As per Census 2011, among 121 Crore persons in India, 48.5% are females of the total population, but their work participation is only 15.2 percent in comparison to 43.84 participation of male ,which shows the high disparity in work participation. Economic development required the equal participation of female in economic activities. Booz (2012) estimates, for example, that if female employment rates were to match male rates in the United States, overall GDP would rise by 5%. In Japan, such initiatives could increase GDP by 9%. This paper is an attempt to analyze the gender disparity in work participation. Gender disparity has been calculated using the Sopher Disparity Index (DI). The results show that each state has a high gender disparity, due to patriarchal mindset, unsafe work environment, and unequal job opportunities, etc. This study is based on the secondary data. This paper provide an insight about the female work participation in different states of India. The findings suggests that a significant difference undoubtedly, exist between male and female work participation in inter-states.

It has been noticed that the literature on effects of fluoride on domestic animals is controversial on the basis that the amount of fluoride salts that can be tolerated by animal and its effect on the health of the domestic animals due to continuous ingestion above normal level. Lots of investigations and surveys had presented a data on the fluorosis in domestic animals, is surprising and alarming. Besides the skeletal and dental deformities, significant damage was observed in the reproductive physiology and growth of the domestic animals. Fluorosis became the severe health problem in domestic animals all over the world including India. Many states are under the effects of high fluoride content and its effect on the livestock. This is a brief review to grab the attention about the danger of fluoride to the livestock especially in domestic animals.

Acute myocardial infarctions are one of the leading causes of death in the developing world, with prevalence approaching three million people worldwide. Sedentary lifestyle, stress, dietary changes etc have precipitated the incidence of MI. Though the modern science act as saviours in the emergency conditions of acute MI, the chance of recurrence and mortality is high. Moreover, prolonged use of abounding list of high dose medications make the patient weak mentally, physically and economically. This paper explores how Ayurveda the holistic science, have a huge scope in improving their health condition by making the patient adapted to a healthy lifestyle and administration of cardio tonic medicines like Hridya Mahakashaya, Arjuna Ksheerapaka, Prabhakara Vati, Paarthaarishta, Hridayarnava Rasa along with Yogaasanas and Pathya Aahara and Vihaara.

Criminal minds have figured out a means to steal personal information without having to meet the individual and with the least chance of getting discovered. This is referred to as phishing. We will examine the literature review of phishing attacks and give a taxonomy of different forms of phishing assaults in this paper. We've also spoken about the many types of phishing attempts and how the LinkGuard Algorithm can protect you from them. End-Host based Anti-Phishing Algorithm is another name for LinkGuard Algorithm. This algorithm is based on Hyperlink characteristics, and because it is character-based, it can identify and block not only known phishing attacks, but also undiscovered phishing assaults. Our tests showed that LinkGuard is capable of detecting phishing attacks with a low rate of false negatives.

In the past, it was considered sufficient to use the mean wind speed that had been recorded at the nearest meteorological station. The corresponding wind pressure is applied statically. However, wind loading varies with time. In addition to the steady wind, there are effects of gusts that may last for a few minutes. Gust causes an increase in air pressure and may affect part of the building. All the structures experience dynamic oscillations due to the fluctuating component (gustiness) of wind. In short rigid structures these oscillations are insignificant, and therefore can be satisfactorily treated as having an equivalent static pressure. This is the approach taken by most Codes and Standards. The present Indian Standard for wind loads IS 875 (Part 3) 2015 is also based on the Static method. However, the Gust factor method is also included for computing the dynamic effects of wind on flexible structures that can oscillate in the wind. Very few research papers are available in relevance to this effect. Therefore, In this paper, a comparative analysis of tall buildings subjected to wind loads computed by using static method i.e Force coefficient method & dynamic method i.e Gust factor method as per IS 875 (part-3) 2015 is carried out for various H x B x D ratios of building. In this paper, the effect on buildings with change in terrain category considering category 2 & 4 is also determined using the parameters like Base shear, Overturning moment, Maximum story displacement & Maximum story drift, and the best suitable approach corresponding to the terrain category is suggested. MS-Excel has been used for calculating the along with the wind and across wind loads at various heights of buildings & for frame modeling and analysis ETABS software is used. It has been found in an analysis that terrain category plays an important role in considering the suitability of the two approaches. It is found that in terrain category 4 static approach is governing whereas in terrain category 2 dynamic approach is showing critical effects on buildings for all H x B x D ratios.

India is predominantly rural in character where nearly two-third of its total population lives in village areas. The urgent need of rural development is essential for the overall development of a country. Development is a process leading to change in social, economic, and political aspects of life. Rural development is an all-round development of rural area. It occupies a very significant position in the context of Arunachal Pradesh, because a large number of populations of this state reside into the remote villages. Keeping in view with this, a new political institution known as Panchayati Raj was introduced. Subsequently, different schemes for rural development have been provided by the government with active role of the Panchayat bodies in Arunachal Pradesh. However, there are still certain challenges as per as meaningful working of Panchayati Raj is concerned at grass-root level. Therefore, there is a need to focus on various challenges in the village politics for upliftment of village life.

This paper provides an overview of video conferencing software, which allows individuals to visually communicate with one another and has applications in a variety of industries. Users of existing virtual video conferencing software experience issues with internet connectivity, which affects audio and visual quality. Various browsers and operating systems are incompatible with many applications. In this application, security is also crucial. We have improved the shortcomings of previous programmes with the help of WebRTC. It uses a variety of protocols for audio and video encryption and authentication, including the Secure RTP protocol (SRTP). The Opus audio codec is used by WebRTC to provide high-fidelity voice. This article highlights the various types of improvements that can be achieved by utilising WebRTC's effective protocols.
