Accumulation of discarded scrap tires are non-biodegradable and have been a major concern. Even after a long period of land fill treatment, unmanaged waste tire poses environmental and health risk though fire hazard. Therefore, utilization of rubber from these scrap tires for the production of building materials in construction industry would help to preserve the natural resources and also maintain ecological balance. So, rubber used as replacement of aggregates with using fibers. Fiber reinforced concrete containing rubber particles have increased levels of toughness in comparison with conventional concrete. This experimental investigation focused on the material properties of fiber reinforced rubber concrete. Rubber particles were used at various concentrations to partially replacement with coarse aggregate 0, 5, 10, 15&20% with the addition of 0.85% steel fiber. This investigation includes an evaluation of standard fresh and hardens concrete properties. Results show that the fiber reinforcement counteracts the negative effects of using rubber particles to replace traditional aggregates.

In our research paper, we are going to represent single phase to three phase VFD based induction motor working technique. There is various kind of topology available in theory of phase conversion method. In our Paper, we are going to use VFD for phase conversion. Many of us know that to control the speed of induction motor VFD is economically consider as energy saving option for us. We are using 3-Phase power from Single phase supply to control the speed & direction.

The top objective of any pharmaceutical industry is to produce products of vital characteristic and great reliably, in a price-effective manner. Improvement of a method is vital for discovery, improvement, and evaluation of drugs within the pharmaceutical formula. The main intention of this evaluation article become to check the improvement and validation of the system employed for the medicine from the beginning of the method to the whole commercial batch of product. On the factor whilst an analytical approach is implemented to produce outcomes for the high-quality of drugs related samples, it is important that the consequences are reliable. Inside the pharma enterprise, validation coverage is documented for the way to carry out validation, kinds of validation and validation policy are complied with the requirements of desirable production exercise (GMP) guidelines. Validation may be very vital for the effective walking of the pharmaceutical companies. At each level from uncooked fabric to the completed, balance, anywhere validation became carried out. The approach was developed nicely, and validation parameters are defined in phrases of accuracy, specificity, and precision, limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantitation (LOQ), ruggedness, robustness, and machine suitability testing with the instance of positive tablets. All validation parameters are used within the routine and balance analysis.

The concerned with the global data-driven disruption in marketing, this qualitative study explores the difficulties and hurdles that, if resolved, could unleash the promise of marketing analytics. This could pave the way for a more human-centered comprehension of how to make use of the technologically disruptive developments in marketing rather than viewing them as an enemy, and it could also help bridge the gap between academia and practitioners. Moreover, the conceptually rich five literary containers were built by coupling the conceptions based on commonalities in their category character and relationships. This was done in order to develop the literary containers. The key to success in the future will be to maximise sustainable performance by making the most efficient use possible of such resources. The findings contribute to a deeper comprehension of analytical principles. It is strengthened with evidence that there is an important need to accept the rapid shift that is occurring in marketing research with respect to the application of digital data.

India is a developing nation, and road safety is still in its infancy. As the number of vehicles increases, accident severity rises in ascending order. Accidents result in injuries, fatalities, property and health damage, social suffering, and overall environmental deterioration. India's traffic accident issue is concerning. Records indicate that a vehicle collision causes one death every 2.75 minutes. The high accident rate is generally due to factors such as poor road geometry, low visibility, road user behavior, car problems, and a lack of enough highways and other key routes to handle traffic needs. The nation suffers significant economic losses as a result of road accidents. Road safety is essential to reducing accidents involving both people and vehicles, which makes the road safer and more convenient for traffic.

Everything is becoming more mechanized in today's times, especially in this age of data. Data is the new oil. Many firms can benefit from this information in their marketing efforts. Every company wants to grow and be better than the competition, so they employ innovative ideas and invest in product development, but only to keep their customers and expand their market. Customers are segmented in today's commercial world. They analyze their consumers' behaviors and purchasing patterns and can assist them in generating profit. Customer segmentation refers to the process of categorizing a company's customers into groups based on their commonalities. Client segmentation is the process of determining how to interact with consumers in different groups to amplify the value of each customer to the company. There are many algorithms that can partition customers based on their behavior and other parameters.

Academic and Administrative Audit is a system to control and maintain high standards in the field of Higher Education Institutions. It is playing an effective and important role in providing quality education in teaching learning process. It is a continuous process of self-introspection for the better growth of the institution. To bring quality in all aspects of teacher education institution, academic and administrative Audit plays an important role in providing quality education to the learners all over the world. It also tries to explore various institutional difficulties and determines various quality parameters for effective functioning; these are the needs of an hour. The objective of the present research paper was to study the Perception of Academic and Administrative Audit and its effect on Teaching Competency of Prospective Teachers. The methodology applied was survey method with self- constructed tool. The tool was based on different dimensions. The sample taken was 300 prospective teachers belonging to private, government and autonomous Teacher Education Institutions (TEIs) affiliated to Ranchi University, Ranchi, Jharkhand. The data were analyzed by employing Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and Regression Analysis. The study revealed that there is significant influence on the Teaching Competency of prospective teachers in their perception of Academic and Administrative Audit on the basis of gender, marital status, location of the college and status of the college.

This study analyzes the impact of variables (loans) on promoting entrepreneurship growth and development in India's Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana. This study examines the variables of various loan offer under Mudra Yojana and their effect on GDP and market size in terms of increase in self-tiny units, SMEs, Micro Business, Small business units, sole proprietorship, and many more by the loan availability from 2015 onwards. The analysis concludes that the most critical factor that can affect the growth of entrepreneurship in India is loans from banks, basically from government banks. This research paper can be essential to research scholars, entrepreneurs, policymakers, employment exchanges, and government bodies in providing details of the effect of loans. This research can be further used in detail by incorporating the various opinions of borrowers and entrepreneurs, and ready to accept the various recommendation from borrowers, customers, and regulating authorities in our subsequent research.

In this work, the characteristics of concrete employing coconut shell (CS) as the coarse aggregate and rice husk ash (RHA) as a partial replacement for regular Portland cement (OPC) were investigated. Workability, concrete density, and mechanical characteristics like compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, flexural strength, impact resistance, and elastic modulus were assessed and compared to benchmark values. For conventional concrete (CC) and coconut shell concrete, respectively, two concrete mixtures were used (CSC). Compressive strength increases as RHA replacement increases and provides satisfactory results up to 13% RHA replacement. This study demonstrates that adding RHA at a replacement rate of 16% improves the workability and mechanical characteristics of both conventional and coconut shell concrete.
