? This Research paper evaluates the visionary though of Mmahtma Gandhi. Gandhiji's philosophy on these topics is examined because the HDI emphasizes health, education, and development as the primary objectives to be met and the standards by which success is measured. Gandhiji Mainly focuses on human Progress not on materialistic progress. So now in present time his thought of human development is very realistic. Human Development Index also focuses on value of human. Without Healthy man Economic progress is not worth. So in this paper I analyze gandhiji opinion regarding on various parameter of Human development index use. They told before50 years Ago now it's became very crucial for human life. some nation's GDP (Gross domestic product) and Gross Public Pay (GNI) might be at exceptionally high point, however their record of common liberties security might be extremely low, which denies a great many their residents of opportunity of articulation which ought to be considered in as another file. Amartya Sen commented that Mahb ub's development was, one might say, a philosophical flight. Maybe it focused on financial angles yet not moral viewpoint like John Ruskin and Gandhi did. Gandhi clarified that at the expense of human dignity he was not ready to acquire political freedom.

Women in India are regarded as one of the country's most valuable resources. Working women of India are characterized by growth and development, but they are vulnerable often by several factors which affect their health and safety. The health problems of women working in Nightshift is one of the major areas that need urgent attention from public health professionals and policymakers. Overweight and obesity, cardiovascular problems, diabetes, sleep disorders, stress, depression, anxiety, and injuries specifically affect this population and have a long lasting impact not just physical and mental health, but these women are burdened with social problems too. All of these factors have the potential to constitute a burden on Indian society in terms of morbidity, death, disability, and socioeconomic losses. Health promotion policies and programs that are focused on the women working on the night shift is critical for the country's general growth and development. The present paper involves study the consequences of night shifts and its genesis in Indian scenario and also attempted to study on the effects of night shifts on women's health. The main objective of the study is to understand working condition of women in the night shift and its impact on their health

Liver is the second largest organ in the Human body. Almost all the metabolic processes takes place in liver including fatty acid metabolism. Normally, the liver store's some amount of fat, but if its accumulation leading to increase in weight of liver by 5% to 10% of normal liver weight then it is called as fatty liver (steatosis). Fatty liver is of 2 types, they are Alcoholic Fatty liver disease and Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.2 Liver related mortality has been increased now a days, it being the 3rd most common cause of death after Cardio vascular diseases and the Extra-Hepatic Malignancy. As there is no standardized treatment for fatty liver, by treating the underlying cause we can reverse the abnormal changes in the liver, when the disease is in it's early stage. These metabolic dysfunctional activities can be corrected by the help of homoeopathic medicine which can help to reverse the condition of fatty liver & bring it back to normal when it is prescribed based on symptom similarity.

All We know that metaphysical Poetry came into existence in 17th century during early in the Jacobean age. John Donne in considered one of the most remarkable literary figures and the founder of the metaphysical school of poetry. Metaphysical Poetry was a reaction against the conventional poetry of the spenserians. In the present research paper, I want to explain a beautiful analysis of metaphysical qualities of John Donne poetry. It is real fact that when we read the poetry of Donne was often feel unique qualities from other poets' poetry in it. This unique quality is called metaphysical. We can see the poetry of John Donne full of poetic thought as an argument, Fine conceits, Imaging and logics, obscurity Blending of passion, thoughts and intellectual poetic wit. In the last we can say that John Donne was not a poet of common man, he revals only his own concept, logics, Passions and theories of dogmatic reassigning.

A lot of businesses, especially those in the agriculture sector, depend a lot on certain weather patterns to run their operations. But the effects of climate change make earlier climate models outdated, so weather forecasts must constantly be improved. The ramifications of imprecise forecasts surpass their impact on enterprises; they also have an effect on individuals' livelihoods and the country's economy. By improving the forecasting of the weather, this project seeks to address these problems, with an emphasis on delivering trustworthy forecasts for remote locations. The strategy makes use of machine learning and data analysis methods, like using random forest classification to forecast weather.

"Essential oils" (EOs) are plant subordinate metabolites that have volatile , open, and complex traits. EOs are a complex blend of subordinate metabolites ("terpenes, phenolic compounds", and intoxicating). EOs offer a wide range of organic actions, containing antioxidant, uncontaminated, and antagonistic-instigative belongings. The essential lubricant of the plant is used in flavouring, fragrance, and "aromatherapy", in addition to curative beverages, able to be consumed in herb, and rash situations. It is familiar as the beginning of ethnomedicine. Cymbopogon is a 'Greek term'. They are "kymbe," that means "boat " and "pogon" that means "beard," both of that hint to a decorative pierce composition.Lemongrass essential oil (LEO), the main product that is extracted from a lemongrass plant, still serves as a commodity, namely used in the foodstuff industry on account of allure unusually extreme citral content, which offers high content of citral that in addition offers antibacterial activity and the pleasant aroma . Lemongrass, likewise popularly known as Cymbopogon citratus, presently contains about 55 varieties. Cymbopogon citratus is a plant owned by Sri Lanka and Southern India, even though it is also found in "South and Central America, in Savannah, tropical, and semi tropical climates". The principal phytoconstituents are essential oils (that involve "Citral, Nerol Geraniol, Citronellal, Terpinolene, Geranyl acetate, Myrcene, and Terpineol, Methyl Heptenone), flavonoids, and phenolic compounds (that contain luteolin, isoorientin 2'-rhamnoside, quercetin, kaempferol, and apiginin". Despite long-standing research evidence for the effectiveness of psychological treatments, there still exists a wide reluctance to seek psychological help. This study aims to unveil the challenges in seeking professional's help among South Indians. For this purpose, the schedule for the Semi-Structured Interview was developed through 4 focus group discussions and validated with Subject Matter Experts (n = 7). Out of this process, 12 interview questions were developed. Through the purposive sampling technique, the data was obtained from 136 samples (68 males and 68 females) between the age group of 12 to 40. The responses were analyzed based on the gender and age group, and it was categorized into: opinion towards approaching a professional's help, the barriers in seeking a professional's support, perspectives about psychology as a profession, and insights about psychological illness and interventions. The findings revealed that 70% of the respondents addressed the psychological profession as holistic and realized its importance, but still 48% of the sample had a negative opinion towards seeking professional's help, the factors that contributed to the negative impact were labeling, the revelation of personal information, expenses, and quack therapists. Though the respondents were aware of common mental illnesses like anxiety, stress, and depression, they were not aware of the intervention techniques available in the present time. The paper elucidated a detailed picture of the constraints, limitations, awareness, and opinion toward mental health support among South Indians.

The Internet of Things (IoT) is revolutionizing the agriculture industry, empowering farmers to address significant challenges. From livestock monitoring and conservation to plant & soil monitoring, IoT offers solutions that improve the quality, quantity, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness of agricultural production. Today's farms, regardless of size, can leverage IoT to remotely monitor sensors that detect soil moisture, crop growth, and pests. This information allows for smart control of connected harvesters and irrigation equipment. This project specifically focuses on monitoring soil parameters like moisture, temperature, and electrical conductivity. Automated irrigation based on these parameters is controlled by a microcontroller. The user receives text message notifications for any deviations from expected values, ensuring complete system health. Additionally, the project incorporates plant pest detection for comprehensive monitoring Greenhouses, controlled environments for plant cultivation, are another area where IoT can significantly impact. This project aims to design a simple, low-cost Arduino-based system for continuous monitoring and control of environmental parameters. This ensures optimal conditions for plant growth and yield.

There are different teaching methods practiced in all domains of education. Though we generally label any teaching method as pedagogy, its adult counterpart i.e. Andragogy is seen to have yielded quite good outcomes in higher education, particularly in professional courses. Here, the authors have employed two self-developed questionnaires, QASP and QASE based on Mallcom Knowles' six principles on 98 post-graduate students pursuing professional courses in various institutes in and around Kolkata. QASP tries to uncover their perspectives towards the principles while QASE tries to know about their experiences on the same dimensions. The results show that there is quite a difference between these two i.e. these students don't get to experience andragogy in their classrooms as much as they would like to. Dimension-wise deeper analysis reveals that five out of six principles are responsible for the difference while the sixth principle relating to internal motivation of the learners is not much potent in this case. Addressing this gap is essential to uplift the status of higher education in the country.
