Hard Times is a novel written by Charles Dickens, published in 1854. The story is set in the fictional Coketown, a symbol of industrialization and the dehumanizing effects of the Victorian era. The novel explores the harsh realities of the Industrial Revolution, depicting the stark contrast between the utilitarian philosophy of characters like Thomas Gradgrind and the emotional, humanistic values of others. It delves into themes of social injustice, the plight of the working class, and the need for compassion and imagination in a world driven by facts and figures. Dickens uses vivid characters and rich symbolism to critique the dehumanizing aspects of a society focused solely on materialism and industrial progress.

Minimizing waste while boosting feed through the reusing of food scraps is a significant procedure in advancing manageability inside food frameworks. This approach tends to ecological worries as well as upgrades asset productivity and supports food security. Here is an outline of compelling techniques and practices for reusing food scraps into creature feed and other valuable purposes. Food squander creation has expanded because of the rising populace and interest in good food. The vast majority overall expendable food they don't eat, however discarding food can hurt the climate, causing serious ecological and financial effects. One method for decreasing this misfortune is to change over extra food into practical creature feed, which helps the climate as well as makes animal creation less expensive. It assists us with killing waste by providing creatures with another wellspring of protein and reusing disposed of food. Moreover, this approach can likewise add to the roundabout economy by making a shut-circle framework that limits the utilization of regular assets and decreases ecological contamination. At long last, the survey infers that the utilization of food squandering as creature feed can give a practical answer for food squandering the board, food security, protection of assets, lessening ecological effects, and adding to a round economy.

A new idea that is becoming popular is the use of polyherbal formulations as a powerful, safe, and effective alternative to conventional treatment. A key component of traditional herbal medicine is polypharmacy, sometimes referred to as polyherbalism, which is the combination of several medicinal herbs to increase therapeutic efficacy. To achieve the intended therapeutic effects, a single plant cannot contain enough active phytochemical components. Adding different herbs in a certain ratio to polyherbal and herbo-mineral compositions improves their medicinal impact and reduces their toxicity. Traditional medicine makes use of entire plants or plant mixtures rather than isolated plant parts.Several advantages not found in single herb mixtures are produced by the synergistic effects of polyherbalism. In several diseases, polyhedral formulations exhibit good therapeutic efficacy at safe, high doses.

Recently, electric vehicles (EVs) have shown that they can greatly reduce pollution and are a great way to use green energy sources (RESs) instead of fossil fuels. The growing number of electric vehicles (EVs) on the road has made it more popular to use them for other tasks. In power grids. Wind energy has been used as an example of a renewable energy source (RES), taking into account its random nature and the fact that it changes continuously with wind speed. Additionally, the superconducting magnetic energy storage system (SMES) device is picked due to its promising long-life operation. The proposed study looks at different points of point of common coupling (PCC) voltage changes, reactive power support, levelling active power during the on-peak time, and power losses. Moreover, fuzzy logic controller (FLC) systems have been suggested for controlling EVs and the SMES device. The energy management between the installed EVs, SMES, wind, and utility grid side is achieved through the coordination of the FLC devices. The results show that reduced peak and mean values of total power losses and line active power are achieved by the proposed coordination method. Moreover, improved profiles of the PCC voltage, reactive power support, and active power levelling, and sustainable and reliable power supply are achieved by the proposed method for wide operating ranges and modes of operation.

This paper examines the adaptation of My Lady Jane, originally a novel by Cynthia Hand, Brodi Ashton, and Jodi Meadows, into an Amazon Prime television series, analyzing how the adaptation leverages humor and fantasy to reframe historical narratives for modern audiences. Both the book and the show offer a satirical and fantastical reinterpretation of Lady Jane Grey's brief reign and untimely fate, but the series brings unique visual elements and cinematic tools to emphasize its comedic tone and feminist themes. By integrating magical realism through "Ethians"characters who can shapeshift into animals the series not only reimagines historical events but also symbolically explores themes of transformation, identity, and power. The adaptation also navigates the balance between historical and fantastical genres, diverging from conventional Tudor-era dramas to appeal to a broader demographic. Focusing on the humor that defines both the novel and the adaptation, this paper explores how satire functions in the television format to critique historical narratives and gender roles. The adaptation allows Jane, a historically tragic figure, to embrace her power in a whimsical, agency-driven arc that subverts her tragic historical image. Additionally, the adaptation of fantasy elements such as the Ethian concept transforms the viewing experience, allowing the series to address historical power structures within a fresh and engaging fantasy context. Through this adaptation analysis, the paper contributes to adaptation studies by demonstrating how humor, fantasy, and feminist undertones allow historical narratives to be reimagined and reinterpreted, resonating with contemporary audiences in unique and meaningful ways.

Parkinson's disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by motor symptoms like bradykinesia, resting tremor, rigidity, and postural instability, caused by dopaminergic neuron loss in the substantia nigra. Its hallmark pathology is the accumulation of ?-synuclein in Lewy bodies. While the exact causes are unclear, mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative stress, impaired protein clearance, and neuroinflammation are key factors. Genetic mutations, such as those in PRKN, and environmental toxins are implicated, with over 200 genes linked to sporadic PD through genome-wide studies. This review explores genetic and molecular mechanisms of PD, recent research advancements, and how genetic insights can guide innovative therapies.
