 Abstract

Bone tissue is a material with a complicated structure & mechanical property. Repetitive loads or diseases can produce microfractures to appear in the bone tissue, which results in a worsening of its mechanical properties. On the other hand, bone is a constantly evolving tissue, adapting its density to the loading conditions it is subjected to. The advantage of the computational or the numerical method is that a wide range of loading and impact conditions can be easily reconstructed and analyzed. Current FE models are limited due to assumptions for the geometric and time-dependent material properties inherent in the anisotropic and anatomic constraints associated with joint stability and the static conditions inherent in the analysis. This systematic review will give a very good overview of latest research in the field of Computational Biomechanics, Material model development, Finite element simulation of Human cortical Bone collected from various international journals.

 Abstract

Automatic music genre classification is very useful in music indexing. In audio indexing, automatic music classification is more useful content based music retrieval and online audio distribution. Perceptual Linear Prediction (PLP) features are extracted from the music signal. This paper describes a technique that uses Autoassociative Neural Network (AANN) to classify music. The proposed feature extraction and classification models results in better accuracy in music genre classification.

 Abstract

As we know all that human rights are available to all human beings irrespective of anything. Workplace related human rights are available to each employee at his/her workplace. In 1991, LPG policy has been declared. It has given introduction to many self-finance courses and institutions in higher education. As a result of it, large number of people have been employed as teachers in self-finance higher education institutions in India. In most of the self-finance higher education institutions, teachers are employed on contractual or temporary basis. Their rights are violated. In the present research, the researcher has studied status of teachers working in self-finance higher education institutions & taken interview from 27 teachers working in self-finance higher education institutions from State of Gujarat. It was found that majority are aware about their human rights, Legal Rights etc. and have not access to justice by them due to some reasons like job insecurity, behavior change of management etc. The researcher has given some suggestions for policy making by the authority.

 Abstract

Surface active agents find applications in food and agriculture, lubricants, ore beneficiation, detergents, textile, rubber and plastics, pharmaceuticals, biological modeling, building materials and soil sciences etc. Micelles are not formed in very dilute solutions. On increasing the concentration above CMC nearly all additional solute forms micelles. The variation in CMC of surfactants depends upon the number and chain length of monomers and properties of counter ions. As an approximation, higher the CMC value, broader is the concentration range for this transition. Above all CMC parameters vary according to whether the solute is monomer or aggregation. Since above the CMC, the activity of monomers rises very slowly, so it is also a measure of the concentration at which the thermodynamic activity of the monomers and therefore, its net surface activity and absorbability to various substrates, level off to a nearly constant value. In order to understand the colloidal behavior of anionic surfactants in mixed solvents, a systematic study on the conductance of Potassium decyl sulfate in aqueous and alkanols have been made with a view to determine whether or not the micellar aggregates are formed for such systems. CMC are determined, if any by the graphs and investigate the validity of various equations in these systems.

 Abstract

The Nllglris plateau and the Wynaad can be compared as two massive steps leading to the West Coast. As previously stated, the upper plateau descends to the north to a small, forested flat that lies between the foothills and the sea. The Nilgiris are separated from the Mysore country and the District of Coimbatore by the Moyar River, which flows east and south through foothills to the plains of Coimbatore and Malabar. The Nilgiri-Wynaad, which includes the Ouchterlony Valley, forms the Gudalur Taluq of the Nilgiris District, with the remainder of the Wynaad belonging to Malabar. The Wynaad has an unpleasant reputation in terms of climate, having been described as a dense forest reeking of malaria, where the fever demon reigns supreme. There is no doubt that when the country was first opened by the pioneers of the coffee industry, this reputation was well-deserved; and there are still places that can only be described as fever traps, such as Tippakadu on the Mysore frontier, and the entire belt of light jungle that skirts the northern foot of the Nilgiri plateau (though this tract does not belong to Wynaad proper), as well as specific spots in the extreme west of the Nilgiri-Wynaad, The indigenous Irula and Kurumba populations grow coffee in the Nilgiris region of India, in the midst of the Nilgiri Bio-reserve. In Nilgiris coffee become planted in 1838 via Dawson property. the subsequent coffee manor changed into at Kotagiri at Kardathorai in 1840. M.D.Cockburn of the Madras Civil service additionally opened the Balahardah area on Kotagiri Ghat. In 1845, James Ouchterlony set up the espresso bequest in Wynaad, the Vallet was named after as Ouchterlony Valley referred to as O valley. In 1863 to 1864 there had been probable homes inside the Nilgiri District. Sadly coffee houses had been wrecked through leaf infection such large numbers of coffee domains were presented to Gold mining and some homes were changed over into tea cultivations.

 Abstract

Metal cutting is one of the processes to convert the raw material into finished goods. There are number of parameters which are mainly depend upon the tools and its geometry like the quality of cut, surface finish of cutting surface, power consumption of the machine etc. So the right design of the tool is very much important. In present work the single point cutting tools is modeled and analyzed for the best material out of the three materials namely High speed steel, high carbon steel and CBN (cubic boron nitride). For modeling we have used CATIA V5R12 software where as the analysis is carried out using ANSYS 14.0 workbench. It has been found that for the same loading conditions the High speed steel tool proves to be the best out of the three materials taken into account.

 Abstract

Globally Covid-19 has affected a large number of people. Covid-19 caused disruptions to many aspects of normal life. This also caused an increase in the death rate and Tension and Fear among the people. To avoid and overcome all these challenges WHO asked people to follow safety measures to avoid the spread of the virus. Wearing a mask is one of the safety measures among this. Mainly sometimes people gather at public places like offices, banks, airports, bus stops, etc. Considering this condition, we have designed a system that helps in mask detection in the various surveillance system at such places, also it helps in the face recognition of those people who have not worn the mask. Previous Sytems were either only doing face recognition or face mask detection we came forward with this new approach by combining these two algorithms. All This is Possible by Using Artificial Intelligence which helps in Image Processing and Machine learning. Algorithms Like CNN, YOLO, and Google FaceNet were used for the same. Using this System, we got 97% Accuracy in Detecting a Face mask by using CNN. This System helps in classifying with mask and without mask person in the video and also help to identify the person who has not worn a mask which helps to send a notification to that person who violates the rule.

 Abstract

Each and every child is unique in some or other aspect but among that only there are some children who are so unique that do not fit in the mainstream education. Taking this view into perspective inclusive education has been introduced in India which entails educating the children with dyslexia and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) with that of typically developing children within the same roof. According to the Education Policy of 2020 it explicitly mentions the children irrespective of their type and nature of disability can be admitted and studied in the main stream education. It brings all the students together in one classroom and community, regardless of their strengths or weaknesses in any area and seeks to maximize the potential of all the students. Inclusion plays a very important role as in inclusive education children develop a positive understanding of themselves and other people wherein, they learn important academic skills. However inclusive education has proven to be one of the challenges faced by the parents, teachers and caregivers. In today's era it's a big challenge to educate these children. The present paper emphasizes the challenges faced by the parents and teachers in inclusive education. Due to the lack of awareness about the different needs of the children, parents, teachers and caregivers neither they could able to understand the nature of the problem nor they were able to cater the needs of the children. So, in this paper we will be focusing about various challenging areas which the parents and teachers suffer in context to Dyslexic and children with ASD.

 Abstract

My article intends to assess how beneficial or unfavourable these effects will be. Encourage a democratic setup- The government must release political party leaders and allow for a more constructive dialogue in which all stakeholders in the region can come, talk, and strive for greater prosperity in Jammu and Kashmir. In light of the circumstances surrounding J&K's accession to India, the Government assured that the constitutional relationship between India and Jammu & Kashmir will give due recognition to the state's unique socio-cultural identity as well as "the will of the people to govern themselves" through an internal Constitution. In this regard, on August 5, 2019, the President of India issued the Constitution Order, 2019. It revokes Jammu and Kashmir's special status under Articles 370 and 35A, and the state has been divided into the Union Territories of Ladakh and Jammu and Kashmir. Integration: Rather than being a basis for a merger, Article 370 has prohibited J&K from merging with India. It also investigates how Article 370 was perceived as discriminatory based on gender, class, caste, and place of origin. Economic development: If Article 370 is repealed, avenues to private investment in J&K will be opened, increasing the potential for development there. Increased investment would result in more job creation and further improvement of the state's socio-economic infrastructure. The opening of land sales would attract investments from private individuals and multinational corporations, providing a boost to the local economy.

 Abstract

Abstract Purpose-: The purpose of this paper is to examine behavioural biases to individual investors, specifically Cognitive dissonance, Prospect theory, Disposition effect and mental accounting. It further examine role of demographic and investor sophistication affecting these biases, finally it revels which biases influence most in decision making. Design/Methodology/Approach-: For this purpose data has been collected from four major smart city of Madhya Pradesh i.e. Gwalior, Bhopal. Indore and Sagar. Data collected through structured questionnaires which later analysed with relevant statistical tools. Findings -: Study reveals that behavioural biases are depend upon demographic profile of investors and their trading sophistication. Most influencing factors are age, profession and trading frequency. Each bias has specific set of investor and cognitive dissonance is most important bias in Indian individual investor context.  Abstract

Whereas vaccines against the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) were developed and tested at an unprecedented rate in 2020, vaccine rollout in numerous countries began in the first half of 2021. We give a picture of ongoing vaccination efficacy studies, as well as real-world data on vaccine effectiveness and the impact of viral types of concern, in this Progress piece. The currently licensed vaccinations have been exceedingly efficient in avoiding COVID-19, a particularly severe disease when they have been used in a large proportion of the adult population. Nonetheless, there remain considerable obstacles in maintaining equal vaccination access around the world, as well as lessons to be learned for managing this and future pandemics.
