Dysmennorrhea (Usre tamth) is defining as painful menstruation in women with normal pelvic anatomy. Although dysmenorrhea is not life threatening, it can be painful for many adolescents. The objective of the present study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Hijama bila shurt therapy (dry cupping) on the intensity of pain and other associated symptoms of dysmenorrheal (Usre tamth). The patient is suffering from dysmenorrheal from past four months. This was treated by hijama therapy, ( bila shurt) dry cupping , without any medication. The cup applied on low back and bilateral calf area of leg. It was found after every month of given therapy that the intensity of pain and associated symptoms Lower abdominal pain( Intensity of pain Frequency of pain) Lumbago Leg cramp Nausea Vomiting Breast tenderness are reduced respectively as compare to baseline. The efficacy was scientifically evaluated by Visual Analog Scale. After the treatment of three months considerable improvement was observed in sign and symptoms of the disease of the patients. Marital adjustment is basically measured through the level of gratification and contentment among the life of married couples. However, there are many factors that put an impact on the marital adjustment of couples. The age of the couples, their duration of marriage, the kind of communication between them, the sense of satisfying their needs and hopes towards each other, the way of making mutual decisions, their relations with the family members and other relatives, their way of managing their leisure time activities and their method of handling the budget of the family are some of the crucial factors. This article throws light on the causes of marital maladjustment such as personnel/psychic causes, infidelity, alcoholism/ drug addiction, physiological and psychological stressors, inability to manage conflicts, interference of in-laws, work-life imbalance etc.

Many models have been presented to assess the critical state of the superconductors, and the analytical models utilised for basic geometries have already been covered in previous discussions. However, numerical models must be created in order to solve the complex geometries. The Maxwell's equations combined with the E-J power law are typically solved using such numerical models (2D or 3D) by employing finite element or finite difference methods. Partial differential equations are frequently solved using finite element techniques (PDEs). Many scholars, including T-, have extensively examined these models in the past (based on the current vector potential T) These formulations (with identical principles) can be used to describe Maxwell's equations, however the results of the equivalent PDEs can differ from one another. Since H-formulations are employed in the current work as well, a thorough introduction to this numerical technique is provided in the Article.

Higher education is integral to fostering the personal and welfare of society and creating as stated in its Constitution, India is to be a democratic, socially responsible, culturally advanced, and compassionate nation that upholds sovereignty, equality, brotherhood, and justice for all. More and more young Indians will pursue higher education as their country moves closer to becoming a knowledge economy and culture. After a 34-year hiatus, the nation has received another National Education Policy (NEP-2020) that takes into account neo-normative viewpoints, the demands of 21st-century society, and the new millennium milieu. The Union Cabinet of India passed the National Policy on Education 2020 on July 29, 2020. lays out the objectives of the country's future educational system and also provides a framework for elementary, secondary, postsecondary, and occupational training and education across urban and rural settings. The long-term goal of this approach was to bring transformational reforms to India's existing educational system, but the road to implementation is littered with potholes. This article attempts to review the concerning higher education and lay forth the benefits and drawbacks of its implementation

ABSTRACT: A primary goal of this study is to manufacture and assess an herbal shampoo and identify its physiochemical function, with an emphasis on the product's safety, efficacy, and quality. Herbal shampoo is a natural product. The most popular hair treatment is shampoo. Shampoo is essentially a product used to remove dirt, dandruff, and other impurities from the hair. It also works to strengthen, darken, and encourage hair growth. Shampoo is a liquid, cream, or cream-based soap or detergent mixture used to wash hair. One cosmetic item that people use on a regular basis to care for and enhance their hair is shampoo. The majority of shampoo's ingredients are chemical, and as a result, they have come under intense criticism for the possibility that using them could have negative side effects like hair loss, increased scaling and itching, discomfort, nausea, and headaches. Hibiscus rosa-sinensis (hibiscus), Embolic officinalis (amla), Acacia concinna (shikakai), Sapindus indica (soapnut), Cassia auriculata (cassia), Eclipta prostrata (bhringraj), and Aloe barbadensis are the herbal extracts employed in the composition (Aloe vera). It gives the hair softness, smoothness, and lustre. Consequently, an effort is made to create herbal shampoo that has no negative effects.

The process of categorising facial photos or videos into specified age groups is known as age group classification. Due of its many applications, including in recruitment, security, health, and social robots with intelligence, it is a crucial task. Recently, Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) has demonstrated exceptional performance in interpreting photos and videos of human faces. This study suggested an All-Age Face (AAF) dataset-trained and evaluated age group classification task using CNN. In this study, a 128-d embedding that quantifies the face of the age group was computed using the FaceNet deep learning model, which makes use of CNN. Adolescence and Mature Adulthood were the two age ranges represented in the experiment. For the training photos, the proposed age group classification model had an accuracy of 84.90%, and for the test images, it had an accuracy of 85.12%. The experimental findings demonstrated that CNN can, even with an imbalanced data distribution, achieve competitive classification accuracy across two age groups in the AAF dataset.

In order to predict rating value, a variety of supervised and unsupervised machine learning models are used to a dataset of Amazon product reviews in the following article. A "star" rating on a scale of 1 to 5 is the intended response to the input of a text review. This project might be characterised as a regression variation of sentiment analysis because we want to construct a continuum of sentiment rather than just polarity. Our objective is to create the most adaptable and precise model that can manage the broadest range of conflicting and polarising opinions presented in reviews .In addition to experimenting with various model types, we looked at the effects of seven distinct embeddings, each of which had unique built-in considerations for information like word index, directional significance, context, and frequency. These embeddings included simpler encoding alternatives like Bag of Words and TF-IDF, as well as pre-trained word embedding models like Naive Bayes and LSTM and embedding schemes generated from scratch. We trained three distinct deep learning networks that were more effective as well as supervised boosting models from Light GBM and CatBoost.

The movies in this recommendation are chosen using a content-based recommendation system. We have a dataset of the movies in the project. There are director, keyword, genres, cast, etc. in that dataset. A content-based recommendation engine will consider how much the user enjoyed the film. The next step is to analyse the input movie's content (a dataset), including its genres, director, keywords, and cast, to identify additional films with comparable results. It then evaluates comparable films according to its similarity score and suggests the film to consumers.

Abstract: The purpose of the present study is to assess the ICT-based competencies essential for teachers for using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for instructional purposes. Related literature is reviewed to prepare a preliminary draft of 42 items. The survey research method is employed in this study. The questionnaire items are framed with inputs from experts in the field of educational technology. The Item pool is based on a four-point rating scale related to 3 main domains of teachers' ICT competencies namely, Technological ICT operations, Pedagogical ICT competencies, and Social and Ethical ICT practices. Later on, 12 items are deleted as per the open of experts. This tool is randomly administered to 100 Senior Secondary School Teachers of the U.P. board in the Saharanpur district. The data is collected and analyzed by contacting the represented samples of teachers from senior secondary schools. Item- analysis is done and 30 items are retained in the final draft. The reliability and validity of the tool are demonstrated by adequate psychometric analysis to measure teachers' ICT competency.

The most popular method for administering different medications among all drug delivery systems is oral drug delivery. The aim of designing sustained delivery systems is to reduce the frequency of dosing or to increase the effectiveness of the drug by localizing at the site of action, reducing the dose necessary and providing uniform drug delivery. The most convenient and generally used method of drug delivery has always been oral ingestion .For oral Sustaine release dosage, matrix tablets are a key tool. By dispersing solid particles within a porous matrix made of hydrophilic and hydrophobic polymers, matrix tablets can be formed using wet granulation or direct compression techniques. Sustained release matrix tablets ensure consistent, prolonged drug release and increase drug bioavailability without causing unwanted side effects. The most crucial factor in the formulation of matrix tablets is now the availability of various classes of polymers for regulating the release of drugs.

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, which demands individuals to put on face masks, preserve social distance, and use sanitizers to wash their hands, face mask detection has emerged as a widely used software. A crucial preventive measure throughout this pandemic is to wear a mask. This is critically valuable when fostering social distance from other individuals is hard. It is imperative to use a mask, especially for those who are more likely to get severe illness from COVID-19 infections. Consequently, the Organizations for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) advised everyone aged 2 and older to wear a mask in public, notably when other social distance-keeping measures are difficult to maintain. The only ways to avoid contracting the virus until universal access to immunizations is through "distance" and "wearing a mask". This paper will aid in determining whether or not a person is wearing a mask by employing the same machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies.
