The aims of this study were to test the antibacterial activity and chemical composition of Ziziphus jujuba extract. The extract was obtained using 50% aqueous - ethanol extraction solution to extract Ziziphus jujuba seeds. The extract was prepared and evaluated for antimicrobial activity against six bacterial strains by determining minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC). The results revealed that the 50% aqueous ethanol extract is potent in inhibiting bacterial growth of both gram-positive and gram negative bacteria. The chemical composition of fenugreek was analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectroscopy. The 13-Heptadecyn-1-ol (12.95%), 7-Ethyl- 4-decen-6-one (9.73%), Lineoleoyl chloride (8.54%), Linoleic acid (6.37%), 2,5- Octadecadiynoic acid, methyl ester (5.57%) and Palatinol A (4.81%) were the highest abundant compounds out of total 20 compounds were identified in the Ziziphus jujuba seeds extract. This research work deals with the detailed pharmacognostical evaluation of the crude drug. The physico-chemical and histological parameters presented in this paper may be proposed as parameters to establish authenticity of Ziziphus Jujuba and can possibly help to differentiate the drug from its other species. As there is no pharmacognostical anatomical work on records for this traditionally valued herb, the present study is taken up in the view to lay down the physico-chemical and microscopic standards.

One of the major carp Catla catla, when exposed to both technical grade as well as 76% EC in sublethal and lethal concentrations in the laboratory in vivo had an impact on the oxygen consumption while of inspiration in respiration. The toxic action was of respiratory distress that resulted too an impairment of the metabolism of the cold blooded heterotrophic organism, the fish by which ultimately the growth can be retarded. The increase of size as growth is important for the fish culture that is cultured and the present studied one is the major component of the culture among the major carps and finally the venture of the aquaculture is at loss due to the pollution load of the pesticides.

Making a fantastic electronic device to wow others. The device is expected to provide substantial amounts of item discovery and ongoing assistance via GPS. The ultrasonic sensor, GPS Module, GSM Module, and vibratory circuit are all part of the framework (speakers or earphones). Visual challenged is a term that is occasionally used to describe severe visual impairments with or without residual eyesight. The utilization of an ultrasonic extending plan to supply Smart walking aid sticks is a step forward in innovation. The use of a GPS module aids the visually impaired individual in reaching his destination. While the visually impaired person explores, the GPS beneficiary refreshes the location of the person, and the co-ordinates of that location can be used to monitor the visually impaired person for health concerns. Using the GSM module, the visually impaired person can also send crisis messages or make a crisis call to his gatekeeper in the event of danger. As a result, the GSM module will be used to issue warnings when a visually impaired person is in danger. The use of Rf tags Brought much more improvement in the project.

The Old Age Home industry is largely untapped and has the potential for a massive improvement in terms of technological integration. One of the aims of the solution proposed in this paper is to equip senior citizens residing in Old Age Homes with emotional support. This will be achieved by integrating a voice assistant chatbot whose voice can be cloned to that of a loved one. Apart from this, the proposed solution can help in maintaining and tracking the health records of residents, pushing notifications, and scheduling essential daily activities.

Nine percentage of global mortality accounts trauma for these days and is a threat to health worldwide. Major traumatic injuries were orthopedic in nature and Injuries that cause damage to the musculoskeletal system, which includes bones, ligaments, joints, tendons, muscles, and nerves, are defined as orthopedic injuries. Immobilization is common in orthopedic problems. It is known, however that even short period of immobilization causes damage and complications to several immobilized regions. Another important issue is that the immobilization causes both physical and psychological problems. Immobilization complication can be easily prevented than treating when identified early which directly impacts on duration of hospital stay and economic burden.
