 Abstract

The primary focus of this review is to address the challenges associated with the solubility and bioavailability of BCS Class-II drugs. These drugs are characterized by their low solubility and dissolution rates, making it essential to enhance their solubility to achieve the desired drug concentration in the systemic circulation and, subsequently, a pharmacological response. Class-II drugs, commonly formulated in solid dosage forms like tablets and capsules, necessitate improvements in their solubility and dissolution rates. To tackle these issues, various methods and emerging technologies have been developed. These innovative approaches aim to increase the solubility and bioavailability of BCS Class-II drugs. This article provides a comprehensive review of the current literature, focusing on the latest techniques and methods, as well as recent research in the development of formulations for Class-II drugs.

 Abstract

As Internet usage is growing dramatically, there are tons of web content getting generated every day on social media, websites, etc. Over 90% of the data that is generated is unstructured. To make them structured, like making them categorize, summarize, and make some conclusions, we must read the entire data, which is really huge. So, to overcome this problem, this paper proposes a new text classification method using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and Deep Learning algorithms. It also has Deep Learning algorithms such as CNN and Transformers, and Transformers + CNN for classifying the news text. To check the performance of the classification, the model accuracy metric was used, and the best model was integrated with the front end.

 Abstract

Covid-19 is considered to be one of the biggest threats to people's lives. A worldwide lockdown was imposed, and it affected many important sectors, one of them being the entertainment and media industries. People were stuck in their houses and had nothing to do but enjoy the 'new normal'. They switched to Ott platforms for entertainment and from digital to print media. They also switched from hard copies of books to e-books. Because of this flare-up of COVID-19, the entertainment and media industry saw some positive effects but many negative ones. The authors have tried to portray these statistics through the collection and representation of data, and also state reasons for the same.

 Abstract

This research paper focuses on the fundamental ecological issues prevailing on the society and a need for ecological consciousness which is represented through the dystopian literature. Dystopian fiction raises the awareness and ecological consciousness in the readers by presenting the dangers and impediments which can occur in the near future due to the negligence of human actions towards ecology and also to the environmental well being. Dystopian literature portrays the serious environmental issues such as increase in global temperature, dangers of overuse of technology, harmful effects of radiation, pollution, water and food shortages, lack of organic agriculture, overpopulation, and extinction of wildlife species, deforestation and many other issues which could have a massive impact on the lives of both nature and human beings on earth. Many concepts and theories arose like ecocriticism to emphasis the harmony and relationship between human beings and nature. In turn human beings serves as a root cause for the imbalance in the ecosystem and the dystopian novels serves as tool to how humans should be responsible for their action of inaction towards the environment. Thus dystopian literature and writers aims to raise ecological consciousness by imagining the worst case scenarios where the prevailing anthropocentric and ecological unconsciousness could lead to the extinction of the human civilization in the near future.

 Abstract

Face recognition is one of the most useful technologies in Deep Learning which is a part of Machine Learning. The Haar- Cascade method is used to detect and recognize faces from images and videos by considering the features like size and shape of eyes, nose and mouth . The model captures live images , compares them to a database of pre-trained images , and upon a successful match logs the recognized persons details in Excel format . These details include the individual's name, id number , time and date of recognition . The admin has the authority to access these details and keeps track of who's around. So, in simple terms, face recognition systems are like super-smart detectives that help keep things safe by recognizing familiar faces

 Abstract

Over the past decade, immunooncology (IO) has been developed as a new and important approach to cancer therapy by stimulating the body's own immune system to kill cancer cells. This newly recognised method of cancer treatment is rapidly developing, and many approvals from the Food and Drug Administration of the United States and the European Medicines Agency will be accelerated in 2019. In particular, immune control point inhibitors have been remarkably successful in multiple malignancies and are the most established treatment class of immunooncology agents to date.

 Abstract

Abstract The paper attempts to show the relationship between Dogra state, society and women development in educational development in Kashmir. It examines the states and societal responsibility of educating the Kashmiri women. The paper exposed and enquires into the stereotype of women apathy to modern education due to their traditional conservatism. It shows that relative deprivation of women in different opportunities led to their illiteracy. Kashmir which was under the autocratic rule of the Dogra Maharajas was the most backward among princely states and education was no exception. Initially the Dogra Rajas utterly ignored the education of women. The vacuum was filled by the Christian Missionaries. The paper will mainly focus on the educational policy and the attitude of the Dogra state towards the development of girl's education in Kashmir. The first part of the paper studies the state's role in the development of women education in Kashmir. Second part examines the attitude of the society and women towards modern education. The paper concludes with the dismal educational condition of Kashmir in general and women in particular, which can be said is the legacy it inherited from the Dogra state.

 Abstract

The Mah?parinibb?na sutta played an essential role in Buddhism. In this Sutta, the Buddha summarized the most basic teachings during forty-five years of preaching for the welfare of beings. It gives the last words of the Buddha, the last advice of the Buddha, to his disciples. It is not a single discourse like most others in the Suttanta Pi?aka but a historical account of the last year or so of the Buddha's life. The Buddha's reply describes the seven things for the prosperity and non-decline of rulers and the non-decline in the Sa?gha; The effects of Immoral life and the values of the Moral life. The image of the Buddha - who, in fullness, is the subject of human ascension, the great moralist of humanity. The worship of sacred relics and sacred places, the persons worthy of memorial mounds and pilgrimages to those holy places, the concept of the Cakravartin, etc., have evolved out of original monetary thoughts and what is now known as the four great places of pilgrimage: Lumbini, Bodhgaya, Sarnath, and Kushinagar. As individuals, if we integrate Buddha's teachings into our daily lives, we can solve all our inner problems and attain a truly peaceful mind. Society requires a code of ethics to provide order, prevent or minimize general or large-scale societal conflicts, reduce strife between individuals, and provide a basis for settling disputes between competing values.

 Abstract

This research paper delves into the pervasive issue of disruptive behavior as a prevalent disorder linked to juvenile delinquency in India. It emphasizes the significance of adopting a psychological perspective within the juvenile justice system. The study highlights the contributing factors, including adverse environments, negative peer influences, abuse, and neglect, which propel juveniles towards delinquent behaviors. To address this concern, the paper underscores the importance of nurturing the holistic development of children across physical, mental, moral, and spiritual dimensions. Furthermore, the paper observes a disturbing surge in juvenile crimes across the country, with far-reaching consequences for victims and society as a whole, primarily driven by socioeconomic and psychological factors. It notes that delinquent behavior often stems from perceived injustices, leading to psychological distress and a recurrent pattern of criminal activities. The primary objective of this research is to analyze the prevalence of disruptive behavior within the context of juvenile delinquency, elucidate its root causes, and propose effective preventive strategies. By doing so, this paper contributes to a comprehensive understanding of the psychological complexities associated with juvenile delinquency, aiming to inform targeted interventions and solutions. This study examined the relationship between disruptive behavior disorders (DBDs) and juvenile delinquency in a sample of 100 delinquents, 49 of whom were female and 51 of whom were male. The Disruptive Behavior Disorders Rating Scale (DBDRS) was used to assess DBD symptoms, and juvenile delinquency was assessed using self-report and official records.

 Abstract

Abstract The purpose of the study was to find out the Quiet eye training: effects on free throw shooting and gaze duration variables among basketball players. To achieve the purpose of the study twenty men basketball players were selected randomly as subjects from various B.Sc physical education and S.S.Duraisamy Nadar Mariammal College, college students (players) kovilpatti in Thoothukodi district, Tamilnadu, India The subject's age ranged from 18 to 23 years. The subjects were assigned at random into two group of each ten (N=10). Group-I was underwent Quiet eye training group and group-II acted as control group who did not do any training the training period other than their daily schedule the curriculum. The duration of the training period was restricted to six week for five days per week was confined to analysis of co-variance (ANCOVA) was used in this study to find out the Quiet eye training: effects on free throw shooting and gaze duration variables among basketball players. The level of significance was fixed at 0.05 level of confidence which was considered to be the appropriate one of this study when the ''F' 'ratio was found to be significant. It was concluded that the Quiet eye training group had shown significantly improved in Shooting (basket ball free throw and gaze duration (Hand eye coordination with ball shooting) variables shooting test and gaze duration. However the control group had not shown any significant improvement on any of the selected variables such health fitness variables

 Abstract

The rise of podcasts in recent years has revolutionized the way information and entertainment are created and shared. Offering convenience and versatility, podcasts are digital audio or video files that may be downloaded or streamed online anywhere, anytime. They possess a variety of characteristics that satisfy the needs of their listeners. Comparatively, FM radio has certain limitations such as government broadcasting policy, regional regulations, station regulations, and target market demographics. Besides the other limitations are usage of language, profanity, copyright, licensing problems, hate speech, discrimination, business classified ads, and broadcasting hours. At the same time, podcasts acts as a platform for freedom of expression without any limitation permitting creators to express their thoughts, evaluations, and creativity without any impendence censorship or any kind of authorities' intervention. As an open and accessible medium, podcasts allow diverse testimonies and discussions on essential issues to reach audiences globally. They foster an inclusive space for dialogue, cultural exchange, knowledge-sharing, and societal progress. This study was conducted in the first week of August 2023 to find out whether the podcast platform serves as a medium of entertainment for Spotify podcast listeners and to get an insight into the kind of information it disseminated to its listeners through content analysis. The top ten leading Spotify episodes were considered, and analysis was done on the content of those 10 episodes. The study found that podcasts as a medium of information and entertainment have advantage such as greater freedom of expression in content creation and sharing there is no limit to the artistic expression of a creator and there is no time limit for the podcast. At the same time as the podcaster is a gatekeeper, he or she needs to exercise responsible content creation and adhere to moral, legal, and ethical guidelines.

 Abstract

Use of PCR techniques in the field of Microbiological, diagnostics and Forensic Science has increased to the point where it is now accepted as the standard method for detecting nucleic acids from a number of sample and microbial types. In the scientific laboratory, traditional PCR was already a necessary instrument, though. Due to its increased speed, sensitivity, and reproducibility as well as its reduced danger of carryover contamination, real-time PCR has facilitated the wider use of PCR. During real-time PCR, a growing variety of chemistries are employed to detect PCR products as they build within a closed reaction vessel. PCR is being used in two key areas in bioscience: high-throughput PCR systems and microfluidics-based PCR devices for point-of-care (POC) applications. We also address the commercialization of these techniques before concluding with an examination of their modifications and application in novel areas of biomedicine.. For example, real-time reverse transcription PCR is the gold standard for SARS-CoV-2 diagnoses. The gold standard for SARS-CoV-2 diagnosis is real-time reverse transcription PCR. The dynamic range of initial target molecule determination in real-time PCR is very large (at least five orders of magnitude). Real-time quantitative PCR is more accurate and requires less labor than traditional quantitative PCR procedures.

 Abstract

The kinetics of the formic acid inhibited CoO catalysed autoxidation of S(IV) in alkaline medium has been studied and based on the observed results following rate has been proposed. Rate constants and the order of reaction were calculated and the reaction was found to be pseudo- first order in all cases. The effect of pH and temperature are also discussed. The value of apparent activation (Ea) energy was calculated by Arrhenius equation. On the basis of inhibition parameters, the reaction follows free radical mechanism.
