In the present study an investigation has been perform to examine the behaviour of various alternative 3D models using software for reinforced concrete structure with central core wall with outrigger and without outrigger by varying the relative flexural rigidity from 0.25 to 2.0 with step of 0.25. Also the position of outrigger has been varied along the height of the building by considering a parameter relative height of outrigger from 0.975 to 0.4. The parameters discussed in this study include variation of bending moments, shear force, lateral deflection, peak acceleration of the core; inter-storey drifts for static and dynamic analysis for a 3-dimensional model for various values of relative rigidity and relative height. From the analysis of the results obtained it has been found that performance of the outrigger is most efficient for relative height of the outrigger equal to 0.5.

Traffic congestion and traffic monitoring has now become a biggest problem. As the traffic light was invented, from then the use of traffic light monitoring has increased. And due to increased population there is a need to manage the traffic system efficiently. While observing the traffic management systems, there are many hardware and software solutions developing in this field. This paper aims to contribute to traffic signals improvement by developing a centralized traffic light control system, using a unique wireless communication network. It gives an absolute solution of how a traffic control system should work during emergency situations

We use our eyes in almost every activity we perform, whether reading, watching television, and in other countless ways. Now days, good vision is critical and essential for smooth running of activities of daily living because of prolonged exposure to digital medias includes computer, laptops, mobile screen. This results in eye related problem known as Computer Vision Syndrome. The objectives of the study were to assess the prevalence of computer vision syndrome among IT employees in selected IT companies, Puducherry. Methodology: The study was conducted among 800 IT employees at Puducherry. Data such as age, gender, socioeconomic status and occupation related variables were collected. Sample were selected using non probability convenience sampling technique and data were collected by CVS-Q Scale. Results: Majority of the IT employees had excessive blinking(80.4%) and headache (73.6%)as the important symptoms of computer vision syndrome. Most of them (69.5%) were had felt that their sight was worsened and also felt increased sensitivity to lights. Nearly (68.9%) IT employees had dryness of the eyes and burning sensation while doing work in computer. Conclusion: This present study concluded that the IT employees are found to be vulnerable occupational groups due to prolonged exposure to digital media working conditions, lack of education on prevention of Computer Vision Syndrome and lack of regular monitoring and inspections, unaware of computer ergonomics to safe guard them. Interventional plans like education awareness and teaching them about ophthalmic exercises need to be advocated for the workers.

Objectives: Unpacking Black Box design allows the effectiveness of traditional medicine to be determined either within its own theoretical framework or within that of conventional medicine. This study is performed to evaluate the role of traditional treatment of Panchkarma in Katigata Vata (Lumber pain). Methods: A 48-year-old male suffering from lower back pain, painful lumber movement, stiffness in the lumber region and tingling numbness for 6 months was treated with this Black Box package consisting of oleation therapy (Snehana), sudation therapy (Swedana), therapeutic enema (Basti) and palliative treatment (Shamana Chikitsa). The response to the treatment was recorded and therapeutic effects were evaluated through symptomatic relief. Result: Clinical assessment was done both pre and post-therapy by using the VAS scale. The patient got marked improvement in lower back pain (80%), stiffness (75%), and tingling numbness (75%). The patient got moderate relief in painful lumber movement i.e.71%. Conclusion: Unpacking Black Box approaches guide how to apply methodical thinking and problem-solving techniques to improve the application of Panchkarma procedures.

Agriculture productivity and development are heavily influenced by regional disparities. Haryana's most important industry is agriculture. In this paper, we examine the impact of regional disparities on agricultural development in Gurugram, Nuh, Rewari, Mahendergarh, Faridabad, and Palwal. A composite index based on agriculture development indicators was used to assess the agricultural development level of selected districts in southern Haryana. Data on these indicators collected from 100 household survey which were used to determine the study area's level of development. Separately, the level of development of the agricultural sector was estimated. Different districts of southern Haryana had different levels of development. The level of development of the agriculture sector was estimated separately. Southern Haryana's development levels differ greatly from district to district. To achieve uniform regional development, we estimated potential targets for various development indicators in the study area's less developed areas. To raise the level of development in the entire study area, a number of different indicators need to be improved.
