Entrepreneurs are driven to achieve success in their business along with the qualities of a Leader, Manager, Dreamer, Innovator, risk taker, continues learner, decision maker & most important is to implement all these qualities into the work. There are a lot of examples of the entrepreneurs in North East India who are now called synonymous of 'Success'. They saw the bigger picture but wisely started their business as a very small unit. Entrepreneurs set the example of turning their dream into reality. And the story behind to achieve the dreams into reality is to set massive goals for themselves and stay committed to achieving them regardless of the obstacles they get in the way, with the ambition and the unmatched passion towards achieving the goal. It looks fascinating, attractive and motivating after listening stories of the entrepreneurs, but success is not as easy as it looks always. There are some obstacles which we call the challenges to overcome by looking forward the prospects to be a successful entrepreneur. This research paper focuses on the challenges available in the Indian market by en-cashing the possibilities and prospects of the same to be a successful entrepreneur.

The paper explained the measures taken by the Indian health care sector and Indian Government to curb the menace of Covid-19. In order to effectively manage the outbreak, the Indian Government leveraged technology and developed various applications both at the central and state-levels. The Aarogya Setu mobile app which assisted in syndromic mapping, contact tracing and self-assessment was widely used throughout the country. Such technology platforms were used to supplement the response management, which included delivery of essential items in containment zones, tele-consultations with patients, bed management and real-time monitoring and review by the authorities

A great deal of study has focused on modifiable elements that might enhance physical health and psychological well-being in later life, emphasising the ageing process as a worldwide, multifaceted problem. This is especially true for industrialised and developing nations, both of which are expected to have long-term problems with health and psychological care as their populations become older. This study attempts to explore recent advancements in our understanding of middle and late-life well-being within the theoretical framework of successful ageing and developmental psychology in order to better understand the function of well-being and spirituality/religiosity throughout adulthood.

Alcohol dependency is the most severe type of alcohol misuse. It is a chronic condition defined by excessive alcohol intake that interferes with physical and mental health, as well as family and social duties. An alcoholic would continue to drink despite major health, family, or legal issues. (Psychology Today (2016). There are several ways and programmes for treating addiction, ranging from traditional to alternative and complementary. More and more programmes are promoting a holistic or "whole person" approach that encompasses a range of strategies and resources to aid in the attainment, maintenance, and development of recovery. Yoga fits in effectively as part of a holistic treatment programme since it treats the mind, body, and spirit. The present paper aims at explaining about Health Impact, Management, and Yoga management, Yoga's Role in Addiction Treatment, The Benefits of Yoga in Substance Addiction Recovery and Yoga positions to help beat Addiction.

Cigarette smoking is the largest preventable cause of mortality globally. Many smokers desire to stop, and others may be receptive to being encouraged to do so. Brief interventions by health experts have been shown to enhance quit efforts. Healthcare workers are in a unique position to assist people in quitting smoking since their opinion on health concerns is more trusted than that of others. To facilitate tobacco dependency therapy, it is critical that all healthcare workers be trained and feel competent as role models. The present paper deals with Impact of Tobacco Use, Benefits of Quitting Tobacco, Challenges to Quit Tobacco, The Role of The Health Professionals in Tobacco Control and Nurses Can Play an Important Role in Tobacco Control.

A globalized world is one in which political, economic, cultural and social events become more and more extensively and more and more deeply by events of others society. In simple terms ,globalization refers of citizens and nations across the world. Globalization represents the global integration of international trade, investment, information technology (IT), and cultures. It is driven by government policies designed to open up economies domestically and internationally to boost development in poorer countries and raise standards of living for their people. However, the international free market that has been created as a result of these policies has mainly benefited multinational corporations in the Western world to the detriment of smaller businesses, cultures and common goods. Globalization is also a social, cultural, political and legal phenomenon. In social terms, globalization represents greater interconnectedness among global populations. Culturally, globalization represents the exchange of ideas and values among cultures and even a trend toward the development of a single world culture. Politically, globalization has shifted the political activities of countries to the global level through intergovernmental organizations such as the United Nations and the World Trade Organization. WAAM has been proven a promising alternative to fabricating medium and wide-scale metal parts with a high depositing rate and automation level. However, the production quality may deteriorate due to the poor deposited layer surface quality. In this paper, a 3-D profilometer is used for surface roughness measurement. To improve the surface integrity of deposited layers by WAAM, different machine learning models, including ANN, Decision tree, Random forest regression, and linear regression, were developed to predict the surface roughness. Furthermore, the ANN model was optimized by using a different number of hidden layers and adam optimizer. Complete factorial experiments were conducted to obtain the training data, and the K-fold Cross-validation strategy was applied to train and validate machine learning models. The comparison results indicate that Random forest regression has superiority in predicting surface roughness. The RMSE, MAE and MAPE for Random forest regression were 65.0021, 1.93516, 14.15% respectively. This study could also provide inspiration and guidance for surface roughness modeling in multipass arc welding and cladding.

The main purpose of this project is to build a face recognition-based attendance monitoring system for an educational institution to improve and upgrade the current attendance system to be more effective and efficient than before. The current old system has many ambiguities that caused inaccurate and inefficient attendance taking. Many problems arise when the authority is unable to enforce the regulation existing in the old system. The technology behind this will be a facial recognition system. The human face is one of the natural features that can clearly identify an individual. Therefore, it is used for identity tracking because the possibility of face deviation or its duplication is low. In this project, databases of faces will be created to pump data into a recognition algorithm. Then, during the face-to-face session, the faces will be matched against the database to search for identity. When an individual is identified, their attendance will be automatically downloaded and the necessary information saved in an excel sheet. At the end of the day, an excel sheet is sent to the respective faculty with information on the attendance of all individuals.

Abstract: Indian mythology is founded on some archetypal signs, symbols, and rituals, similar to any other mythology. Symbols and myths are related, and this relationship is constantly up for debate. It is best to think of symbols as tools that facilitate understanding and communication of concepts. Symbols can have multiple meanings and are always effective when used in context. The major symbols in Amish Tripathi's Shiva Trilogy are examined in this article. The Shiva trilogy is a compelling book series that explores religion and philosophy, the eternal conflict between good and evil, and the moral quandaries that frequently accompany such arguments. It is a superb blend of myth and history. Amish have made an effort to use science and logic to interpret well-known symbols in the trilogy,a superb blend of myth and history In the article, the metaphoric potency of symbols in both historical and contemporary human imagination is examined.
