There is a new public health crises threatening the world with the emergence and spread of 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) or the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The virus originated in bats and was transmitted to humans through yet unknown intermediary animals in Wuhan, Hubei province, China in December 2019. There have been around 96,000 reported cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-2019) and 3300 reported deaths to date (05/03/2020). The disease is transmitted by inhalation or contact with infected droplets and the incubation period ranges from 2 to 14 d. The symptoms are usually fever, cough, sore throat, breathlessness, fatigue, malaise among others. The disease is mild in most people; in some (usually the elderly and those with comorbidities), it may progress to pneumonia, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and multi organ dysfunction. Many people are asymptomatic. The case fatality rate is estimated to range from 2 to 3%. Diagnosis is by demonstration of the virus in respiratory secretions by special molecular tests. Common laboratory findings include normal/ low white cell counts with elevated C-reactive protein (CRP). The computerized tomographic chest scan is usually abnormal even in those with no symptoms or mild disease. Treatment is essentially supportive; role of antiviral agents is yet to be established. Prevention entails home isolation of suspected cases and those with mild illnesses and strict infection control measures at hospitals that include contact and droplet precautions. The virus spreads faster than its two ancestors the SARS-CoV and Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV), but has lower fatality. The global impact of this new epidemic is yet uncertain.

The implementation of Outcome Based Education (OBE) in the Universities of India is a marked departure from the teacher-centric traditional teaching style practiced prior to the implementation. Given the blanket implementation of the program in a higher level of educational institutes across all fields of academics, it has become necessary to gauge the ground-level implementation. This encompasses the changes in Teacher's role, their perspective, and teaching pedagogy in a classroom environment. Learners' participation in a classroom environment, lifetime learning capacity building as well as ability to achieve exit outcomes has been necessitated through the implementation of OBE.

The search for new compounds with a given biological activity requires enormous effort in terms of manpower and cost. This effort arises from the large number of compounds that need to be synthesized and subsequently biologically evaluated. Virtual Screening (VS) has emerged in Drug discovery as a powerful Computational Approach to screen large no. Of small molecules for hits with desired properties. In the last years bioinformatics has experienced a great evolution due to the development of specialized software and to the increasing computer power. Through the computational approaches, speed up drug Discovery process & reduce the number of candidates to be tested experimentally, & to rationalize their choice. The codification of the structural information of molecules through molecular descriptors and the subsequent data analysis allow establishing QSAR models (Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship) that can be applied to the design and the virtual screening of new drugs. The development of sophisticated Docking methodologies also allows a more accurate predict of the biological activity of molecules. Moreover, through this type of computational techniques and theoretical approaches, it is possible to develop explanatory hypothesis on the mechanism of action of drugs. This work provides a brief description of a series of studies implemented in the software MOE (Molecular Operating Environment) with particular attention to the medicinal chemistry aspects.

The quality of the molten metal, from which the products are cast directly affects the quality of the cast products. One of the most crucial factors in the control and forecasting of desired casting properties in the cast components is to properly treat the melt. Melt treatment have direct impact on casting quality. The amount of an alloying element present and how the melt is treated have a considerable impact on the mechanical properties and, consequently, the quality of castings. Therefore, one of the most crucial steps in producing a product of the appropriate quality is the melt treatment. Aluminum casting alloys are frequently used to make high quality components due to their higher strength-to-weight ratio, superior wear resistance, and lower coefficient of expansion. The degree of microstructure and melt treatment refinement determines the quality of end products. Phosphorus addition in the aluminum alloy melt is a effective method to refine grain size of silicon and to improve mechanical properties. In this research paper the factors influencing the melt refinement are investigated and it was found that phosphorous addition in the molten metal affects silicon grain size and mechanical properties like hardness. The optimum conditions are ascertain through experimental work.

As part of an automatic irrigation system, a soil moisture sensor is inserted into the plant's soil, and a water level sensor is mounted in the water container from which water will be pumped to the plants for irrigation. to assess the water level in tanks and manage the amount of water in the soil, an algorithm with threshold values for soil moisture sensors has been developed. An Arduino board with an ATMega328 microcontroller is needed for this project. An automated irrigation system uses a soil moisture sensor to determine the soil's moisture content, which controls whether the pumping motor is on or off.Better resource management and minimal power usage are features of the design. In this project, an 8051 family microcontroller is used. This programmable microcontroller accepts input signals that are then converted by soil moisture sensors into values of soil moisture. As soon as the microcontroller begins to receive the signals, it produces an output that causes a relay to open, activating the water pumping motor. The soil and water pump's moisture levels are shown on an LCD that is also connected to the microcontroller. To make sure there is enough water in the tank to efficiently irrigate crops, the tank's level is determined by the water level sensor.

Abstract: The strain on land has increased dramatically because of population growth, especially in developing nations. Jhum cultivation is a time-immemorial tradition that is still widely used in the hill districts of Manipur, where jhumians spend a lot of money on unreliable land usage. Due to population growth, the cycle of shifting that used to occur every 20 to 30 years in a specific location has been shortened to 2 to 5 years, which has worsened the environment, anthropogenic and geomorphologic problems. The aim and objective of the present study is to explore the causes, effects and affects of shifting cultivation in the study area. The major sources of data used in this research were primary data collected from four villages in the Manipur hill districts of Ukhrul, Chandel, Senapati, Tamenglong and Churachandpur. Secondary data are collected from several census publications compiled by the Directorate of Census Operations, Government of Manipur. Over the years, land in the hill tribal areas has changed, emphasising private property ownership more and more and thereby, the conventional slash-and-burn method of farming causes environmental disturbances and land degradation. Jhuming cultivation, though it is a primitive high rate of population growth, trash cycle is becoming shortened; the Jhum area and intensity are all increasing. It is destroying the forests and rich biodiversity and putting them in danger of being completely degraded due to the loss of top soil, fertility and vegetative cover, eventually turning them into a desolate wasteland.

The life style of well-being are define by consumption of electric load. Electricity play major setback both on economic as well as social well-being. Micro Hydro Power as cost effective and eco-friendly, is a magnolious tactic in deploying local natural sources for power such as from small scale rivers and streams. The turbine can run with or without the reservoir, usually fetch from run-off-river type. The flowing water strike directly into the turbine and then water flow down the stream without effecting the cycle of the system which in return gave minimal impact to the environment and maximum benefit to the surrounding where grid connectivity might not be recommendable due to its various cons. In many isolated remote area with few population grid connected has a major drawback on cost. So exploring more on locally available renewable resource will bring a wider prospect in terms of economical as well as maximum beneficial. In order to recapitulate the optimization hurdle of Micro Hydro Power plant a python programming has been done with a single objective function taken into account valuation of the plant as the fitness function (minimization problem).

According to the IUCN Red list of threatened species, a global database of Plant species to track at risk species, Rhynchosia heynei is a herbaceous under shrub, an important, indigenous, threatened forestry species of tribal medicinal plant species belonging to the family Fabaceae. Adivasi tribal people (chenchu, lambada) living in the Eastern Ghats hill ranges have used R. heynei leaves extensively for antibacterial agents, rheumatic aches, arthritis, and skin ailments. The findings could be widely applied in medicinal chemistry and pharmacological analysis to aid in the development of new antibacterial medications. The seeds were ground and cooked, and either the decoctionwas taken as orally or the fresh leaf paste was topically applied to cuts and wounds. In vitro tests of Rhynchosia heynei concentrate revealed antimicrobial, antioxidant, and anticancer properties. Terpineol, camphene hydrate, germacrene-D, humulene, linalool, and other important constituents in R. heynei essential oil may be responsible for the plant's medicinal properties.

Cycle Time is the speedometer of engineering. You can develop more quickly, outperform your competition, and keep top talent by measuring and optimizing Cycle Time. Cycle Time even has consequences outside of engineering; it's a crucial sign of corporate success. When the manufacturing sector is attempting to increase productivity, cost containment, and customer response, cycle time is one of the important aspects that needs to be optimized as much as feasible. This methodical study discusses cycle time reduction for increased productivity in the industrial sector. Cycle time should be prioritized in industries due to the necessity of balancing man, machine, materials, procedures, and management. It should be acknowledged that reducing cycle time is a difficult endeavor. The practice of increasing productivity takes into account a variety of variables to cut down on wasteful time as much as possible. Lean manufacturing tools, the value stream method, method-time measurements, just-in-time inventory control, motion studies, process studies, VAT plant classification, total productive maintenance, improved MRP (material requirements planning)-based production planning, theory of constraints, linear programming, and other simulation-related techniques are among the appropriate implementation strategies.

Facial expressions communicate non-verbal clues, which are crucial for interpersonal communication. The method of determining a person's emotional state is done by the Cognitive Emotion AI system. The major goal of our research is to create a reliable system that can recognise and detect human emotion in live broadcast. A few feelings, such as anger, sadness, joy, surprise, fear, disgust, and neutrality, are shared by all people. The facial detection process is completed by extracting a face's Haar Cascade features using the Viola Jones algorithm, and the emotion is then confirmed and recognized using artificial intelligence techniques. The system will receive an image or frame as input, and upon receiving it, the model will preprocess it and choose its features before predicting its emotional state.

The purpose of this review is to gather information related to herbal shampoo. In day-to-day life hair care is of prime importance. A good care of hairs can be taken by use of different cosmetic products like hair oil, hair shampoo, hair gel, hair serum, hair cream etc. The primary goal of this study is to create and assess a herbal shampoo and determine its physiochemical function, with an emphasis on the product's safety, efficacy, and quality. Herbal shampoo is a natural hair care solution that is used to clean up grease, debris, and dandruff as well as to encourage hair growth, strength, and blackness. Additionally, it gives the hair gloss, smoothness, and tenderness. Cosmetic shampoo is made with a variety of medications. The negative effects of these medications include hair loss, increased scaling, itching, discomfort, nausea, and headaches. Consequently, an effort is made to create herbal shampoo that has no negative effects. Many herbal crude drugs are used in shampoo formulation like lemon juice, turmeric, coconut oil almond oil, sodium hydroxide, sodium lauryl sulphate, coca butter.
