India emerges in the forefront in the global business. Management is a systematic way of interaction between interpersonal relationships It may be noted that while Western design on management deals with the problems at superficial, material, external and peripheral levels, the Indian concepts of management inspired from various religious and philosophical books of our country contained ideas which help to tackle the issues from the grass roots level of human thinking because once the basic thinking of man is improved it will automatically enhance the quality of his actions and their results. In Indian Ethos, a great emphasis is placed on knowing oneself. Though the corporate world believes more in materialistic and commercial values, spiritual and ethical aspects are becoming equally important aspects while conducting business. Spiritual wisdom and leadership qualities are well depicted in mythological epics and ancient stories of India. Our history and culture have also insisted on welfare of humans, animals, environment and nature. Though uncommon, leadership based on ideals, transparency and integrity, ethics, spiritual values and moral excellence is desirable for all organizations.

Sulfonylureas are a group of medicines used in the management of type 2 diabetes. Sulfonylureas lower blood glucose levels by stimulating insulin release from the beta cells of pancreas, which do not work in people with type 1 diabetes. Where 2nd generation sulfonylureas [ glimepiride] are among most used anti-diabetic medication as they are highly efficient and inexpensive. The effective dosage range is 1to 8mg/day which should be used with caution in elderly & in patients with renal/ hepatic disease. Where glimepiride, was generally associated with lower risk of hypoglycemia & less weight gain compared to other sulfonylureas. A 65 yrs. old female patient was admitted in general medicine ward, in a tertiary care hospital with chief complaints of hypoglycemia & was brought to emergency department for further management. While her past medical H/O indicates that she was taking oral hypoglycemic drugs [glimepiride-2mg] for 2yrs. Where, on laboratory investigation her GRBS-31mg/dl, and was managed by giving IV dextrose[25%] later on further examination her GRBS got improved & were monitored every 2nd hour & was advised to hold the diabetic medication. This adverse reaction is considered as drug related type ADR as per WHO scale. Glimepiride as it is causing severe hypoglycemia, alternative therapy concept i.e. by combination either with metformin/ insulin with lifestyle modifications is much efficient which can minimize the risk of hypoglycemia in geriatric patients with type 2 diabetes.

Despite the fact that medicine is built on a complicated concept, thyroid illness is the most prevalent cause for diagnoses or forecasts made by doctors. One significant component of the body is the thyroid gland. The thyroid gland's secretions regulate metabolic rate. Thyroid hormones, which are released by the thyroid gland, regulate body metabolism. The two most prevalent thyroid conditions are hyperthyroidism and thyroid problems. Hospital-based thyroid disease data are used for a variety of purposes, including disease prediction, research, and classification models. To address dynamic learning difficulties like medical diagnosis and prediction, a strong knowledge base must be assured, constructed, and utilized as a hybrid model. Simple machine learning methods are employed to locate and stop the thyroid. The SVM is used to determine how likely it is that a person has thyroid disease. Our system must recommend treatments such as over-the-counter medications, precautionary measures, and home remedies if a patient is at risk of developing thyroid problems.

All drama is social and to ignore the interest of humanity would inevitably cause tragic tension. All My Sons suggests I that an individual will not be able to live with easy conscience and in peace if he tries to promote and shape his and his children's life at the expense of human values. He will have to make good the loss and the retribution will fall either upon him or on his children. Joe Keller made money for his sons by supplying cracked cylinder heads for use in airplane during the war. Twenty-one pilots die as the planes crash in the air due to faulty cylinder heads. A crime has been committed by Joe Keller in the name of love for his sons. But the elder son rejects his loot and the younger one commits suicide and makes Joe realize that those who died in the air crash were all Joe's sons. The whole family is disintegrated as the moral and social forces work upon the son fixated Joe Keller.

The current work describes the experimental investigation of steel fiber chip reinforced concrete with M-30 and M-35 grades of concrete in addition to steel fiber chips with different percentages. To overcome the difficulties due to the optimum proportion of steel fiber chip for maximum strength in concrete & excessive overall performance concrete. The goal of this investigation work is to look into the most advantageous share of metal fiber chips on M-30 and M-35 grade concrete and enhance an excessive overall performance concrete. It is proposed to decide and evaluate compressive strength, break up tensile strength, flexural electricity & stoop check of concrete grade M-30 and M-35 having different proportions of steel fiber chip (0%, 0.5 %, 1.0 %, 1.5%, 2%, and 2.5 %). Compressive strength, cut-up tensile strength, and flexural energy will increase to two percent steel fiber chip for M-30, M-35 grade of concrete. The experimental investigation is carried out on the whole no of 108 specimens for compressive strength, split tensile electricity & flexural strength each.

Urbanisation and industrialization are such a high wave in the last few years which on one hand is raising the world economic power and on other hand is its ugliest side which remains untouchable, hasaffected the mother universe vigorously. Each element of the universe like earth, air, fire, water and space got under the trap of harmful effects of harsh chemicals.Green chemistry turns out to be a gold coin or we can say a round clock having the twelve principles which represents the methodology techniques under eco-friendly chemical processes. It is based on development of green synthesis of participating chemicals by using renewable sources and on that discussion, we have to emphasize upon the valuable application of green chemistry beneficial for human health and environment. The impact of green chemistry on pharmaceutical analysis, environmental pollution analysis and company are described in this review.Since they are multidimensional, every choice and analytical altitude has consequences both in the final product and in everything that surrounds it. The future of green chemistry as well as our future and the environment is also contemplated in this work

Transdermal patches deliver the drug through the skin in a controlled and predetermined manner in order to increase the therapeutic efficacy of drug and reduces side effect of drug. Triptan that has a favorable tolerability profile and patients have reported greater satisfaction are used in form of patches. It delivers the drug through skin portal to systemic circulation at a predetermined rate over a prolonged period with a fixed amount of dose. Use of the methods outlined in this review in choosing a triptan for an individual patient is probably more likely to get to migraine relief than making an educated guess as to which triptan is most appropriate. There are two non-oral delivery systems nowadays available in the United States for the mild treatment of migraine: three nasal sprays and two injectable formulations. Even though nasal sprays depend partially on nasal mucosal absorption, a significant amount of drug is consumed, transits the stomach and is absorbed in the small intestine, which is not as fast or effective a route of delivery for those migraineurs with gastric stasis.

The anthelmintic activity of Polyalthia korinti leaves and bark extracts were tested against Indian earthworms Pheretima posthuma has anatomical and physiological resemblance with the intestinal parasites of human beings. From the results it was observed that all the extracts of P.korinti leaves and bark were found to show a potent anthelmintic activity when compared to the standard drug. According to our results, the effect of plant extracts on worms may be described as methanol extract of leaves > Methanol extract of bark > water extract of leaves > water extract of bark > chloroform extract of leaves > chloroform extract of bark > hexane extract of leaves > hexane extract of bark. It is proposed that further research be done to isolate the active compounds in plant extracts that are responsible for anthelmintic activity, as well as their mechanisms of action.

Abstract-Coronary Heart Disease is a disease of attention as it is increasing in elderly as well as involving young population. Trace elements are important in many biochemical reactions and their concentration in blood may be related to CHD.Vit-D deficiency is also found related to CHD. A cross sectional analytic study was done. Total 80 cases and 80 controls were engaged in study after applying inclusion and exclusion criterion. Serum level of Vitamin D, copper and zinc was recorded. Most common group was 50-59 year age group. Serum level of Vit-D and zinc was significantly low in cases than controls. Level of S. copper was found low in control but was statistically non significant. In conclusion Vit-D Deficiency and deficiency of zinc have significant relationship with CHD.
