ABSTRACT A nosocomial infection is also known as a hospital-acquired infection,(HAI) is an infection which is developed by the hospital environment, such as one acquired by a patient during a hospital visit or one developing among hospital staff. Such infections include fungal and bacterial infections and are aggravated by the reduced resistance of individual patient. Urinary tract infections are responsible for over a third of all hospital acquired infections. Most of these (at least 80%) follow some type of invasive procedures or instrumentation of the urinary tract, usually catheterization. Urinary tract infections associated with urinary catheters is the leading cause of secondary nosocomial bacteremia. Approximately 20% of hospital- acquired bacteremia are due to indwelling catheters and the mortality associated with this condition is about 10%. At this point it was important to prevent the occurrence of catheter associated urinary tract infection through a proper catheter care and to promulgate the best solution to be used for catheter care among patients with indwelling catheter in preventing catheter associated urinary tract infections. Methods: The research design used in the study was randomized block design. Non-probability purposive sampling technique was used for selection of samples. The data was collected from 30 catheterized patients using CAUTI checklist. Post test was conducted after 5 days of catheter care to know the incident rate of Urinary Tract Infection using the same CAUTI checklist and urine microscopy reports. Results: The overall mean percentage in the pre test and post test was, In Betadine group (Experimental group A) the pre test mean percentage is 37.39% and the post test mean percentage is 75.65%. Enhancement in mean percentage is 38.26%. with the significant t value 6.24 at 0.05 level. In Normal saline group (Experimental group B) the pre test mean percentage is 37.39% and the post test mean percentage is 76.15% the Enhancement in mean percentage is 38.76% with the significant t value 6.69 at 0.05 level. There is no significant association found between the incident rates of Urinary Tract Infection and the selected demographic data. The study findings shows that normal saline is more effective when compared with betadine in preventing the occurrence of urinary tract infection among catheterised patients.

Football is a sport that brings together various factors; namely speed, agility, endurance, balance, and skill. The capacity of the football players to produce varied high-speed actions is known to impact match performance. Maximal sprint speed is the maximal velocity at which a player can sprint. In the training sessions with more emphasis laid on the warm-up and its relation to injury prevention, it is pivotal to know if the warm-up routine has a bearing on these two high-speed characteristics. In the entire warm-up routine, stretching takes up a major chunk. Stretching in itself has 2 different types; static stretching and dynamic stretching. In this study, we are evaluating the effect of static stretching and dynamic stretching individually on sprint speed and agility. Method: This is a quasi-experimental study in which 30 soccer players were selected as per the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The pre and post effect of static and dynamic stretching was evaluated on 2 separate days respectively on the sprint performance. Result: 30 male soccer players with a mean age of 21 were included in the study. Data was collected and analyzed using the SPSS 12 software with the level of significance set at 0.05 Data was analyzed using the paired t-test. There was a statistically significant improvement in the sprint performance post dynamic stretching, with a p-value of 0.001. The mean value of the time(seconds) taken to sprint post static stretching was 3.542 and post dynamic stretching was 3.465. Conclusion: Dynamic stretching is more effective in increasing sprint performance as compared to static stretching.

Internet speed is important in all fields, including business, education, and industry. Presently, most of the Internet applications are used by mobile phones. Telecommunication of cell Tower provides limited Radiation signal to mobile phone by sideloabs. The sideloabs provides low and medium radiation particle that provides low and medium internet speed. The High Radiation of pattern will be provide height of antenna by Main loab. High radiation pattern of radiation will affect the Human body in Location of ground. So limited radiation will be provide to all location people of mobile phone. The limited radiation pattern only receives by mobile phone it receives low and medium internet speed. Mobile phone is not able to connect optimum internet connection in location of area. The optimum internet speed only get from main loab of cell tower. The Effective Antenna design need for get optimum internet speed from receive main loab of cell tower. The modelling of Effective Antenna Design for improving mobile internet speed using Location, Position, Particle swarm Optimization and Genetic Algorithm in Proposed system of Research.
