Anil Risal Singh is a senior Indian photographer from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. His photography journey began when he received an Agfa Isoly camera as a gift from his father. But the best phase of his journey started when he was doing B.Sc from Lucknow Christian College. There he started a photography club with his classmates. Anil made many types of photography his subject. Initially draw long time black and white landscape. He used to do all kinds of photography like landscape, nature, street, wild life, portrait. Most of all he enjoyed landscape photography and hill scene photography. But with time there was a change in his work and from about 14-15 years he started working on 'form and colour'. At this time, he has shown the special importance of composition in photographs and has given a geometric shape to the simple subjects of his composition. Along with the shapes, the use of colors is also visible in them. Anil was born in 1954 AD in Agra and later started living in Lucknow with his family. Lucknow has been his residence since 1967. Anil Risal Singh is also former President of Federation of Indian Photography, President and Life Member of Lucknow Camera Club. His photographs are collected in a large number of individual and institutional forms at home and abroad. He has been awarded about 250 awards from India and abroad for photography. The artistic photographs taken by him automatically attract the audience and the public. Anil's photographs range from mountain views to color and shape as well as historical heritage of the country. At present, he has also started mobile photography.

The research work is carried out to improve the performance of conventional insulators made from glass fibre and ceramic because they are not durable and under high voltage they failed or flash over. To replace conventional insulators of glass fibre or ceramic with some economical material needed extra advantage in manufacturing and processing. Glass epoxy material was chosen for this purpose, The study deals not only with checking the properties of this material but from manufacturing point of view the process parameter are also analysed and then optimized for optimum performance. The insulators manufacturing involves different machining and drilling operation and cutting forces is used as critical parameter for optimum performance. Experiment work has been done to manufacture the insulator washer with glass epoxy material on standard lathe and drill machine. Hence after manufacturing of washer, test have been conducted for checking insulator electrical properties which shows that washer made of glass epoxy are not only durable but they also have better electrical properties and performed under high voltage flash over test. An integrated effort in design, composition, process, tooling, quality and manufacturing is essential to become competitive with metals.

The output power of a photovoltaic (PV) array, which is highly dependent on both solar radiation and cell temperature, is continuously maximized using Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) techniques. The complexity of non-traditional approaches and the PV power fluctuations around the maximum power point (MPP) caused by conventional methods are compelling arguments for the need for new MPPT techniques. In order to increase the convergence, speed, and accuracy of the PV system, this study discusses numerous MPPT algorithms, including hill climbing methods like the Perturbation and Observe method (P&O), Incremental Conductance (INC), Genetic Algorithm (GA), Evolutionary Algorithms like Cuckoo Search Algorithm (CSA) and Grey Wolf Algorithm (GWO). In the typical test conditions, the suggested technique may also effectively track the global MPP. The optimum performance of the PV panel during MPPT was achieved by employing GWO more frequently to get the quick reaction of the power transient's reduction. This was done to address the oscillations and spikes problem in the output power. To extract the most power possible from the PV resource, the suggested controllers used a DC/DC boost converter. The software MATLAB/SIMULINK is used for system programming and modeling. Comparisons are made between the acquired results and those from other MPPT algorithms. To identify the global maximum power point (MPP) for PV arrays, numerous evolutionary algorithms (EA) have also been taken into consideration. The following EA algorithms are used: grey wolf algorithm, teaching-learning-based technique, mine blast optimization, genetic algorithm, particle swarm optimization (PSO), ant colony, and PSO algorithm. Even though the aforementioned EAs in terms of MPPT function satisfactorily, there is still a need to advance contemporary EAs. The aforementioned GWO results are contrasted with current optimization methods like CSA, P&O, INC, and GA.

This study investigated post covid-19 pandemic and the impact of digitalization on university lecturers in Delhi. This study made use of the descriptive research design. Two research questions were raised for the study. The target population of the study comprised of all lecturers of Delhi NCR. The sample size used comprised of 61 lecturers which includes 24 males and 37 females. The research instrument used for data collection was a 17-item structured questionnaire rated on a five-point Likert scale. The responses of the respondent were presented in simple statical table and analyzed using mean and standard deviation. In taking decision on the research questions mean scores for 3.25 and above were deemed as agreed, accepted or positive while those below 3.25 were regarded as negative unaccepted/disagreed responses. The findings of the study revealed the impact of digital semester on lecturers as well as the availability of digital resources in Delhi Colleges. Based on the findings of the study, it was recommended that lecturers and students should incline themselves in the innovative trends of digital teaching and learning respectively. Also, government and other Stakeholders should support teachers/lecturers, students and communities by adequately providing digital tools for teaching and learning in the post covid-19 era.

Every person born is a consumer, who is constantly consuming various goods and services. Consumer are the foundation of economic building. They are the main pillar of economic development in any country. It is said that the consumer is the king of market, but it is exploited from time to time. The government enacted the Consumer Protection Act on 24th December 1986 to stop consumer exploitation and protect the interest of consumer. Under the provision of the Consumer Protection Act Three Tier grievance machinery or redressal agency establish at district, state and national level to provide simple and speedy redressal of consumer disputes. The purpose of this study is to find out the opinion of the consumers regarding the consumer grievance redressal mechanism. The study is based on primary and secondary data. Sample size of 100 consumer has been taken through convenient random sampling method.

ABSTRACT: BACKGROUND: Breast cancer has been ranked number one leading cause of death among women globally. Breast cancer is distinct from other types of cancer it can be detected and prevented at an early stage. Breast self examination is an inexpensive and simple procedure, it can be carried out by women herself. A study to assess the level of knowledge and attitude regarding breast self examination among college students at Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru, with a view to develop an information pamphlets. METHODS: The present study adopted a descriptive design. Simple random sampling technique was used to collect data from 60 college students at college of arts, science and commerce, Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru by using self administered structured knowledge questionnaire and attitude scale. RESULTS: The mean value of knowledge level is 10.75 with standard deviation 2.84 and mean percentage is 17.9, where as mean value of level of attitude is 40.95 with standard deviation 6.81 and mean percentage is 68.2. There was a significant association between level of knowledge and attitude with their selected socio demographic variables. CONCLUSION: Our findings reveals that, majority 48% (29) had moderate knowledge, 37% (22) had adequate knowledge and 15% (9) had inadequate knowledge regarding breast self examination. Majority 70% (42) had moderately favorable attitude, 25% (15) had favorable attitude and 5% (3) had unfavorable attitude regarding breast self examination.
