 Abstract

Educators are continuously facing with new challenges to keep up with latest research findings as well as initiatives that hold promise to improve learning and help students prepare for their futures. Some ideas are not necessarily new but have been repackaged under different headings. For example, critical thinking and problem solving have seen a new resurgence in recent years, but in actuality the ideas have been around for decades. What is new, however, is the heightened attention that selected concepts have experienced in recent years. We begin with a definition of 21st century skills provided by the Glossary of Educational Reform. "The term...refers to a broad set of knowledge, skills, work habits, and character traits that are believed- by educators, school reformers, college professors, employees, and others- to be critically important to success in today's world, particularly in collegiate programs and contemporary careers and workplaces." An exploration of what constitutes a 21st century skills that seems broad and endless as well as other itemizations that are more concise and to the point. If we are truly going to make a difference, we cannot overwhelm ourselves by taking on another daunting task with a limitless number of options. We have to deal with the challenge in a reasonable and sensible manner. To promote 21st century skills, critical thinking, problem solving, creativity and innovation, adaptability, collaboration, communication, self-direction and self-assessment and application of technology to work flow are very helpful in it.

 Abstract

Shakespeare's dramatic works are often criticized for their tragi-comic mingling. Considering the standardized dramatic norms (regarded sacrosanct especially by the Neoclassicists), the charge against Shakespeare seems quite serious. However Samuel Johnson in his Preface to Shakespeare takes great pain in defending the Bard against this serious complaint of tragi-comic mingling. Since investigating the vast arena of Shakespearean dramatic works is not feasible in the context of this paper, it focuses on the famous Banquet scene of Macbeth (Act iii, scene iv) and tries to list the deviations the Bard makes from standardized dramatic norms. Macbeth's clownish behaviour in such a dreary tragic scene, lays it bare under the scrutiny of the world. The paper parallelly lists Johnson's findings which can be probable reasons of Shakespeare's juxtaposing tragic and comic elements in a single scene. The paper mostly constructs its conflict by juxtaposing Neo-classical and Johnsonian point of views to interrogate Macbeth's huge behavioural change from an all powerful 'hero' to a frail human being (a clown).

 Abstract

ABSTRACT Balanced ecosystem is the need for a healthy life for every organism inhabiting this earth. Of all kinds of fitness, the most needed fitness is physiological and most essentially reproductive fitness. Reproductive fitness of every organism is directly or indirectly related to the environment where they are residing. Numerous disorders noticed in humans include infertility, substandard quality of sperms, mediocre function of gonadal glands, breast cancer, testicular cancer etc. Reproductive health damages include; altered growth, chromosomal damage, chromosomal aberration, fetal abnormalities, postnatal in viability, premature aging and so on. Exposure to environmental hazardous substances can leave their impact on endocrine system which may further affect reproductive health. Reproductive health of mammals including humans can also be affected by heat stress. Nutritional deficits can create problems with oocyte development, blastocyst abnormality, and can produce cardiovascular, behavioral effects etc. Dehydration can cause issues with sperm and uterine health. Thus it becomes important to review and mitigate these changing effects for a better reproductive health.

 Abstract

Water intoxication, also known as water poisoning or dilutional hyponatremia, is a potentially fatal disturbance in brain functions that results when the normal balance of electrolytes in the body is pushed outside safe limits by over-hydration.Water, just like any other substance, can be considered a poison when over-consumed in a specific period of time. Water intoxication mostly occurs when water is being consumed in a high quantity without giving the body the proper nutrients it needs to be healthy.Excess of body water may also be a result of a medical condition or improper treatment;

 Abstract

Abstract-- According to the World Health Organization (WHO), there are 420 million people affected with diabetics worldwide, and this has caused an increase in the mortality rate to nearly one million per year. A serious situation has resulted from this exceptional rise in cases and fatalities, since the data statistics show a considerable rise in diabetic cases amid youngsters. For accurate diabetes categorization and prediction, this study makes use of a new framework called Binary Chaotic Optimized Fused Learning (BCoFL). In this case, feature selection and data dimensionality reduction are accomplished using the Binary Chaotic Hunger Game Search (BCHGS) optimization technique. For system validation and evaluation, the diabetes dataset from PIMA Indian patients was employed. Data cleaning and normalization processes are first used to preprocess the dataset. Additionally, the disease is predicted from the supplied data effectively and with little overfitting using the Fused Learning Classification Algorithm (FLCA). The performance and prediction results of the suggested CoFL technique are validated and compared using the accuracy, precision, prediction rate, and other parameters.

 Abstract

Brick making is itself as ancient as human civilization and it is seen that the greatest architectural wonders and immortal monuments were built with brick besides stones and marbles. Today, from humble dwellings to modern skyscrapers and labyrinthine structures, brick forms the most important building material and it cannot be imagined a construction in the exclusion of bricks is important that bricks are assumed as a building material because of their durability, strength, reliability, low cost, and easy availability. In many countries, construction accounts for about 60 percent of the plan outlays all over the world, and out of this, bricks account for more than 40 percent. The brick industry, which is essentially a labor-intensive industry, provides employment opportunities to a vast workforce of around several million people in India. It provides direct employment to billions of poor families and indirect employment to millions of people. As large-scale construction of high-rise housing and business complexes gained momentum, modern architecture, and the usage of various building materials such as brick became inevitable. The present case study will be useful to the cement-based industrialist, consumers, government, and policymakers as well.

 Abstract

Abstract: OBJECTIVE: Depression is one of the most common mental illnesses in the world. Depression as a disorder has always been the focus of attention of researchers. Over the last 50-60 years, large number of studies have been published from India addressing various aspects of this commonly prevalent disorder. Preksha Meditation is an effective intervention for the management of depressive Disorder. However, the influence of Preksha Meditation on depression in patients has not been studied. Therefore, the present study has been undertaken. METHODS: It was an Interventional study that consisted of two groups of patients who were suffering from Depressive Disorders. The patients were recruited from Deptt. Of Kayachikitsa and Deptt. Of Psychiatry, Sir Sundar Lal Hospital, IMS, BHU, Varanasi. The patients of experimental group A underwent Preksha Meditation practice for 30 minutes daily once in the morning for a total period of 30 days. The patients registered under control group B were kept only on medication. In each group, there were 25 patients aged between 20yrs to 60 years belonging to both sexes. The assessment of the patients was done before the start of the trial and after the session using the DASS-42 scale. RESULTS: Results showed a significant change in experimental group A as Preksha Meditation positively decreased the Depression level of subjects in comparison to Group B. CONCLUSION: Preksha Meditation can be considered as an effective non-pharmacological practice for reducing Depression which starts revealing effects in a short duration, as it relieves the Depression of the patients only after four weeks of practice. So, it can be said that this technique would have a better and more profound effect on depression management, if practiced for a longer duration.

 Abstract

Optical Drug delivery system is a lozenge form medium or structure calculated for edging in or delivering medicine to eye against any complaint or complaint involving or affecting vision. The most generally employed conventional medications. Ophthalmic lozenge forms are the emulsion, suspense and ointments which are fairly ineffective as remedial systems. It's deviates through a number of anatomical and physiological hedge, which have been tailback for the ophthalmologist. Calculating an ideal medicine delivery scheme should included magnify medicine bioavailability and controlled release of the medicine at the point of action, which can control colorful occular walls. Contact lenses are arising as an indispensable ophthalmic medicine delivery system to resolve the fault of the conventional topical operation styles like eye drops and ointment. Such a medicine delivery can be achieved by designing conformation similar as microspheres, nanoparticles, liposomes which can act as methodical optical medicine delivery system.

 Abstract

Abstract A lot of questions and disagreements exist in the Dom Juan scholarly work, both on literary and unrelated grounds. It appears that there has been no unambiguous consensus either way regarding the play among its knowledgeable critics. Its adversaries freely accord it a high level of superiority, even going so far as to label it an absolute masterpiece. Even though not every one of its friends concurs that it is such, they are all equally eager to criticize a lot of it. Whoever calls it a masterpiece doesn't specify what they mean, whether they are a friend or an enemy. Everyone appears to agree that such unevenness is caused by conditions other than artistic strain on the play's composition instead of any artistic goal (or lack of critical attention). As a result, Moliere wrote hastily and presumably while feeling enraged. Being severely excommunicated, he was either unable to distinguish between what was real and false in matters of morality and religion or, worse still, he was promoting libertine propaganda. Although there are still many unanswered concerns and differences of opinion regarding the idea of play, the approach that was given highlighted the structure and humor in Moliere's Study of Dom Juan.

 Abstract

This review explores the transformative landscape of jewellery shopping in India, characterized by the interplay of technology, evolving consumer preferences, and a growing commitment to environmental sustainability. The traditional in-store selection process for exquisite jewellery is giving way to a digital revolution, with consumers increasingly turning to online platforms. Simultaneously, heightened awareness of eco-friendly practices is shaping the choices of discerning buyers. The paper delves into the changing face of jewellery shopping, focusing on burgeoning online trends and the escalating demand for eco-friendly options. Consumers, armed with smartphones and a wealth of information from various sources, are becoming more discerning, posing intriguing challenges for the industry. The review chronicles the paradigm shift in India's jewellery market, from the liberalization of its economy in 1991 to the present, spotlighting key entities like the Minerals and Metals Trading Corporation of India (MMTC) and the State Bank of India (SBI). The industry's evolution is examined through four themes: Digital Transformation, Customization and Personalization, Sustainability, and Social Media Influence. Methodologically, a comprehensive literature review spanning 2019 to 2023 was conducted using PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar, focusing on jewellery shopping trends, online consumer behavior, and eco-friendly choices. The results reveal a nuanced industry portrait, emphasizing the strategic imperative of digital transformation, the rise of consumer-driven customization and 3D printing, the increasing importance of eco-friendly practices, and the profound impact of social media on shaping jewellery trends.

 Abstract

The concept of spirituality and leadership is widened in this research to include strategic leadership as well as traditional spirituality. It will be necessary for future advancement in the subject of spirituality and leadership to have greater clarity on the degree of research being conducted, as well as the distinction between individual and societal spirituality. A framework is presented to accomplish this goal, and it illustrates how a top-level leader's personal spiritual beliefs may be utilized as a schema to filter and organize data during strategic decision-making. This functioning is moderated by the leader's progressive growth and meta-belief, which are impacted by the organization's setting and leadership method, among other variables. A complex understanding of spirituality and leadership may be gained via the use of this framework. It also provides as a starting point for examining many different types of spirituality that can be found in organizations.

 Abstract

The intention of an Android application, determined by the source code analysis is used to identify potential maliciousness in that application. Similarly, it is possible to analyze the unintentional behaviors of an app to identify and reduce the window of vulnerabilities. Unintentional behaviors of an app can be any developmental loopholes such as software bugs overlooked by a developer or introduced by an adversary intentionally. Find Bugs and Android Lint are a couple of tools that can detect such bugs easily. A software bug can cause many security vulnerabilities (known or unknown) and vice-versa, thus, creating a many-to-many mapping. In our approach, we construct a matrix of mapping between the bugs and the potential vulnerabilities. A software bug detection tool is used to identify a list of bugs and create an empirical list of the vulnerabilities in an app. The many-to-many mapping matrix is obtained by two approaches - severity mapping and probability mapping. These mappings can be used as tools to measure the unknown vulnerabilities and their strength. We believe our study is the first of its kind and it can enhance the security of Android apps in their development phase itself. Also, the reverse mapping matrix vulnerabilities to bugs could be used to improve the accuracy of malware detection in Android apps.
