The 1776 American Revolution was an occurrence that resulted in the separation of the North American colonies from Great Britain, giving rise to the United States of America as an independent nation. The roots of this transformative thrust have to be discerned in long term and complex causes which increased the dissent and dissatisfaction in the colonies. The colonists argued that as people they would find their best when freed from colonial trappings. The seeds of Revolution were sewn as colonists shifted their identity from being British subjects to being Americans and their ideology from being affable to monarchy to revolutionary republicanism. The paper argues that the American Revolution took place due to multifaceted factors as colonists were alienated from Great Britain in favour of a stronger sense of American identity.

The purpose of the Image caption Generator is to create a sentence description for a given image. Our project model will take a picture as input and generate an English sentence as output, describing the contents of the image. It has attracted much research attention in cognitive computing in recent years. The task is quite complex because the concepts of both computer vision and tongue processing domains are combined. In this research study, we proposed a model based on CNN (Convolution neural network) and LSTM (Long- and Short-Term Memory) algorithms to describe images in sentence form. The CNN works as an encoder to extract features from images and LSTM works as a decoder to generates words describing the image. After the caption generation phase, we use BLEU Scores to gauge the efficiency of our model. Thus, our system helps the user to urge descriptive caption for the given input image.

The advanced systems based on the wireless sensor network, artificial intelligence and the eco-system of the communication protocols provides possibilities of building more efficient, robust and flexible system for the urban environment monitoring. The exacting and obstinate constraints of the communication channel have various limitations of the real-time monitoring based on the network performance of the data delivery through the wireless sensor network deployments in the urban environment. These challenges can be handled by the use of the smart ad intelligent system using predictive modeler by incorporating the machine learning aspects of the artificial intelligence by means of behavioral study of the historical data of the environment conditions in the urban context. Another critical challenge is that the deployment strategy for specific application demands a customized architecture of the wireless sensor network setup. To alleviate this challenge, this paper basically provides a generalized architecture design approach for the urban environment monitoring with the use-case study on the air quality dataset, water quality dataset, urban power usage dataset and storm risk prediction dataset so that the innovative solution approach becomes adaptive to the varied application context.

The paper summarises the issues and challenges of Informal Employment in India. The informal sector is considered to be a vital sector of the Indian Economy. The works of the informal one are excluded in the GDP and GNP of India. Thus, India being one of the developing countries, the informal employment accounts for the majority of employment, however, it is not considered much , in comparison to the formal sector. It also gives out the definition of employment in the Informal Sector as per the International Labour Organisation(ILO) and is an assemblage of employment in micro, small and medium enterprises, casual, self-employed and rural workers, impact of economic reforms on informal employment in India, rural and urban informal employment and labour migration and employment conditions of Indians working as informal workers abroad. An effort has been made to highlight the difficulties of the informal and unorganized economy in the country through various diameters such as work deficit, labour market distress and poverty. The various measures by Government such as Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana(PMMY) and Government Policy regarding informal enterprises and informal labour in India have been highlighted in the paper,to the best extent possible.

Concrete has the largest volume in present construction work and it is expected that there will be no other option for concrete in the upcoming time. Since such as excessive volumes of concrete are being used for newly construction work, it is autocratic to produce better quality of concrete that will be long lasting with increase mechanical properties to enhance the service life of any structure. It is not feasible to alter its inherent breakable essence and the need of any tensile strength of concrete structure. In this condition, fibre reinforced concrete (FRC) look to be a realistic alternative. In this research study main focus on the practicability of using polypropylene fiber (pp) and polyester fiber as subordinate reinforcement to concrete to change its brittle nature. In this study M25 grade of concrete was used. Accordingly, various percentages of polypropylene fiber and polyester fiber were put into concrete and a sequence of lab experiments were control to explore the use of polypropylene fiber and polyester in cement concrete pavements. In first sample only plain, concrete mix is tested for compressive strength, flexural strength. In second sample 1.8% of polypropylene fiber is added with the concrete mix and again tested for the same three test. In the third concrete sample 0.5% of polyester fiber is used in the concrete mix and tested for compressive strength, flexural strength and split tensile strength of cement concrete. In fourth concrete sample both 1.8% of polypropylene fiber and 0.5% of polyester fiber is mixed with the concrete mix and tested for the three tests It was seen a great increment in the compressive strength, and flexural strength which showed the addition of fiber can improve the quality of cement concrete pavement.
