Lighting design is an essential part of the art gallery experience and affects changing how the artwork is seen and even the beauty and emotive capability of the artwork. Configuration of developing lighting helps guide the concentration; enhance vital details; create and modify the mood thus paying a significant role in the setting and feel of the exhibit space. Effective lighting design in galleries serves various functions: it allows correct visualization of artworks, reduces glare and minimizes the dangers of getting a damage due to high levels of UV radiation. As with lighting techniques, the use of light and shadows can design depth, drama or subtleties to guide visitors through an exhibition's story telling. Above all, the relationship of light and architecture in a gallery can provoke a certain emotion. For instance, warm light will evoke comfort while dim light will create discomfort and vice versa, bright light will produce sterility and much thinking.

Smartphone charging imposes a big burden to users because they often have to recharge their smartphones every day or even multiple times per day. In this paper we try to answer the following question: can smartphones get automatically charged without requiring explicit effort from users? To this end, we propose a new approach, called Autocharge, to explore the feasibility of automatic smartphone charging. The Autocharge approach automatically locates a smartphone on a desk and charges it in a transparent matter from the user. This is achieved by two techniques. First, we leverage solar charging technique but use it in indoor spaces, to remotely charge a smartphone using a light beam without a wire. Second, we employ an image processing based technique to detect and track smartphones on a desk for automatic smartphone charging. As a result, Autocharge is able to largely reduce users' efforts in smartphone charging and significantly improve the user experience. We have designed and implemented a prototype system of the AutoCharge approach. We report the design details of the light charger and the smartphone detection and tracking system. Experimental results show that our prototype is able to detect the presence of a smartphone within seconds and charge it as fast as existing wired chargers, demonstrating the feasibility of automatic smartphone charging.

Cancers are a diverse group of diseases characterized by uncontrolled cell growth, which can invade surrounding tissues or spread throughout the body. They are classified as neoplasms or tumors, formed by cells that undergo unregulated growth, often resulting in masses or lumps. Cancers are categorized based on the type of cell that the tumor cells resemble. Key types include: Carcinoma: Cancers arising from epithelial cells, including common forms in the breast, prostate, lung, pancreas, and colon. Most are adenocarcinomas, which have gland-like characteristics. Sarcoma: These originate from connective tissues like bone, cartilage, fat, and nerve. Lymphoma and leukemia: These arise from blood-forming cells, with lymphomas maturing in lymph nodes and leukemias in the blood. Germ cell tumors: Derived from pluripotent cells, usually found in the testis or ovary. Blastoma: Arising from immature precursor cells or embryonic tissue. Before CAR T-cell therapy, standard cancer treatments included surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy. While effective for many, these treatments often have limitations, highlighting the need for innovative approaches like CAR T- cell therapy. CAR T-cell therapy provides distinct advantages, utilizing a patient's reprogrammed T cells to specifically target cancer cell antigens. This personalized method leads to more effective outcomes and fewer side effects compared to conventional therapies. It has demonstrated significant efficacy in blood cancers and shows promise in solid tumors as well. CAR T-cell therapy involves the creation of chimeric antigen receptors (CARs), which include an antigen-binding domain, a hinge region, a transmembrane domain, and intracellular signaling domains. There are three generations of CARs, each offering enhancements over the previous one. Recent innovations, like ROR1 CAR T-cell therapy, have demonstrated promise in effectively inducing tumor cell death, representing a significant advancement in cancer treatment.

Pregnant women carry the prospect of losing their child when poisoned by various foods in their minds which does prevent their future children from being born on an unfortunate start. Varieties of foods such as papaya, pineapple, fenugreek, sesame seeds, and even fishes are marketed as risky during pregnancy months. However, such a perception is dangerous as avoiding such foods might leave one deficient in nutrients like iron, calcium, folic acid, and protein. This can lead to a chain of events that result in a person suffering from anemia, underweight or even being born before the due time. The review underlines the significant responsibility of health professionals in combatting harmful food assumptions. By using culturally accentuated methods of teaching, they can encourage pregnant women to optimum for a healthier option without shying away. The paper recommends that cultural factors related to health should be integrated into policies in order to promote the well-being of mothers as well as the fetus.

Educational discontinuation among Scheduled Caste (SC) students is a critical concern impacting the broader objectives of equitable access to higher education in India. This paper presents an in-depth examination of the causes behind high dropout rates among SC students in Punjab, employing a case study approach to explore real-life experiences. The study investigates 6 individuals from various districts in Punjab, capturing their personal, familial, and educational backgrounds to better understand the barriers they face. Findings reveal that economic hardship is a predominant factor driving these students to discontinue their education. Most families struggle to meet basic expenses, and the additional financial burden of college fees, transportation, and study materials often makes higher education unattainable. Furthermore, institutional inadequacies, such as limited classroom space, insufficient teaching staff, and inadequate learning resources, create an unsupportive academic environment, discouraging students from continuing their studies. Cultural and gender-based expectations also heavily influence dropout rates, particularly for female students, who are often expected to prioritize domestic responsibilities or face safety concerns in commuting to distant colleges. Additionally, caste-based discrimination, both subtle and overt, further marginalizes SC students, impacting their motivation and sense of belonging in academic settings. These findings underscore the need for comprehensive policy interventions, including targeted financial aid, enhanced infrastructure, and anti-discrimination measures, to support SC students in overcoming these barriers. By addressing these socio-economic and institutional challenges, policymakers can foster a more inclusive educational environment that enables SC students to achieve their academic aspirations and improve their socio-economic status. This study contributes valuable insights into the complex interplay of factors influencing educational discontinuation among SC students, highlighting the urgent need for inclusive educational reforms in Punjab and beyond.

Abstract Mahandas Karamchand Gandhi is recognised as the father of Indian nation. He is known for the champion of non-violent movement across the globe. He spread the idea of Ahimsa (Non-violence) through his unique style of movements for civil and political rights. Therefore, he is often considered as the founder of the non-violent movement. Gandhi shares his experience about the application of Ahimsa in the Indian freedom struggle in his autobiography. He led a successful decade long non-violent movement against the imperial foreign rule in India. Gandhi's idea about the application of Ahimsa as a unique weapon inspired many revolutionary leaders and impressed many statesmen of the world. In the contemporary world, it has been observed that the idea of non-violence propounded by Gandhi, still found to be the legacy among social movement activists and they apply non-violent techniques to achieve the goals of their movements. In this study an attempt has been made to explore the relevance of Gandhian techniques of movement in the contemporary society. The study also tries to find out the inner outlook of Gandhian non-violence among the present-day movement activists and its validity of practical use.
