Advancement in applying loads is more crucial for modeling building in any software Due to considering loads in different ways which means using Static loads and Dynamic loads on the same model in STAAD Pro, there will be minor differences arrived as a result. The difference that arrived depends upon various factors and those are Using different load combinations like serviceability and collapsibility and the Application of Dynamic loads in load case details. The minor difference arrives in deflections of member and node displacements and sometimes in the failure of participation factors and also sometimes there will be no difference observed. The main objective of this project is to use the knowledge that we have learned during our post-graduation and learn to deal with practical cases.

Abstract Nowadays, most of the HR functions of banking sector are executed with the help of information technology (IT). The Banking system plays a critical role in underpinning economic development. Against the background of Financial Sector Reform Policy in India here HDFC and ICICI Bank is one of the first generation private sector Banks in India having 170 branches with 4,988 employees in 42 districts. In order to have an efficient human resource management these banks have introduced HRIS database system in their HR department. The present study has been undertaken to comprehend the effectiveness of HRIS in the said banks. The research studies based on survey method. This study includes how HRD works by using HRIS, what are the possible divisions and work distribution in an HRD, how HRIS effect on recruitment process, training and development initiatives, and compensation and benefits planning, personal appraisal management of HDFC and ICICI Bank. The analysis of the data revealed that some essential features are not decorated with software like time attendance, succession planning, payroll management, leave management, welfare fund Management, final settlement, performance appraisal and transfer management though the Bank uses HRIS. Hence the majority f the employees in the banks are not getting benefit by using HRIS software.

The concept of urbanization has a dual meaning demographically and sociologically. The demographic meaning refers to the increasing proportion of population in a country or a region that resides in cities. Sociologically, it refers to the behaviour, institutions and materialistic things that are identified as urban in origin and use. Urbanization is the movement of people from rural to urban areas, and the result is the growth of cities. It is also a process by which rural areas are transformed into urban areas. Urbanization is a process that has occurred, or is occurring, in nearly every part of the world that humans have inhabited. People move into cities to seek economic opportunities. Urbanization is measured by the percentage of people, who are urban in a society, a region or the world. Urbanization, therefore, summarizes the relationship between the total population and its urban component. That is, it is mostly used as a demographic indicator in the demographic sense, whereby, there is an increase in the urban population to the total population over a period of time.

Cancer is not just one disease, but a group of more than hundred diseases in which a group of cells become abnormal, divide without control and invade other tissues. Cancer cells can spread to other parts of the body through the blood circulation or lymph system. The body is made up of many types of cells which are basic units of life and these cells grow and divide in a controlled way to keep the body healthy. When cells become old or damaged, they die and are replaced with new cells in a programmed way; this process is called apoptosis. However, sometimes this programmed process goes wrong. The genetic material (DNA) of a cell regulates the normal cell growth and division. If DNA becomes damaged or changed, producing mutations, cells do not die and cells keep dividing when the body does not need them, these extra cells form a mass of tissue which is called a tumour. Tumours are of two types; one is benign tumour, another one is malignant tumour. Benign tumours are not cancerous; they do not spread to other parts of the body but malignant tumours are cancerous, cells in these tumours can spread to other parts of the body (metastasis) cancer council. Clinicians working with patients with chronic cancer-related pain are familiar with the experience of pain having both somatic sensory and psychological components. With adequate pain management, we often see a lessening of anxiety and a return to emotional equilibrium, which allows patients to process the loss inherent in the cancer experience. But in some of our patients we see persistence of psychological suffering and of a maladaptive anxious response that interrupts this processing and worsens outcome. While most anxiety develops after the onset of cancer, a smaller subset of patients with anxiety represent those with pre-existing conditions. In the present study, the aim was to determine the effectiveness of mindfulness based cognitive therapy along with standard care on cancer patients. Total number of participants were 10, 5 each in the respective group (experimental group i.e. MBCT with standard care and control group i.e. only standard). The information regarding their age, gender, education, socioeconomic status, marital status, stage of illness and amount of physical activity was collected. The 2 groups pre-test post-test design was used for the present study. This design indicates one group was tested before and after being exposed to a treatment or intervention while another group was tested at the same two times but was not exposed to any treatment. The test results showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the post test scores of the experimental group and control group on all the variables employed in the study. Thus, the hypothesis stating that the post-test scores of the experimental group will be higher than the pre test scores was supported.

Wireless communication is very useful in our daily life. The basis need of this communication is improve efficiency and increase coverage area. Previously here used single input and single output antenna (SISO). Then upgrade it and move on multiple input and multiple output antenna (MIMO). In case of single input and single output there used only one transmitting antenna and one receiving antenna. Next multiple input and multiple output antenna used in the wireless communication. Here number of antenna is increased but only for single user. One user uses multiple antennas. After that multiuser MIMO takes place single user MIMO. Here number of the user is increased. Communication enhance by using multiuser MIMO. In this environment coverage area is increased followed by multiple user. From the base station (BS) signals can access by multiple numbers of mobile station (MS). Among of this three technologies multiuser MIMO is better than others. Actually aim is to get better quality signal and reduce noise. For getting good quality signal we need to improve the signal power and reduce the bit error rate (BER). By using deferment kinds of technique BER minimization possible in the multiuser environment. When number of antennas and number of users are increased automatically noise will also increase. Our target is to decrease the noise and boost the quality of signal.

On weekends and holidays, we can notice a large rush at shopping centres in metro areas. This is amplified when there are substantial discounts and deals. When you only want to buy a few things, it's really inconvenient to have to look through the entire store to find them. We eventually ask the store employees to assist us, but this takes some time because today's stores are extremely large and complex. People nowadays buy a wide range of things and place them in the shopping cart. After making all of one's purchases, one should proceed to the counter for billing purposes. The cashier prepares the bill using a barcode reader, which is a time-consuming operation. As a result, long lines form at the billing counters. The construction of a system at shopping malls to handle the aforementioned difficulties is proposed in this notion. To do this, every item in the mall should have RFID tags, and all trolleys should have a technology that we invented to speed up the entire shopping process. In addition, as part of this project, we created an Android application. After entering the store, we merely need to pair the Android app with the gadget mounted on the trolley via Bluetooth and begin travelling down the aisle. The device will tell us whenever a product we want to buy that we previously added to the cart of our Android app is present in one of the areas across the aisle. When a product is placed in the trolley, its code is automatically detected, the item name and cost are displayed on the application, and the cost is then added to the overall bill. If we wish to remove a product from the cart, we can do so, and the price of that goods will be deducted from the total.. As a result, billing can be completed while in the trolley, saving time.

A brand-new class of blockchain-based tokens that is exclusive and indivisible is called a non-fungible token (NFT). They first made their debut in late 2017. NFTs are a particular class of blockchain-based digital assets that have recently attracted a lot of investor attention. The phenomenon and its markets have grown significantly since early 2021. Developers struggle to create such marketplaces since blockchain technologies are yet underutilized. This paper outlines the essential procedures that readers may adhere to as they engage in NFT marketplace creation through the example of a web application named RareBuy. The development process involves choosing the base blockchain, writing relevant contracts, deploying and testing them, UI designing, frontend creation, and its interaction with the contracts. Relevant options for the same have been presented in terms of workflow, architecture, and tech stack. It has been investigated how IPFS is an adept file storage system for NFTs. The study also discusses the difficulties NFT marketplaces face, such as blockchain selection tradeoffs and NFT-related legal concerns. It also highlights the advantages of NFT marketplaces, which are directly related to the security and transparency features of blockchain technology. As a result, we set the way for future research paths on a number of crucial yet unresolved areas pertaining to NFTs, NFT markets, and their role in future e-commerce.

The object detection using stereovision is a process to identify a specific object in sequence of different images. In many years it receives a much more attention due to huge number of applications like navigation, automated inspection, wildlife analysis etc. The detection of actual object with different shapes is a difficult task; due to some issues like external environment, fast movement of object, shadows, noises etc., so there is requirement to choose appropriate methods/algorithms with respect to it. So this paper specifies depth analysis with stereo vision using appropriate algorithm.
