Cyber security is crucial for the safety of those who use the internet regularly from a variety of electronic devices. In many parts of the world, individuals have been experiencing connectivity issues after a number of recent events. Cyber security serves a crucial role in protecting especially delicate information, such as that related to biotechnology and military assets, which are frequent targets of hackers. Internet abuse is a growing problem in many areas of society, including the workplace, educational institutions, and government agencies. Students in universities and workers in a variety of businesses can benefit greatly from using the Internet. People now have the option to get information from online sources, which is very convenient. There must be safeguards in place to prevent theft or illegal access while they are online. Various facets of cyber and network security in the present day have been discussed. In addition, we have worked to include discussion of dangers faced by internal networks.

Corona's misfortune is affecting the whole world. It causes fatal respiratory diseases and threatens public safety and human health. Scientists are scrambling to find effective drugs against SARS-CoV-2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2). hunt Dietary supplements to treat coronavirus are a large area of scientific research. Grapefruit (GF) (Rutaceae) A subtropical fruit with strong bioactivity. Natural Grapefruit Seed Extract (GFSE) has proven beneficial healing properties effect. The purpose of this review is to collect published studies demonstrating antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral activity. GFSE and its bioactive components, and their ability to inhibit SARS-CoV-2 activity. GFSE pair Gram-positive bacteria (Enterococcus and Staphylococcus) and Gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas) Pseudomonas aeruginosa). In addition, it exhibits a zone of inhibition against multidrug-resistant (MDR) bacteria. The antiviral activity of GFSE Nasal Spray turned out to be resistant to the new coronavirus. the anti-coronavirus potential of key components of GFSE such as naringenin, Resveratrol, limonin, and hesperidin have also been tried. In conclusion, additional clinical and in vivo studies are needed. GFSE (spray or syrup) is effective against SARS-CoV-2.

This article provides an overview of the benefits of orally disintegrating tablets (ODTs), as well as important considerations when evaluating ODTs, including bioequivalence, obstacles and restrictions, and lastly the present and future of ODTs. ODTs are in high demand, and the field is one that the pharmaceutical industry is developing quickly. These tablets melt or disintegrate in the mouth when placed there without the need for extra water. ODTs degrade when placed on the tongue. the medicine is instantly released, dissolving or dispersing in the saliva. As saliva descends into the stomach, some medications are absorbed from the mouth, pharynx, and oesophagus. When this occurs, a drug's bioavailability is much higher than what is seen from are becoming more and more respected in both business and academics. Their increasing significance was recently shown when the European Pharmacopoeia introduced the "Orodispersible Tablet" refers to a tablet that must be placed in the mouth for quick dispersion before being swallowed. ODTs face some difficulties, but this study demonstrates ways to deal with them.

The present research is aimed to evaluating the effect of fibre Volume fraction and fibre orientation on mechanical properties of Epoxy based E-Glass Reinforced Bio Composites using Finite Element Method, particularly using ANSYS 14.5 Software. An effort is made to understand the behaviour of E-glass reinforced Bio-Composites by considering the fibre Volume Fraction as 10%, 20%, 30% and 40%. We aimed to set up a mathematical, computer-based model using finite element analysis simulation software, ie ANSYS 14.5. The plate or shell type element were used to prepare the specimen according to ASTM principles D-3039/D-3039M-00. Tensile and Buckling tests were simulated to evaluate mechanical properties such as tensile and Buckling strength, yield strength, from this study the fibre Volume Fraction of 10% will be the promising the component for highest Ultimate strength. Then keeping constant 10% fibre Volume Fraction, then by evaluating the different orientation for Various Layup Sequences such as [0/0/0/0], [90/90/90/90], [0/90/90/0], [0/90/0/90], [90/0/0/90], [30/-30/30/-30], [45/-45/45/-45], [60/-60/60/-60] for Ultimate Tensile and Buckling Strength, the fibre Layup Sequences [0/90/0/90] shows the very near by value of Ultimate Tensile Strength that is approximately equal to Human Tibia Bone.

Levofloxacin belongs to class fluoroquinolone. The formulation was prepared with the polymer as a base that is white petroleum jelly. Levofloxacin is an anti-bacterial drug. The main goal including enhanced potency against gram-positive cocci, streptococcus pneumoniae and anaerobes, while maintaining the potency against gram positive bacteria. The preparation of anti-bacterial ophthalmic ointment by using levofloxacin drug is evaluated by physical parameters, pH, spreadability, extrudability, viscosity. The in-vitro study is evaluated by Franz diffusion cell apparatus. The main objective of this formulation is to increase the stability, and prolonged action of ointment during the anti-bacterial infection in the eye and increase the patient compliance. It can be reasonably concluded that the levofloxacin ophthalmic ointment is better suited for prolonged release of levofloxacin.

Chemotherapy is a group of drugs for variety of indications are prescribed in oncology department. they are associated with many potential adverse drug reactions. neutropenia and febrile neutropenia are typically a symptom of an underling disease [AML] in the body rather than an illness on its own. A 65 year old female patient was admitted in oncology department, with a chief complaints of buccal swelling with pain, nausea, loss of appetite, oral mucositis with pain, high grade of fever with spikes which was raised as an adverse drug reactions of AZACITIDINE and VENETOCLAX which has been used for her AML [ acute myeloid leukemia]. this adverse reaction is considered as dose related type A ADR as per WHO scale. Azacytidine and venetoclax causes decrease in WBC count [neutrophils] which further causes neutropenia. Thus the hint of written report is to create awareness about chemotherapy drugs

India emerges in the forefront in the global business. Management is a systematic way of interaction between interpersonal relationships It may be noted that while Western design on management deals with the problems at superficial, material, external and peripheral levels, the Indian concepts of management inspired from various religious and philosophical books of our country contained ideas which help to tackle the issues from the grass roots level of human thinking because once the basic thinking of man is improved it will automatically enhance the quality of his actions and their results. In Indian Ethos, a great emphasis is placed on knowing oneself. Though the corporate world believes more in materialistic and commercial values, spiritual and ethical aspects are becoming equally important aspects while conducting business. Spiritual wisdom and leadership qualities are well depicted in mythological epics and ancient stories of India. Our history and culture have also insisted on welfare of humans, animals, environment and nature. Though uncommon, leadership based on ideals, transparency and integrity, ethics, spiritual values and moral excellence is desirable for all organizations.

Sulfonylureas are a group of medicines used in the management of type 2 diabetes. Sulfonylureas lower blood glucose levels by stimulating insulin release from the beta cells of pancreas, which do not work in people with type 1 diabetes. Where 2nd generation sulfonylureas [ glimepiride] are among most used anti-diabetic medication as they are highly efficient and inexpensive. The effective dosage range is 1to 8mg/day which should be used with caution in elderly & in patients with renal/ hepatic disease. Where glimepiride, was generally associated with lower risk of hypoglycemia & less weight gain compared to other sulfonylureas. A 65 yrs. old female patient was admitted in general medicine ward, in a tertiary care hospital with chief complaints of hypoglycemia & was brought to emergency department for further management. While her past medical H/O indicates that she was taking oral hypoglycemic drugs [glimepiride-2mg] for 2yrs. Where, on laboratory investigation her GRBS-31mg/dl, and was managed by giving IV dextrose[25%] later on further examination her GRBS got improved & were monitored every 2nd hour & was advised to hold the diabetic medication. This adverse reaction is considered as drug related type ADR as per WHO scale. Glimepiride as it is causing severe hypoglycemia, alternative therapy concept i.e. by combination either with metformin/ insulin with lifestyle modifications is much efficient which can minimize the risk of hypoglycemia in geriatric patients with type 2 diabetes.

Despite the fact that medicine is built on a complicated concept, thyroid illness is the most prevalent cause for diagnoses or forecasts made by doctors. One significant component of the body is the thyroid gland. The thyroid gland's secretions regulate metabolic rate. Thyroid hormones, which are released by the thyroid gland, regulate body metabolism. The two most prevalent thyroid conditions are hyperthyroidism and thyroid problems. Hospital-based thyroid disease data are used for a variety of purposes, including disease prediction, research, and classification models. To address dynamic learning difficulties like medical diagnosis and prediction, a strong knowledge base must be assured, constructed, and utilized as a hybrid model. Simple machine learning methods are employed to locate and stop the thyroid. The SVM is used to determine how likely it is that a person has thyroid disease. Our system must recommend treatments such as over-the-counter medications, precautionary measures, and home remedies if a patient is at risk of developing thyroid problems.
