Employees are considered a crucial asset for an organization and their engagement has a direct impact on Organizational Performance. Thus, along with the goal of improving performance, an organization must focus on improving employee engagement. This paper has taken two factors such as recruitment & selection and training & development into consideration. Thus, data from 200 respondents have been collected from Telecom Companies such as MTNL, BSNL, JIO Infocomm, Bharti Airtel ltd., and Vodafone Idea Ltd. The role of Recruitment & Selection & Training and Development has been analyzed through a linear regression model. The results are consistent with the former literature available that both constructs are significant predictors of Job Engagement. This study will help HR practitioners to take decisions regarding choosing the appropriate procedures for recruitment & selection and providing training & development sessions to employees. Moreover, the findings of this study will assist the officers and managers in decision-making in Telecom Industry.

If you want to build a better society, people need to bear good values. Values play an important role in building and ideal society. They are required to do hardwork with compassion, honesty, dedication and other values. Such citizens will help in the growth of society and make it a much better place to live. To achieve such objectives, citizens are required to follow the path of Lord Buddha. Lord Buddha preached the moral values to the society for the development of the people's life style. Such matters were discussed vividly in the Buddhacharitha Mahakavya. Those matters were mentioned by me in this Research paper.

Nanotechnology refers to the synthesis of nanomaterials (1-100nm) and their applications. Nanoscience can deal with individual atoms and molecules. In recent times, an agreement has started to rise about the informatics foundation expected to accumulate, curate, and share data among every one of the fields in nanotechnology. Nano informatics is fulfilling this demand. It is the science about figuring out which data is important to the nanoscale science and after that creating and implementing viable systems for gathering, approving, sharing, analyzing, modeling, and applying that information. Nano informatics is essential for efficient production and relative description of nanomaterials. The present study focused on the prediction of interactions of three ligands i.e. silver nanoparticles, tyrosine capped silver nanoparticles, and silver oxide nanoparticles with proteins. In this we have reviewed the green synthesis of silver nanoparticles (SNPs) using plant extracts is an eco-friendly methods. This study analysed the molecular docking of the Silver Oxide Nanoparticles (Ag2O-NPs) synthesized from the novel medicinal plants

This paper critically examines Manju Kapur's novel The Immigrant through a subaltern perspective. A subaltern is someone with a low ranking in a social, political and other hierarchy and a subaltern study is the study of the psyche of those who have been suppressed and marginalized for so long. Manju Kapur, the most prominent and popular contemporary writer of Indian English Literature deals with various themes such as diaspora, feminism, cross cultural experiences, identity crisis, lesbianism etc. in her novels. Though she hates to be called a feminist writer, her novels are flooded with feminist concerns. The novel understudy is the story of a 31 year old spinster Nina who lived with her widowed mother in Delhi. She is a teacher at Miranda House. She gets married to an NRI Dentist Ananda and flies to Canada to add a new chapter in her life. Throughout the novel she is portrayed as a victim of Indian patriarchal culture struggling hard to establish her identity in a hostile modern world. The present paper is an endeavor to explore Nina as a subaltern female character searching for her identity in a host country. It also aims at showing how Nina tries her best to maintain harmony at home but when she feels cheated and suffocated, she doesn't hesitate to walk out of the male dominated world.

Most people's daily lives are growing increasingly dependent on information and communication technology. In today's world, most institutions use Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment (Moodle) as their online education platform's Learning Management System (LMS). Moodle is an information system for educational institutions that organises and analyses data. Institutions find it difficult to maintain or retain such vast amounts of data on their own. For this reason, most institutions begin storing information on users, courses, assignments, grades, quizzes, attendance, projects, and other topics in the moodle database. Therefore, here designed and built a microservice architecture-based platform for department data collection, processing, and report production in this study. The microservice makes advantage of the moodle course management system to eliminate static data and provide the Department Information System the flexibility it needs. There has been sufficient research on the breakdown of microservices in terms of functional granularity and important quality measures. Apart from the research and design of the microservice, the whole development and testing of the microservice for the Department Information System was completed during this phase of work. The suggested work follows MVC and is based on microservice architecture. Angular framework for front-end, MySQL for database, and spring boot framework for back-end are the required tools and technologies. Finally, using a microservices architectural pattern, this project shows and assessed the technological enhancement of traditional e-learning prototype of the department information system e-learning platform.

Individuals are primarily dependent on visual and auditory cues to communicate back and forth. This interaction is a two-way interaction, which means that the speaker and the listener must both take part in the conversation. However, blind and deaf people are unable to communicate in this manner. Their limitations make it difficult for them to communicate with others. Sign language is the primary method used by people who are deaf and blind. This form of communication is a set of gestures that are executed with the hands, arms, and face. The gestures are then conveyed to the other person. This form of communication is a visual and tactile form of communication that allows people who are deaf and blind to communicate with one another.

Abstract: For the digital age that is becoming increasingly automated, intelligent, and ubiquitous, reliable data connectivity is essential. Mobile networks are the data highways. Everything will need to be connected in a thoughtful, connected digital world. Although fifth-generation (5G) wireless networks are currently being deployed, they offer significant advancements beyond LTE. Still, they may need help to meet all the connectivity requirements of the future digital society. This article will discuss technologies that will enable wireless networks to evolve towards a sixth-generation (6G), which we consider enablers for potential 6G uses. We give a system-level view of 6G scenarios and requirements. Then, we select 6G technologies to satisfy these requirements by either improving 5G's design or creating utterly new communication paradigms.

Abstract: The British administration in India formed the colonial era between 1858 A.D. and 1947 A.D. when the British Crown ruled there. The buildings are standing today. St. Patrick's Church, which is located in the busy Brigade Road district of Bengaluru, is an example of Colonial architecture that is still present there today. The 'Gothic' architectural structures and infrastructure serve as the Church's continued physical presence. Stained glass windows, ornate themes, and arches were used in the construction of the church. St. Patrick's Church's foundation was placed in July 1841 A.D., and the church was constructed and finished in the next 31/2 years, by the end of 1844 A.D. The Blessed Virgin Mary and the Archangel Michael were used in the dedication of the church, which was given the name "Church of the Assumption" in honor of the Blessed Trinity. However, even before it was finished, it gained the reputation of St. Patrick's Church as a result of the popularity it had among the Irish troops stationed nearby.
