The extremes of Climate post challenge to the building elements, Building Skin or Building Envelope has to face the Brunt to the most. Thus, its design and treatment for better thermal performance is extremely significant in the present scenario of energy deficiency. By designing envelope according to the climate, making suitable material choices, fenestration and shading devices sizes, the load on the mechanical heating and cooling can be reduced

COVID-19 has created turmoil in our lives. Lockdown, closure of schools and physical distance, all these are having a deep impact on all of us. The parents give birth to the child. No one can take their place, we cannot repay their debt in any form. Teacher is given equal status as parents in our Indian culture as it is the teacher who makes us worthy to live in the society. That is why the teacher is called the architect of the society. Guru or teacher is not only concerned with giving education to the student, but he guides his student at every turn and is always ready to take his hand. A teacher is a person who sets high ideals in the society. Education has an important role in the building of any country or society, if said, teacher is the mirror of the society. In Hinduism, it has been said for the teacher that Acharya Devo Bhavah means that the teacher or Acharya is equal to God. This status is given to a teacher in return for the contributions he has made to the society. The status of teacher has always been revered in the society. Some call him Guru, some call him teacher, some call him Acharya, some say teacher or teacher, all these words portray a person who gives knowledge to all, teaches and whose contribution to any country or country. To build the future of the nation. In true words, a teacher creates the life of his student. And teacher is the cornerstone of the society. A teacher plays the role of a guide till the end of his life and keeps showing the way to the society, only then the teacher is given a high status in the society. COVID 19 has affected the life of teachers adversely.

Suppose there are 3 persons in a society, with one having Re.1, and, he buys something from another person, a good, with that rupee. The cost of production to the second person is nil. Suppose the second person buys something (i.e. a good) with that rupee from the third person, , to whom also the cost of production is nil . Again, the third person buys something for Re.1 from the first person to whom the cost of production is nil. Notice we had one rupee in our hand but our GNP has become Rs.3. It proves that, in a society where there is no deficit financing, the more we use the money in money supply, the more will be our GNP. With the help of this theory, we can solve all problems of financing a project where there is dearth of money, but unexploited resources, increase exports and imports, wipe out recession in an economy.

BACKGROUND & PURPOSE: Back pain in the lumbar area without any severe pathology or any particular cause which can be of any type is termed as Non-specific low back pain. A reduced chest wall expansion can be due to dysfunctions in the contractions of the core muscles, respiratory function is frequently ignored in people with LBP. People with chronic low back pain are susceptible to respiratory disorders. The purpose of the study to examine changed into to test the impact of hemi-bridge ball and balloon respiratory exercise versus inspiratory muscle training in the non-specific low back patients. METHOD: 30 Subject were recruited on the basis of the inclusion and exclusion criteria. They divided into 2 groups each comprising 15 participants. Group A treated with hemi- bridge with ball and balloon exercise and Group B treated with inspiratory training for 3 days/week for 4 weeks. Subjects of both group were assessed with FEV1, MIP and MODQ pre and post exercise. RESULTS: Statistical analysis was done with paired and unpaired t-test by SPSS 23. The finding shows there was significant improvement in FEV1, MIP and MODQ with p <0.01 in group A and group B, but there was more significant improvement in FEV1, MIP and MODQ in group A rather than group B. CONCLUSION: Result showed that there is significant difference in FEV1, MIP and MODQ in both the group in patients with non specific low back pain. But there is greater significant difference in group A (hemi-bridge with BBE) rather than group B (IMT). So, this study concluded that hemi-bridge with ball and balloon breathing exercise shows greater improvements in pain reliving, enhancing FEV1 and MIP than IMT in non specific low back pain.

ABSTRACT AIM: The present investigations were undertaken to evaluate prevention of toxicity with moringa oliefera treatment in ZnO nano particles induced toxicities in Swiss albino mice. Methods: The effects of orally administered moringa oliefera on serum creatinine, SGPT and CK-MB expressions were observed in ZnO nano toxicities induced mice and treated groups, over a period of 21 days treatment. Results: ZnO nano toxicities induced groups produced a significant increased serum creatinine, SGPT and CK-MB expressions and treatment with Moringa oliefera, significantly (p<0.05) decreased serum creatinine levels, SGPT levels and CK-MB expressions and body weight., bacause the administration of Moringa oliefera to ZnO nano toxic groups, reduced the effect of ZnO nano toxicities. Conclusion: Our results suggesting that Moringa oliefera drug therapy to be beneficial for the treatment of ZnO nano toxicities in mice.

Gastrointestinal (GI) cancer, a cancer of different organs of the digestive system, is one of the most common cancers around the world. The incidence and death rate of some of these cancers are very high. Although a large variety of chemotherapeutic agents have been introduced since the last few decades to combat GI cancer, most of them are very expensive and have side effects. Therefore, the compounds derived from natural sources, which are considered to be safe and cost effective, are needed. Ginger (Zingiber officinale) is one of the most widely used natural products consumed as a spice and medicine for treating nausea, dysentery, heartburn, flatulence, diarrhea, loss of appetite, infections, cough, and bronchitis. Experimental studies showed that ginger and its active components including 6-gingerol and 6-shogaol exert anticancer activities against GI cancer. The anticancer activity of ginger is attributed to its ability to modulate several signaling molecules like NF-?B, STAT3, MAPK, PI3K, ERK1/2, Akt, TNF-?, COX-2, cyclin D1, cdk, MMP-9, survivin, cIAP-1, XIAP, Bcl-2, caspases, and other cell growth regulatory proteins. In this review, the evidences for the chemopreventive and chemotherapeutic potential of ginger extract and its active components using in vitro, animal models, and patients have been described.

Human Capital Formation and manpower planning have been considered as vital components for augmenting the process of economic growth and development of the nation. Studies have revealed that investments made in human capital formation not only result in acquiring higher rate of returns but also leads to improving the social, physical, and mental well- being of the individual. The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 too lays a lot of stress on the need and the importance for increasing the gross enrolment ratio of the students at all levels. This certainly demands higher amount of expenditure to be incurred by the authorities. Higher levels of investment expenditure incurred on education will yield not only greater monetary returns but will also create multiplying effects in the economy. The Earn and Learn Scheme (ELS) which has been instituted by the Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) aims at fulfilling this objective of enabling students to develop a multi -faceted personality through a multi-pronged strategy. It provides avenues for students to earn while they learn which unquestionably provides them with monetary benefits, but in the process also provides them with numerous opportunities which leads to the all -round development of the individual. Students enrolling in this scheme are allotted with different kinds of work which provides a scope for them to improve their cognitive and behavioural skills. This study thus aims to analyse whether there has been an observable improvement in the overall academic performance of the students after they had enrolled in the Earn and Learn scheme of the Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce (SCAC) especially of those students who had been a part of this scheme for a consecutive period of three years. Moreover, it also aims at evaluating the various long term socio-economic advantages accrued by the students in the process of working while learning and earning.
