In recent years, aluminum-matrix composites (AMCs) have been widely used to replace cast iron in aerospace and automotive industries. Machining of these composite materials requires better understanding of cutting processes regarding accuracy and efficiency. This study addresses the modeling of the match inability of self-lubricating aluminum /alumina/graphite hybrid composites synthesizing by the powder metallurgy method. In this study, multiple regression analysis (MRA) and artificial neural networks (ANN) were using to investigate the influence of parameters on the thrust force and torque in the drilling processes of self-lubricating hybrid composite materials. The models are identify by using cutting speed, feed, and volume fraction of the reinforcement particles as input data and the thrust force and torque as the output data. A comparison between two prediction methods is developing to compare the prediction accuracy. Here we are finding the spindle speed is insignificant or significant, it directing us to set it either at the highest spindle speed to obtain high material removal rate or at the lowest spindle speed to prolong the tool life depending on the need for the application

The major aim of corrective action and preventative action (CAPA) in any pharmaceutical or medical device company is to identify any weaknesses, deviations, or failures and to conduct an inquiry and take the necessary corrective action to prevent a recurrence of those issues. CAPA is another a technique whereby preventive steps are implemented right away in order to stop any incidence from happening. It is a prerequisite for a pharmaceutical company's regulatory framework and a component of the overall Quality Management System (QMS).

Abstract: Osteoarthritis (OA) is a degenerative disease that occurs due to the breakdown of joint cartilage in weight-bearing joints. In various in vivo and in vitro studies metformin showed benefits of delaying aging and prolonging life and has great potential for the treatment of other disorders. Because the way metformin works activates AMP-Activated Protein Kinase (AMPK) which has been assumed to be a potential target therapy for Osteoarthritis, it is possible that Metformin can be a therapy for Osteoarthritis. There have been several studies on experimental animal models of autoimmune arthritis that show that metformin also has anti-arthritic activity and inhibits bone degradation. To analyze the effect of metformin use in experimental rat animals that have been induced medial meniscus destabilization. Literature searches were obtained from PubMed and Google Scholar databases. The population of this study was experimental rats that had been induced medial meniscus destabilization. After reviewing relevant articles, 5 articles were determined to be eligible and were high quality articles. Researchers analyzed the effect of metformin administration on rat animals that have been induced medial meniscus destabilization. Metformin significantly affects the progression of Osteoarthritis in mice. Further studies in humans using the same evaluation parameters need to be conducted to prove the effect of metformin administration on Osteoarthritis progressivity in humans.

Ulhas River Estuary and Thane creek are two adjacent brackish water bodies lying in the vicinity of Thane City. These are highly impacted by various anthropogenic activities mainly due to urban, industrial, and reclamation activities. Artisanal fisheries from these water bodies have been under threat for decades. The qualitative fisheries diversity study revealed that the water body has declined further in fisheries catches. Nevertheless, a total of 31 fisheries species were observed in the study. Some species viz. Mystus gulio, Oreochromis mossambicus, and bivalves which were previously reported to be abundant were found to be dwindling in the present scenario. However, species like mullets, crabs, Acetes indicus, shrimps sciaenids, and clupeiformes were abundant in the present study Moreover the marketing and dealing have no proper facilities. The perennial estuarine fish species were high in landings followed by estuarine seasonal species. The marine migratory fish dominated the landing as compared to the riverine migratory species.

COVID19 is caused by the virus that affects the respiratory system leading to difficulty in breathing, head ache, loss of smell and taste, fever, dry cough, fatigue to the affected person. It also infects the healthy individual through the droplets of infected person. No antiviral agents are effective against COVID 19. During first and second wave of COVID 19 Antivirals such as Ivermectin, Remdesivir, Ritonavir, Lopinavir and Antimalarials such as Hydroxychloroquine was administrated for number of patients who are suffering with COVID 19 but these drugs does not decrease the replication of SARS COV virus and no relief to the patients from the symptoms and no decrease in mortality rate after use of Antivirals and Antimalarials. Still, clinical trails are going on for certain medications such as Janus kinase Inhibitors, Monoclonal antibodies, IL 6 inhibitors, Steroids which are recommended by WHO and drug (oral pills) Paxlovid, Molnupiravir (presently reviewed by Health Science Authority) which was authorised by US FDA. This review article contains the Medications, Mechanism of action, Dose, Dosage form, Frequency, Drug interaction of Paxlovid, Contraindications and Use of drugs based on severity of infection and Information on clinical trials of paxlovid. No antiviral agents are effective against COVID 19.

Aliskiren (brand names Tekturna and Rasilez) is the first in a class of drugs called direct renin inhibitors. It is used for essential (primary) hypertension. While used for high blood pressure, other better studied medications are typically recommended due to concerns of higher side effects and less evidence of benefit. In December 2011, Novartis halted a trial of the drug after discovering increased nonfatal stroke, kidney complications, high blood potassium, and low blood pressure in people with diabetes and kidney problems. As a result, in 2012: A new contraindication was added to the product label concerning the use of aliskiren with angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs) or angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEIs) in patients with diabetes because of the risk of kidney impairment, low blood pressure, and high levels of potassium in the blood. A warning to avoid use of aliskiren with ARBs or ACEIs was also added for patients with moderate to severe kidney impairment (i.e., where glomerular filtration rate is less than 60 ml/min). Novartis decided to stop marketing Valturna (aliskiren/valsartan). Aliskiren was co-developed by the Swiss pharmaceutical companies Novartis and Speedel.
