 Abstract

Entrepreneurs are driven to achieve success in their business along with the qualities of a Leader, Manager, Dreamer, Innovator, risk taker, continues learner, decision maker & most important is to implement all these qualities into the work. There are a lot of examples of the entrepreneurs in North East India who are now called synonymous of 'Success'. They saw the bigger picture but wisely started their business as a very small unit. Entrepreneurs set the example of turning their dream into reality. And the story behind to achieve the dreams into reality is to set massive goals for themselves and stay committed to achieving them regardless of the obstacles they get in the way, with the ambition and the unmatched passion towards achieving the goal. It looks fascinating, attractive and motivating after listening stories of the entrepreneurs, but success is not as easy as it looks always. ABSTRACT E-banking is also known as online banking or Internet banking. A system enables banking transaction like fund transfer, payment of loan and EMI's, withdrawal of cash with the help of internet. E-banking plays important role in the present banking facility, electronic banking is inferred to be sage and secured, compared with physical banking. With the competition and challenges in technology changed the fact of the banking sector. The purpose of the study is to emphasis the concept of e-banking. The study used the primary and secondary data. The various services offered by the banking such as mobile banking, debit card, credit cards, checks services. Today's globalization of e-banking is a significant aspect of the development of the banking sector by solving major issues challenges faced by the e-banking. The banking sectors can develop customers loyalty towards the banking sectors. The younger generating is looks to see the convenience and benefits of e-banking. The pre and post payment instruments in the country are mostly paid by the mobile wallets. Most of the customers visits online and mobile technology for their banking needs more than offline. Hence, the customers perception is very positive towards e-banking services provided by both the banks i.e., SBI and ICICI.

The paper explained the measures taken by the Indian health care sector and Indian Government to curb the menace of Covid-19. In order to effectively manage the outbreak, the Indian Government leveraged technology and developed various applications both at the central and state-levels. The Aarogya Setu mobile app which assisted in syndromic mapping, contact tracing and self-assessment was widely used throughout the country. Such technology platforms were used to supplement the response management, which included delivery of essential items in containment zones, tele-consultations with patients, bed management and real-time monitoring and review by the authorities

Alcohol dependency is the most severe type of alcohol misuse.  Abstract

WAAM has been proven a promising alternative to fabricating medium and wide-scale metal parts with a high depositing rate and automation level. However, the production quality may deteriorate due to the poor deposited layer surface quality. In this paper, a 3-D profilometer is used for surface roughness measurement. To improve the surface integrity of deposited layers by WAAM, different machine learning models, including ANN, Decision tree, Random forest regression, and linear regression, were developed to predict the surface roughness. Furthermore, the ANN model was optimized by using a different number of hidden layers and adam optimizer. Complete factorial experiments were conducted to obtain the training data, and the K-fold Cross-validation strategy was applied to train and validate machine learning models. The comparison results indicate that Random forest regression has superiority in predicting surface roughness. The RMSE, MAE and MAPE for Random forest regression were 65.0021, 1.93516, 14.15% respectively. This study could also provide inspiration and guidance for surface roughness modeling in multipass arc welding and cladding.

 Abstract

The main purpose of this project is to build a face recognition-based attendance monitoring system for an educational institution to improve and upgrade the current attendance system to be more effective and efficient than before. The current old system has many ambiguities that caused inaccurate and inefficient attendance taking. Many problems arise when the authority is unable to enforce the regulation existing in the old system. The technology behind this will be a facial recognition system. The human face is one of the natural features that can clearly identify an individual. Therefore, it is used for identity tracking because the possibility of face deviation or its duplication is low. In this project, databases of faces will be created to pump data into a recognition algorithm. Then, during the face-to-face session, the faces will be matched against the database to search for identity. When an individual is identified, their attendance will be automatically downloaded and the necessary information saved in an excel sheet. At the end of the day, an excel sheet is sent to the respective faculty with information on the attendance of all individuals.
