The world's natural resource reserves are insufficient to meet long-term demand under the existing system for providing adequate natural resources to create the infrastructure and the emerging system. The discovery of natural material deposits has declined for several materials. Many industrial materials' processed ore, sand mining, and erosion of river grades have been deteriorating over time, which has led to a decrease in material processing yield. India is a developing country with a rapidly expanding infrastructure and likely excessive consumption of natural resources. In general construction, we can use cement, sand, aggregate (fine and coarse), and water to make concrete. The main ingredients in concrete, cement, and sand are rising quickly and steadily nowadays. Infrastructure such as expressways, powerhouses, metros, industrial structures (yarns), ports, naval yards, and harbors are needed by emerging nations like our country to satisfy the demands of globalization in the development of highways, roadways, airports, buildings, and other structures. Sand and cement ingredients are required to make concrete, which has become costly and has a limited resource. In light of this, finding an appropriate replacement material for river sand from industrial waste and cement from power plants' waste material is necessary. Many countries have approved the use of granite powder, a natural product, as a construction material, as well as fly ash, coconut shell, and rice husk as partial replacements for cement. A word Recycling has a unique value in the sense that there is no pollution, no wastage, no other production, and no resource consumption. It avoids wasting potentially usable resources, consumes less energy, lessens the demand for fresh raw materials, and lessens air and water pollution by lowering the need for conventional garbage disposal. Cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, and water are concrete ingredients. To make use of the waste material, quarry dust, fly ash, and coconut shell have been tried as substitutes for the fine aggregate as well as cement.

The many priorities and concerns associated with attaining sustainable agriculture have resulted in a variety of approaches and application capabilities. New agricultural technology is viewed as a critical step toward ensuring food production sustainability while also reducing environmental deterioration. However, technology adoption for sustainable agriculture is a very broad term and it presents numerous challenges for farmers, agricultural businesses and regulatory bodies being a very dynamic subject. Therefore, the aim of this study is to give some insight on the factors that influence agricultural technology adoption. It accomplishes this by examining prior research on technology adoption. Technological, economic, institutional and farmer-specific aspects were discovered to be factors that determine agricultural technology adoption. Accessibility and implementation at the farm level forms the basis of successful adoption of such technologies. Education, training and awareness, which form the foundation of a farmer's knowledge base is a significant factor with potential to promote wide spread adoption. It's also worth noting that, because the majority of these technologies were created outside of the agriculture sector, appropriate communication about their application and productivity is essential. Farmers' decisions are heavily influenced by agricultural yield. As a result, effective communication is the foundation upon which widespread adoption of new agricultural technologies can be achieved.

This paper gives a general overview of hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs). A Hybrid Electric Vehicle is a combination of an internal combustion engine and an electric propulsion system. A hybrid electric vehicle cannot be plugged in to charge the battery. Instead, the battery is charged through regenerative braking and by the internal combustion engine. The extra power provided by the electric motor can potentially allow for a smaller engine. The fundamentals of HEVs along with working are discussed. The major components of an HEV are described extensively in this paper. Energy storage systems are presented elaborately. Different types of battery technologies are studied. Future energy storage technologies like supercapacitors are detailed in the article. The working of HEVs along with different technologies like regenerative braking is also discussed.

Antifouling systems generally refer to dealing with the undesirable accumulation of marine biological organisms on surfaces for e.g. ships hulls, sea-platforms which are in contact with seawater. This natural phenomenon offer a large number of economic problems to the marine industry to deal with. The Traditional approaches utilize metal ions especially copper to prevent such biological contamination but it is proved to harm the environment and the ecosystem. Later the use of tributyltin-based coatings made the conditions worst as it is highly toxic in nature. After the ban on use of tributyltin in antifouling coatings , the emphasis is now on the use of nontoxic and/or ecofriendly natural materials which do not negatively affect the environment. This is a review which focuses on the natural antifouling techniques and the synthetic fouling release coatings which are environmentally benign. A lot of biologically extracted antifouling agents are also studied in this review which exhibits a biomimetic approach. The mechanism of marine biofouling and factors affecting it is also overlooked in this study.

Due to advancements in multimedia technology, video transmission now necessitates greater capacity for storage, more bandwidth, and faster transmission speeds. Compression methods for videos are crucial since they allow for content to be transmitted over less network capacity and with less room for storage. In addition to its widespread use in fields such as image and video analysis, NLP, speech recognition, etc., machine learning has just lately begun to find applications in BCI. Machine learning, which expedites training and boosts performance by drawing on information and precedents from similar situations, might be very helpful in BCI for accommodating differences between users and between jobs. Integrating cutting-edge machine learning technologies is another way to reap the benefits of both fields. This paper provides a comprehensive literature review and bibliometric study of all Machine Learning (ML) techniques that have been used to video compression in the recent past. Popular academic databases include Scopus and Web of Science. This analysis makes use of the data retrieved from them. There are two sorts of analysis done on the extracted data. You'll find both quantitative and qualitative findings. Quantitative analysis is the examination of records according to criteria such as the number of citations they include, the relevance of their keywords, the journals they were published in, and the countries in which those journals are based. The benefits, drawbacks, and difficulties of utilising ML-based techniques to video compression are detailed in the qualitative analysis provided.

Globally the elderly people who require assistance to perform individual tasks in their individual house will outnumber themselves substantially in the coming years. Presently old people prefer to reside in their individual familiar environment as with age they tend to stay alone with vulnerabilities and special needs. This boosts their self esteem, confidence and feeling of security. However, majority of houses are not designed to cater to the adaptive physical planning, care and services exclusively for the frail, aged and aging population. The paper explores the needs of the frail elderly people, and searches for a plethora of modifications to make individual and collective neighbourhoods physically and socially active and also support friendly. Such factors encompass enriching and forming all-age neighbourhoods, providing supportive housing and engaging mobility, delivery, and collective services as well as communicative innovations. Some prefer to age in place while others stress on collective housing options. Urban designers take up the challenges of physical, sensory, and cognitive impairments while creating their space and suggest improved individual as well as community space.

Covid-19 has been responsible for the deaths of people in lakhs and millions of people have been affected worldwide. To avoid future deaths, it is of utmost importance to identify the future cases and virus spread rate in advance. It is an analytical and challenging real-world task to forecast accurately the spread of this virus. Therefore, we use day level information of COVID-19 spread for cumulative cases from whole world. The dataset used in this research is from Jhon Hopkin University which contains the spread of the virus from January 22, 2020 to till date. It is a daily updating dataset. We model the evolution of the COVID-19 outbreak, and perform prediction using Machine learning and Deep learning-based time series forecasting models for next 20 days. Effectiveness of the models are evaluated based on the prediction curves, mean absolute error, and mean square error. Our analysis can help in understanding the trends of the disease outbreak, and provide epidemiological stage information of adopted countries. Our investigations show that Deep learning approach is best for time series-based problems and more effective for forecasting COVID-19 prevalence. The forecasting results have potential to assist governments to plan policies to contain the spread of the virus.

Clinical features resembling those of diabetes mellitus were described by the ancient Egyptians 3,000 years ago. The term "diabetes" was first coined by Araetus of Cappodocia (AD 81-133). Later Thomas added the word mellitus (honey sweet). Willis (Britain) in 1675 after rediscovering the sweetness of patients' urine and blood (first observed by ancient Indians). It was not until 1776 that Dobson (Great Britain) first confirmed the presence of excess sugar in the urine and blood as the cause of In modern times, the history of diabetes coincided with the rise of experimental medicine. An important milestone in the history of diabetes is the establishment of the liver's role in glycogenesis and the concept that diabetes results from excess glucose production. Claude Bernard (France) in 1857. The role of the pancreas in the pathogenesis of diabetes was discovered by Mering and Minkowski (Austria) in 1889. This discovery later formed the basis for the isolation and clinical use of insulin by Banting and Best (Canada) in 1921. Attempts to create an orally administered hypoglycemic agent ended successfully with the first commercialization of Tolbutamide and Carbutamide in 1955 This report also provides an overview of the history of dietary control and the acute and chronic complications
