 Abstract

ABSTRACT Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a rapidly evolving field that holds immense potential for driving social and environmental change. This paper investigates how AI can tackle significant global challenges, with a focus on extending health spans, increasing access to education, reducing disparities, and preserving ecosystems. We discuss the role of AI technologies in relation to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and explore AI's potential to provide sustainable solutions across various sectors. Through specific case studies, we illustrate instances where AI has enhanced healthcare interventions, improved resource efficiency in agriculture, and supported environmental monitoring and conservation efforts. The paper emphasizes the importance of partnerships in AI development, the creation of open digital public goods, and inclusive design frameworks to ensure that the benefits of AI are accessible to all. Recognizing the unpredictable impacts of AI, we outline key ethical concerns such as data bias, algorithmic transparency, and privacy issues, providing guidelines for responsible AI application. Our research demonstrates that when designed, regulated, and governed effectively, AI can significantly enhance efforts to achieve the SDGs and contribute to a more resilient, equitable, and sustainable world.

 Abstract

The foundation of all development is education. National Education Policy 2020 has been enacted by the Indian government. The goal of NEP 2020 is to bring about a transformation in the educational system that will enable students to thrive in the twenty-first century, overcome personal obstacles, and advance the country. India's education system is intended to be contemporary, progressive, and equal through the implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. Improving low literacy and numeracy results linked to elementary schools is the main goal of the new program. Early childhood education will now be a component of formal education under the NEP, which aims to replace the 10+2 system with a 5+3+3+4 structure. Furthermore, the NEP 2020 prioritises curriculum reduction as a means of facilitating critical thinking and equipping students with 21st-century competencies. Thus, to achieve these ends, a complete restructuring of the curriculum and pedagogy is required. Adhering to the National curricular Framework while making curricular modifications is one of the hurdles in putting these changes into practice. Teachers also need to reconsider the learning content rubric and adjust the textbooks appropriately.

 Abstract

This paper proposes a novel solution to address employment challenges in rural India by integrating AI-powered job matching with blockchain technology in a decentralized job platform. The platform uses AI to match job seekers with relevant job postings based on their profiles, preferences, and skills, while blockchain ensures secure, transparent, and tamper-proof job agreements and payment transactions. The proposed system aims to eliminate intermediaries, ensure fair wages, and provide a personalized job search experience for rural users. The design incorporates simulated data to demonstrate its feasibility. The paper also discusses the potential challenges, scalability, and future work needed to deploy such a system in rural regions.

 Abstract

Critical Posthumanism entails the termination of the humanist conviction of man in its entirety and comes up with an advanced alteration to the fore. The term 'critical' has a dual meaning. At the outset, it takes under its purview the receptiveness towards the revolutionary essence of technocultural modification and focuses on a particular progression of thought that is critically betrothed to humanism. This in turn has evolved a long way off from the tradition of humanism itself. Thus, the focus is to reconsider accepted forms of the critique of antihumanism so that they can adapt to the present altered state and revolutionise them when possible. This subject matter can be found in A.E. Van Vogt's Slan. The Slans are the scion of human, variants having tendrils on the top of their head that help them study the minds of human beings.

 Abstract

Traditional mobility aids for visually impaired individuals, such as white canes, offer limited functionality and fail to provide comprehensive navigational assistance. This project addresses this challenge by introducing a revolutionary "Smart Stick for Blind People" that extensively uses the power of advanced technologies to enhance navigation and safety for the visually impaired on a day to day basis. At the heart of the smart stick lies an ESP32 microcontroller, the intelligent brain that orchestrates the device's operations. Infrared sensors strategically positioned along the sides of the stick act as vigilant guardians, detecting obstacles in the user's immediate vicinity. An ultrasound sensor, mounted at the front, serves as a steadfast sentinel, gauging distances ahead and alerting the user to potential hazards. The "Smart Stick for visually impaired people" represents a groundbreaking innovation in assistive technology, offering visually impaired individuals a comprehensive solution for independent and confident navigation. The device's innovative design, coupled with its advanced sensor capabilities, underscores the transformative potential of technology to address the real-world challenges faced by differently-abled individuals.

 Abstract

Abstract - The spoke-inset type, fractional slot synchronous motor with an inside permanent magnet has a wider range of industrial applications due to its higher efficiency and maximum power output. The motor must run at a nominal speed and rated power in high-power applications. To meet the motor's high-power demand, the coil's stator turns have been changed. The increased number of turns lengthens the conductor, resulting in a more rotating magnetic field that provides the necessary horsepower. If the number of turns increases more, the undesirable effects of, a drop in speed, a rise in total loss, the density of current changes, and a decrease in efficiency, can aggravate the performance of the motor. To demonstrate the impact of turn variation on IPMSM performance, a 12.45 kW, 2000 rpm IPMSM is employed, and a 3D transient electromagnetic field model is developed. Initially, Electromagnetic behavior analysis was made by the Finite Element Method (FEM). The optimum performance-determining parameters are then obtained by sensitivity analysis. The IPMSM's performance is quantitatively analyzed based on the significance of turn variation, including the amount of current, rated speed, torque, and power. In addition, the effect of turn number variation on eddy current, copper, and hysteresis loss is being addressed further. Finally, the IPMSM temperature profile is analyzed using the coupling method of electromagnetic field and thermal field, and the various parts of temperature distribution in IPMSM are obtained. The effectiveness of the IPMSM design optimization is demonstrated in this study. ___________________________________________________________________________________

 Abstract

From time to time, many social reformers emerged in India and they made every effort to remove the prevailing evils of the society. There is a big difference between the new social reform movements of India and the ancient movements. The main objective of the movements of kabir, ramanuja etc. Was also to remove the evils of the society but their movements were completely indigenous. But most of the social reformers who emerged in India in the beginning of the 19th century were influenced by western civilization and wanted to reconstruct the Indian society on that basis. The movements of brahma samaj and raja ram mohan roy were completely inspired by western civilization. But the movements of arya samaj and ramakrishna mission were indigenous in their basic spirit. These social reform movements laid the foundation of social and religious renaissance of India and paved the way for the national movement.

 Abstract

Abstract The cholesterol degrading bacteria were isolated and characterized from the vegetable oil industrial wastes of Buldhana District. thirteen strains were isolated by the primary screening. Among the thirteen, only two strains were identified as cholesterol oxidase enzyme producers. The morphological and biochemical characters revealed that the isolated microorganisms were Pseudomonas sp., and Bacillus sp. The isolated microorganisms were grown in a cholesterol medium and their degrading potency of cholesterol was determined by TLC. The cholesterol oxidase (CHO) extracted from the isolates was partially purified. The present study revealed that the isolates (Pseudomonas sp., Bacillus sp.) isolated from the industrial wastes had good cholesterol degrading potential and would be considered as good source of CHO for important medical applications.

Flowers please the mind and grant prosperity. Flowers are at the epicentre of Indian culture for every occasion, Indians use flowers to decorate doors. Varmala, (A garland a bride puts on the bridegroom's neck during marriage ceremony) to different ornaments for various occasions are a part of ancient ayurvedic texts. The Indian woman loves to adorn herself; she has always worn flowers in her hair with since Vedic era. In southern India even today, women wear flowers in their hair regularly. From the epic Ramayana to Gita, flowers are an eternal part of Indian culture. A sight to behold is the Temple's God and Goddess idols always ornamented with flowers, an offering wholeheartedly given by worshippers and accepted by God, that is the Hindu belief. To use flowers to personal beautification is noted in ancient ayurveda texts. These flowers also have a spiritual significance. Goddess Laxmi sits on a lotus. In kalidasa's Abhijnana Shakuntala. Shakuntala is compared to the delicate jasmine flower. Her accessories were flowers and leaves. In another work of Kalidasa Meghduta, it is mentioned that the powder of Lodhara flowers was applied as face powder. The Mallika flowers have been used by women to promote wellness and beauty. The Indian culture gives a lot of importance to flowers. Goa has many temples and several are famous for stunning decorations with flowers on and around the idol. This trickles down to the local community who work in the vicinity of these temples. A sustainable cycle of flowers which the flower ladies, devotees and the priest comply with.

 Abstract

Bone is a metabolically active organ. Excessive stress or traumatic accidents may cause fractures, and diseases like Osteoporosis and osteomalacia lead to the weakening of bones respectively which further causes defects in them. Although bone has a high capacity for healing, large bone defects cannot be self-healed. They need various surgical interventions such as joint arthroplasty or bone grafting. Such surgical procedures can heal the defect but may cause inflammation at the surgical site, infection, donor-site morbidity, and various other limitations. To avoid these post-surgical problems a three-dimensional bioprinting (3D) of bone tissue is introduced. In this technique, a bone scaffold of precise size and shape is engineered with the help of bioinks comprising suitable biomaterials, cells, and growth factors. This bone scaffold is then implanted in the patient's body through surgical procedures. Bone scaffolds, bio-inks, and growth factors are the important elements of this technique. This technique enables us to construct personalized scaffolds according to patients' needs. High-accuracy simultaneous printing of cells with scaffolds is one of the advantages of 3D printing. In this review, bone defects have been discussed followed by an introduction to 3D bioprinting and its type. Later the following review emphasizes the process of bone tissue bioprinting and the properties of an ideal bone scaffold. Bioinks and the composition used for the process and various growth factors involved in it are mentioned. And at last, the current challenges of 3D bioprinting in the treatment of bone defects in humans were also acknowledged.

 Abstract

Bioavailability refers to the fraction of administered drug that reaches the systemic circulation in an unchanged form and is available to exert its therapeutic effects. It is the rate and extent to which a drug is absorbed from its dosage form and becomes available at the site of action. Bioavailability and bioactivity both the concepts are related to the effectiveness of drugs. The term pharmacological response is directly related to our body's blood plasma levels. Thus, bioavailability is defined as the rate and extent (amount) of absorption of an unchanged drug from its dosage form. An ideal drug must have to live within the body and must not reform the properties of biomolecules apart from target molecules. Nano drug delivery systems, also known as nanocarriers or nanomedicines, refer to a class of pharmaceutical formulations that utilize nanotechnology to deliver drugs or therapeutic agents to specific target sites within the body. Nanotechnology offers precise control over the design and fabrication of drug delivery systems. By encapsulating drugs within nanoparticles or nanocarriers, their stability, solubility, and targeted delivery can be improved. Nanoparticles can protect drugs from degradation, enhance their absorption, and enable controlled release, thus improving bioavailability. Nanoparticles can be engineered to specifically target diseased cells or tissues while sparing healthy ones. Functionalized nanoparticles can be designed to attach to specific molecules or receptors found on cancer cells, for instance. This targeted approach reduces systemic side effects and enhances the bioactivity of therapeutic agents.

 Abstract

The gut microbiota, a complex ecosystem of trillions of microorganisms residing in the gastrointestinal tract, plays an integral role in maintaining human health. Recent advancements in neuropsychobiology suggest that this microbial community profoundly influences mental health, particularly anxiety and depression, via the gut-brain axis. This paper investigates the intricate bidirectional communication between the gut microbiota and the central nervous system (CNS), mediated by neural, endocrine, immune, and metabolic pathways. Emphasis is placed on mechanisms such as microbial metabolite production, vagus nerve signaling, hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis regulation, and neuroinflammatory responses. The potential therapeutic applications of probiotics, psychobiotics, prebiotics, and dietary interventions are explored, along with emerging technologies in microbiome research. Challenges such as individual variability, ethical constraints, and the need for longitudinal studies are also discussed. This review aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the gut microbiota's role in mental health, emphasizing the need for integrative therapeutic approaches to tackle anxiety and depression.
