In this paper direct-coupled sun based energy controlled multicore designs that give direct force gracefully between photovoltaic (PV) age and the heap without the selection of battery. We likewise setting the brushless engine for changing the point of Solar-Tune, a continuous booking strategy with trouble tuning for inconsistent errands on sun based energy controlled multicore system. The goal is to completely use the available sun based energy while complying with the time constraints of undertakings. Planning and force the board technique for multicore ongoing inserted frameworks. This likewise demonstrates that by designating the new undertaking to the center with the most minimal usage, we can accomplish the least generally energy dissemination. This technique, joined with another integer linear programming (ILP) calculation with structures the heuristic calculation to progressively refine the errand planning dependent on the forecasts of the accessibility of sun based energy. With periodical assignments in a multi-core platform, it likewise passes expected voltage to rooms as preprogrammed scheduling and ILP calculation is applied on each center. Test results show that new calculation accomplishes better execution as far as cutoff time miss rate, contrasting with the best of existing calculation. At the point when applied on a multi-core platform, the heuristic calculation accomplishes better proficiency.

Abstract The Pardhi tribes of the Solapur district had no means of subsistence other than forest. They were highly associated with the perennials of the forest and they had adjusted lifestyle as well as a culture with the natural environment. Until the 19th century, they did not have much contact with urban and rural communities. Their main occupations were collecting honey, medicinal plants, and wildlife hunting. Due to the protective forest, the life of the Pardhi community has gradually come in contact with the villages. Women began begging, as well as selling items such as needles, beehives, and plant products needed in urban culture. They started producing and selling local liquor. The production and sale of alcohol become their main source of income. Besides, their natural way of life led them to stealing and sometimes engaging in criminal activities. Besides, the thief gained a place as a hunter in his religious life. After independence, their lives began to stabilize and they began to integrate into civil society. Against this background, the present research has thrown light on the changing cultural life of the Pardhi community in the Solapur district. The present investigation is based on the observation and interactions with the community members. This study is descriptive and it has carried out in November 2020. The study revealed that the cultural environment of the Pardhi community is changing with changes in time. They are gradually giving up traditional belief systems and adapting to new approaches to living. They are progressively civilizing and giving up traditional occupations like hunting and stealing. The social orthodox of the community has also diverting into modern rationality. With the improving educational level and accessibility to the resources, community culture is in the transforming phase.

Pisum sativum L. (Garden pea) is an annual crop of immense importance. In India it is cultivated in an area of more than 280.0 thousand hactares with annual production of more than 4.0 million tonnes but its yield decline heavily due to powdery mildew a fungal disease caused by Erysiphae pisi, E. polygoni; E. cichoracearum etc. Severe infection reduces plant growth seed weight, seeds per pod and pod number. Pod infection causes seed discoloration leading to downgrading its quality. Management using fungicides; most commonly triadimefon is in regular practice, but they only protect uninfected foliage and have limited systemic activity. Over time, the fungicides accumulate at the leaf margins, leaving other parts of the leaf more open to infection which also has hazardous effect on the environment. One of the effective methods for controlling fungal infection may be the introduction of rice chitinase into the sensitive but otherwise high yielding crops. Large number of genetic transformation procedures are available using both direct i.e. biolistic or gene gun or particle bombardment or in-direct i.e. Agrobacterium mediated for constitutive expression of introduced chitinase gene. Upon standardization of efficient shoot regeneration and transformation system in pea, transgenic plants may produced against these fungi leading to reduced yield loss in this economically valued crop. The functional validation of chitinase in pea will show way for its effective utilization in future for reducing loss caused due to several fungi.

Abstract: This study mainly focused on evaluation or quantification of secondary metabolites by spectrophotometric method. Plant extract was prepared in alcoholic extract for quantification. Quantitative analysis was performed with the help of UV-vis spectrophotometer. The highest quantity of secondary metabolites was found in Barleria prionitis than Ceasalpinia bonduc and Leonotis nepetifolia. The highest amount of total phenol, ortho-dihydric phenol, tannin, and leuco-anthocyanin in Barleria prionitis was found 10 g/gm, 9.5 g /gm, 1.6 g /gm and 0.055 g /gm respectively. While Caesalpinia bonduc showed highest amount of anthocyanin (0.0325 g /gm) than that of Barleria prionitis and Leonotis nepetifolia. Quantity of flavanol is high in Leonotis nepetifolia (0.86 g /gm). It was concluded that Barlelia prionitis having more secondary metabolites which gives medicinal property to plant and may use as a traditional medicine.

This research presents the processes involved in Multiclass SVM and SIFT algorithms. Support Vector Machines (SVM) is a popular method in the machine learning area for binary classification problems. Multi-class SVM usually implemented by combining several binary SVMs. The scale-invariant feature transform is also used as a feature detection algorithm. This method transforms an image into a great collection of feature vectors, every vector is invariant to image translation, rotation, and scaling, partially invariant to illumination changes and forceful to local geometric distortion. In this research key points are identified with the SIFT algorithm and also multiclass SVM classifier is implemented to identify the percentage of area affected in the diseased image.

Modifications of construction materials have an important bearing on the building sector. Several attempts have been therefore made in the building material industry to put to use waste material products, e.g., worn-out tyres, into useful and cost-effective items. Success in this regard will contribute to the reduction of waste material dumping problems by utilizing the waste materials as raw material for other products. The present proposal involves a comprehensive laboratory study for the newer application of this waste material in the preparation of fibrous concrete. The primary objective of investigation is to study the strength behavior i.e. compressive and flexural strength of rubberized concrete with different volume of crumb rubber. The proposed work is aimed to study the effect of volume variation of crumb rubber on the compressive strength &flexural strength.

Indian economy being the seventh-largest economy in the world is measured by its nominal GDP and the third largest by purchasing power parity (PPP). In the last two decades India is classified as a newly industrialized country and one of the G-20 major economies. The long-term growth prospective of the Indian economy is positive due to its young population, corresponding low dependency ratio, healthy savings and investment rates, and increasing integration into the global economy. The Indian economy has the potential to become the worlds third largest economy by the next decade by its contribution to the service sector. Tourism is a major source of income for many countries and affects the economy of both the source and host countries. Tourism can be domestic or international, and international tourism has both incoming and outgoing implications on a countrys balance of payments. Tourism has now been accepted as an industry like all other industries that earn foreign money from the tour-loving people of the world. Today tourism is the largest service industry in India with a contribution of 6.23 per cent to the national GDP and providing 8.78per cent of the total employment. The tourism industry in India generated about US $100 billion in 2008 and that is expected to increase to US $275.5 billion by 2018 at 9.4 per cent annual growth rate. The ministry of Tourism is the nodal agency for the development and promotion of tourism in India and maintains the Incredible India campaign.

Spectrum sensing is to provide access opportunities to CR users with out interference to the primary network since cognitive radio networks are responsible for detecting the transmission of primary network and avoiding interference to them, CR network should intelligently sense the primary band to avoid missing the transmission of primary users. The basic idea is to let people use licensed frequencies, they can guarantee interference perceived by the primary license holders will be minimal. After the conversion of an Analog signal to digital by sampling different type of digital modulation schemes can be achieved by the variation of different parameter of the carrier signal for example bpsk, dpsf, fsk, psk.
