In robotics, a manipulator is used to manipulate materials without any direct physical contact by the operator. This project aims to present method to model and control the mechanics of Robot manipulator. The arm and the body of a robot are used to move and position parts or tools within a work envelope. They are formed from three joints connected by large links. The three- link robot arm is modelled and simulated using MATLAB/Simulink SimMechanics tool box. This model is implemented with PID controllers and the gains of the PID controller are tuned with Particle swarm Optimization Algorithm (PSO). The results of the simulation show that SimMechanics tool box can be used to model the mechanics of robot and the better performance can be obtained with PSO tuned PID controllers.

Fly ash is a waste material rich in silica and alumina. It is important to investigate various types of fly ash. Physical properties of fly ash characterized by XRD and SEM techniques. The results showed that type of fly ash depended on amount of Si-based of Ca-based compound, which consisted of spherical morphology. To identifying fly ash, character becomes more complicated due to its physical properties and heterogeneous composition. The varying composition of fly ash depend on type of coal, boiler type, operation condition, combustion technology and power plant technology. XRD and SEM techniques conducted in order to identify physical character of fly ash. XRD performed in order to discover crystalline mineral component of fly ash on the other hand, SEM is required to analyze the shape, surface and internal structure of fly ash particle

The Indian government has designated eight essential sectors, one of which is the cement industry. The world's second-largest manufacturer of cement is India. It developed into a vital industry that supports the growth of the national economy and employs over 10 lakh people. Cement manufacturing businesses can now create cement in greater quantities than they could in the past due to technological advancements. On the other hand, increased output has also been widely identified as the primary contributor to pollution. The building sector is one of the worst for resource depletion, energy use, and trash production in terms of environmental degradation. Climate change and global warming are mostly caused by emissions from the cement industry. One of the most widely used building materials is cement, whose output is rising globally. However, the cement industry uses a lot of energy and produces a lot of noise, scents, and pollutants. It will have an effect on socioeconomic and demographic elements of society and is a significant source of emissions, including CO2, NOX, SOX, VOCs, and particulate matter. The present paper is a to study the impact of cement industries on socio-economic and demographic aspects in Damaracherla and Nereducherla in Nalgonda district, Telangana

This study conducts a comprehensive geographical analysis of underground water quality in Gurugram district, Haryana, India, for the period from 2015 to 2020. Gurugram, a rapidly urbanizing region, has witnessed significant growth and environmental changes during this timeframe, warningfears about the state of its underground water resources. Using an extensive dataset of water quality parameters collected from monitoring stations throughout the district, the research examines spatial and temporal trends in water quality. The study identifies significant spatial variations in underground water quality within Gurugram district, with areas near industrial and urban centers exhibiting higher levels of contamination, including heavy metals, nitrates, and salinity exceeding permissible limits. In contrast, rural and agricultural areas tend to have better water quality. The analysis also indicates temporal trends in water quality, with certain contaminants showing fluctuations and gradual increases, potentially linked to urbanization, industrialization, and changes in land use practices. The research contributes to a better understanding of the dynamics of underground water quality in an urbanizing region and offers insights for policymakers, local authorities, and environmental organizations to develop strategies for water quality preservation and management. Given the critical importance of clean water for both public health and the environment, addressing the issues identified in this study is crucial for the sustainable development of Gurugram district.

Bovine tuberculosis (bTB) is one of the most widespread chronic infectious diseases of zoonotic importance, causing significant economic losses in animal production. However, little epidemiological information is available on the disease in dairy cows in southern Ethiopia in general and the study area in particular. Therefore, a cross-sectional study was conducted between March 2022 and May 2023 to assess public awareness and examine the prevalence and associated risk factors of bTB in the city of Wolkite in southern Ethiopia. A total of 32 herds with 196 dairy cows were tested using the Single Intradermal Comparative Cervical Tuberculin (SICCT) test. To identify potential risk factors for bTB positivity in cattle, generalized linear mixed models (GLMM) and generalized linear models (GLM) were used to analyze the risk factors at the animal and herd level, respectively. An overall prevalence of 18.37% (95% CI: 13.57-24.38) and 46.87% (95% CI: 30.87-63.55) bTB was found at the animal and herd levels in the study areas. In this study, bTB positivity at the animal level was significantly associated with age (OR = 6.6, 95% CI: 2.19-37.02) and source of animal (OR = 3.1, 95% CI: 1.24-8.12). At the herd level, the analysis showed that management condition (OR = 4.7, 95% CI: 1.12-19.91), stocking density (OR = 6.3, 95% CI: 1.96-20.24), and new cattle introductions (OR = 2.8, 95% CI: 1.01-8.18) were significantly associated with bTB status. Of all dairy farm owners and workers surveyed, only 25.92% had information about bovine tuberculosis; of them, 32.14% were aware of the zoonotic importance of the disease. More than 69% of respondents said they prefer consuming raw milk. Therefore, animal owners and stakeholders should be made aware of the cause, the transmission routes and their effects on animals and humans.

Non-flowering plants, or gymnosperms, are useful for a variety of purposes in the economy since they can be used to make food, oil, lumber, medicines, decorative items, and industrial resources. Used as a staple meal is gymnosperm from species such as Pinus, Cycas, Chilgoza, Ginko, etc. Perfumes and culinary oils are made from the oil derived from gymnosperm seeds. Gymnosperms have extensive medicinal and wood values in addition to these. In addition to being extremely important to humans, gymnosperms offer food and shelter to wildlife. Gymnosperms are valuable economically for a variety of reasons, including oil production, medical use, and aesthetic appeal. Gymnosperms contain a variety of essential phytochemicals, including stilbenes, tannins, glycosides, polyphenols, alkaloids, and flavonoids. It is possible to use phytochemicals in the production of medications. Their application in contemporary medicine is predicated on phytochemicals. The bark, leaves, seeds, and reproductive cones are the sources of the phytochemicals. The plant extract can be prepared using several techniques, including Maceration, Percolation, Soxhlet extraction, and extraction with ultrasound assistance, among others. The Gymnosperm extract has anti-inflammatory, anti-arthritic, anti-bowel, anti-cancer, anti-heart, and anti-stroke properties.
