Magnets are used in many contemporary technologies, as well as in the disciplines of medical and dentistry, thanks to their magnetic field qualities. Recent studies have focused on the potent form of magnet known as neodymium. A brief explanation of the meaning, background, and properties of rare earth magnets are given in this review. A thorough summary of the findings from research that have been conducted thus far on the impact of magnets, and specifically neodymium magnets, on biological tissues, systems, organs, diseases, and treatment is also presented. There is a chance for negative consequences, despite the fact that they are utilized in the health sector in a variety of tools. Neodymium magnets seem to have considerable potential for both diagnostic and therapeutic applications.

The fact that is universally acknowledged is that literature is ever emerging. English literature, though began much later when compared to all the other literatures, never lost its lustre. Just as a river strengthens its course by taking in all the minor tributaries, English literature too made itself perennial by absorbing all genres, languages, themes, sub- themes and latest trends. The topic of discussion for this paper- Prison Literature, is not just any trend. It is a voice to the misunderstood. It is a clarification to the misconceptions surrounding it. It is an oasis to the deserted individuals who spend their life in a hell- hole called 'prison'- waiting for a verdict. Guilty or not, the people doomed to 'prison- life', suffer their term in desperation, isolation, hopelessness and vulnerability. Jeffrey Archer was one such ill- fated individual who fell prey to the fangs of incarceration. Even after years of his release, the discussion of his innocence is still prevalent. This paper intends to discuss Jeffrey Archer's volumes of 'A Prison Diary' which act as a tool of discourse in prison literature.

: The quality aspects of herbal remedies and herbal formulations must be considered when assessing the quality of pharmaceuticals. The quality of herbal medicines is the sum of all factors that either directly or indirectly impact the product's safety, effectiveness, and acceptability. The issue with herbal medicines, however, is that there are no formulation standards. The main obstacles are the lack of quality control standards, dosage formulation, processing methods, and raw material and final good formulations.

This study's main goal is to perform a thorough analysis of the prevalence of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) among drivers of jeepneys, highlighting the additional risk that smoking cigarettes poses for the onset or aggravation of respiratory symptoms. The purpose of this study is to know how many cases or Jeepney patients that are affected with COPD in addition, to identify the added risk of cigarette smoking in developing or aggravating respiratory symptoms. And to investigate the subjects' response to a brief discussion of cigarette smoking awareness. Thirty (30) Jeepney drivers with a diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are included in the study. Additionally, the choice to focus on people between the ages of 40 and 49 was supported by data showing that this age group has the highest percentage of male smokers who are currently active in the Philippines. Since smoking is a known risk factor for COPD, the study's emphasis on this age group enables a focused investigation of the relationship between smoking behaviors and the onset of COPD in this occupational group. Findings revealed There is much information about health and life style. First, inform the public about the signs, causes, and treatment options for COPD. Inform the public and jeepney drivers about the importance of early detection and treatment of COPD. Few mobile clinics are accessible. Establish mobile clinics dedicated to the needs of jeepney drivers. These clinics are able to offer examinations, consultations, and screenings for free or at a minimal cost. COPD may develop as a result of jobs requiring extended exposure to air pollutants, such as emissions from moving vehicles. According to this study, people who regularly breathe in high concentrations of air pollutants and particulate matter which are common in urban areas and among particular occupational groups may be more likely to develop COPD. COPD is a progressive lung disease that is typified by reduced airflow and is frequently accompanied by symptoms like persistent coughing, dyspnea, and expectoration. Collaborate with local healthcare providers, medical schools, or non-profits to staff these clinics. Public administration in the Philippines should be at the forefront of developing and implementing healthcare policies that address the particular. Urge jeepney drivers to get regular physicals, which should include a lung function test, in order to keep an eye on their respiratory health and identify any possible problems early. Promote programs to help people quit smoking, since smoking is a major risk factor for COPD. Those who want to quit should have access to resources and support. Promote programs designed to assist individuals in quitting smoking, as it is a significant risk factor for COPD. Resources and support should be available to those who wish to stop.

Robotic process automation (RPA) encompasses the automation of processes with the help of software robots. Assisted learning involves human participation, using methods such as human-computer-interaction analysis and natural language processing (NLP) for the development of RPA agents. Unassisted learning is based on reinforcement learning, which offers adaptability but struggles with maturity issues. On the path from RPA to intelligent process automation (IPA), where processes are automatically identified and robots designed, NLP-transformers show a lot of potential. IPA is aimed at recognizing process changes and handling non-routine tasks and shows efficiency improvement capabilities.

According to Ayurveda any substance which is not visible can be precepted through inference. The disease run in family is manifested in child and abnormal organ is developed that leads to develop concept of Beeja, Beejabhaga and Beejabhaga Avayava and root of genetics is implanted. Brihatriya and Laghutriya is searched critically for evidence of genetic in classic and help of latest book of contemptory science. Acharya suggested that one should avoid consanguineous marriage (Atulya Gotriya) for prevention of many recessive genetic disorders. As age is increased quality of uterine health decreases hence late marriage are not appreciated even today era late marriage leads to many chromosomal disorders like down syndrome. Beeja, Beejabhaga and Beejabhaga Avayava can be understood as nucleus of sperm/ovum, Chromosome and gene respectively. As an example of various Ayurvedic disease are given which can now correlated with chromosomal and genetic disorder. Janma Prakruti which cannot be changed and Deha Prakriti which is changed over a period of time can be correlated with genotype and phenotype respectively. Many diseases given with name of Sahaj, Kulaj, Kulodbhava are clear indication towards hereditary diseases. All above fact suggest that ancient Acharya was very much aware about gene, chromosome and hereditary disorder but as this disorder are incurable primary description only available and its prevention aspect are strongly recommended.

Researchers studying safety in industries including metallurgy, pharmaceutics, power generation, and the chemical industry are very interested in developing hydrogen sensors. This interest is heightened by the advent of hydrogen as an automotive fuel. For the purpose of detecting hydrogen, various types of sensors have been created, such as conductometric, optical, surface acoustic wave, and resistive sensors. The characteristics of the material used in the sensor's sensitive region are crucial in determining how well it works. In addition to the material's nature, the synthesis process and factors employed during the synthesis have a significant impact on the final qualities of the material. This paper presents the latest findings in hydrogen detection, which were acquired by four popular synthesis and deposition techniques: sol-gel and spin-coating.

A novel drug delivery system is a new approach to drug delivery that the limitations of traditional drug delivery systems. Our country has a vast Ayurvedic knowledge base whose potential has only recently been realized. However, the drug delivery system used to administer the herbal medicine to the patient is outdated, resulting in reduced drug efficacy. If novel drug delivery technology is used in herbal medicine, it may improve the efficacy and reduce the side effects of various herbal compounds and herbs. Herbal formulations for novel drug delivery systems are more advantageous and beneficial than others. The use of herbal formulations containing liposomes, ethosomes, phytosomes, emulsions, microspheres, and solid lipid nanoparticles has improved the therapeutic effects of plant extracts. With the use of all of these, targeted delivery of the formulation is achieved, resulting in the formulation demonstrating effect on the site and increasing the formulation's bioavailability. This article attempts to cover different aspects related to the development of novel herbal formulations, biological activity and applications of novel formulations.

The number of cloud computing users has been steadily increasing in recent years as it has become a very important technology in the computing landscape. It provides customers with decentralized services and a pay-as-you-go approach to resource usage. The growing demand for cloud services is forcing providers to deploy an increased data center infrastructure with thousands of hosts and servers to store and process data. As a result, these large servers generate a lot of heat with visible carbon emissions in the air as well as high energy consumption and higher operating costs. For this reason, research is continuing in the field of energy management, including techniques for saving energy in servers, networking, cooling, renewable energy, etc. In this paper, we address the existing energy-efficient methods in the field of green cloud computing and present our green cloud solution for dynamic resource management in data centers. Background Botswana, the which is size of Kenya, Texas or France, has only one peadiatric haematology-oncology (PHO) programme currently running out of Princess Marina Hospital (PMH) in the capital of Gaborone. Some patients may have to travel 1000 km or more for medical appointments. The standard mode of transport to the treatment centre is by road. Children with solid tumour malignancy or lymphoma may require monthly visits over six to eight months. Children with leukaemia may require more frequent visits in the first year and monthly for two to three years. While several factors may affect treatment adherence, this investigation focused on the association between the patients' primary residence distances to PMH. Methods Scheduled PHO clinic visits at PMH for two months (March to April 2020) were assessed. A list of appointments and the patient sign-in sheets were used to determine patients who attended or missed clinic appointments. The analysis focused on adherence to with scheduled clinic appointments by patients staying closer (<80km, primarily considered the commutable distance) and further away (>80km) from PMH. Only patients who came before or on the day of the appointment were counted as having good adherence. Late arrivals on the other hand would be patients who reported for their visits after the scheduled appointment. A chi-square test was performed to examine the association between proximity to the facility and on-time attendance to appointments. Results The analysis focused on compliance with scheduled clinic appointments by patients staying closer (<80km, primarily considered the commutable distance) and further away (>80km) from PMH. Only patients who came before or on the day of the appointment were counted as having good adherence. A chi-square test was performed to examine the association between proximity to the facility and on-time attendance to appointments. Results indicated significant differences across Accuracy groups for Appointments with F (2, 1239) = 11.446, p <.001. Findings revealed significant mean differences between each group and the other two groups. That is, there is no association between distance and treatment adherence. Conclusion Whilst adherence to PHO clinic visits at PMH has many factors affecting compliance, further distance from PMH barely appears to be associated with an increased risk of presenting after the scheduled date. However, with nearly a quarter of patients presenting later than their scheduled date, further research is necessary to understand all factors contributing to non-compliance with scheduled PHO clinic reviews. Information gathered would inform the program in the future to identify informed and sustainable strategies to improve patient's adherence to clinic appointments and timely receipt of treatment and monitoring, which are essential for positive cancer outcomes.

The term "Ayurveda," originating from Sanskrit and often translated as the "knowledge of longevity," represents India's earliest healthcare system, with a history spanning more than 5,000 years. Within the realm of Ayurveda, a diverse pharmacopoeia is embraced, comprising over 1,200 plant species, nearly 100 minerals, and more than 100 animal-derived products. A distinctive aspect of Ayurvedic medicine is the creation of unique dosage forms, exemplified by Asava and Arishta, characterized by their remarkable indefinite shelf life. The adage "older is better" aptly applies to these formulations. Arishtas, a notable category within Ayurveda, are herbal fermentations that are self-generated. These alcoholic medicinal preparations are crafted by allowing herbal juices or their decoctions to ferment, often with the addition of sugars. Ashwagandha, a revered herb in Ayurveda, is utilized for the holistic rejuvenation of the body. It is renowned for its immunomodulatory and adaptogenic properties, among various other activities. The focus of the present study is the preparation of Ashwagandharishta, an Ayurvedic formulation, and the standardization of both the herb and the Arishta component through Thin-Layer Chromatography (TLC).

Nowadays, modern societies depict more egalitarian attitudes regarding sexism and gender equality. There is still a significant gender gap everywhere (socialization, education, wages and professions, expectations surrounding male and female characteristics etc.). Many studies confirm that these types of gender categorization come from the closest environments i.e. family and schools. Not only this but media and cultural values also play an important role for creating these particular types of gender categorization. As children are socialized with these values and norms, they start to judge others with these categorization and to construct expectations of them. This study was done having an aim to examine the degree of gender bias internalization among school children particularly their personal attributes and professional roles. This study was descriptive in nature and the data for the present study was collected from school children of Aligarh City. The findings of this study revealed that children interiorized traditional gender roles from their childhood but there is a big increase in the strength of this gender bias as they grow older.
