 Abstract

The present mutation situation is complex in the study of the COVID-19 variant from the Covid family. The fractional epidemiological model is used to study the transmission rate dictating the propagation of infection between infected and susceptible populations using the suspectable-infected-recovered (SIR) model. Initially, data were taken as not prominent for the COVID-19 variants, and the rate of transmission was sufficiently concealed. Based on the numerical data, the outcome of the exponent system depends on the production of fractional power. Then, we make important predictions using the fractional SIR Model.

 Abstract

: In order to excel academically, students must navigate the challenging landscape of performance evaluations, and this journey often brings forth heightened levels of anxiety. Recognizing the pervasive impact of examination stress on top-performing engineering students, this study delves into the effectiveness of diaphragmatic breathing techniques as a means to alleviate performance anxiety. In a 15-day intervention conducted in Pune, PCMC Area, fifty high-achieving engineering students engaged in daily diaphragmatic breathing exercises, emphasizing controlled inhalation and exhalation. The Westside Test Anxiety Scale served as the pre- and post-intervention assessment tool. Statistical analysis revealed a remarkable reduction in anxiety levels (p < 0.001), with the mean Westside Test Anxiety Scale score decreasing from 3.7 (SD = 0.6) to 2.9 (SD = 0.6). This focused exploration aims to shed light on diaphragmatic breathing's role as a cost-effective intervention for clinicians, providing a nuanced approach to enhance mental resilience and mitigate performance anxiety in academically driven individuals

 Abstract

Electricity is one the most essential needs for humans in the present. Conversion of solar energy into electricity not only improves generation of electricity but also reduces pollution due to fossil fuels. The output power of solar panel depends on solar irradiance, temperature and the load impedance. As the load impedance is depends on application, a dc-dc converter is used for improving the performance of solar panel. The solar irradiance and temperature are dynamic. Hence an online algorithm which dynamically computes the operating point of the solar panel is required. The efficient conversion of solar energy is possible with Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) algorithm. There are various MPPT algorithms such as Perturb and Observe, Incremental Conductance etc. The various algorithms in MPPT and their topology is discussed in this paper.

 Abstract

The present study is focused on understanding employee welfare facilities and satisfaction with respect to Rice Milling Industry of Ballari City. Statutory and Non-statutory welfare facilities aid in improving socio-economic conditions of the employees. Employee satisfaction towards welfare facilities influences attitude of the employees towards their employer and continuation of their employment with the employer. Hence, an effort is made to study the welfare facilities provided to employees and their satisfaction towards the facility. A structured questionnaire constituting open ended and Five Point Likert Scale was employed to collect the required data. A sample size of 60 employees of Rice Milling Industry employees were chosen using simple random sampling method. Percentage and chi-square methods were applied to analyze the data. The study helps us to understand the welfare facilities provided to Rice Milling Industry employees. The study shows that there is no significant association between satisfaction and gender of the employee.

"Lis pendens" is a Latin term that translates to "a suit pending."The doctrine of lis pendens serves two main purposes:Notice to the World: It provides constructive notice to the world that a legal action is pending concerning a particular property or subject matter. This means that anyone dealing with the property or subject matter is deemed to have knowledge of the pending lawsuit and its potential outcome.Jurisdiction and Control: It prevents the parties involved in the lawsuit from transferring or disposing of the property or subject matter in dispute during the pendency of the litigation. This ensures that the court retains jurisdiction and control over the property until the dispute is resolved.The doctrine of lis pendens operates on the principle that it would be unjust and chaotic if the outcome of a lawsuit could be undermined or rendered meaningless by allowing the parties to freely transfer or dispose of the property or subject matter while the case is ongoing.  Abstract

In agriculture, the integration of machine learning has been a long-standing aspiration, resulting in significant advancements. While machine learning models have been developed for crop and yield predictions, traditional algorithms like decision trees often fall short of delivering the desired accuracy. This paper introduces an accessible and user-friendly solution for crop recommendations and yield predictions. Users provide inputs such as temperature, humidity, soil pH, and rainfall. To enhance accuracy, a hybrid approach using K-nearest neighbor (KNN) and Random Forest (RF) algorithms is employed. The K-nearest neighbor (KNN) algorithm achieves an impressive accuracy rate of 98%. Additionally, the Random Forest (RF) algorithm attains a commendable 96% accuracy by aggregating multiple decision trees. These high accuracy rates signify the system's potential to empower farmers with data-driven insights for crop selection and yield projections. Furthermore, the user-friendly interface promises broader adoption within the agriculture sector, catering to users with varying levels of technical proficiency. To strengthen the system's credibility, transparency regarding data sources and quality is imperative. Utilizing accurate and relevant data for reliable predictions. In summary, this paper presents a promising solution for informed decision-making in agriculture, combining crop recommendations and yield predictions. Acknowledging the limitations of traditional approaches, it capitalizes on the strengths of K-nearest neighbor and Random Forest algorithms.

ABSTRACT: Gender inequality is the social phenomenon in which men and women are not treated equally. Citizenship is not just a certain status defined by a set of rights and responsibilities. Citizenship should be inclusive, incorporating the interests and needs of all citizens. A gender perspective on citizenship begins with an assertion of the rights of all women and men to equal treatment. Citizenship should also be an active concept, beyond mere status and formal rights. Much of the literature on gender and citizenship discusses the structural constrains that women face in exercising citizenship rights, in terms of law, policies and formal public divergences in many feminist theories. Many writers such as Marshall, Manu and Turner discuss the citizenship issues but unfortunately the absence of gender issue in citizenship debate is almost a key feature of their writings. The paper argues the citizenship cannot be understood without gender relation. Citizenship is an inclusive concept encompassing both men and women.

 Abstract

Glaucoma is a chronic and progressive eye disease characterized by optic nerve damage and gradual loss of vision. Early detection and timely intervention are critical to preventing irreversible vision impairment. In recent years, advancements in machine learning, particularly Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), have shown promise in automated glaucoma detection through the analysis of retinal images. This study proposes a robust glaucoma detection framework that integrates image enhancement techniques like Retinex, state-of-the-art CNN architectures, and statistical methodologies such as Design of Experiments (DOE). The Retinex enhancement process is employed to improve the quality and contrast of fundus images, enhancing the subsequent CNN-based feature extraction. CNNs, designed to identify distinctive patterns and features indicative of glaucoma, are optimized using DOE to achieve enhanced detection performance. The proposed framework exhibits a high degree of accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity, making it a potential candidate for effective glaucoma screening and diagnosis. The integration of image enhancement, deep learning, and statistical optimization in this framework underscores the significant potential for advancements in glaucoma detection, aiding ophthalmologists in early diagnosis and appropriate patient management.

This abstract explores the development and implications of an Image Generator using OpenAI technologies, emphasizing its potential to facilitate creative expression through AI-generated art. The foundation of this Image Generator is rooted in OpenAI's GPT-3, a state-of-the-art deep learning model that has demonstrated remarkable capabilities in natural language understanding and generation. Leveraging GPT-3's prowess, the Image Generator harnesses the power of generative adversarial networks (GANs) to produce visually stunning images. This amalgamation of technologies allows artists and creators to transcend traditional creative boundaries by generating art that is both novel and visually captivating. One of the key features of this Image Generator is its ability to generate art based on textual prompts.  Abstract

Abstract:- In the present paper a study is made on feminist discourse portrayed in Poile Sengupta's play 'Mangalam'. Poile Sengupta is an eminent Indian playwright who gives a new direction for female to establish their position in the patriarchal society. Her plays are based on the sensitive social issues that deal with the themes of feminism, patriarchy, exploitation, subjugation, oppression, gender discrimination and violence. In her plays, she tries to reveal several types of violence that usually is inflicted on female body. The present research paper's aim is to study the status of women's predicament and sufferings under the hegemony of men. Main purpose of this paper is to expose the real position of women who are suppressed and exploited by male authority. Through this paper, the playwright raises her voice to highlight the social issues related to women. In this paper, I will try to explore that feminism flourishes under the play Mangalam by Poile Sengupta. I have tried to study how the male authority is secretly working to dominate the fate of women. I have tried to explore the realistic picture of women's struggle in male dominated society where violence is prevalent everywhere. The current research paper is a comprehensive study of social and mental sufferings.

 Abstract

Popular tree Neem (Azadirachta indica) is a member of the Meliaceae family. Many foods are prepared using bark, leaves, flowers, seeds, oil, and other materials in the Traditional System of Medicine. For pharmaceutical uses, neem has been the subject of several patent applications. The pharmacognosy, phytochemistry, and pharmacological activities that have been documented thus far are all thoroughly examined in this review. As a source of several therapeutic substances in Indian culture and a plant that thrives in tropical and semi-tropical regions, neem is the most beneficial traditional medicine. All parts of the neem tree--bark, leaves, fruits, seeds, and extracts--are utilized in traditional medicine. Its extracts are anti- inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anthelmintic, and anti-allergic. The names "free tree of India," "wonder tree," "Nature's drug store," "Village dispensary," "Divine tree," "heal all," and "Panacea of all Diseases" are also used to neem. In current times, non-toxic herbal items should be used with specific concentration to control animal and human ailments. There is much room for this amazing plant to be used more effectively.
