 Abstract

: T. Cordifolia (Guduchi) is a large, glabrous, perennial, deciduous, climbing shrub of weak and fleshy stem found throughout India. It is a widely used plant in folk and Ayurvedic system of medicine. Tinospora cordifolia belonging to the genus Tinospora is commonly known as Guduchi or Giloe. The Guduchi Plant is used in ayurvedic, "Rasayanas" to improve the immense system and the body resistance infections. Tinospora cordifolia is widely used in ayurvedic medicine for the treatment of various ailments. It contains many different chemicals that affect the body. Anti-infectives are medicines that work to prevent or treat infections, they include antibacterials, antivirals, antifungals and antiparasitic medications is known as Anti-infective Anti-infectives have revolutionized healthcare and are now critical in curing and even helping to prevent many kinds of infection. Treat minor infections and most often cure many serious infectious diseases, like pneumonia or tuberculosis, Perform routine procedures and complex surgery, such as cesarean sections or joint replacements, which carry a risk of serious infection, Give vital immuno-suppressive treatments, like chemotherapy, to people with cancer. Numerous pharmacology studies have demonstrated that T. cordifolia modulates key signaling pathways related to cell proliferation, inflammation, and immunomodulation. In addition to proper nutrition and exercise, health-conscious consumers are seeking natural-based modalities, e.g. botanical preparations, that positively impact the immune system. This review brings together various properties and medicinal uses of T. cordifolia described in Ayurveda, along with phytochemical and pharmacological reports. Allergicconditions, jaundice, cardiovascular diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, poisoning, and microbial infections. T. cordi-folia has a many bioactive phytochemicals that have been isolated from its aerial parts and roots.

 Abstract

Odisha is one of the richest states in terms of epigraphical discoveries. Some hundreds of coppers-plate grants and stone inscriptions have been discovered from Odisha so far 1. Since the copper grants issued by the ruling authorities and were properly sealed by the responsible officers and sometimes signed by the rulers themselves, they are considered to be the most authentic and trustworthy. The copper plate furnish detailed information not only about the rulers and the beneficiaries but also about the religious belief of the King's, the purpose of the grants the era and other astronomical details, the officers, person present at the time of grants, the right to the donees, the land measure, the currency system prevalent, the language and script, and last but not the least the auspicious occasion and dates. In the present papers I have made and attempt to study the auspicious occasions and dates mentioned in the inscriptions of medieval dynasty Bhanja of Khiljinga kotta of odisha

 Abstract

Transdermal drug delivery systems are substantially used for topically applying medicines in the form of patches and transdermal patches to the skin. More drug immersion, excellent bioavailability, and systemic rotation of the medicine through the skin are all advantages of TDDS. Currently, 74 of specifics are taken orally and have smaller adverse goods. They're carried through the skin's dermis and feasible epidermis for original remedial action and into the bloodstream. TDDS avoids first pass metabolism, adding remedial efficacity and maintaining tube medicine situations. The most extensively used dermatological treatment styles in the history were topically administered poultices and ointment. These phrasings are absorbed via the skin if they've systemic adverse goods, as some of them do. The transdermal delivery system encompasses all topically applied medicine phrasings designed to get the active component into the bloodstream. The review delves into the diverse technologies employed in TDDS, including microneedle arrays, iontophoresis, and novel formulation strategies, elucidating their contributions to enhancing drug permeation across the skin barrier. Furthermore, it discusses the importance of evaluation parameters, history and its application. A special case study on transdermal patches is presented, offering a detailed examination of their design principles, clinical applications, and recent breakthroughs. The case study incorporates examples of successful transdermal patch products, emphasizing their efficacy, patient compliance, and therapeutic benefits.

 Abstract

The project eliminates security threats faced by ATMs by implementing effective auditing procedures. The system combines vibration, heat, smoke, sound sensors and surveillance cameras and is designed to detect and respond to a variety of activities. Vibration sensors detect physical tampering, while thermal sensors instantly detect suspicious activity using the device. Smoke sensors help prevent premature fires and vandalism, and detection equipment detects illegal activity. Carefully placed in plain view provides good visibility and serves as an alert for further investigation. Using advanced signal processing and machine learning for real-time data analysis, the intelligent decision module can reduce false alarms and provide accurate responses. Multi-sensor integration not only increases detection accuracy but also helps improve ATM security in the banking industry by providing better security.

 Abstract

In Indian organizations, the performance management system (PMS) is essential for assessing and boosting employee performance, coordinating individual goals with organizational goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. However, several issues with the application and efficiency of performance management practices have surfaced, needing considerable system adjustments. The obstacles encountered and modifications made to the performance management system in Indian organizations are summarized in this abstract. Firstly, Indian organizations' traditional performance management systems frequently depended largely on periodic evaluations, which prevented real-time feedback and delayed the acknowledgment of employees' achievements. Second, India's culture presents difficulties for performance management. Hierarchical systems, power imbalances, and a dislike of constructive criticism are among factors that can obstruct honest communication and performance development. Thirdly, performance management methods have begun to become increasingly digital in Indian businesses. Technology developments have made it possible to automate performance review processes, improving their efficiency and objectivity. In conclusion, the performance management system is fraught with difficulties for Indian organizations. Changes are being made to encourage the practice that values constant feedback, embrace digitization, accommodate cultural quirks, and link individual ambitions with organizational objectives to solve these issues. These adjustments are made to boost organizational success in the fast-paced Indian business climate and staff engagement.

 Abstract

Herbal medicine has a rich history in disease prevention and management, offering an alternative to chemical products with potential side effects. However, the use of herbs is not without its challenges, primarily stemming from the insufficient knowledge about their effects within the oral cavity, their mechanisms of action, and possible side effects. This chapter highlights several herbs, including aloe vera, ginger, clove, cinnamon, garlic, neem, miswak, turmeric, tulsi, green tea, chamomile, fenugreek, anise plant, peppermint, bloodroot, caraway, eucalyptus, phyllanthus emblica, black seed, myrrh, rosemary, sage, and thyme, all of which exhibit anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-fungal properties against oral micro-organisms. These herbs hold promise as alternative options for managing various oral conditions, including caries prevention, gingivitis, periodontitis, oral burns, ulcers, inflammation, post-extraction care, dry mouth, pain reduction, anaesthesia, intracanal medications, ill-fitting dentures, peri-implant mucositis, and peri- implantitis. They can be administered in various forms such as mouthwashes, toothpastes, topical agents, or local drug delivery devices, providing flexibility in their application. Despite their potential benefits, it is imperative to acknowledge that more research is essential to unravel the precise mechanisms of action and potential side effects associated with these herbal remedies. This knowledge will further enhance our understanding of their clinical utility and safety, making them a valuable addition to conventional oral healthcare practices.

 Abstract

The environment is the natural surroundings which help life to grow, nourish and destroy on this planet called earth. Natural environment plays a great role in the existence of life on earth and it helps human beings, animals and other living things to grow and develop naturally. But due to some bad and selfish activities of human beings, our environment is getting affected. It is the most important topic that everyone must know how to protect our environment to keep it safe forever as well as ensure the nature's balance on this planet to continue the existence of life A clean environment is very necessary to live a peaceful and healthy life. But our environment is getting dirty day by day because of some negligence of human beings. It is an issue which everyone must know about. In order of that negligence of human beings, there is a law to punish the said human beings.372 (1) of the Indian Constitution. The basic feature of tort is that it is a civil wrong and the Law of Torts deals with the remedy for infractions of private rights. Due to this characteristic of the law of torts, its role in the protection of the environment has always been in question. Tort law comes onto the scene when something has gone wrong. So in cases of environment, the tort law will play a role when there is environmental damage. It is much more concerned with cure rather than prevention. It is concerned primarily with reparation and not punishment. Environment Protection Act (EPA)-India's original Constitution did not contain any provision for the protection of the natural environment. However, the Fundamental Duties, which were added by the 42nd Amendment to the Constitution, prescribed the protection of the environment including forests, lakes, rivers and wildlife as a duty of the citizens of the country. Tort law comes onto the scene when something has gone wrong. So in cases of environment, the tort law will play a role when there is environmental damage. It is much more concerned with cure rather than prevention. It is concerned primarily with reparation and not punishment.

 Abstract

The methodology of Delegated legislation enables the Executive to adopt rules and regulations on behalf of the Parliament. The possibility of clashes between national and international rules is one of the primary concerns of delegated legislation in this period. As countries become more connected, there is a greater need for uniform norms and regulations. However, the rules and norms of different countries may differ, resulting in confusion and conflict. Another issue to be concerned about is the fast development of new technology, which makes it difficult for lawmakers to stay up. Legislators may lack sufficient experience or understanding of new technologies, resulting in impulsive decisions and laws that fail to address the challenges at hand. The present paper deals with the methodology of delegated legislation, various issues, and challenges concerned with the delegated legislation in the new era of digitalization and Globalisation.

 Abstract

Services are intangible services that include one person (the service provider) providing an act, performance, or experience to another (the service consumer or customer). Services, unlike tangible things, cannot be handled, touched, or seen before purchasing. Typically, service is an intangible element that can be given through a contact between the service provider and the client or through the service provider's technical systems to the customer. Public transportation is an important component of urban and rural infrastructure. Service quality is an important feature of public transportation that has a direct impact on customer happiness and the overall performance of the system. The level of satisfaction is directly linked to the level of service quality. Passenger service quality is becoming increasingly important, attracting the attention of practitioners, academics, and researchers. Studying service quality in public transportation is a worthwhile task that entails investigating several areas of service delivery within the transportation system. The current study is a critical evaluation of previous studies on the quality of service in road public transit. The purpose of this study is to define the dimensions for evaluating service quality in public transportation, as well as to design a model for evaluating service quality.

 Abstract

Let M^n be an n-dimensional differentiable manifold and F^n=(M^n,L)be a Finsler space with a metric L(x,y). We consider a change of this metric by L ?=f(L,?), where f is a positively homogeneous function of degree one in L and ?, ?(x,y)=v_i (x,y)y^i,v_i (x,y)is an h-vector in F^n. The purpose of the present paper is to determine the conditions under which C-reducible, quasi C-reducible, semi C reducible and S3 like Finsler spaces remains a Finsler space of the same kind under a transformed Finsler metric. We have also determined the relations between the v-curvature tensor, v-Ricci tensor and v-sclar curvature with respect to the Cartan connection of Finsler spaces F^n=(M^n,L)andF ?^n=(M^n,L ?).

 Abstract

Present study was to assess the clinical outcomes of glimepiride and sitagliptin+metformin in patients with simple Type 2 diabetes. A 6-month prospective observational study was conducted in Dr. Raghu Diabetes and General Clinic on 60 patients with Type 2 DM. Participants were randomly assigned to Group 1(sitagliptin+metformin 50+500 mg/day) and Group 2 (glimepiride 1mg/day). Follow-up began 15 days after the patient became stable, with data recorded at this point considered as Zero months. Our study assessed Fasting Plasma Glucose (FPG), Post-prandial Plasma Glucose (PPG), and HbA1c levels within each group from zero to six months and compared these parameters between groups at the six-month mark. Adverse drug events were documented and summarized for each treatment group. After six months, Group 1 (sitagliptin+metformin 50+500 mg/day) demonstrated significant reductions in FPG, PPG, and HbA1c (all P<0.001) compared within the group. Group 2 (glimepiride 1mg/day) also exhibited significant decreases in FPG, PPG, and HbA1c (all P<0.01) within the group. A statistically evident difference (all P<0.05) favouring Group 1 was noted at 6 months. Adverse drug events, such as hypoglycaemic episodes and gastrointestinal issues, were more prevalent in Group 2. Additionally, Group 1 experienced weight loss, while Group 2 showed weight gain. Our study concludes that there is a notable difference between glimepiride and the sitagliptin+metformin combination in type-2 diabetic patient's medical outcomes, notably glycaemic control and adverse events. These results highlight the possible significance of taking into account these drug selections in light of their various impacts on glucose control and safety profiles for those with diabetes mellitus

 Abstract

Due to its important role in both macroeconomic expansion and technological advancement, the Indian automobile industry has always showed signs of a healthy and robust economy. India is the world's largest producer of tractors, the second-largest producer of buses, and the third-largest producer of heavy trucks, which gives it a strong position in the heavy vehicle industry. India produced 22.93 million cars in the fiscal year 2022, which was a significant accomplishment for the country. The industry is growing rapidly and is predicted to continue to do so in the years to come. The car industry has seen numerous ups and downs since the introduction of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) in 2017, and it continues to go through technical and other changes in the course of its daily operations. In light of this, the current study paper examines how the Goods and Services Tax (GST) has affected automobile industry sales, with a particular emphasis on Hyundai Motor India Ltd. The study's primary focus is descriptive, and it has used secondary data to show the company's sales and exports before and after the GST.

 Abstract

The Spells of Consciousness in Creative Literature ABSTRACT Atman is the Universal or the Supreme Consciousness. It resides in the human form, limited by mind, intellect, senses and body. Consciousness is covered by the effects of material desires, or Maya. The enlightened souls comprehend this limitation of the material world and lead mankind to discover their true self through experiencing the true reality. This inner most self connects with the Supreme Being by means of internal practices to achieve the ultimate aim of life. Literature is a creative art. Through its varied channels bring us close to the experiential state. Writers including R.W.Emerson , Walt Whitman, Rabindranath Tagore, Wordsworth, P.B.Shelley , etc. infuse their poetry with blissful visions to help mankind understand the mysteries. Similarly, Aristotle , Girish Karnad by ways of their plays dilute the line of demarcation between the performer and audience, merging to have self- experience .

 Abstract

Women in Higher Education to the changes may not occur as a direct response to calls for greater transparency and accountability because of the opportunity to reflect on the purpose of higher education, the role of women in higher education colleges and universities in the new millennium and emerging scientific research on how people learn. These disparate literatures have not been tied together in a way that would examine the impact of fundamental change from the policy level to the institutional level and to the everyday lives of college and university administrative faculty and students.
