Online shopping has been more than a decade since e-commerce first evolved. Researchers and practitioners in the electronic commerce constantly strive to obtain a better insight in Customer behaviour in cyberspace. Online shopping or online retailing is a form of electronic commerce which allows Customers to directly buy goods or services from a seller over the Internet using a web browser. Alternative names are: e-shop, e-store, Internet shop, web-shop, web-store, online store, and virtual store. The largest of these online retailing corporations are e-Bay, Flipkart and Amazon.com, are based in the United States and have their global presence. Students play a major role in understanding and utilising the technology to their best, therefore, online shopping has become reasonably at ease in which case, they feel comfortable, risk free and authenticity with more comparison not compromising the cost factors drive their attitude and intention in buying products through online this persuaded the interest of the researcher select the study in Kerala confining to Palakkad District where there are sufficient number of arts, science and engineering colleges available for survey and analysis. The objective is to analyse the factors influencing purchase intention of students shopping online. For this research study, samples are selected only from students studying in Self- Finance Arts and Science Colleges in Palakkad District. Final sample achieved is five hundred and twenty (520) considered for data analysis and interpretation. The statistical tools used are Multiple Regression Analysis. Perceived Usefulness have increased their purchase intention of shopping online, thus proving that the hypothesis partially accepted when the predictors (X factors) viz. X: Purchase Attitude, Usefulness and Consumer Factors are significantly related with Y: Purchase Intention, while, Perceived Risk and Purchase Intention have negative effect, thereby, rejecting the null hypothesis (H0). it is strongly recommended, if the ease of use has significantly influenced the perceived enjoyment by avoiding risk factors then there is a definite prospect to elevate the Purchase intention and behaviour of the shoppers.

Indian cities are witnessing immense demographic expansion due to migration from surrounding villages, leading to urban sprawl, housing demand, rise in cost of land. Housing has developed into an economy generating industry. Given this demand, while high-rise residential structures have become a solution in the metropolitan cities due to urbanization. The residential industry consumes lot of energy and materials and impact the environment. By sustainable development we meet the needs of the present without compromising the future generation needs and also reduce the negative impacts from the building. Where in the evidence from the literature highlights the incorporation of this will increase the cost of Construction. As the Present real estate scenario is sluggish, from the real estate perspective to optimize the construction cost the sustainability developments is given the least priority. The need for the study is to understand the incremental cost towards the Sustainability design features spent on a High-Rise Residential Group development in a Real estate Perspective in Chennai.

Living spaces have been influenced by various factors since the evolution of human beings. Initially, as a barrier from climate and wild animals, through a social living clusters, the houses are now far more than necessity but status symbols in the current trends. But the uniqueness to any built form arrives from the basic necessity of its users. This study is to focus on one such influencing factor which is occupation which had played a vital role in deciding the allocation and matrix of spaces, specific to the artisans of South India. The study covers the transformation process in the past three decades where the originally dedicated work and live spaces take a swirl and starts neglecting the importance of work spaces as the occupation are endangered or at a decline. This is analysed with live studies at few places in and around Chennai, trying to draw reasons for transformations.

ABSTRACT This study evaluated the effect of ZnSO4 on hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis of fresh water teleost male Anabas testudineus. The hypothalamus is projected ventrally as a round infundibulum which is connected with the hypophysis (pituitary gland) in the brain by an indistinct pituitary stalk; this concept is called as hypothalamo-neurohypophysial system or hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis. For the study experiment were carried out by exposing the male Anabas testudineus to the test solutions containing various concentrations of heavy metal ZnSO4 (zink sulphate) and 50% mortality was recorded at 96 hours exposure period. The LC50 value calculated was 3 mg/l. On the basis of lethal dose test animals were exposed to the sub-lethal dose for a long period of 30 days then histopathologically and quantitatively observed the effect of heavy metal on neurohypophysial complex of fish. Results indicated that the neurohypophysial complex of fresh water fish Anabas testudineus is sensitive to the heavy metal pollutant zink sulphate and affect the spawning of fish. Effect of Zink sulphate on GSI was found statistically significant (P<0.05) after 30 days exposure between control and pollutant group.

In the present global market, the competition is not between the companies but between the supply chains. Whereas delays are common in construction projects. The occurrence of delays in construction projects is common and significantly affects in various ways. Delays in supply of materials and material shortage are some of the most important factors that cause a delay in construction project delivery globally. The critical effects of delay investigated are cost overruns, time overrun, and termination of the contract, arbitration, and litigation. Delay management in the construction industry is the main factor responsible for delays in the construction of the project and the growing rate of project delay is directly affecting the timely delivery of construction projects. This study evaluates the effect of delay on the construction of the project and remedial measures to prevent the delay in construction. This study aims to identify the effect of delays on completion of project & time of execution. And find the actual causes of project delay delivery factors that affect the supply chain management (SCM), then carry out the quantitative analysis using a questionnaire survey among contractors, engineers, and suppliers by using the Relative Importance Index (RII) Method. All factors affecting SCM have been ranked using RII Method using the response acquired respondent.

Women play a significant role in the history of humankind. However, their valuable contributions to the society have not been recognised and are looked upon as inferior to that of men. They are always treated as second to men and not as equal. The society has restricted them to certain roles within the domestic sphere. There are various myths and legends knitted around women in the society whereby they are projected as inferior and men as superior. The rise of feminist movements through the various waves in the late 19th century and the 20th century has paved the way for women to break the shackles of stereotypes and demand for equal rights as of their male counterparts. The feminist tries to re-evaluate gender inequality in the society. It is a common belief that only the women in the patriarchal society face such subordination by men and the society and not the women of the matrilineal society. However, at close observance we will find that even in a matrilineal society the rights enjoy by women are limited and they are often enclosed to a limited space of expression. Many literary expressions have attempted to portray this marginalisation of women even in a matrilineal society. Their experiences seem no different to the women in rest of the patriarchal society. She is treated as a passive receiver of the male dominated society. This paper aims at exposing the marginalising of women in a matrilineal society of the khasis through the feminist interpretation of the two khasi novels, KamKalbut and ka Jingieit ba Nylla. Since literature is the reflection of the society, the analysis of the position of women in the two novels will give us an insight into the understanding of their status in the society and help us to evaluate the gender equality that is present in politics, society, family, religion etc.

The conventional oral dosage forms has significant drawbacks of poor bioavailability due to hepatic first pass metabolism and tendency to produce rapid blood level spikes (Both high and low), leading to a need for high and/or frequent dosing, which can be both cost prohibitive and inconvenient. To improve such characters transdermal drug delivery system (TDDS) was emerged which will improve the therapeutic efficacy and safety of drugs by more precise (i.e. site specific) placement within the body thereby reducing both the size and number of doses. TDDS is such a mode of delivery which has been explored extensively over the last 25 years, with therapeutic success. TDDS is ideally suited for diseases that demand chronic treatment. Topical administration of drugs offers many advantages over conventional oral dosage form. Important advantages of TDDS are limitation of hepatic metabolism, enhancement of therapeutic efficiency and maintenance of steady plasma level of the drug. Keywords: Transdermal drug delivery system (TDDS), Bioavailability, Hepatic first pass metabolism, therapeutic efficacy.

An expense ratio shows how much a financial institution costs investors to manage a portfolio, mutual fund, or exchange-traded fund (ETF). The ratio shows the fund's total management and operating costs. The expense ratio is derived by dividing the operational expenditures of a mutual fund by the total dollar value of all the assets in the fund. Expense ratios can be found in every fund's prospectus and on numerous financial websites. The annual maintenance charge levied by mutual funds to pay their expenses is known as the expense ratio. It covers the fund's annual running expenditures, including as management fees, allocation charges, and promotional costs. The value of an expense ratio is determined by the mutual fund's size. A fund with a smaller pool of financial resources must devote a percentage of its resources to effective management. As a result, the relative worth of the expenses in relation to the overall amount of funds available rises.
