In Data mining there are heaps of strategies are utilized to distinguish the anomaly by causing the bunches of information and afterward to recognize the exception from them. All in all Clustering technique assumes a significant function in information mining. Clustering implies gathering the comparative information protests together dependent on the trademark they have. Exception Detection is a significant issue in Data mining; especially it has been utilized to recognize and wipe out odd information objects from given informational index where anomaly is the information thing whose worth falls outside the limits in the example information may demonstrate abnormal information. In this work we have proposed a grouping-based anomaly identification calculation for powerful information mining which uses upgraded k-implies clustering calculation to group the informational collections and weight-based focus approach. In proposed approach, two procedures are consolidated to effectively discover the anomaly from the informational index. Edge worth can be determined automatically by taking supreme estimation of least and most extreme estimation of a specific group. The test results show that upgraded technique takes least computational time and focuses on decreasing the exception that could improve proficiency of k-implies grouping for accomplishing the better-qualityclusters.

The paper analyses different strategies to enhance resource planning and allocation by combining financial and budgetary management with performance management. The aims of financial management and performance management as part of an integrated resource management framework are explored. The study analyses the interfaces through which the degree of integration of performance management and financial management may be measured. It aims to find the dynamics that occur from the interplay of important factors at particular interfaces between processes. The paper finishes with some short notes regarding various tactics for integration.

Consumer spending is one among the most important determinants of economic health of a country. Watching the trend on consumer spending pre and post covid-19, can generate significant information on where our economy is heading, and thus can serve as a useful tool for policy framing. This study maps the changes in Indian household expenditure before and during the pandemic and also the expected expenditure after the pandemic and concludes that the spending of households on Food and grocery, Medical and Health Care and Utilities increased and spending on Travel and tourism and Recreation and Leisure activities severely hit during Pandemic. Covid related restrictions and work from home are major reasons for this change in consumption pattern. After normalcy, it is expected that consumption expenditure on Medical and Health Care and Utilities will remain higher, while spending on Education and Recreation and Leisure activities will decrease. Primary data is collected through a structured questionnaire for the study and then analysed and presented using statistical tools.

The Rime of the Ancient Mariner, Samuel Taylor Coleridge's most famous poem, was written in 1797. Coleridge has successfully presented his readers a blend of natural and supernatural worlds in his poetry, which is considered quite astonishing .'The Rime of the Ancient Mariner,' despite being written in the romantic tradition, features a high level of imagination on the poet's part and includes supernatural aspects, making it a masterpiece of supernatural poetry. Coleridge's poem is a masterpiece because he uses a variety of natural and supernatural symbols and images. At the same time, it teaches its audience moral lessons, such as the fact that no crime, no matter how minor, can go unpunished. The present paper is focused on analysing in detail symbols, images, supernatural elements and poems reflection on modernity.

Writing long sentences is bit boring, however with text prediction within the keyboard technology has created this easy. Next Word Prediction is in addition referred to as Language Modeling. It's the endeavor of predicting what word comes straightaway. It's one in every of the key assignments of human language technology and has various applications. Long short time memory formula can perceive past text and predict the words which can be useful for the user to border sentences and this method uses letter to letter prediction suggests that it predict a letter when letter to form a word.

With its ambiguous clinical symptoms and absence of a definitive diagnostic technique, scrub typhus is commonly misdiagnosed. Fever, rash, and eschar are common symptoms that require test confirmation. Pneumonitis and/or ARDS should be considered differential diagnoses in patients with acute febrile sickness. A thorough search for eschar, especially in hidden areas, is helpful in diagnosis.

The most important problem in time series data is High Dimensionality of data. The high dimensionality of data has more number of attributes under considerations. The process of dimensionality reduction is to reduce the number of random variables or attributes. The various techniques used to reduce the dimensionality of data. The Dimensionality reduction techniques have feature extraction and feature selection process. This paper focuses the feature extraction using Neural Auto Encoder technique is used to reduce the dimensionality of data. Compare with other techniques, the proposed Neural Auto Encoder technique produce the high level of reducing the dimensionality of data. The proposed method gives more accuracy in time series data.

The solution properties of the tetradecylmethylammonium bromide (TTAB) and hexatetradecylmethylammonium bromide (HTAB) surfactants in different systems have been studied.Micelle formation in different alkanol+water systems at 400C has been obtained by ? vs. C plots. The conductivity (?) values for both the surfactant in alkanol+water systems decrease with the increase of carbon atoms. The molar conductivity (?M) of these surfactants (obtained in the usual manner from the conductivity data) decreases as the concentration of the solution increase. The thermodynamic functions for the micellization were calculated at various conditions. The standard Gibbs energy ?G0 values have been derived using equation. The linear plots of log CMCx vs. 1/T are made to calculate standard enthalpy. Standard Gibbs energy and entropy for micellization process has also been evaluated.

The research project explores the potential of Blockchain in the healthcare industry. The cur rent solution to the health care storage and sharing of medical records is the most sensitive Electronic Health Record (EHR). Electronic health records (EHRs) are not digital patient information stored on a network. Various opportunities to improve patient care, performance measurements in clinical practice and to contribute to future clinical research are provided by EHRs. The schemes used to maintain EHRs were not yet very secure in the current era of smart cities and homes. Data can be easily broken by unauthorized hackers and outsiders. Also, the data is not accessible to patients and caregivers. These applications cannot create a balance between data security and data access. But blockchain can solve these problems. Most EHR data sharing is still done by post due to the lack of a reliable and reliable health data sharing system. This leads to significant delays in patient treatment .Blockchain has the potential to improve health care by placing the pa tient in a centralized system and improving health data protection and collaboration. Blockchain is a spatial division that provides cryptographic assurance of data integrity, security, privacy and access to data. Patients fully control their medical knowledge and authorize physicians who can review medical information through grant funding and withdraw access methods and outline the challenges they face, and the problems that need to be addressed.

The title Inheritance of Loss was chosen to reflect the generational Continuation of Loss that these immigrants have faced. This narrative takes a look at immigration, identity, and relationships on a personal and worldwide level. The novel, set in India, England, and the United States, depicts the clash between traditional Indian ways of living and the gleaming wealth of the Western world. Several accolades were given to this work, including the Man Booker Prize in 2006 and the National Book Critics Circle Fiction Award in 2007. Desai wrote the novel after her 1998 debut, Hullabaloo in Guava Orchard, which took her seven years to complete. Kiran Desai is a well-known Indian-origin diasporic writer who uses Indian characters as protagonists in her stories. Her books are mostly about Indian immigrants who are trying to make a new life in a strange land, usually America. In Desai's famous novel Inheritance of Loss, this study examines the diaspora's fragmented identities.
