanding upon and challenging certain concepts. A central point of contention addressed by postfeminists and third wave feminists revolves around the concept of identity. While Second Wave feminists perceived identity as fixed and stable, emphasizing shared experiences, other philosophical and cultural movements questioned the notion of a stable, fixed identity and subjecthood. The incorporation of these ideas into feminism gained urgency as feminism evolved from a purely political movement to a comprehensive cultural theory or set of theories. Post feminism adopted the idea of a fluid and shifting identity, arguing that an emphasis on collective action could generate internal strains by neglecting differences, initially of class and color, and ultimately of identity. Third Wave feminism engages with post feminism on the topic of identity but asserts that collectivism remains relevant, as women have yet to attain complete freedom. Third Wavers contend that Post feminism leans towards competitive individualism, overlooking the various ways women experience fear, violence, and political and economic underprivilege. Texts from the Third Wave, such as Third Wave Agenda, Manifesta, and Colonize This! grapple with women's intersectional identities and call for an end to all forms of oppression. This paper aims to analyze the ideological premises and differences between these two feminist strands in constructing gender and identity. Seminal works from both strands will be scrutinized to highlight the opposition between their sources and mechanisms, contributing to the construction of a coherent version of feminism.

 Abstract

The Maxim" yatra naryastupujyanteramanthetatradevatha" reflects the cherished tradition of our Country, but it is not being practiced by society at large and women are subjected to many forms of harassment and cruelty in the modern society, while subject matter herein is regarding Domestic Violence- a women suffer in her marital home at the hands of her husband and his relatives .In 1983 Domestic violence was recognized as a specific criminal offence by including section 498A. [Husband or relative of husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty.] in Indian Penal Code. This section deals with cruelty by husband or a relative of husband towards a married woman. The Acts of cruelty which fall under explanation (a) cruelty and (b) harassment of section 498A of IPC are made cognizable offences. The introduction of Section 498A did not either reduced or mitigated the domestic violence against women but it is continuing unabated making life of married woman miasmic. To contain the Acts of domestic violence and to give protection to woman from domestic violence a new legislation by the title "The Protection of Woman from Domestic Violence Act 2005 "was passed by Parliament on 24/08/2005 which received assent of the President on 13/09/2005

 Abstract

Keoladeo National Park (KNP), a world heritage site is a unique ecosystem known for various resident and migratory birds. This important wetland was set aside as a bird's sanctuary in 1956 and it was elevated to the status of a national park in 1981. It has distinction of being the only Indian wetland to be included under both the Ramsar and the World Heritage convention. Chital is the third largest deer inhabiting the plains of India. Its coat is rufous brown and covered with white spots. In the present study, habitat suitability analysis for Chital has been done in the various blocks of KNP. Each block was evaluated with respect to habitat parameters, viz., food, cover, water, space and disturbance. High resolution satellite data, IRS P6 (Resourcesat-1) LISS IV and IRS P5 (Cartosat -1) PAN data were used to generate the habitat suitability map. Data base design, creation and organization were carried out using ERDAS IMAGINE (8.7) image processing software and ARC/GIS (9.1) software. Total area of KNP was worked out as 28.96 Sq.Km. Out of total suitable area; it is observed that 60.36% area suitable for Chital. High Resolution satellite data thus can easily calculate the suitable area for ungulate.

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a common chronic inflammatory skin condition in children. Exposure to environmental factors, such as passive smoking, has been suggested as a potential risk factor for the development and exacerbation of AD. This cross-sectional study aimed to investigate the relationship between passive smoking and the prevalence of atopic dermatitis in a cohort of 495 children. Our findings reveal significant associations between passive smoking and atopic dermatitis, highlighting the importance of recognizing environmental influences in the management of pediatric skin conditions.

 Abstract

The total number of motor vehicles is still increasing at a high rate due to the social economy's rapid expansion and the speed at which cities are becoming more populated. Large and medium-sized cities' roads are getting more and more congested, which increases the frequency of traffic accidents. Finding accident hotspots early on is crucial to improving road safety and lowering the number of traffic accidents. Eight impact factors (holiday, day of week, time, rush hour traffic, accident location type, accident type, weather, responsibility, and black spot) were set for the analytic dataset in this study, which included data from traffic accidents on the Lianfeng Middle Road, Yinzhou District, Ningbo City. The classic Kmeans clustering algorithm's drawbacks were addressed by the proposal of the enhanced algorithm, which is vulnerable to early clustering centres and outliers. The dataset's traffic accidents were split into two groups using this algorithm: black spots and non-black spots. After that, we used the new dataset to build a black spot recognition model using a Bayesian network, and we compared it with other popular methods including the ID3 decision tree, logistic regression, and support vector machine. As demonstrated by the values of the ROC area, TP rate, FP rate, accuracy, precision, recall, F-measure, and F-measure reaching 0.618, 0.668, 0.580, 0.650, 0.668, 0.590, and 0.668, respectively, the Bayesian network was the most successful model for locating black spots associated with traffic accidents. In addition, a bivariate correlation model was used to confirm the impact factors and black spots' link. The findings showed that Black spots, which had a value of sig<0.05, showed significant associations with the accident location type, accident type, time, and responsibility. In order to greatly improve road safety, the conclusions may offer reference data for the detection and avoidance of high-risk areas for accidents.

 Abstract

Abstract: Nowadays, new concepts for high-rise and twin towers construction are needed to resist the effects of seismic and wind forces. The main reason is the need for space, both residential and commercial, in urban areas. Globally, more or less about 10 million people move to urban areas each month. Some very large cities don't have much space available to build buildings. Tall buildings are susceptible to lateral movement, or drift, due to wind or earthquake forces. Therefore it is very important to design such types of structures so that they withstand wind or earthquake forces. This research work analyzes the seismic behavior of a gate-type twin tower G+10 floor building with the top three floors connected using linear dynamic earthquake analysis. We have considered a model of a gate-type twin tower structure to achieve desirable results in terms of storey drift, displacement, absolute moment, and temperature variation with temperature stresses under seismic forces for seismic zone III and medium type of soil using STAAD Pro. Software.

 Abstract

With the increase in the number of mobile applications in the day to day life, it is important to keep track as to which ones are safe and which ones aren't. One can't judge how safe and true each application is based only on the reviews that are mentioned for each application. Hence it is necessary to check and initiate a system to make assured that the apps present are genuine or fraud. The objective is to develop a web system in detecting fraud apps before the user downloads by using sentimental analysis and support vector machine. Sentimental analysis is to help in determining the emotional tones behind words which are expressed in online. This method is useful in monitoring social media and helps to get a brief idea of the public's opinion on certain issues. The user cannot always get correct or true reviews about the product on the internet. The reviews may be fake or genuine. Analyzing the reviews involving both user and admins comments, we can determine whether the app is genuine or not. Using sentimental analysis and support vector machine, the machine is able to learn and analyze the sentiments, emotions about reviews and other texts. The manipulation of review is one of the key aspects of App ranking fraud. By using sentimental analysis and support vector machine, analyzing reviews and comments can help to determine the correct application for both Android and iOS.

 Abstract

Due to the widespread integration of renewable energy sources in DC microgrids, these microgrids are highly vulnerable to fluctuations in power generation, particularly concerning voltage stability. To mitigate these fluctuations, a Hybrid Energy Storage System (HESS) comprising both a battery and a supercapacitor (SC) is employed. The distinct characteristics of batteries and supercapacitors make them an ideal combination for applications in HESS. The HESS is connected to the DC microgrid through a double-input bidirectional converter, offering decoupled control of battery and supercapacitor power, along with facilitating energy exchange between the storage components. This paper introduces a modeling approach for the double-input bidirectional converter and designs a controller for voltage regulation in a DC microgrid. The modified operation of the converter enables the use of the same controller for both HESS charging and discharging operations, creating a unified controller. The designed controller proves effective in rejecting disturbances from both the source and load sides while ensuring the voltage stability of the DC microgrid. The proposed modified operation of the bidirectional converter maintains the State of Charge (SOC) of the low Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR) supercapacitor within the desired range. Simulation results validate the operation of the modified converter and the performance of the designed controller in maintaining voltage stability.
