Cynodon dactylon (Bermuda grass) is a perennial grass distributed all over the world, and particularly it is native to the warm temperate and tropical regions. The plant has been rich in metabolites notably proteins, carbohydrates, minerals, flavonoids, carotenoids, alkaloids, glycosides and triterpenoides. Whole plant of C. dactylon keeps several biological activities such as antibacterial, antimicrobial, antiviral and wound healing properties. Furthermore, it has been extensively used in traditional medicines to treat varied ailments such as cough, headache, diarrhea, cramps, epilepsy, dropsy, dysentery, hemorrhage, hypertension, hysteria, measles, snakebite, sores, stones urogenital disorders, tumors, and warts. Therefore, based on the aforementioned consideration, this article reviews the most updated information of the phytochemical properties and pharmacological effects of C. dactylon extract, including its miscellaneous uses.

Metallic implants have long been used in a variety of orthopaedic procedures. In orthopaedic implants, titanium, ceramics, medical grade titanium, and other metal alloys are commonly used. Metal implants, on the other hand, have the disadvantages of corrosion and ion release, necessitating the development of materials such as polymer composites. This work is related to the production and processing of carbon fibre powder/HDPE composites with Al2O3 and SiC filler addition, as well as the investigation of their mechanical properties. ASTM standard methods are used to estimate mechanical properties. The best choice of composite parts for future use in orthopaedic implants is shown in the results, which are based on the mechanical evaluation of composite performance.

Literature generally expresses aesthetics and happiness and is the best tool to reduce man's stress and maintains his peace of mind. The languages such as Tamil, Sinhala and English have literary works published in Sri Lanka and they are excellent examples for this. This study portrays that modern Arabic literature, which plays an important role in this manner, expressing taste and distaste and that it has a profound influence on the formation of ethnic cohesion. The Modern Arabic poetry and prose have made very deep impact in strengthening the human relationship from early times to the modern periods. In the contemporary context where contradictions, violence and inter-cultural conflicts are extensive, it is possible to avoid them to some extent through literature. Literature can be included as an important component of various projects to promote the ethnic cohesion, especially among communities living in a pluralistic environment. This study is therefore intended to include such theories and to illustrate the extent to which modern Arabic literature embodies these goals. Furthermore this study is seen as a social descriptive analysis based on secondary data. The study comes to the conclusion that modern Arabic literature has made a significant contribution towards the strengthening of harmony among races and suggests the need for the time being to examine separately how much each part of Arabic literature has contributed to ethnic harmony.

Now a days the agricultural activities were modified, due to the newer technologies. At the time of harvesting the sugarcane, there are some processes to remove the sugarcane trash. Till now there is no proper and safest equipment for this activity. So, we are going to fabricate a sugarcane trash removal equipment with ball bearing. Our equipment should safe for both crop and farmer. The equipment should cheaper and more efficient. Therefore, we are going to fabricate a trash removal equipment using ball bearing. The ball bearing should move over the sugar cane. We are providing a v shaped blade on the ball bearing and it remove the trash. It is a safe method for both Farmar and the crop.

Multilayered feed forward neural networks have a variety of characteristics that make them particularly well-suited to challenges with complicated patterns. There is currently no training algorithm that can quickly and accurately determine an almost globally optimal set of weights, hence their use in real-world issues has been limited so far. As a class of optimization methods, genetic algorithms excel at intelligently exploring huge and complex spaces in search of values that are as close as possible to the global optimal. It is used in this paper to find the best weights for artificial neural networks (ANNs) using a genetic algorithm (GA). 78 questions were asked of 228 patients with first-time low-trauma hip fractures and 215 patients without a hip fracture in this study. We used logistic regression to select five relevant characteristics for building artificial neural networks that can predict the likelihood of a hip fracture (namely, bone mineral density, fracture experience, average hand grip strength, coffee intake, and peak expiratory flow rate).

Participation in physical activity is essential for physical and mental health of children. Adolescents taking part in sports have high demands of nutrients due to additional needs of increased physical activity besides growth, development and wellness. The health and nutritional status may be compromised in this population due to lack of proper nutritional counseling. Also misinformation about healthy and nutritious foods by the media targeting school going children can be quite hazardous. The purpose of this review paper is to represent the nutritional needs of adolescents participating in different games and also to empower and teach adolescents to know about the importance of nutrition during participation in physical activity (PA) or games; hydration level (Fluids) that deliver nutrients involves proper fueling and recovery
