In today's competitive and evolving market, Teaching and Administrative Staff are lacking leadership quality. Before these people assume leadership responsibilities, proper training ought to be provided since leadership qualities are talents that can be improved. The strataplex model of leader behaviours developed by Mumford, Campion, and Morgeson (2007) serves as the theoretical foundation for this study's investigation of the competencies necessary for effective leadership in higher education in hospitality management from the viewpoint of faculty and academic administrators. Following business skills in importance for leadership were cognitive skills, interpersonal skills, personal values, and strategic skills, according to both academics and administrators. Particularly, they all agreed that communication was the most crucial skill. This study will help us different comparative qualities among administrative and teaching staff. Also, to understand the difference in perspectives of leadership attributes between teaching and administrative staffs. To understand the term leadership as Leadership is the ability of an individual or a group of individuals to influence and guide followers or other members of an organization.

Turbid media, such as haze, smoke, fog, rain, or snow, typically impair image data collected by outside visual sensors. As a result, weather conditions would typically impair or impede the proper operation of vision-assisted transportation systems, or ADAS (advanced driver assistance systems), as well as a variety of other outside surveillance-based systems. To address these issues, the removal of weather effects (or deweathering) from photographs has become more significant and has gained a lot of attention. As a result, it is critical to include a preprocessing stage that automatically determines the weather state for an input image, after which the appropriate deweathering processes (e.g., removal of haze, rain, or snow) are correctly triggered. This study proposes a deep learning-based weather image recognition framework that takes into account the three most typical weather variables in outdoor scenes: hazy, wet, and snowy. Our approach automatically classifies an input image into one of the three categories or none of them (e.g., sunny or others). Extensive experiments on well-known CNN models such as VGG-19 and Inception V3 conclude that VGG-19 provides more than 96% accuracy when compared to Inception V3, and thus Vgg-19 is declared as the best model for performing the application on jehanbhathena/weather-dataset to evaluate the proposed method and the feasibility has been verified.

ABSTRACT :- The route of administration is the way through which the dosage form is administered into the body for treatment of various diseases and disorders. Various routes of administrations play a marked role in the bioavailability of the active drug in the body. In present review these routes are included with their advantages and limitations. This is an attempt for the initials of field to familiarize with the routes of administrations with their significances. Systemic absorption of a drug depends on its physicochemical properties, the nature of the dosage form on which it is included and the anatomical and physiological characteristics of the site of absorption.

This paper presents the design and building of an intelligent traffic light control system. This is a comprehensive software prototype for a smart traffic system that has been demonstrated. Based on the volume of traffic on either side of the junction, the system regulates the traffic lights. Real-world hardware implementations may make advantage of infrared sensors and cameras. This research use image processing methods to count the number of vehicles before allocating timings based on a simple mathematical calculation for relative traffic density. The gaussian algorithm and the morphological algorithm approaches are the algorithms we employed in this research. By giving the cars on the busiest route greater space to pass than those on other, less busy roads, you may easily relieve traffic congestion. The system need to be capable of making daily priority decisions. In this method, the waiting time for drivers on roads with larger densities is essentially decreased. The photos for each lane are captured and analysed concurrently as a result, and a judgement is made about which lane should be given the most time and attention.

John Milton through his most renowned controversial Epic titled "Paradise Lost", written in 1667 addresses the idea of free will and questions the existing hierarchy of absolute power and authority. Written during a time when people blindly followed the Church and the rules of the King and in fear paid heed to all the norms that existed in society which ultimately leads to nothing more than a peaceful death. The relevance of such historical revolutionary acts In today's post-modern world will be further discovered in this paper. The idea of having a choice and how it came into existence with several such revolutions coming into play will also be extensively talked about in this paper. The character of Lucifer and how he is not a pessimistic being, like how our ancestors told us after reading the scriptures will be analyzed thoroughly and the way Milton glorifies Satan to give us a new angle of interpretation will also be dwelt upon and further examined in this paper. Moreover, the futuristic thinking of Milton and how his Epic still holds a firm stand in today's contemporary world will further dwell in this paper. The necessity of such revolutionists in our lives will be given importance in this research.

One of the most serious illnesses nowadays is chronic kidney disease, for which a correct diagnosis must be made as soon as possible. Machine learning techniques are currently used in medicine. The clinician can identify the ailment early with the use of a machine learning system. In this paper , chronic kidney disease prediction has been covered. Disease prediction and detection is a vital and difficult subject since it aids in early disease diagnosis by assisting pathologists and medical professionals in their decision-making.In recent studies and research, "The Artificial Neural Network" provides a useful method to address a variety of everyday issues in life or in many different fields, such as the medical field, where it can be used to anticipate a specific disease based on some provided data. In this article, we use the ANN approach to describe a system for predicting chronic kidney disease. This neural network output lets us know whether a patient has chronic renal illness or not. Artificial neural networks produce outcomes that are more accurate than those of other machine learning algorithms in the aforementioned topic of kidney disease prediction after extensive investigation.

Mental health includes humans emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It changes the way people perceive, believe, and continue to act. Understanding how individuals respond to stress, interact with others, and make decisions is also important. From childhood and adolescence to maturity, maintaining one's mental health is essential. Adults have a wide range of needs and coping ability for stressful situations. Many adolescents will either have accepted the restriction and school closings brought on by the epidemic scenario effectively. This research study aims to identify and evaluate recent studies on mental health. As an example, several students will return to the classroom having gone through a certain amount of stress, worry, loneliness, and sadness. Some people could have seen an increase in domestic violence. Teachers and staff at the school play an important part in helping students adjust to learning in the physical classroom afterwards, especially during long periods of time of school closure. According to official statistics provided by the World Health Organization (WHO), mental illness accounts for 90% of suicides in high-income economies. Additionally, recent research found that individuals with mental illnesses frequently disclose these conditions on social media as a form of consolation. Therefore, the primary goal of this work is to analyse the mental health of the students and teachers sequentially across time and identify those adolescents who may be at risk for depression as soon as possible. The state of a person's mental health is predicted by a machine learning algorithm, and the algorithm's effectiveness is assessed using common metrics like accuracy.
