This study investigates the role of fish production and marketing as a livelihood support system in a rural village, exploring its socio-economic impact, production practices, and marketing challenges. Fish farming has become a vital source of income and food security for many rural households, offering both direct and indirect employment opportunities. The study examines the different types of fish farming practiced in the area, including pond and cage aquaculture, and identifies the key factors influencing production, such as water quality management, breeding techniques, and disease control. Additionally, the marketing aspect of fish production is analyzed, focusing on market channels, pricing, and value chain dynamics. Challenges faced by fish farmers and marketers, including limited infrastructure, competition, and price volatility, are also highlighted. The findings indicate that fish farming significantly contributes to local economies, improves household income, and empowers marginalized groups, particularly women and youth. However, issues such as insufficient technical knowledge, inadequate market access, and fluctuating market prices need to be addressed for sustainable development. The study concludes with recommendations for improving production practices, enhancing market linkages, and providing policy support to ensure the sustainability of fish farming as a viable livelihood option in rural areas.

Smoking is currently the world's leading preventable cause of death. Cigarettes are one of the most polluted medication delivery systems, and smoking tobacco is a chronic illness. Many ailments are still caused by smoking. Diseases such as a wide variety of cancers, respiratory conditions, and cardiovascular disorders can result in death from tobacco use. It has been demonstrated that nicotine increases a smoker's dependence on tobacco. Since nicotine is the primary cause of dependence in smokers, it is beneficial for them to consume nicotine from a different, more dependable source to help their efforts to quit smoking. Nicotine Replacement Therapy is a common term used to indicate these alternative sources of nicotine. The most popular and initial products created under nicotine replacement treatment are nicotine chewing gums, nicotine transdermal patches, nicotine lozenges, nicotine oral inhalers, and nicotine nasal sprays. NRT products containing nicotine are readily available in the market as an over-the-counter medication. Cessation of smoking lowers morbidity and mortality. It is unclear, therefore, how much and how quickly quitting smoking reduces the current death rates from smoking-related diseases.

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder characterized by hyperglycemia due to insulin resistance or deficiency. The rising prevalence of diabetes has prompted the exploration of alternative treatment modalities, particularly the use of medicinal plants. This study conducts a comparative analysis of various medicinal plants traditionally employed in the management of diabetes, examining their pharmacological properties, active compounds, and mechanisms of action. The review highlights key plants such as Gymnema sylvestre, Bitter melon (Momordica charantia), Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum), and Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), focusing on their effectiveness in lowering blood glucose levels, improving insulin sensitivity, and mitigating diabetes-related complications. Evidence from clinical trials and phytochemical studies is synthesized to assess the efficacy and safety profiles of these plants. The findings suggest that while several medicinal plants show promising antidiabetic effects, their mechanisms may vary, involving antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and hypoglycemic activities. Additionally, the study discusses the potential for synergistic effects when combining these plants with conventional therapies. This comparative study underscores the importance of integrating traditional herbal remedies into contemporary diabetes management strategies, emphasizing the need for further research to validate their use and establish standardized protocols for treatment.

Drug delivery systems based on nanoparticles (DDS) are thought to have promise in the treatment of cancer. The nanoparticle-based DDS exhibits more efficacy than standard DDS in three ways: 1) prolonging the half-life of proteins and medications that are susceptible, 2) enhancing the solubility of hydrophobic pharmaceuticals, and 3) permitting targeted and controlled drug release in sick sites. The primary focus of this review is on DDS based on nanoparticles made of poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid), silica, and chitosan. Their production processes and uses in the therapy of cancer are presented. There is discussion of the present drawbacks and potential applications of nanoparticle-based DDS.

Opinion mining is crucial for recognizing and analysing opinions of users in a variety of sectors. The goal of this research is to fuse multimodal data in order to get more accurate and complete opinion mining. The code created for this project provides the user with six different choices from which to select the required functionality. Text emotion analysis, in which the code determines if textual material is good or negative. The code will examine the emotions linked with the text in the dataset after the user uploads the dataset. The thesis work builds up previous studies on opinion mining, particularly in the area of sentimental analysis and emotion detection. In the existing system, the integration of textual sentiment analysis and facial emotion analysis is not provided. The existing system contains either textual sentiment analysis or facial emotion analysis. For textual emotion analysis NLP is used and for facial emotion analysis neural networks are used. The main problem addressed by this research is the limited scope of traditional opinion mining techniques, which often rely solely on textual data and fail to consider other modalities. This leads to a less comprehensive and accurate analysis of user opinions. In the field of deep learning for face recognition, the metric commonly employed to evaluate the resemblance or dissimilarity of facial embeddings is the Euclidean distance. High-dimensional vectors based on faces that represent the individual features of a face in a learned feature space are called facial embeddings. The Euclidean distance d(x,y) between two embeddings x and y is calculated as follows: d(x,y)=?i=1n(xi-yi)2. Shannon Entropy is a measure of information uncertainty or unpredictability introduced by Claude Shannon. We can employ it to measure the information content or randomness of linguistic elements such as phonemes, words and sentences in linguistics. It is defined as: H(X)=-?i=1np(xi)log2(p(xi))

The major ingredient in turmeric, curcumin, has drawn a lot of interest as a plant-based substance having pharmacological benefits that are pleiotropic. It has immunomodulatory, neuroprotective, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, hypoglycemic, and anti-inflammatory properties. Curcumin has certain health-promoting properties, but they are limited by its hydrophobicity, insolubility in water, low bioavailability, quick metabolism, and systemic elimination. Complexes of metals with curcumin have been created as a result of this unique step. The ?-diketone moiety of curcumin often interacts with metals to form metal-curcumin complexes. It is generally known that the metal ions of boron, cobalt, copper, gallium, gadolinium, gold, lanthanum, manganese, nickel, iron, palladium, platinum, ruthenium, silver, vanadium, and zinc are all highly chelated by curcumin. Metal-curcumin complexes' pharmacological, chemopreventive, and therapeutic properties are described in this paper. Metal-curcumin complexes boost the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral properties of curcumin by increasing its solubility, cellular absorption, and bioavailability. Additionally, metal-curcumin complexes have shown effectiveness against a number of chronic illnesses, such as cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, and neurological conditions including Alzheimer's disease. The regulation of inflammatory mediators, transcription factors, protein kinases, antiapoptotic proteins, lipid peroxidation, and antioxidant enzymes was linked to these biological activities of metal-curcumin complexes. Metal-curcumin complexes have also proven beneficial in radioimaging and biological imaging. Future applications of metal-curcumin complexes might signal a fresh strategy for the management of chronic illnesses.

Drug therapy may become even more complex due to the influence of genetic variability on the pharmacodynamics and/or pharmacokinetics of the psychiatric drug. DDIs that are pharmacokinetically mediated include those that are mediated by transport proteins and cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes. Every one of these regulatory proteins' functions in drug pharmacokinetics is examined, along with how genetically determined variations in their functional activity might change how a drug accumulates in the body. Psychotropic medication prescriptions have increased in recent years due to the growing number of individuals seeking treatment for various psychiatric diseases in primary care settings. The increasing use of psychotropic drugs is accompanied by notable disparities in the prescribing practices of primary care physicians and psychiatrists. Prescription procedures that involve the simultaneous administration of many psychiatric medications have increased the likelihood of drug-drug interactions. Adverse drug responses (ADRs) in hospitals and the general population are known to be significantly influenced by drug interactions. ADR reduction is essential to ensuring hospitalized patients take their medications safely. Evidence suggests that even mild ADRs can significantly impact psychiatric patients due to strong relationships between drug- drug interactions, treatment failures, and higher healthcare costs due to avoidable medical complications.

Over 80% of people between the ages of 11 and 30 suffer from acne, a common yet serious skin ailment. Only 42.5% of men and 50.9% of women in their twenties are completely healthy. The overuse of antibiotics has resulted in microorganisms that are more resistant to treatment. Therefore, it is vital to identify new lead molecules/bioactives and develop rational methods of transporting existing medications to the site of action (for enhanced therapeutic effect). Plants and products generated from plants have been used for medical purposes from the beginning of time. Therefore, the current research provides a summary of both plants already used to treat acne and those that show significant potential for this purpose. The concept, demography, classification, pathophysiology, economical perspectives, types, challenges, and treatment approaches of acne are highlighted.

This study investigates the potential of rice husk ash (RHA) as a sustainable partial replacement for cement in concrete. By substituting cement with RHA at varying proportions of 5%, 10%, and 15%. Rapid increase in construction activities has resulted in shortage of conventional construction materials. In the present scenario, the high cost of conventional building materials is a major factor affecting housing delivery in the world. This has necessitated research into alternative materials of construction .The effective housing techniques deal with reduction in cost of construction as well as providing strength to buildings. Mainly gravel, sand and cement are used in the preparation of conventional concrete. While the use of agricultural by-product i.e. rice husk as a partial replacement with the conventional fine aggregates is expected to serve the purpose of encouraging housing developers in building construction. Rice husk is produced in about 100 million tons per annum in India. Twenty kg of rice husk are obtained from 100 kg of rice. It contains organic substances and 20% inorganic material Ash from rice is obtained as a result of combustion of rice husk at suitable temperature. Proper utilization of it aims to save the environment ,encourages the Government to find solutions regarding disposal to landfills of waste materials ,and provides new knowledge to the contractors and developers on how to improve the construction industry by using rice husk, to sustain good product performance and to meet recycling goals .The rice husk ash concrete aims to prepare light weight structural concrete which may reduce considerably the self load of structures and permits large precast units to be handled .The main objective is therefore to encourage the use of these 'seemingly' waste products as construction materials in low cost housing.
