The objective of the study is aimed to measure the marital adjustment among working women due to their sex role, by using sex role inventory among the working women. Marital adjustment is a type of adjustment which deals the family conditions, adjustment in a family with the other members, adjustment with the situation, with surroundings, with children as well as their work setting. A comperative picture of marital adjustment among the respondents were calculated and it may be observed from tables which shows that androgynous females feel much more maritally adjusted.

Traditional guided test benches are no longer a practical testing solution due to the increasing design complexity of integrated circuits. Verification is a technique that can be used to show that a design is functionally sound. Automation reduces the likelihood of human error in the process. Automation completely eliminates human involvement from the Method. Automation, however, is not always feasible, particularly in poorly defined processes that nonetheless need for human intelligence and originality, like hardware design. There is an increasing need for guidelines and best practices to ensure successful verification IPs because testing has been replaced by verification utilizing verification IPs in modern times. In order to overcome the verification challenge of complicated Ethernet IP, a full truncation level verification environment is proposed in this paper. The most popular network architecture in use today is Ethernet. The project's primary goal is to test the Ethernet IP with various interfaces. Additionally, it covers the verification method and reuse of the design environment. Multiple degrees of reuse will be possible in the verification environment suggested by System Verilog, both inside and between projects. For simulation, we are utilising Mentor graphics Questasim.

Autism spectrum disorder is a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects a person's interaction, communication and learning skills. Although diagnosis of autism can be done at any age, its symptoms generally appear in the first two years of life and develop through time. Autism patients face different types of challenges such as difficulties with concentration, learning disabilities, mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, motor difficulties, sensory problems, and many others. Diagnosis of autism requires significant amount of time and cost. Earlier detection of autism can come to a great help by prescribing patients with proper medication at an early stage. It can prevent the patient's condition from deteriorating further and would help to reduce long term costs associated with delayed diagnosis. Thus, an efficient, accurate and easy screening test tool is very much required which would predict autism traits in an individual. The main idea behind this project is to detect autism spectrum disorder in an individual (male/female). This project is implemented by making use of a Machine Learning model using parameters such as an individual's age, gender, ethnicity, Autism Quotient Tool. The detection derived from this project will help an individual to get required diagnosis in time to prevent further complications of developing Alzheimer's disease.

IP-related contracts often may include an assignment or license of IP to another party. An assignment would result in transfer of ownership rights to the IP, while a license may permit the other party to engage in activities that would otherwise violate the owner's IP rights. The article of the study of the symbiotic relationship between copyright and contract law. The intellectual property bargain, or the delicate balance that allegedly exists in current intellectual property law, cannot be seen merely as a matter of a balance stated in property law rules. An interaction between intellectual property and contract rules has always been a primary characteristic of intellectual property distributed in the open market and that interaction is central to whatever balance has been achieved. When one speaks about an existing balance in the property rights sector, it is futile to focus solely on the statutory provisions of the copyright, patent or trademark laws. One must, of necessity, understand and incorporate the fact that the policy choice has always assumed that property rights are routinely transferred, waived, released, and licensed. Only the most naive observer, or one with a clear political agenda, can look at the intellectual property laws and their history and suggest that policy in the property sphere trumps or precludes the influence of contract. In contractual relationships, underlying property rights are often relatively unimportant. They provide "default rules" that state a legal position that exists between the contracting parties unless the parties otherwise agree. Contract law provides other default rules. In the digital world, the contract rather than the underlying property law defines the product. This being said, however, there are some settings in which contract law, intellectual property, or competition law place limits on the ability to enforce some contract terms. This Article explores some of these areas and describes their limited role in modern commerce. Patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets are valuable assets of the company and understanding how they work and how they are created is critical to knowing how to protect them.

Caste system is a special phenomenon seen only in India .The racial discrimination started in India when the Aryans and the former inhabitants started living together as one community. Caste system in Kerala has not existed anywhere else as the Arya Brahmins invaded and gained all the power here, they created the caste system to keep the society completely united under their leadership. As the Brahmins gained spiritual ascendancy and increased influence in the social and political arenas Chaturvarnnya became an inviolable custom. The castes from Nair to Namboothiri treated as privileged class and they exploit all the castes below them A political section emerged here to support the Brahmins and protected the social and economic conditions of that time.

Skin disease, one of the deadliest types of cancer is becoming more lethal as fewer people become aware of its symptoms and how to prevent it. The purpose of this research is to identify and classify using machine learning and image processing techniques to treat various types of skin cancer. In this effort, we created a pre-processing image. We modified the dataset, reduced the size of the images, and removed hairs from them in order to meet the requirements of each model. Using pre-trained ImageNet weights and tweaked convolution neural networks, the EfficientNet B0 skin ISIC dataset was trained.

Unusual human activity detection in crowded scenes. Suspicious behavior is hazardous in public settings and can result in significant casualties. Systems that detect motion or pedestrians have been developed using video frame collection, however even in real time, those systems lack the intelligence to spot unusual activity. To quickly and effectively manage a scamper issue before any casualties occur, it is necessary to spot scamper situations in real time via video monitoring. The proposed system focuses on identifying suspicious activity and aims to provide a technique that makes use of computer vision to detect suspicious behavior automatically. The system in this instance makes use of the OpenCV library to instantly classify various activities. The examination of the motion regularly shifts the location between two locations has been represented by a motion influence map. Utilizing CNN and YOLO algorithm for real-time object detection.

This study attempts to give the user the machine's operational condition while simultaneously detecting flaws or damage in big industrial machinery in real-time. However, due to the complexity of real-world systems and the clear presence of nonlinear elements, it is highly challenging to diagnose a machine malfunction using standard approaches based on mathematical models. A computer-aided diagnostic system with artificial intelligence (CADS-AI), which aids in early fault diagnosis, can resolve this issue. To assure that the CADS solution can be trusted, a machine failure detection system based on sound patterns is created in this study. The YAMNet Model classified the sounds as normal or abnormal with an accuracy of 78.31%. By using window inference on the audio file with a mean score, the predicted output was decoded. By using real-time audio input or uploading machine sounds to the system, the proposed solution can be inferred.

Brain tumor is the growth of abnormal cells in brain some of which may leads to cancer. The usual method to detect brain tumor is Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scans. From the MRI images information about the abnormal tissue growth in the brain is identified. In various research papers, the detection of brain tumor is done by applying Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms. When these algorithms are applied on the MRI images the prediction of brain tumor is done very fast and a higher accuracy helps in providing the treatment to the patients. These Prediction also helps the radiologist in making quick decisions. In the proposed work, a self-defined Convolution Neural Network (CNN) is applied in detecting the presence of brain tumor and their performance is analyzed Efficient Network is one of CNN models that proposes high accuracy and less computational. Accordingly, this study suggested using the Efficient Network architecture to classify the types of glioma, meningioma, and pituitary brain tumours. Efficient Network has eight levels of category, which are from EfficientNet-B0 to EfficientNet-B7. This study obtains accuracy for best results in EfficientNet-B3 which achieved a accuracy of 97.34%.
